I got this as a gift for a friend and as soon as it arrived and I looked through it I thought to myself, I need one of these too! Then on Christmas my sister-in-law ended up giving me one!! I was so excited!! This is a very creative, therapeutic outlet. I can't wait to pick it up from time to time and follow the interesting prompts and look at the gorgeous artwork and quotes!

As someone that is new to journaling I have found the interesting prompts, beautiful pages and motivational quotes to be very helpful in maintaining consistency in, and passion for, my journal. Fabulous journal at a great price - what more could you ask for?!

This journal is delightful! The illustrations are gorgeous, and each activity is thought provoking and calming. This would make a great gift for anyone with a busy lifestyle who needs to unwind at the end of the day!

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my mom. She recently went through a nasty divorce, and I thought a little self reflection and motivation could help. She was absolutely thrilled with this book! It made her feel like a human being again. She's excited to fill it out! If you are in need of some motivation and a pick me up, grab this book! It's seriously wonderful and so much fun at the same time!

I had the same views a lot of other people on here. I think the book and the illustrations and quotes are beautiful and adorable but I don't think the prompts or the small writing space were very inspirational or life-altering. I wanted a guided journal experience that might help me reach some important insights about my goals/life (not anything too serious) but I think this ended up being more of a fun, cute book to carry around in your purse and doodle in when you're waiting. I still think it makes a good present for creative friends.

I love book. If you love a guided journey this is an awesome one! The art work is beautiful and inspiring. I bought this for myself and my two best friends for Christmas so we could complete them and share our pages between us. They LOVED it. What a great way to keep in touch for us since we all live such busy lives and don't get to get together as much as we used to. Plus I love the idea of being able to fill this out and keep it as a journal to look back on this time in my life and what my dreams and ambitions where and how they may change when I read this 30 years from now.

I am very happy with this journal. It is exactly what I was looking for in terms of guidance to dig deeper and branch out from from my standard "free write" style. I am thoroughly enjoying the diverse activities.

I bought this book as a gift for a student that was struggling with depression. It was a great introduction to mindfulness for her and started her on the path of self-love. I am now considering buying a couple more copies to have on hand for any of my students- I work at a college- that come seeking advice on finding peace.

I LOVE this book. I do an exercise every night before bed & it truly helped me. I have severe depression/anxiety & this really does ease my mind and take the edge off. I bought 2 more for family members as gifts- perfect gift for graduations, birthdays, maybe someone just struggling- 5 stars here.

I absolutely LOVE this journal. I have bought three so far and use them in my practice as a Social Worker. Everyone adores them. Will be purchasing more to have on hand. Beautiful graphics and quotes, wonderful calming "assignments". You will not regret using this for yourself or giving as a thoughtful gift.

I hardly ever leave feedback. This little journal is very unique. This is not a journal that one opens to a blank page. The pages are beautiful and draws thoughts from one. I only do a couple pages at a time so I can truly reflect my thoughts and let things process and sink in. I have given these away as gifts and received overwhelming responses of gratefulness. The journal has been talked about by the recipients on a regular basis. Which tells me the gift was truly a hit.

The binding and cheap paper ruin a really, really good thing. It's so neat...the illustrations and the original thought behind this book...it's such a shame. I wanted to give this as a gift to a friend...

I love the idea of these "find yourself" type journal/workbooks. This one was a little more childish than I would have liked. But it does give you a few pages that really work your mind to find the answers too. Mine was identical to what is pictured. There is some artwork inside of the book that looks somewhat like a water painting, and adds to the childish vibe of this book. I would recommend this for 15 and under, not adults. It would be perfect for a teenager who is trying to find their way in this world, but like I previously stated the questions and the overall vibe of the book seem to be lacking on the grown up front.

This journal is part of my "self-care kit". It's colorful, cheery, and gives some good writing prompts. It's like the writer's version of an adult coloring book. It asks personal questions and gives some cute colorful quotes.

This is a cute journal but really that's about it. It's good for some reflection, but honestly you could get better journaling prompts from Google. I was disappointed in the prompts but the quotes and colorful nature of the journal is what makes it attractive. Better for younger folks or beginner journalists.

Some questions make you think about what your response was and some are pretty lame exercises. Expected better after scanning the first few pages on line. But - - anything that makes you contemplate what you either are going to write or do write can't be all bad.

This is such a CUTE book! The only thing I would change is that it needs to use the pages it has for writing. Almost half the book is filled with pages of quotes and images. The other half or so is used for writing. And it's not that big of a book. So yeah, it's cute and I really like it but could have saved my money to buy a book/journal that has more room to write.

I really like this book a lot. The pages are absolutely dazzling to look at! Each left-sided page contains an inspiring quote from a famous philosopher or writer written in colorful watercolors. Examples include: C.S. Lewis, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Hunter S. Thompson, Ayn Rand, Anne Frank, Oscar Wilde, and Rainer Maria Rilke--just to name a few. Some of these pages also include colorful illustrations.
The corresponding right-sided page gives a prompt to write something meaningful to you. Depending on the prompt, it could be a list of some kind, an issue you've been trying to figure out, something that motivates you. Some pages prompt you to draw or color something on that page. Other pages have you circle and underline.
There is definitely no monotony in this book. It also seems like you don't need to work on it in linear order. I would recommend picking a page by what speaks to you most. This book is definitely inspiring if you need to remind yourself of the good things in your life or how awesome you are (in case you forgot.)

My daughter was delighted, said she missed this kind of thing since she has grown up. Good for young adult
gift. She likes the encouraging quotes by many of our faves & the art work. Nice little book to help self growth.

Disappointed with the “questions” the artwork was/is a bit repetitious- it’s nice but overall I like the artwork more than the work book side- perhaps I had too high of hopes for directional writing.

I love this book. The quotes are bright and interesting. I have a hard time journaling and this helps tremendously by giving prompts to elaborate on. Overall, a very cute little book with lots of inspiration.

This one failed spectacularly. Still giving it two stars because some pages were truly remarkable. Overall it was inconsistent. I had super high expectations. Maybe it's just me, but I didn't like the artwork much.
Also, instead of uplifting, the book actually made me feel pretty depressed. Maybe that was the intention - to introspect your llfe and overcome negative experiences with positivity. It clearly didn't work in my case. I am going to give it another try.

I just recently started filling this out and already love it. It does not ask much of you on each page so it is not overwhelming. A page a night is great, and I also love the quotations... I like to color them in with my gel pens. That in itself is relaxing too!

Direction is often helpful, when keeping a journal. Good quality product and accepted at TDCJ, because the pages have writing on them already, therefore not considered blank stationery (not allowed by TDCJ). Will send another, when this one full.

Very pretty book but way too small and thin for the price. I would pay no more than 5 dollar incl shipping with it . It's just small. Buy the 5 year journals instead and you get way more value Than this book.
