I have read all the Eternity Spring books and Lovers' Leap is a wonderful story. You will not be disappointed. The characters are well written the descriptions of the settings are so well written you feel as though you are there. This series is so good you want keep reading them over and over. I just love it when things work out the way they should, especially when the town "bad boy" is involved. My eyes have leaked a few times and I have laughed out loud while reading this touching story. Already waiting for the next book. I highly recommend reading this feel-good book to start off the New Year on a happy note.

The latest in the Eternity Springs series catches your attention from the first page. The plot includes an ex-wife whose home has been firebombed ; her ex-husband, Jack, who works for a top- secret agency; and the whole cast of former Eternity Springs characters.

I bought the book this afternoon and could not put it down until I had finished the last page. As usual the author has lovingly brought each of her characters to life in such a way that they seem to be real . I feel that I know Jack and Cat personally. I understood their pain as they dealt with the past loss of their baby girl and their inability to communicate their pain and grief to each other. I rooted for them to erase the past and come back together as a family!

One thing I really liked was the advice Celeste gave Jack. I feel this is wisdom that all of us need to use in our lives--no matter how good or bad they are. To paraphrase--"Forget the past. Decide who you are now, today. Discover who you will become in the future."

Thank you to Penguin for a copy of this novel Nightingale Way by Emily March. This novel was given to me in exchange for an honest review. I received no financial compensation for this review.
It is time to return to Eternity Springs. In this novel we meet Jack and Cat. Their story is not like some of the other couples you have met in Eternity springs. The main difference is that they are divorced. I enjoyed the last Eternity springs novel and could not wait to share this one.
Synopsis:
Cat lives in Washington D.C. She also volunteers with some local charities. Cat published a story recently about a dog fighting ring through a blog she publishes. One day a bomb goes off in her dining room. She is then spirited away to Eternity Springs by her ex-husband Jack. He was following orders of Cat’s mother Melinda. She and Jack both work for the government. Cat does not want to stay at first but adapts as the story progresses. Jack has always been the hero and helping others; since his family died in a fire. Yet Cat his ex-wife has never felt close to him. There is a lot of history between the two of them. Jack leaves her to go to help a friend. He returns unable to help, and this friend’s death destroys Jack. Jack makes some decisions that has others including his ex-wife concerned. Will they be able to help? Will Jack and Cat get back together?
My Thoughts:
This novel just did not do it for me. I found the story interesting but not to stick with. I had trouble with the pacing of it. The characters of Eternity Springs are wonderful! It has a different kind of romance plot bringing a divorced couple back together. I just did not enjoy it as much as other novels by the author. Emily March is a wonderful writer. The Eternity Springs series is worth a reader’s time. I would definitely read more!

Savannah Moore moved to Eternity Springs to open a business. A new start. The matchmakers in town point Savannah out to Sheriff Zack Turner and start making plans. But Zack knows about Savannah's past and he's going to keep an eye on her. But not for amorous purposes. Or is it?
Emily March has created a town that I'd like to visit. This sixth book in her series has more depth, more friendships, more angst, and a few surprises. And finally a sex scene that was definitely missing in all the previous books.
I was concerned initially about the religious overtones in the series, but March has kept this very minor. The first two or three books were nice romances but these last two were infinitely better and much more fun to read. I'm glad I kept on with this series and I look forward to future books.
I received this book early as part of First Reads, a Goodreads contest.

Sheriff Zack Turner is the hot-shot lover in town; he has a history of loving ‘em and leaving ‘em. He’s also good at his job; he keeps an eye on anyone new in town. It doesn’t take him long to see the new business owner – gorgeous Savannah Moore.

Savannah has a dark past; she’s moved to Eternity Springs to start over. Her grandmother, dead now, has been the strongest influence in her life for the past several years. She taught Savannah how to make handcrafted lotions, soaps and potions. That is the type of business she is bringing to town.

Perhaps it makes a difference to jump into a series in the middle; this is the first book in this series that I’ve read and it is book number 6. I found the story bland and oh so predictable. Everyone helped everyone else. The story is complete with angel dust; everyone who comes to Eternity Springs is healed. Ho-hum. This was a nice story that just didn’t speak to me.

By the way, Emily March is a pseudonym of Geralyn Dawson

Ok, it’s official. I’ve fallen in love with Eternity Springs. It may take a while, but the way that everything turns out in the end has me completely hooked. The people, the scenery, they all draw me in. And March has definitely created an emotionally turbulent novel with this one. Tears were abundant throughout this novel, both for me and for the characters. I loved the heartfelt yet completely original plot. It kept me on my toes while also lulling me into its embrace.

With the Eternity Springs series, March has created an inspirational and emotionally fulfilling series I think I actually enjoy the lack of intimate scenes. Don't get me wrong, I love and live by, stories that are extremely racy. That said, in this series the fact that it's about the people and the town, not just the couples in the bedroom, is really working for me.

I think this might have been my favourite of the series so far. It was such an emotionally turbulent ride, yet completely rewarding.

I greatly enjoy reunion romances, especially with couples who are over thirty and have experienced enough of life to really appreciate a second chance at happiness. "Nightingale Way", from author Emily March's "Eternity Springs Series", is a sweetly sensual story in which two people who have suffered great loss find their way home again to each other. Catherine Blackburn was only twenty when she met Jack Davenport. He was tall, dark, dashing, and utterly irresistible. He also went to work for Cat's mother as a CIA operative, and the two married against her mother's wishes. Jack's work took him all over the world into extremely dangerous situations, and he promised Cat that when they started a family, he would curtail his travels. After years of trying to conceive and enduring fertility treatments, Cat became pregnant. Sadly, while Jack was away on assignment, Cat gave birth to a stillborn daughter, Lauren. The loss of their child tore them apart, making other differences between them even more difficult. Years later, Cat's work as a journalist makes her the target of an unstable radical group. When her house is fire-bombed, Jack swoops in, carries her off, and encloses her in his protective custody. Finding out that her mother sent him does not endear Jack or her mother to Cat--she and her mother have always had a difficult relationship. Settling Cat into his mountain home above the community of Eternity Springs makes Jack face why he drives himself to take so many risks. He can't deny to himself that he has never stopped loving Cat, and he wants her back in his life, but how to make her feel the same way? Cat knows she's in serious trouble being in such close quarters with Jack. She's never loved anyone else, and he's even more attractive than ever. Something's got to give, and hearts must compromise and come clean before true happiness can be found. The poignancy with which the author handled the couple's loss of their child, and how each of them suffered in their own way, added such depth to the sweet and sexy romance story line. Eternity Springs is a wonderful place for readers to visit, catching up with old acquaintances and making new friends, all under the watchful eye of benevolent benefactress Celeste Blessing.

Another lost soul has come to Eternity Springs to find a home...

Savannah Moore is ready to leave her past behind and find a home in the small town of Eternity Springs. The people are sweet and welcoming of her and her new handcrafted soap business. She prays that they don't find out about her troubled past.

Sheriff Zach Turner is determined to keep his town safe. When he rescues a beautiful woman from falling off a cliff he is surprised to find her ungrateful. Savannah and Zach clash immediately and things get worse when he digs into her past.

Savannah will do anything to keep Zach from spilling the beans to all of her new friends. It doesn't take her long to learn that Zach isn't like all the cops she's used to; this man is actually a good guy. Can they find love together in Eternity Springs or will Savannah's past come back to haunt them?

Emily March makes beautiful music with her latest Eternity Springs novel, Reflection Point. The Eternity Springs series never fails to make me euphoric. This is one town that I would love to go and visit. Savannah and Zach's story is filled with heartache and bliss. I really enjoyed Savannah's character. She is a fighter and she made me laugh so much! Zach is a sweetie and all male. The sparks fly between them from their first fiery meeting.

I just love Ms. March's characters! Reflection Point gives the reader great times with all of the characters we have come to love throughout the series. It's so important because Savannah really needs this extended family and it's so lovely watching her realize that these people are her friends. Savannah and Zach face many obstacles on their road to romance. I love how they face them head on and try to figure out a way to solve things together.

Reflection Point is a sweet heartwarming novel that will leave you feeling giddy and that is why I am Joyfully Recommending it!!

Sarah and bad boy Cam were in love at age 16. She was pregnant, he went to jail after a fist fight. They reconnect 20 years later. She is angry that he left and never returned. He had good reasons which no one knew until now The 20-year-old daughter is the biggest problem, wanting nothing to do with Cam.

This was a good read, kept me interested. I liked the characters. It’s the 4th in a series, but I don’t feel like I missed anything since this is the only book I read by this author. The conflicts were reasonable and well thought out. There was no stupidity.

A secondary subject is taking care of someone with Alzheimers. Sarah’s mother has it.

There were about four sex scenes, but no details were shown. It’s mentioned as before or after the fact.

DATA:
Narrative mode: 3rd person. Story length: 328 pages. Swearing language: mild. Sexual language: none. Number of sex scenes: 4, no details shown. Setting: current day mostly Eternity Springs, Colorado with a little Australia. Copyright: 2012. Genre: contemporary romance.

My review from readyourwrites.blogspot.com

Before I give my review of this book, I must make a FULL disclosure. I'm a little biased. I love the entire Eternity Springs series. Nightingale Way is the fifth book in the series, if you aren't counting the Christmas novella. With that being said, Nightingale Way is a stand alone book.

I've been waiting for Jack to have his time in the spotlight since the first book, Angel's Rest. In the previous four books, Jack's character has played a supporting role. Now, finally, we're able to actually find out who Jack really is and what makes him tick.

Nightingale Way takes place about five years after the tragedy occurs. The Eternity Springs series is known for having wounded characters who need to come to terms with their past. Nightingale Way is no different. Unlike the other books, where you are only dealing with one character needing and trying to heal, Nightingale Way offers you two. Jack and Cat each have their own issues, separate from the issues they have together. Jack has been scared since childhood and in a sense is still chasing those demons. Cat experiences what I'm sure millions of girls experience. She realizes that things aren't truly black and white and the way they seem.

What I love about this series, is its self help aspect. There are passages where you're given the opportunity to look inward at yourself. To explore yourself on a much deeper level. To grow a little.

My favorite quote from the book is: "It's important not to dwell on the past. A glance back now and again doesn't hurt anything, but a person needs to look forward. Life moves forward no matter what, and we miss a lot of living if we spend our time looking over our shoulder."

Nightingale Way is a true fictional romance. It's one of the reasons I love the series. The characters all find their true happy ever after. But what I really loved about this book is that Nightingale Way takes you through a healing and realization journey.

I received this book from the publisher in order to provide a review. But it must also be noted that this was a book I was looking forward to buying and reading since earlier this year.

Cat Blackburn is a writer and animal rescuer who ends up being kidnapped by her ex-husband Jack Davenport after her house is firebombed. Cat has ticked off several people by writing an article about a local dog fighting ring. Jack gets a call from his boss (and Cat's mother) to get her away from home for a while until things calm down. He brings her to his rural home in Eternity Springs and they discover that the feelings they once had for each other are still there. Cat gets involved with the community and begins writing for the local newspaper with Jack as her photographer. Jack reconnects with his cousin Cam and finds out that he enjoys his life in a small town setting. Seems great, life could be wonderful....
However, the issues that drove Cat and Jack apart are still there. One issue is Jack's job and the fact that he works for Cat's mother in some shadowy government agency. The major divide between them and the catalyst for the end of their marriage was the fact the Cat was pregnant and had to deliver a stillborn child while Jack was away on a mission, and when he returned she was unable to cope with her anger and grief. The two never supported each other or acknowledged each other's feelings and the marriage disintegrated.
The whole Eternity Springs series has been about healing fractured relationships and this book is no different. Two people in a supportive environment, able to enjoy each other's company without the pressures that drove them apart enable them to communicate and look at each other in a new light. The normalcy of life in a small, connected, community helps them to figure out what it is they really want from life and each other. Jack realizes that he wasn't able to make Cat realize how much the loss of their baby affected him and went into his big, bad, agent persona. Cat learns that she didn't give Jack a chance to grieve with her and how her actions added to their split. When Jack gets an opportunity for a new job, Cat decides that she will bow out and let him be free without even discussing it with him. Old habits die hard and this couple has to work to be together.
I have enjoyed all of the books in this series and this one was a nice addition. The idea of life in a small town full of wonderful people is comforting and adds to the overall feeling of the series. One of the themes regarding the town's past is cleared up in this book. It is always nice to see how life is moving for characters from earlier books and to see other characters that you would like to learn more about- like Sheriff Zach! I hope we will see more of Eternity Springs.

Investigative reporter Catherine Blackburn causes a furor with her latest article. She refuses to cower though threats to her life multiply and though her house has been firebombed. Cat did hire a bodyguard.

Her mom CIA operative Melinda assigns Cat's former husband Jack Davenport to insure her daughter is safe. He secretly observes her as she goes about her life in the DC area without a care in the world though Jack understands why she would feel that way after she buried their baby while he was away and consequently their marriage. Jack knocks out the guard and abducts Cat from DC suburbia. He takes her to his home near In Eternity Springs, Colorado to keep her safe. Cat rages over the kidnapping and that he still works for her mom. As each realizes they remain in love, Cat knows Jack would never give up his work forged in a fire when he was a child while he considers it is time to come in from the cold.

The latest Eternity Springs contemporary romance (see Lover's Leap and Heartache Falls) is an engaging second chance at love suspense thriller starring two fascinating protagonists with his missions serving as the great divide. The storyline deftly merges the healing magic of the town with a mystery and plenty of suspense.

The problem, for me, with books about people rediscovering their love is that they lost it in the first place. I find it hard to believe fully in a "happy ever after" ending when hero and heroine have already divorced once. And that's the case in this book - Jack Davenport who works for the Government in covert operations and Catherine Blackburn, reporter, divorced several years ago after the death of their child.

When it looks as though Catherine's life is threatened her mother, Jack's boss, persuades him to kidnap Cat until they can be sure she is safe. Of course Cat's not keen on the plan but once at Eternity Springs, the small town where Jack has a house, she begins to feel at home and to begin to heal her relationship with Jack.

I believe this is a series of books about the Eternity Springs community although it's the first that I've read. There was a rather large cast of characters in the book and I couldn't always keep track. I also found myself not entirely in sympathy with either Jack or Cat; Cat, especially, felt rather cold and distant to me. I also found that the author seemed rather too pleased with the amount of money that Jack has - it felt a bit awkward when we kept reading about it (although this may be my British sensibilities coming into play here).

I found the book easy to read but there wasn't anything special in it and I couldn't feel entirely sure about Jack and Cat's future together.

Twenty years ago Sarah Reece's heart was smashed into a million pieces as her baddie boyfriend was escorted out of town in handcuffs. Being arrested wasn't even the worst part. That happened when Sarah told Cameron Murphy she was pregnant and he told her, she and the baby were a big mistake. Sarah never quite got over Cam Murphy but she did her best to raise their wonderful daughter, Lori.

Sarah and Lori won a trip of a lifetime to Australia. Their tremendous vacation was going perfectly until they got the surprise of their lives. A surprise neither was ready for. Walking up on Cameron Murphy in the Land of Oz, seeing him with his son was too much for them. Sarah and Lori ran from their past straight home to the safety and security of Eternity Springs, Colorado.

Cameron Murphy has one major regret in life and that's leaving the woman he loves and their unborn child twenty years ago. Sarah has been in his dreams for years it's almost as if a mirage landed on his boat deck, but mirages don't often runaway. Seeing Sarah and his daughter Lori run from him is more painful than he can stand. Now that he has been confronted with his past he's not about to lose a chance at getting to know his daughter and see the woman he loves again.

It's time for Cameron Murphy to face all of his past. He will return to Eternity Springs and face the town and the people that shunned him for his bad Murphy blood. He will meet his daughter and hopefully mend fences with her and her beautiful mom. Cam longs for the family he's never had and it's about time he got it!

I'm gushing with love for Emily March's Lover's Leap! I swear I let out the biggest sigh of happiness as I finished Lover's Leap! After reading Hummingbird Lake and Heartache Falls I have been dying to read Sarah, Cam and Lori's story! I love everything about Eternity Springs and the people that reside there. As I crack open the book I feel like I'm revisiting family. The story starts with Sarah and Lori in Australia. I'm amazed that I found myself overwhelmed by emotions and brought to tears in the first twenty pages. Ms. March makes it impossible to not feel deeply for her characters.

I found Lover's Leap to be very inspirational. Sometimes you do have to "leap like a lunatic" in order to find happiness. Sarah and Cam have so many things to overcome: past mistakes, trust issues, and their fear. Oh, and let's not forget, a very pissed off daughter. One thing that really resonated with me is how choices affect lives. How the choices you make, and the people around you make, can affect your future; and how forgiveness is the answer even when it's hard to forgive. I truly feel for Sarah's struggle with her mom. Her mom's Alzheimer's is getting worse, it's painful to watch but oh so real. Sarah has all these tumultuous feelings regarding her mom but no outlet. Cam's past with the citizens of Eternity Springs is riddled with black spots. He is looked at as bad, not only because of his actions but the actions of his father. I love Cam's road to redemption in Lover's Leap. He is not the same boy that left town twenty years ago and it's time everyone knows it.

It may have been twenty years but the chemistry between Sarah and Cam is still burning bright. Their journey in Lover's Leap is filled with many trials and tribulations but all the difficulty is well worth finding love again. My favorite part is when Cam gives Sarah his own personal "hello". It is a magical moment. Reunions abound in Lover's Leap filling the story with hilarity, heartache, desire and love. Lover's Leap is a stunning gem it sparkles bright with hope, love and dreams of happily ever after!

This is my first book by Emily March. Best to add not my last. What drew me was the story line, second chance at love. Cam and Sarah have a past, with child. They meet up far away from Eternity Springs. In the land down under, where he went after he got out of juvie. He followed her back to set the past straight. With a lot of help from the to end guardian angel. But will it be enough for everyone to forgive?

I love this series. I love that past characters are part of each story, you feel as though your are reading about your own friends who live out of town. Jack Davenport was a shadowy figure in the past books but come into the sunlight in Nightingale Way. It is a story of redemption, finding out who you are and realizing what is most important to you.
My favorite line in the book was "If you ever get arrested, don't call me". It is something I always told my kids and it was so much fun to "hear" Ali Timberlake say that her husband Mac always told their kids that.
I highly recommend Nightingale Way. You can read it as a stand alone book but it is so much better if you read the whole series.

I hate to be one of the few to give a bad review but this is my opinion. I found it boring at times and had to put it down for awhile before I went back to finish it. I think it had to do with bringing so many of the other characters in that took away from the story for me. Cat was a little irritating toward the end and I would like to have seen more dialogue between Cat and he parents. As I said, most of the other characters kind of took over the story. I thoroughly enjoyed Nic and Gabe's story, so I do enjoy the author's writing. I just did not enjoy this one.

Lover's Leap is yet another wonderful story with beautifully developed, complex and deeply relatable characters; a believable premise; and "all the feels" a reader wants and needs to experience in a favorite book; the depth of emotion that keeps them coming back for more.

This is definitely my personal favorite - so far - in the Eternity Springs series. I felt the struggle of each of the principal characters: Cam, Sarah, Lori and Devin, all being forced to confront feelings and take the risks of opening their hearts to each other. For Cam and Sarah, a couple with such a painful history, the highs and lows are extreme. For their children, the idea of becoming a "family" after so many empty years have passed is staggering, especially for Lori, a headstrong, stubborn young woman who is understandably reluctant to trust the father she's never known. The confrontations are painfully real. The issues are familiar to those who have tried to blend a family after years of independence. The fear in each character is palpable; the passion between Sarah and Cam is breath-taking, but tempered by the issues that separated them, and kept them apart for far too long. Cam and Sarah have demons that have to be faced, and forgiveness that has to be offered and accepted, before they can become the people they are meant to be.

But this is Eternity Springs. It's a community on a mission to heal broken hearts and broken lives. Friends are like family, strangers become friends, and even the most reluctant souls are mended. We all need a place - and people - like that in our lives. A shelter, a refuge, a place of unconditional acceptance and support. This is what we all yearn for, and the reason readers adore this series.

Don't miss this wonderful story.

Angel's Rest sends single mom Sarah Reese and her Texas A&M University sophomore daughter Lori on an all expense paid Australia vacation. Adventures in Paradise Tours driver sixteen year old Devin picks up the two Colorado natives to take them to the catamarans that they will ride to go to the Great Barrier Reef. At the marina, Devin's dad Cameron Murphy and Sarah see one another and freeze. Two decades ago they were in love until he left town handcuffed inside a sheriff's car never to return to her or to see his daughter. Lori realizes who he is and pleads with her mom to leave. They flee home to Eternity Springs, Colorado.

As Sarah wonders if Celeste of Angel's Rest set her up, Cam and Devin arrive in Eternity Springs. Cam wants time with his daughter who is in Virginia for the summer, but neither Sarah nor Lori want time with him. Sarah reminds him of the "Mistake" he called her pregnancy. She admits to having told Lori that he was her dad before they went to Australia. Filled with regret, Cam wants a second chance with Sarah and a first chance with Lori, but mom may still love him yet rejects his efforts.

The fourth Eternity Springs whimsical romance (see Hummingbird Lake and Heartache Falls) is a charming second chance at love tale. The lead couple is a fine pairing in which he must overcome her distrust that if she gives into her heart he will leave. His daughter's reaction is perfect and her mom's Alzheimer's enhances the character driven story line. Although Devin is too poised amidst the emotional tsunami, the return of the posse is an additional Blessing to a wonderful novel.

Emily March has delivered another fabulous read with her latest Eternity Springs novel. Jack and Catherine (Cat) are wonderful characters and you'll find yourself rooting for them to solve the heart-wrenching problems that are keeping them apart. This book has all the warmth, suspense, excitement, and humor Ms. March features in her other books. I love this series and was afraid Nightingale Way was the last one, but was very pleased to see the preview of Reflection Point at the end of the book. I'm looking forward to reading more stories in the series and learning more about how Celeste weaves her magic touch around the beloved characters that populate this special town. And, by the way, I would love to get a one-way ticket to the magical Eternity Springs!

Heart wrenching, soul satisfying romance. Beautifully written. Every Eternity Springs book I read makes me feel like I am one of the characters and that I live in Eternity Springs. That's what draws me to wanting to read this series and fall in love with the characters. Savannah was a tuff cookie to crack. Especially with her trust issues. Zach Turner (long sigh) romantic, alpha male, and such a dirty talking. I would give anything to make him mine lol. So loved this book

I recently finished Nightingale Way, and I enjoyed it well enough to search out more of Emily March's other books, including under her other pen name, Geralyn Dawson. This is the first Eternity Springs novel I've read. Nightingale Way is about a divorced couple who lost a child and were torn apart by it (combined with the guy's absentee job). This book made me cry for their pain and root for their marriage, and it succeeded in making their get together believable. There are a lot of characters present from other Eternity Springs novels, which I haven't read, so some scenes seemed a little unnecessary (though if I had read the other books, I know I would be happy to see updates about other beloved characters; not just updates, but as active characters in this book). Some things seemed a bit unbelievable- there were several points I expected Cat to leave, especially right after the kidnapping, but overall I really liked the book- it made me reflect on my life and had some good insights into how people choose to live their lives. In fact, it inspired me to review a book online for the first time, and start a new blog of my own for book reviews.

I have been waiting for Sarah's story from the first Eternity Springs novel! As expected, it was wonderful. I think what I enjoy most about this particular series is the realism. Sarah and Cam have had a lot of the same problems that the average person deals with. Teenage love, parental interference, hurt feelings, secrets, etc. And then they are given the chance to start over and have the second chance with their one great love. If you haven't read the other books in this series, you must. The story will also resonate with those of us dealing with elderly parents, and the role reversal that can be extremely difficult and at times, heartbreaking. I could not have read a more perfect story about family and friendship this holiday season.

Nightingale Way by Emily March
ISBN: 9780345528780
Catherine, Cat had just been drugged and kidnapped. She had written a story for the local paper about dogfighting going on and now the mob was tied to it and other high key figures. They had torched her house already.
Her ex, jack Davenport had taken her and was flying her to his house, as per her mothers orders, Melinda Blackburn for safe keeping, she fears. The past is brought up as other things trigger them.
After heated topics she has had enough and tells him she's leaving his house, but will remain in the area. She headed to a cottage on the property of the B&B. Very serene: creek, bikes to ride, gardens, birds and the view of the mountains and she knows how to photograph.
When Jack has an emergency and is bandaged up they talk her into watching out for him. His cottage will be close by to hers. She also takes a free job at the paper to just keep busy. He fills in some missing pieces of his life, the Bade foundation.
Love this town and the talk of the shops available: coffee shop, quilt shop, sandwich shop, restaurants, B&B, hot springs, etc.
When she fills in for the editor they start hanging around together again, she the reporter and he the accompanying photographer as she writes stories for the paper.
She uncovers more scandals and sits on the information she's learned for a bit... Angel's Rest is a very nice area to heal, the angels are out in force..
Although there are a lot of people in this book they are very easy to follow and keep separate as to who they are and in relationships with others.
While they are at the art gallery the owner goes into labor and that sets them up to talk about their own pregnancy... time to heal for both of them.
Wedding events and births and traveling and adventure keep them all busy for some time...til family matters arise and work problems that need instant attention...

I just recently discovered Emily March through another Authors recommendation and I have totally fallen in love with this series. The characters are fleshed out in such a way that they become real to you and you are vested in their lives. Real life can be so stressful sometimes that it nice to have a place like Eternity Springs to escape to. While you know there is a happy ending it's all the pages in between that capture your imagination. I can' wait to read other books that Ms. March has written as her style of writing promises a wonderful journey to a place that you can make all your own.

this book was awesome, Emily kept our interest going all through out the book..didn't want to put it down. She has a few surprises for us in this book...it will make you cry and jump for joy..The book also goes into detail about the other characters in her books..we share their lives as well as Zachs & Savannah's. It ended way too soon in my opinion i wasn't ready of course...I could have read on for days...As usual she doesn't let us down with this story...the sad part is waiting till Nov. to read the next new one in the series

Jack & Cat's marriage feel apart after they allowed his job and the loss of their unborn daughter tear them apart. Now, thrown together by a dangerous situation Cat's journalism has placed her in, they realize their relationship may not be without a future if they can overcome the past.

I enjoyed this book. It was a good story and I enjoyed getting to know all of the characters of Eternity Springs. I'm new to this series but would be interested in reading the previous & future books in it.

Nightingale Way is the 5th book in the Eternity Springs series by Emily March. Each book spotlights a pair of characters and their stories. It's easy to cheer for and sympathize with these characters. Nightingale Way focuses on Jack Davenport and Catherine Blackburn. Their story of lost love and rekindling an old flame is flawless. I look forward to the next book in the series, and hope that Celeste Blessing, Eternity Springs "Guardian Angel", sticks around for the remainder of the series.

This is no literary classic but was a fun romantic read. As the fourth book set in this small Colorado town, it contains a lot of characters who seem to have little use in this book, but who were main characters in prior or future books. While I have read one of the earlier books, at first I had a hard time keeping track of all the peripheral characters. However Cam and Sarah's story stands on its own. It has pretty much the expected bumps in the road as well as the expected happy ending.

The main sub-plot dealt with Sarah's mother who suffers from Alzheimer's disease and Sarah's efforts to care for her at home for as long as possible.

I purchased this book with a bookstore gift card. Grade: B.

Do not let the flowery titles put you off this series, this book especially. Zach and Savannah's romance is a sparkling addition to a vivid setting with its already vibrant cast. Ms. March's writing really shines in this very carefully crafted plot that has several threads and a great twist at the end. Definitely a great addition to anyone's shelf!

I've enjoyed every book in the Eternity Springs series. Besides meeting new people, we follow lives of those in the previous books, so you feel like a member of their community. They are light and easy reads that keep you interested until the last page.

I found this book just okay. I have read all the series and I will continue but I do so knowing they will just be okay. I think this book was very predictable. I found much of the situations and talk especially angel talk really hokey and weird like no one really talks like that. I did not want to quit it but if I did stop reading it was not like I rushed back to it. I can see why many will like this book but it just was not for me that much. I did not find myself feeling any deep emotion reading this book, some but not deep.

I think this is my favorite book in the Eternity Springs series. There was less focus on the "Angels" in this book, which I liked. While the concept of Angels is cute, and good for more religious people, its just not my cup of tea so to speak. That said, the Angels don't deter me from the books, because they're done in a way that does seem to fit perfectly into the stories. Anyways!

Sarah and Lori won a contest, their prize being a wonderful trip to Australia! They have a wonderful time, and as their last adventure on the trip, they are supposed to go scuba diving (well, Lori is. Sarah never did learn how). Neither of them expects what happens when they board the boat that is supposed to take them to the reef. They come face to face with Cam. Yes, THAT Cam. The Cam that broke Sarah's heart, and that is Lori's Dad. Yikes. Seeing Cam and finding out about a surprise they were expecting even less than ever "bumping into" Cam, they turn around and go home early.

This was by far my favorite Emily March book. The title was perfect and spoke to me. I have a lot in common with the character Savannah. My husband now is similar to Zach.
I dont want to put any spoilers out there, but if you dont read any other book in this series, you need to read this one

I am carried away by the intensity with whichresidents of Eternity Springs become a whole they are to help one of their own. Cam Murphy had been a bsd boy in his younger life and had come back to get to know his grown daughter and renew the love for his highschool sweetheart. This is a very hesrtfelt story of coming of age in a long overdue battle of stubborn family and friends. Remarkable.

I loved this book,Nightingale Way and the series is one of my favorites, right up there with Robyn Carr's Virgin River series and Debbie Macomber's Cedar Cove series. I have always loved Jack's elusive character and now having him and Cat together and learning all about their fateful relationship was just a big plus. I enjoyed hearing about all of the other friends and family in Eternity Springs. I am now waiting to read the next book in this great series. I loved the last lines in the book,"I love you Nightingale. Come share my sky." Great book by a great author. Thanks for all of your great ideas and good books. Diana

It was exciting to read Sarah and Cam's story line after waiting so long.
The love story was written well and believing.
Sarah is the town's golden girl and cam the towns bad mis-fit.
The girls are on a mission to get Cam's name back in the town's good graces and it works!
Can't wait for more from this author.

It is easy to understand how Jack's job could tear a marriage apart, especially when he is working for his mother-in-law, but there are always two sides to any conflict. Cat needed someone to blame for her pain, and Jack was an easy target. This author has a way of touching something soul deep in each of her characters, and bringing that feeling to life with every word. Jack and Cat are two lucky people to have found themselves in Eternity Springs, and under the watchful eye and loving wing of its resident angel Celeste.

I have loved all the Eternity Springs novels, and this one is no different. Jack was a mysterious character and one could not help wondering about him. His ex-wife, Cat is the subject of a fire-bomb because of an expose she wrote about dog-fighting. For her safety, Jack kidnaps her and takes her to Eternity Springs, out of the limelight. The issues between Jack and Cat, his CIA job and the loss of their daughter, Lauren, still stand between them. As usual, there is healing in this book, and I love the role Celeste Blessings plays. One tip: read the books in order, since many previous characters show up to support Jack and Cat. This was a lovely, quick, heart-warming read.

I have enjoyed both reading and listening to all of the Eternity Springs books so far. I have to say I waited for the Audible release of Nightingale Way and it DID NOT disappoint. The narrator brings the characters and story to life. As much as I enjoyed reading the books I enjoy listening to the stories that much more. I'm waiting and hoping for the Audible release of Reflection Point now and will pre-order it as soon as it becomes available.

This is a great series. The characters intermingle throughout the various books without losing their personalities. This has to be a juggling act for the author but she does a great job. I wish I had started with the first in the series. May do that anyway as I think I would like to reread them.

Lover's Leap is a wonderful book. I love the way Emily March kept both Cam and Sarah real and not whiny or needy. She perfectly showed their teenage love and how both they and that love had matured as adults. I read all of the time and it takes a lot for me to give a book 5 stars or write a review. I would give this book 10 stars and here is my review. This book is truly a keeper.

I thought this was the best of all the Eternity Springs Novels. I thought both main characters were good especially loved to see Zach turn around and go thru a big change in his life. Also Savannah proved that sometimes you are accused and it is not what it seems I can't imagine years of her life and some of what she went thru.

I guess the trouble is, this just isn't the kind of story I like. The main female character has an interesting past, but I've read about two thirds of the way through and it still hasn't been explained completely to the reader. The main male character is okay, but seems a little stuck on himself and boring. Both of them are supposed to be fabulously attractive. The story is mildly entertaining and mildly romantic with no real surprises at this point. The guy is very attracted to the girl in a mild sort of way. Yawn. They carry on a mildly interesting almost flirtation. If I end up reading the rest, and it improves, I'll add that to this review, but I don't know if I will read the rest. So, I wrote this review for people who prefer a romance with some excitement or passion or interesting characters to let them know this one doesn't have it. It's more light romantic melodrama, I guess.

I loved this 4th book in the series. I love the fact that we get to grow with all the smaller characters, while still getting a new "featured" story. This time we finally get to learn more about Sarah's story with Cam Murphy - and see if a family can really be created 20 years later. I found it very realistic how Lori reacts to dealing with her long-missing father. And Cam himself was a delight. Lots to love about this book - and the entire series. I can't wait to read the next one - and luckily it's out already. Yippee. I definitely recommend this lovely story and series to all. Keep them coming, Emily March!
