As usual Mrs. Lewis authored this book in her typical fashion...interesting, easy to read, and those interesting endings that leave one with a sense of always wanting more. I can't wait to start the second book in this series!!!!!

I liked everything about this book. It was well written as all Beverly Lewis books are. I look forward to a continuation in this story line as there is certainly more that can be written. I don't want to go into the plot as it is an unraveling mystery and there certainly could me another few stories written to let us know how lives unfold.

What more can be said about Beverly Lewis than "wonderful writer." She has continued to entertain readers with well thought out stories that resonate with truth and faith in God. I can't wait to read the sequel.

Book was very well written and had good characters. I could have rated it higher except for the ending. It is obvious the author is setting the reader up for the next book in the trilogy. But I was disappointed that so much was left hanging.

A friend recommended this series. She said she couldn't put them down. I bought the first one without reading a sample on kindle/the store. Unfortunately, it is a story that I think would be enjoyed better by young adults than by avid readers of "meaty" books. I was disappointed, and didn't finish the book. Why suffer?

As always, Beverly Lewis does it again with The Thorn, from The Rose Trilogy. Her books, and now her new series, capture the hearts of those that read them. Her knowledge of the Amish way of life, and true to form writings of the characters, make her books and series most intersting, and a delight to read.

Great reading and writing by the author. Makes me homesick for my roots since I grew up in Amish country in Pennsylvania. I love the area and the people. The Amish are hardworking people. They keep to themselves but also respect others. I am not sure our Lord God wants us to continually live in the past and not move forward in our life but, he certainly wants us to live by his word and commandments and the Amish respect the words he has given us to live by. It is nice to be reminded of obedience and these three books are a fine example of following the word of our Lord God. I thoroughly enjoyed the books and will continue to buy more of them in the future. Thank you.

In true Beverly Lewis style, this final book of the Seasons of Grace series does not disappoint. Satisfying and thought provoking.
I always am so sad when a series ends because I'm so entrenched in the family's lives, know them like they were my family and
just keep wanting to hear more.

As usual, Beverly Lewis's books are very good. I just wish that each of her books were more stand alone even if they are continued into another book. Her's just seems to end like a chapter and you have to find the next one. Sometimes you read several books before you can find the next in the series and it looses something in the mean time.

I love a good series, and Mrs. Lewis certainly does not disappoint (plus I grew up not far from Lancaster, which just makes her tales that much more enjoyable!)

I'll add that this particular series has been my favorite so far ;o)

This book keeps you guessing about what is going to happen and who is involved in the problem. I truly enjoyed this book and recommend reading it if you love a good love story as well as a mystery of what's going to happen next.

My wait for the finale of this great series, Seasons of Grace, was worth the wait. What a powerful ending to this series. Beverly Lewis is a great writer of these 'faith of the Amish' stories. This whole series is a great read and encourages us to keep trusting in the Lord and the wonderful power of forgiveness. The Telling (Seasons of Grace, Book 3)

I really enjoyed this book overall, thus four stars but I was thoroughly disappointed with the very abrupt ending. I wish I had known that this is a continuing story because then I would not have bothered reading it in the first place.

Good book but leaves you without an ending. How do I get the ending. I guess there
is a follow up book. How do I get it. Or what is the name. This one was free. Guess the follow up will not be

I have read every single series written by Beverly Lewis, and the start of The Rose Trilogy, The Thorn, surpasses them all. I'm not gonna give away anything that happens, but if you love Christian Fiction, this book is a must read!

Good, Godly, wholesome story of the Amish people. The Bible tells us to 'think on the things that are good, and perfect, and true; to renew our minds'. This is the kind of story that fits that bill, I believe.
