Rise of the Six flows so smoothly and captured my interest so intensely that I didn't want to put it down. Lots of action and I like how it has a bit of sci-first built in. Kept me trying to guess what was going to happen next. The author did a great job of keeping me interested and wanting more!

I absolutely loved this book and cant wait to read the rest of this series. The book had alot of twists and turns and you werent sure what was going to happen. all of the characters were well written so you felt everything they were going through. I know the rest of this series will be just as great as this first book was..I will be reading all this authors books...

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this book grabbed my interest. I was a little turned off by the zombies at first but powered through because I wanted to know how everything turned out. I was excited about the mix of technology and science ficiton that author Matt Ryan has achieved. It is a fantastic series for someone who is looking for novels that are not entirely in the realm of normalcy. Can't wait for the other books!

I just got finished reading Preston Six: Rise of the Six and it wasn't what I expected. The action moved along at a nice pace, It was suspenseful enough to keep me guessing and the character development was more than adequate. I can usually tell after the first few chapters if I want to continue and I wanted to get to the end.

An excelllent sci-fi book with great character development that makes you want to not put it down. And then.... you'll want the other books in the series so you can find out what is next. A bit of a cliffhanger at the end of this one

Interesting premise for their travels. Kept me wondering. Nice fast pace. Probably deserves a YP (Young People) rating, but I'm well past that and enjoyed it. Looking froward to reading the rest of the series.

I liked the first installment of the Preston 6. It quickly got into the story and kept the reader involved. Except for a few grammar errors, it flowed nicely. I like sci-fi and this did not disappoint.
I've already bought and started the second part and it is very entertaining. Looking forward to the rest.

I loved this book! The characters seem like real people. Sometimes books give away all of the secrets too soon or don't give anything away and you lose interest. Rise of the Six kept me interested the whole way through. I can't wait to read the rest if the series!

This first book of the series introduces you to six teenagers, all born on the same day. It starts with their 18th birthday. They live in the same neighborhood and celebrate with one party. However, just like every year, the party ends on a bad note. Their parents are hiding something and the kids want to know what it is.

When Joey's father makes him promise he won't go in Watchers Woods it makes him even more curious. So he takes a walk in the woods and finds a stone circle. When he tells Poly, Julie, Samantha, Lucas, and Hank, they all take a night time walk in the woods and the adventure begins.

They meet Harris, who is familiar to their parents, and he takes them on an adventure of a lifetime.

I would recommend this book to anyone who loves edge of your seat adventure, nail biting action, sci fi, and as little romance. I read all three of these books in 3 days and I can't wait for more.

The Rise of The Six was a nonstop adventure thriller that I couldn’t put down. The characters were believable and I couldn’t wait for the villains to die. I am anxious for the next book to arrive!
