White Lion's Lady (Warrior Trilogy Book 1)

Others have written about the basics of the book, so I won't go in to that part of the book. Just want to say it was very enjoyable, I was able to get it free from Kindle and eagerly look forward to downloading the other two books in this trilogy and other books written by this author. Thanks for your story telling Lara Adrian.

Smooth and fresh describes this novel. Period ideals are expressed with knowledge and clarity. Griffin and Isabel's story is intriguing and tender. Readers will find every aspect of good writing that and added umph! This was my first read from Lara but will not be my last.

A true medieval storyline with intrigue, lust, betrayal, love concerning two star cross lovers. Also dealt with twins and how during that time it was not considered a good thing. I couldn't put it down.

Once again Lara Adrian has written a great book. I loved reading this book so much that I read it in two days. I just couldn't put it down. Griffin and Isabelle make the best couple. Of course the bad guys in this book made it suspenseful. I loved everything about this book. I recommend this book to anyone who love romance and happy endings.

Come read and become entangled in the love story of Griffin and his lady love. This story was really good and not your usual medieval story. I always wondered what happened to Relive though. They say you do not learn anything in romance novels but this story proves you wrong. Sorry but no spoilers. Read this, you won't be disappointed!

After reading about 100 "short & less then appealing" stories I've found this one. What a beautiful and heart warming story based on strong good characters. I love the darkness between Griffin and Izzy. I also happy how this book ended. I'd highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a good read.

Loved this story - well written. Great character development and plot. Nice twist or two. Am a fan - this is my 2nd book of Lara's I've bought - will purchase more. Have already purchased the next in the series. If your looking for a book-length read, well written storyline and characters this is the one for you.

Another story by Lara Adrain. Of course I'll read it.. And I loved it!! Absolutely fantastic.
It was full of emotion, suspense add in some passion BAM!! It grabbed me from the first page. Another story that I find Adrain's ability to build intriguing characters that gives her stories that edge.

I think most women cut their romance reading teeth on historical romances like me. It's nice to go back to them once in awhile. White Lions Lady takes you back to those fun days when romance was romance, and made your heart flutter. Nice job on this one! Just a little bit of heat, and pure, pure love.

We may be completely screwed up in this crazy world now, but some of the beliefs of the old are just plain crazy! But, it made for an incredible read. I could definitely see this as an epic film filled with action and romance! I would watch it! The characters are beautiful and full of life...a must read.

A big fan of Lara from her Midnight Breed series, I figured I'd give these a try and she did not disappoint. I enjoyed the break from all the vampires, werewolves and other supes! Give them a try... but I recommend you read all of them. Lara has a fun way of intertwining the story lines and you'll miss out if you don't read them all. Also, the price is right!

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. I fell in love with Griffin. He was all a story hero should be. Strong, handsome and brave. I also loved Isabel. Her strength and caring nature was admirable. The love they had for each other made the story even more enjoyable to read.

I love anything historical and I especially like stories about knights of old and the details that could have surrounded their lives. Faith in God seems to have undergirded each of the good characters in the story and the devil seemed to control the wicked ones. I like that God is given the honor he so richly deserves.

While the plot is, of course, a bit fantastical, the characters themselves are very engaging...I read this without putting it down....Incredible character development, as well as bringing the reader in...it seemed, at times, as if I was experiencing the same emotions that Izzy and Griff were feeling. Great read!

Yes, it follows the traditional romance path (not complaining about that at all), but there are enough twists and turns to keep you guessing. Loved the characters and there were enough historical details to build an interesting atmosphere.

Okay, I've read all of Lara Adrian`s historical romances now. This book was my last read, however, I read them out of order. So I knew the ending just from having read the other brother's book first. Good story, liked the characters and it had a good pace to it. I`d recommend this book to anybody.

Isabel helps him remember the man he used to be; the man he longs to be again. Their story is full of excitement and some rather steamy love scenes. Will they ever be able to overcome the obstacles that keep them apart? This is a great read.

This book was very well written. The story was engaging. It laged a little in the middle and tended to wax on poetically at times. All in all though I enjoyed it. This story could be easily adapted into a screen play. I would go see it.

I really enjoyed this story. This couple went through a lot but still end up happily ever after. I tried this book because it was free but it was completely worth the time. This was truly a great story. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it.

Wow, this was a great book! I loved the characters. Throughout the second half of the book i had no idea how they were going to get together I was on the edge of my seat and then at the end the surprise twist of fate! This book had so much passion, I am still smiling! Highly recommend!!!

The repeated awkward use of "bespoke" threw me a few times, but it was, nonetheless, a good read. The characters weren't so compelling that I couldn't put it down-- but it was a satisfying story. I look forward to the rest of the Trilogy.

I have read my share of historical romances but Lara Adrian's books are without comparison the best! I love how she designs each scene and tries to make them as accurate as possible. White Lion is an amazing story and I am definitely reading it again! I am recommending it!

I am completely over the moon about this book. It had everything that I love about romances; forbidden love, lust, mystery and an evil villain. This book had a great pace and I could not put it down. Loved it!

The book was enjoyable with fully developed characters. The book also had some historic information about the time period. I found the book a little boring in parts with out enough excitement in between.

Tina St. John/Lara Adrian is so wonderful with painting a picture that its not hard to become addicted to her stories.

I have no problem imagining what the characters in this book was going thru. It also seemed to be historically correct while allowing it to be a great romance.

Good story line, well developed characters. Wish the costs was able too fight instead of just being a coward. The story line was good but the main focus was on the 2 main characters. Okay to get and read.

I really liked everything about this book. The main characters were likable even when they weren't perfect. The villain was they kind you have no sympathy for and just makes you like the hero and heroine more. I like a book that has flawed people that do the right thing in the end - made for a fast and enjoyable read.
