Three Great Thrillers in One Package - The Tom Dugan Omnibus

I've read all of Dugan series. I bought them individually. This is a great series. McDermott writes an exciting story with great characters. It's clear that he knows what he's talking about--the research is evident. The thrills revolve around commercial shipping, which provides a different and welcome change from the more typical thrillers.

I have read all of Bob's books to date and am eager to read his next release. His story lines are always captivating, flowing and laced with page turning mystique. Thanks Bob, for your great work. Keep em' coming!.

Mr. McDermott weaves a neat and tightly wound story blending just enough facts to make the fiction believable. His Dugan character is just like some marine engineers I have known but with better language skills! I eagerly await the next story.

The Dugan books were great with excellent character development not only of Dugan, but of the many other characters as well. I was anxiously awaiting #4 when McDermott went off in another direction, but that's turned out very well also. I look forward to more of either series in the future.

LOVED this three book set! The characters are well thought out and so nice to be able to go from one book to the next immediately. The subject matter in all three books are very timely. Hoping for more Tom Dugan books soon!!

I've read all 3 books in this series & LOVED all 3 !! They are all fast paced page turners that you don't want to put down because you just have to see what happens next. The author paints the scene so well that you can easily visualize what's going on, without the details bogging down the story. I enjoyed every minute reading them & am watching for his next book. I love this author's writing style !!

What a great read!! Love all three books and how they all touch on very important and present issues. Even though I like Tom Dugan for me The Russians stole the show! I love Borgdanov specially on book two. Great books, great writer, great stories!!!

Having read all three of the books in this boxed set, I can say that Bob McDermott writes great current day sea stories. Each story is different and addresses a different topic.
Read these books, you won't regret it.

I really enjoyed this box set. The characters were well developed and the plots were engaging without being terribly convoluted. As an added bonus the three full length books only counted as one selection for my Kindle Unlimited. I will be looking for more of this authors work.

The first in the series was a little hard to get into at first with all of the nautical jargon. The lingo was much different from the Clancy military descriptions but I was soon able to push through. And I'm glad I did. Well worth the time to read.

I read all three novels, and enjoyed them thoroughly. The characters quickly established themselves and flowed easily from one book to the next. I particularly appreciated that the romance was kept to a minimum.

Great books.... Kept me on the edge of my seat. Charactors are believable, even our "Rissian" friends. Very likeable for the "other" side. Stories are out of todays headlines. Very timely, well written. A must read for action/adventure fans.. Al catchpole
