Martin’s third book touched on some concepts that made a lot of sense. This book is about self efficacy and its relationship to the strong sense of confidence needed to achieve or overcome your challenges.
A willingness to be disciplined can often be the difference between success and failure, but discipline is all too often dependent on confidence. Martins suggestions and tips will help you to improve, even if it seems challenging!
This book is easy to understand, with good examples to illustrates the points being made. Well worth reading!

I find all of Mr. Meadows books very helpful. Even if everything doesn't specifically apply to what I need at the moment, there is something in every book that keeps me motivated to stay on track. I have reached my exercise goal 45 days in a row, am losing weight, and walked away from a free chocolate croissant this morning.
