I've been following Richelle Mead books and all of them are just great. Reading the "Succubus Series" have prove that there is always some good in all creatures, even devil creatures from hell literature. Mesmerizing, thrilling and hot!

Usually I get really sad whenever I finish a book series that I really love, just because there isn't going to be anymore books, but with Succubus Revealed, I thought it ended so perfectly that I didn't need to be sad. I thought Richelle Mead did an excellent job with the Georgina Kincaid series and I cannot wait to read what she comes out with next!

All I have to say is I loved it. It was a satisfying ending to the series that left me wanting more but also cleaned up the lines around the main characters.
I hope she will carry on Romans story in the future. I always rotted for him, he was easily my favorite character in the series.

Absolutely amazing! I would have to say this is my favorite series of Richelle meads that I have read:) The last book and ending gave me everything I wanted and left no stone unturned for me. I read the whole series in about three weeks and plan to start re-reading again:)

I finished reading Succubus Revealed this morning.... and have not stopped thinking about it since. True it didn't reveal new story lines or plots (as other reviews have pointed out) - but as it was the final book in the series I wouldn't expect it to.
Richelle Mead is an extremely talented author and the Succubus series was beautifully completed. After reading it, I feel satisfied with how things in Georgina's life turned out and feel privileged to have read the books and joined her "on the journey".
Carter is by far my favorite character. I find myself getting teary just thinking of his final scenes. So moving - just beautiful.
I would love to see a spin off series based on Carter. A Kayla or Roman series would also be wonderful.
Thank you Richelle Mead for more of your brilliant work! 5 stars!

Honestly, if you've read any of her other books, you should realise that Richelle throws MASSIVE hints about what is supposed to happen. In fact, I think I called nearly each event right before it happened.
Full of surprises? No. But, it is fun to read, and a good conclusion to the series.
Also, it simply reaffirmed my adoration of Carter. :)

A dynamic ending to the series. This series has initiated emotions of despair, laughter, passion, fear and joy for Georgina and the situations she has encountered. It has prompted my belief that true love can prevail.

Georgina Kincaid is a succubus who isn't happy with the status quo and is now trying to petition hell for her soul back. A very touching story of love, the discovery of betrayal and the twist that will throw you for a loop.

A great, if predictable, ending to this series. Mead is by far my favorite author and the reason she earned that title is obvious in this book. Gorgina is a complicated character with obvious faults. All those faults are highlighted in the epic ending of the series. But I think what really warmed my heart was the fact that she was able to forgive herself. With the characters that were hurt by her forgiving her, she allowed herself to look past her own flaws. This book is a must and reading it made my week. I know I will be on a Mead high for a while. Really reading other books will be a challenge when they will have to measure up to Mead's work.

Richelle Mead has some of the best character's created. Long after reading her books, her protagonist live on: Georgia Kincaid, her lover Seth, Eugenie and Dorian, Rose and Dimitri. I find myself thinking about them and replaying scenes just before falling asleep. I love that feeling you only get by reading great books.

This series was as enteratining as the Vampire Academy series. The final book was everything it promised to be with a few twists along the way. The seller kept the book in excellent condition and shipped exactly as promised.

This was great! A wonderful way to end a great series. Mrs Richell Mead hooked me from the first chapter of the frist book to the last word of this book. I will say that this is a must read. You might even be hugging the book at the end like I was.

I love this book even when I know it is the last one. Richelle Mead does end it they way I hoped so but a few characters I was hoping to know what happened to them. This only makes me hope for a spin off like Vampire Academy has with Bloodlines. I couldn't put this book down and had to read it as soon as I got it. Loved this book.

The story continues and always builds you to expect more, then the book ends and you are waiting on the next installment. I read to fast and therefore I am always waiting on the next novel. Great story line and characters to keep the reader intersted.

This is what it all comes down to. Georgina has been a succubus for a long time and lived many lives. She finally has the man she loves and while there are complications things are on the up-swing. Until she gets papers of transfer to what would normally be a desirable destination….Vegas. While it might be a dream gig it pulls her away from her friends and life she has built, but most importantly Seth. There is just something suspicious about everything and if there is every a snowballs chance in hell of getting out of this business she is going to try.
This is it. The culmination of all the other stories and what is to become of our favorite succubus and her favorite author. We have been waiting for it through five previous books and I was glued in through it all. I will say this one has more emotional action / drama rather than physical action but it was very rewarding for me. I had a lot of the plot figured out early on, some I suspected from previous book and some hints but it became apparent to me very early in this book what took them much longer to figure out. Still even when I knew watching them come up with it and then come to terms with what it meant was a roller coaster. Ups and downs that had you unsure what way was up at points. Georgina is always so strong and ready for anything but you see that there are times when even she is scared to face things. I loved seeing the juxtaposition in her and how everything from the previous stories had been building to this moment. Little bread crumbs along the way. I love when a story is so well set up that you can look back to the first book and see certain things in a different light.
There is still the zanny and snazzy lines we love from our characters and their care free attitudes for many things to compliment the more emotional side of things. I loved getting to see more with the Mortensen women because they were always so much fun. The girls just touched your heart and I loved their interaction with Georgina. I also enjoyed getting to see more with Peter, Cody, Hugh, Carter, and Roman. Roman really turned a corner in the last book for me and I wasn’t sure if he was going to revert in this final installment or not but I am glad to see his character developed the way he did. Of course Carter is amazing for me, I loved the idea of having an angel hanging out in the crew of hellish creatures. We also got to meet some new lesser immortals in Vegas and the return of Bast, whom I was on the fence about. I really enjoyed the mystery of this story and how it has been building since book one and the payoff was everything to me in the end and I am happy. That said I still have some questions about a few things that I would have liked more on just because I’m curious but overall the important things were there. I think the book could have been a bit longer and the end had a bit of a rush to it for me mainly because I still have some questions. None of this will detract any points because this story as a whole gave me so much more than I could have asked for I just wanted more. But that seems to be the way with books we love.
Now I have a few things I need to discuss that are total spoilers for the books and series. So don’t continue on if you haven’t finished the series.

Seriously this is you last warning!!!
So he always thought they were connected. Her past loves. Seth and her first husband, the name I can’t spell since I listened to the audiobook. But I knew from book one there was a connection stronger and as the series developed I saw hints all over the place. When Seth got her a ring in style to her original wedding ring. Him calling her his world. The Maddie thing (she slept with his best friend in the first life and he slept with hers in this one) the parallel was real and while I hated it the parallel is what made me understand it better but more when he finally explained himself at the end of the last book in his note. I just love it. I love that they finally got to have their fresh start.
But now onto questions I still have. I want to know what happened, for sure with Roman and Yasmine. I want to wish for the best and until I hear otherwise they are okay. Side note I loved that they brought Yasmine back. What else…oh yeah what about Bast? Did we ever find out if he was truly her friend who was lying under orders thinking it was no big deal or did he know the part he was playing? What became of Jerome, did he get to keep his gig or did someone else take over Seattle? If so who? Also what about Niphon and his major screw up? I hope he got blasted for all the torment, Jerome too. And to think I liked him and she SAVED him. Moving on, so she has leave Seattle which makes sense what Carter told her but the family is still there so they will make visits to see the girls and all so they could still be friends just on the down low right? I am going with yes! Because another big question is what about Kayla? With them gone who is going to teach Kayla about her gift so she understands what she sees? Also I would have LOVED a scene with them at the end with Georgina as a human and what difference Kayla sees in her. I want to say that Carter keeps popping in and checking on them (and sending new pony toys for the stable) to keep his vow because what happens to him now. He has been here this whole time to save her and that just made me feel amazing his final endearment “Daughter of man” just made my heart swell. And last that I can think of at the moment: Maddie and Doug. I’m glad Georgina and Doug made up and we learned that Maddie ended up meeting someone which I’m happy about and it’s silly but we never find out if Doug got Georgina’s old job and I wanted to make sure the shop was in good hands!
END OF SPOILERS!!!
Okay so that was the does it for my thoughts on the whole series. I don’t know if there was one thing that got me so deeply involved in this series, more so than I have been in one for some time but I love it. This series is one I will forever look back on with affection and love and will re-read in the future for sure. I can’t wait to get a few of my friends to read these so we can discus though it will be a struggle to keep my lips sealed! I highly recommend this series!

Oh wow. I can't believe that this is the last book about my beloved Georgina. I have said a lot in the years that I have been blogging that I need to wait until all of the books in a series came out until I read it (ha. Ha. ha. Yeah, not going to happen, too many beauties) but this is the perfect example why. I have been able to binge read this and my head is so full of Seth and Georgina plus the rest of this beautifully crafted cast of secondary characters.
Not even sure how coherent and not fan girly this review will be but here we go:
Once we got into the heart of the story it started going after a breakneck pace that I'm used to. Of course there are surprises like stuff with the family and the transfer of course was mentioned in the synopsis but it's still a huge change just as it seems like Georgina and Seth have figured out something some normalcy for their relationship
It's hard to see in Georgia enough so upset about leaving and knowing that seth wants to be around for Andrea and the girls who we have all come to love especially Kayla.
There are of course questions and it seemed like the transfer was really rushed so of course Georgina follows her gut and it does seem like something more what's going on then what could be looked at as just a normal transfer. she's been in Seattle for quite a while after all. On there newly reformed relationship.
Oh my gosh she is a genius. I'm nearing the end of the book and everything is perfect. From the first page of the first book all the details that were there are just come in together and its just like a puzzle that is so beautiful. I am loving loving loving it she is providing such a good closure and I'm just so excited to finish reading it but I just had to put in my paragraph being all fan girl.
We get to see carter in this new magnificent light and the way that he is with the Mortensen's the girls and Andrea she's so sick just the things that he does and his willingness to really stand up for good it's just beautiful and I love it. Also the way that he is helping Georgina and then somehow he's just been such a good friend and caring for her even when he's an angel and she is an agent of hell
All the details from the plot line with Erik everything that he knew to his unfortunate ending all lines up. Roman Roman has come full circle and its me to sleep even though he still hiding himself from a lot of people he's been able to get into Georgina's inner circle and really just become her friend and put some of their not so fortunate past behind them and really help her out
Along with all the intrigue and just wrapping up a the transfer beautiful story lines there still the humor and the snark that I've come to love and expect. Of all things Jerome is trying to prove that his crew in Seattle is better than Nanette's and the way that they're settling it is of course a bowling competition I mean really. All of these servants of hell with the exception of occasionally having Carter around are having a bowl off. From the weird way that we transfer papers came to Georgina and how the transfer seem to be so rushed to her weekend in Las Vegas. She had such a good time plus she was hired for a Vegas dancing position and her old boss Lewis was the supervisor there when the addition of the presence of Bastion her longtime friend. it all comes together as them covering something huge up and we get the hint of what the something is that they're hiding.
When the big reveal of the plot line of her contract and something being off about that starts to come out I wanted to do a little dance and scream because somehow it never really crossed my mind that it was a possibility but it was just so so perfect.
So just too kind of highlight and show what kind of wonderful writing there is and kind of sum up this book. Here's a quote from one of the last page: "a sacrifice born of love is almost as powerful a thing as a redeemed soul, both of them are blows to hell."
Oh man, that epilogue and that ending oh my gosh it could not have been more perfect and made me want to cry and I loved it and it was beautiful and it was everything I wanted, it was perfect. In short, she's a genius.
Bottom Line: Perfect ending, Mead is a genius.

"Love burned within me and between us, making everything else a fog of indistinct details. There was only Seth and me. Me and Seth."
Succubus Revealed had to be one of the BEST series endings I have ever read. Mead laid the perfect foundation for what goes down in the conclusion. Secrets were revealed, the truth came out, and you finally discover who knew what the whole time. I was shocked to find out which of our characters were withholding vital and very valuable information throughout the entire series. I felt betrayed, just as Georgina did.
Let's start at the very beginning. A very good place to start. Georgina has decided to let Seth take hold of his humanity and let him decide his fate. After two too many books of them separated, I loved seeing them together in a way they weren't before. Neither of them held anything back. They were an open book to each other.
With Erik's last breath in Succubus Shadows he tells Georgie to "find the other contract." With Roman and Hugh's help, Georgie begins to unravel the web of lies that surround her. I was shocked when the big reveal came around the 50% mark. Part of the reveal, I saw coming, but the rest of was a huge shocker. And what followed ripped me and Georgie's heart out. I thought we were going to go back to the Succubus Dreams days.
I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed Seth's brother, Ian. He was the ultimate hipster, opposed to all things mainstream. He knew about everything before it was cool.
He likes to go to coffee shops—obscure ones that you've never been to, naturally— and pretend to read counterculture literature.
After finishing this book, I have to say that I still love Jerome. His unique relatinship with Carter and his strange attachment to Georgie is somewhat of a mysterious, even now.
Jerome's lips twitched. "Exactly, Georgie. Besides, I also wanted to hear—"
Jerome fell silent as his case rested on Seth's T-shirt, depicting John Cusack's iconic stance with the boom box over his head.
"Nice shirt," said Jerome at last.
"Um, thanks," said Seth.
At the beginning of this series, everyone was telling me how much they loved Carter. I didn't get it (at least not after a book or two). But after finishing this book
What kept me moving through this series were the morsels of hope that Richelle Mead injected into this story—hope that Georgina and Seth would get to be together in the end, hope that Georgina would finally be truly happy after a millenia of despair, and hope that her friends would be there in the end supporting her. I am not giving anything away. But I will tell you that this series was flawlessly executed from beginning to end. The fun is truly in the journey, not where it ends up. In many ways the ending was bittersweet; it wasn't all rainbows and butterflies. There was pain and it was sad, but I was happy with where all of our beloved characters ended up.¯

The final installment of this series does not disappoint. The large plot that has been gradually revealed over the last several books comes to a head and most of the questions are finally answered. For the most part, the outcomes are what you would expect if you've been paying attention to all the little clues that were dropped along the way, though there are a few surprises here as well. By the end, to say that nothing will be the same again is a huge understatement.
The substantial character growth we saw from Georgina in the last book continues to develop and solidify in this one. After a lifetime -- several lifetimes actually -- of dodging consequences and shying away from confrontation, she's finally ready to truly own up to her mistakes and at least attempt to deal with the mess she's created. Though she learns some staggering truths about just how much her actions over the centuries have impacted at least one other person in particular, instead of burying her head in the sand and dissolving into a ball of self-pity as she's always done in the past, she sucks it up and faces it head on, determined to try to finally do the right thing and at least try to make amends. Once all it said and done, it appears that she's been successful and will finally get the happily ever after that she's long been denied.
Overall, the answers found in this book are largely what I had expected they would be, for we'd been given enough clues up to this point that it wasn't hard to guess what had been going on in the background unbeknownst to Georgina for all the centuries of her long life. Still, enough of the details had still been uncertain that it wasn't all just an "I knew that" situation here. A few surprises await us as well that keep the story fresh and from being too entirely predictable. The final outcome is largely a happy one, but it's not without a few bittersweet notes. It was inevitable that at least a few sacrifices would have to be made here, and while the biggest one is a bit surprising, it makes sense once you think about it.
A satisfying ending to a very intriguing and entertaining series. While I'm a bit sad to see the last of Georgina, for I've enjoyed her personality as well as those of all her friends, it was good to finally see her get some resolutions and closure to issues that have plagues and haunted her for centuries. I'll definitely be checking out more of Ms. Mead's works for I've really enjoyed her style of writing.

I’ve been postponing reading the final novel in this series because I just couldn’t bring myself to say goodbye to Georgina Kincaid. The ride has been fantastic, nearly every installment is a 5 star read however, like all good things it had to end sometime. But, boy what a way to go! Succubus Revealed sure wrapped things up with a bang! I never really picked up on the overall plot line of this series; Seth and Georgie’s on-again-off-again relationship has always been at the forefront but the significance of it never really hit me until this book. Their HEA not only exceeded my expectations but actually left me in awe. Well played Richelle Mead. Well played.
The opening chapters of this book start out like all of those that came before it. Georgina is given a new assignment from Hell which in this case means she’s being shipped to Vegas; yet another obstacle in her relationship with Seth. I didn’t really think much of it nor did Kincaid because it was pretty much status-quo that is, up until things just seemed a little too perfect. Roman, being the s*** disturber that he is, encourages his roomie to look into her succubus contract. Again. This leads them to search for answers in the most unlikely of places: Seth. What they uncover shatters both of their worlds beyond repair. The time for playing ostrich is over; now that the truth is out, it can not be ignored.
I thought that Mead did a great job of gathering all of her characters together for one last hurrah. Aside from the bowling tournament which seemed a little ridiculous in my opinion (demons duking it out with strikes and spares, seriously?), I was happy to get some face time with each of them one last time. That’s the thing about this series, as much as I LOVE Georgie, I adore her friends almost just as much. Well, except Jerome. I enjoyed seeing Roman and Carter’s roles in Kincaid’s life come to fruition as well. Many other reviewers complained about the predictability of this book and I’m not sure if I just read the installments too far apart or if I was just too blind to see what was right in front of my nose but the big reveal caught me completely by surprise.
The main plot of Succubus Revealed is pretty straightforward so I won’t delve into it any further for fear of revealing too much. This series really is worth experiencing from beginning to end so I don’t want to ruin it for anyone. The audio versions are all the more satisfying thanks to Elisabeth Rodgers’ brilliant narration skills. Having listened to every one of these books I now find it hard to picture any other voice other than hers as Georgina Kincaid. Her performance as my favourite succubus is incredibly memorable and spellbinding.
Succubus Revealed is highly emotional, jaw-droopingly shocking and just plain fab. If you’re searching for a new series, you should make this one a priority.

Finally, things look like they are coming together for Georgina Kincaid. Sure she's lost her job at Emerald City Books and her good friend Doug, but she still has her demon friends and most importantly she had Seth Mortensen.
Of course, having Seth comes with a cost. She's has to compromise with him on her no sex rules (because what Succubus wouldn't want to save the soul of the man she loves), but she figures losing a little piece of him every few months was worth it.
Unfortunately, her bosses in Hell can't risk that.
Where do you send a succubus you're trying to control? Why Las Vegas of course. Only things with this transfer aren't what they seem an it takes Roman, Carter, and Hugh to figure out why Hell is hellbent on getting Georgina out of Seattle.
This, the last book in the series, did not disappoint (especially for those of us that have been waiting what seems like forever for it). The road to Georgina's happily ever after did not come easily. Her first life, the one she's been running from all these years, comes crashing down on her just as she's dealing with the issue of her contract. Instead of doing what she normally does when that first life rears it's ugly head, she instead stayed and fought. Fought for her soul and fought for Seth.
It was refreshing to finally see Georgina realizing that maybe, just maybe, she's paid for the mistakes of her past life and it was her time to find happiness.
This was a great ending to a wonderful series. Have the Kleenex ready, because Seth and Roman will have you wiping those tears away in a couple of scenes!
Favorite Quote: He reached out and tipped my chin up. “You do, Georgina. And if you don’t believe me now, then strive to be. Live your life. Be kind. Love those you know. Lost those you don’t know. Be worthy of your soul.”

I think I'm not going to write about all of the books from this series separately, I'm just going to state all the things here. I liked the beginning of the series. The sequel was good. Loved the third and the fourth book. The fifth was not that good, it did not move me at all on any level and I wasn't sure I wanted to read the last one. I'm glad I did, tho.
The sixth book was different from the others. I thought that, throughout the series, the flow of the story was quite easy to figure out, but I was not expecting the things happening in the last book. At all. It was understandable and reasonable, because I could not figure out the connection between the men from Georgina's past. I liked the conclusion and, although I feel like Mead could have told the story bettew, all the loose ends were connected and the ending was quite logical. In the last one, there was not that much action, but it was still cool.
At times, I feel bad about reading all the books from the series right away, because in the next one the author always describes what happend in the previous one. It's annoying to read it all over again. But, if I'd have to wait for the next book to come out for a year or so, I'd forget the details, too, so maybe it's not so bad.
In conculsion, it was an interesting series and I enjoyed Georgina's relationship with her friends (Hugh, Peter, Cody) and Carter the most. Real friends are there even when their own perspective is not the greatest and one does not always have to fight on the same side to be there for someone. Even Bastian's and Georgina's sister-brother relationship was sweet and sincire.
I started to look for excerpts, actually, but there were too, too many of them, so, yeah. There were so many good thoughts, sayings and scenes that made me laugh. There were a few, tho, which made me laugh out loud, but in each of these books there was an aphorism, which one should keep in mind. Unfortunately there were too many of them and I could not choose a few of them to write here.
Rate to the last book and to the series in whole: 4.

It's bittersweet to be finished with this series. There's so many characters throughout that I will miss. First and foremost, Georgina and Seth- their relationship had so many ups and downs but that epilogue!! Carter- an angel everyone needs in their life. Georgina's band of immortals- Hugh, Roman, Cody, Peter and so many more that came in and out of her life over the entire series. I haven't finished a lot of urban fantasy series but this is my stand out favorite so far. Richelle Mead did a wonderful job of combining paranormal in modern day with an outstanding romance, mysterious bad guys, solid friendships, great betrayals and a main character you cheer for along the entire journey.

More of my reviews can be found on my blog @ http://littlepiecesofimagination.blogspot.com/

At last, Georgina can no longer outpace her past. It comes full circle and to astonishing revelations about herself, Seth and everything she thought knew about Hell's evil, twisty ways.
In Succubus Revealed, the last chapter in a great series, we get all the answers that were brought up and ones we, as readers, were wondering about. Georgina's left her old job to avoid the crushing after blow of everyone finding out. Meanwhile, Jerome has ordered Georgina and her Scooby Gang to compete in a bowling match against the archdemoness of Portland, much to everyone's surprise and chagrin. Seth's sister is still very ill and as a result, Seth's writing has suffered while helping out the family--but not his glowing relationship with his one love, Georgina. With the good comes the heartache again because, without warning, Hell decides to send her to a new city, Sin City, and in a blinding hurry. At first, Georgina is suspicious, but all's fair in corruption and evil and she tries to accept it, work around it, but Roman won't, can't and starts to investigate the why, and to fatal results.
Book 5 had left me unsure about the overall direction of the story and how my favorite star-crossed lovers were characterized. I realize now that it wasn't as warranted I thought. Mead, of course, has always had a very specific direction and stayed true to her vision of the series, even if I always didn't. The Big Reveal in the second half will blow you away, and cement Mead as one of the most clever, thoughtful and talented authors out there. She knows how to tell a story AND write it beautifully and answers all the questions. The only thing I didn't care for was the whole bit about her being transfered to Vegas and her visit there, which took up a huge chunk of the middle and was ALL filler. While still fun to read, and Mead's exceptional writing skills are ever present, it dragged on and added very little to the book. Also, how Roman was dealt with was sad and I wished he would have been more than a stock piece character when he'd been written to be more than that but never fully developed to his full potential.
Overall, I was quite pleased with everything, including the predictable happily ever after swift wrap-up, but after all the hoops that Seth and Georgina had to go through since Book 1, it felt just right. I can't wait to re-read the whole series again, pick up on the little things I missed the first time around. Succubus Revealed was a sweet, satisfying conclusion.

Oh no please don't let this series end!
Georgia is an enigmatic character that jumps off the page and burns into your brain! At first I wasn't sure I should how to feel about her and her lot in life. I have come to adore her and cried more than once while reading these 6 book!
Then the wordsmith of an author unleashes the world; story and conflicts and melts your heart!
Sad this seems to be the end!

I love reading Richelle Mead and this series has definitely been one I've enjoyed. While I'm sad to see this end, what an amazing way to say goodbye to Georgina! This was a story I had a hard time putting down and thankfully I was on a road trip so I had extended periods of time where I could devour it. There were a few questions left hovering when I opened the book and I loved the way they were all answered. And yes, there was even a "OMGSH NO WAY!!" moment that I didn't see coming.
Poor Georgina has gone through so much and finally has the man she loves, Seth. There's some tough conditions to being together, especially with her being a succubus, but rationing out sex is worth it because she's finally happy. That is until her world falls apart with the sudden and very much a surprise transfer slip that's delivered. With no explanation, she must leave behind everyone and move on to Las Vegas and it breaks her heart knowing that Seth may not be able to follow. Luckily, Roman smells a conspiracy and for the rest of the book, the truth slowly unfolds - the lies, secret agendas and colossal mistake by Hell. The storyline really sucks you in as you hope and pray Georgina comes out on top. You want her to win, to keep Seth and to have the happily ever after!
One thing I noticed was this book was really light on the sex part, her role as an active succubus pushed aside to focus on the conspiracy part of the story. Even the "creative" ways she's intimate with Seth are light and I'll admit, I missed that element. Being a sexual being, her nature was pushed aside for a more angsty one but it made sense with everything she was going through. I just would've liked to see more.
There were definitely some goose bump and tear inducing moments through the book - things about Carter being revealed and his role in everything, the willingness to sacrifice everything for Georgina happiness by Roman and the pain of betrayal felt by Seth. Yeah, that shocked the heck out of me but man it was powerful to read as it unfolded. I couldn't imagine what it must have felt like to go through and my heart broke for him!
All in all, it was a great way to finish the series and makes it a definite must read. I was left feeling satisfied and ready to move on to something new. Thank goodness the author has a new series started I can dive into! Happy reading!

Succubus Revealed, Book #6 of the Georgina Kincaid series
Author: Richelle Mead
Synopsis: Georgina Kincaid has had an eternity to figure out the opposite sex, but sometimes they still surprise her. Take Seth Mortensen. The man has risked his soul to become Georgina's boyfriend. Still, with Lucifer for a boss, Georgina can't just hang up her killer heels and settle down to domestic bliss. In fact, she's being forced to transfer operations...to Las Vegas.
The City of Sin is a dream gig for a succubus, but Georgina's allies are suspicious. Why are the powers-that-be so eager to get her away from Seattle---and from Seth? Georgina is one of Hell's most valuable assets, but if there's any way out of the succubus business she plans to take it--no matter how much roadkill she leaves behind. She just hopes the casualties won't include the one man she's risking everything for...
Our Review [by LITERAL ADDICTION's Pack Alpha - Michelle L Olson]:
I have been a fan of the Georgina Kincaid series since the day I randomly picked up a copy of Succubus Blues and wasn't able to put it down until I had devoured the last sentence of the last available book; Succubus Shadows, Book #5. The series has everything I look for in a good Urban Fantasy - Action, wit, great dialogue, strategically placed steamy (and very REAL) romance, and best of all...intrigue. While it's hard for me to believe the series is done, Richelle couldn't have closed it out better than she did with Succubus Revealed.
In this installment, we have seasoned characters who have gone through hell (pun intended) to be where they are currently - together and happy. While that is enough, there are still things - real-life things - that need to be dealt with outside of their shiny happiness, and during their true living of life in this book, yet another curveball is sent their way (not shocking for Georgina).
At first it looks like there could be a way to overcome the hurdle that's put in their path, until it's revealed that there is WAY more to the sudden job transfer notice than meets the eye; it looks to be an honest to goodness conspiracy, and when you work for Hell, you're not paranoid if they really ARE out to get you!
With the help of her faithful friend and conspiracy theorist Roman, Georgina begins to unpeel the layers of the mystery onion, to get to the heart of the matter. In doing so, the biggest bombshell of the series yet is dropped, and I found myself in bed at 1:30 a.m. exclaiming expletives out loud and waking up my other ½ -- it was just that shocking, and that GOOD!. '
The downward slide of the novel's crescendo was filled with `what-ifs', literal soul gambling, and putting everything on the line for love even when Georgina wasn't sure she'd have a love to go back to. It was heart-pumping, breath-holding Urban Fantasy at its best, and Richelle Mead delivered like nobody's business!
There was a definite `lesson' in this book, and I think it can be summed up with an amazing quote from the end of the book: "How we love others is affected by how we love ourselves, and for the first time in a long time, I was whole. I knew who I was and in turn was able to appreciate just how much I loved him". ~Georgina Kincaid. Succubus Revealed by: Richelle Mead.
I could gush forever, but I'll get straight to the rating. LITERAL ADDICTION Paranormal Book Club gives Succubus Revealed 5 Skulls and would recommend it to everyone - Urban Fantasy and Paranormal Romance readers far and wide. If you're looking for a series that has a mix of supernatural creatures and plenty of Hell driven drama but that is still very `real' and relatable, then the Georgina Kincaid series is definitely for you.
This is a series that you have to read in order though in my opinion. There are just so many layers and things that make the characters who they are that happen book to book, that picking up a book in the middle of the series would be unfair to you as a reader. So... if you haven't read any of Georgina yet, go get Succubus Blues and start the series now! If you already caught up and are just waiting to read Succubus Revealed to wrap the series up for yourself, don't wait any longer; move it to the top of your TBR list immediately! You won't be disappointed, I promise.

Succubus Revealed is book six and last in the Georgina Kincaid series by Richelle Mead.
Georgina is happy with her life. Finally she is together with Seth, she has her friends and love ones around her; apart from a crappy Christmas job and her missing her old job at the bookstore, we could say her life is as she have wanted it to be for a long time. But Hell has other plans for her. Georgina receives a sudden transfer to Las Vegas, but her transfer is a little bit suspicious because it breaks Hell's usual modus operandi.
Georgina is send to Vegas for a weekend first to meet her new handler, and oh! big surprise is her favorite boss ever, also at her arrival she learns she is going to work with one of her best friends who also has been recently transfer to Vegas and during her weekend stay she finds her dreamed job too. Georgina is very excited about all that; even tough she is worried how things are going to work with Seth and the distance. Seth can't move with her because his sister in law is still very ill and his brother needs him more than ever in Seattle.
But when Georgina returns to Seattle from her weekend in Vegas and starts to think with a cold head about her trip, she realizes everything was too perfect in Vegas for being just a coincidence. She shares her thoughts about it with Roman who promises to help her find out the truth. But sometimes the truth is a lot more than what you expected and in some cases a lot more than what you can handle.
Let's start by telling you that I'm writing this review with mix feelings, not because of the quality of the book but because it is the last one of this wonderful series and I'm sure I'm going to miss Georgina and her gang.
Georgina has come a long way; we have seen her grow throughout the pages. She has made us laugh and even cry a bit and finally we are accompanying her to find the happy ending she so much deserves.
I have to be honest with you, I have never been a Seth fan, before Succubus Revealed I would have prefer if Georgina had her HEA with Roman but after reading Succubus Revealed I have become Team Seth.
Georgina and Seth's love is one of those that transcend barriers. They can fight against it but sometimes there are things bigger than any of us can comprehend. I won't give more away, if you a Georgina fan I'm pretty sure you know what I'm talking about, if not, go get the books and discover it for yourself.
We have a favorite saying among my friends: How can you tell if a demon is lying? His lips are moving.
Succubus Revealed is a book about love, friendship, intrigues, deceptions and acceptance. As I said before I don't want to give much away, being the last book and all that, so let me just say that there were some characters that I wanted to kill with my own hands and others that broke my heart, some teary eyed scenes and other what! No, it can be! moments.
My favorite characters apart from Georgina were Roman and Carter, and I really wish Mrs. Mead write a spin-off series for them because I really would love to see and learn more about them.
I leaned my head against him. "Why are you so nice to me?"
"Because Carter's not your only fan." When I looked back up, I saw Roman's green eyes were deadly serious. "You're a remarkable woman, just by your own nature. Smart. Funny. Compassionate. But what's really great is that you're so easy to underestimate. I did when we first met, you know. And Hell is now. No matter what their reaction to ...... is, I guarantee most of them doubt you have a chance. You're going to prove them wrong. You're going to break the unbreakable. And I'll be there helping you, as much as I can."
Did I told you I love Roman? *swoon*
The only complaint I have about Succubus Revealed and my reason not to give it 5 paws is that there were some side stories that didn't provide anything to the story and felt more like page fillings than anything else (bowling anyone?), also some important situations in my opinion were left unresolved.
All in all Succubus Revealed is a great conclusion to a great series. If you are a fan of the series is a book you need to read and if you haven't read Georgina's books yet you need to do it as soon as possible. Georgina Kincaid series is too good to let it pass.
I really admire Mrs. Mead for ending her series in a high tone and not drag them endlessly as other authors tend to do. So, kudos to you Mrs. Mead.

Succubus Revealed, the final book in the Georgina Kincaid series was a quieter book. Richelle had fun with her quirkiness of putting Georgina in a foil Santa's helper outfit and the looming bowling tournament between Nanette's peeps and Jerome's normal crew, Cody, Peter, Georgina and Hugh.
Hell, why not....ha?
I love Carter and I kind of want a Carter spinoff, even though Angels aren't allowed to find that somebody because if they do the chances are they are going to wind up at Hell's door for breaking the rules.
Roman, I noticed that Richelle did something either just normal for a final book or to make us think that possibly we will hear more from Roman. I am intrigued.....
Peter is hilarious with his mannerisms, Cody was just sweet. I never really thought of them as vampires, Richelle never really brought that into play. No bloodlust or vampire excitement or even much if any fang showing. This was a succubus series.
I did figure out a bit of where Richelle was heading with a couple bits on the plot as there really wasn't anywhere else it could be heading. The one thing I did notice was Georgina didn't get her funky on with any poor unsuspecting person and drain their energy in this book.
I enjoyed this book but it wasn't its normal fast moving pace like others in the series. I do love Seth and we always knew he was going to get the gal, so no surprises there.
All in all I really have enjoyed this series. It was a very clever series with all the emotions and just living the life of a succubus and trying to be a good person when you work for hell and trying to be happy.
I loved all Richelle's characters and I think I will miss them.

Oh Richelle, you did it to me again...It seems that every Richelle Mead series is amazingly addictive and thrilling until it comes to the final installment of a series. I was not too happy with the end of Vampire Academy and I feel that Succubus Revealed is a bit lackluster compared to the rest.
Georgina is stil the same kick-ass, yet good-hearted succubus that we have all come to know and love. The love of her life Seth has chosen to be with her even though he is risking his soul and her crazy bunch of Supe friends are still by her side. Life is good good, which is always a sign that there is danger to come when it has to do with Georgina.
Soon her happy existence is shattered when Seth's SIL takes ill, she finds out she is being relocated to Las Vegas and the people around her seem to be harboring a secret..one that will change her life forever. As she gets closer to uncovering the truth she soon realizes that the secret is bigger than she ever realizes. What she finds will shake not only her world, but Heaven and Hell and she can only hope that she can protect the people she loves from the backlash.
So, what can I say..it was good, but not great. Let me start with what I love about the book: I love the humor! The whole set of characters are funny as always and I love their interactions. I love how Georgina has grown and is able to accept her past and look forward to the future. I love how the books ties all the loose ends and secures it with a nice pretty bow.
Now, here's what I don't like: What happened to Roman. I don't want to spoil it, but he is such a great character and a friend to Georginia and I feel that what happens leaves much to be desired. It is hard to really say what I mean without giving much away, but the last time we see him something horrible happens and then it's over. We don't hear anything else about it. What happened? Is what everyone thinks the actual way everything went down? I did not like it one bit. Secondly, I felt like the action was there, but there was a lot more talk then anything else. I love the heart-pumping action that leaves me eacing through the pages. In this book, it just wasn't there. Don't get me wrong, there was some great moments, but nothing memorable. Lastly, the ending. I liked the ending but I would have liked to see a bit more into the future to something that was referenced to a few times. I thought that would have made a clever and wonderful ending. If you read the books, you will know what I mean.
Overall, it was good but not up to par with the other books that make up the series. Being that this is a series ender - it made it a much tougher pill to swallow.

About two years ago I'd just discovered the fun to be had with books starring supernatural characters. I happened to find Richelle Mead's Succubus Blues while browsing the shelves of my local library. Urban Fantasy and Paranormal Romance were both new to me and up until that point I was strictly a werewolf and vampire kind of girl. I read the synopsis on the back. Succubus living in Seattle...Works at a local bookstore...Demon boss obsessed with John Cusack...Succubus has a huge crush on a hottie author. I had to see what this series was about. I took it home and was hooked after just one chapter. Thankfully several books in Georgina's series were all ready published, and I had several crazy tales involving Georgina and her friends to keep me busy. I actually read the first four one right after the other and it easily won a spot as one of my most favorite series.
Georgina is a character I couldn't help but to be drawn to (even with the whole minion of hell thing). She isn't at all like you'd expect a succubus to behave. She struggled with guilt often over the choices she had made. She also cares so strongly when it comes to the people (human and not) in her life. I love quirky characters and definitely think that is an apt description for Georgina's circle of friends. I loved this series from start to finish, even when things got a little dark towards the middle.
Longtime readers of this series won't be disappointed. Richelle Mead gives us the closure we hoped for. I enjoyed spending this final action packed and emotional installment with the characters I've come to know and love. While I was so very pleased with the perfect conclusion to this amazing series, I was also saddened that it was the end. I hope Richelle Mead will consider using characters from Georgina's world in a future series. I'd love the chance to see them again.
Love Urban Fantasy? Hate waiting for the next book in a series? If you haven't started this series you really must and you won't even have to play the dreaded series waiting game. You know the one I'm talking about. Where you obsessively wait for the release date to finally get answers to the questions raised in the previous book, only to find yourself left with more questions at the end of the new release. The Georgina Kincaid series is complete and ready to be devoured :)

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE SPOILERS FROM SUCCUBUS SHADOWS!
Finally finished Richelle Mead's epic conclusion to the Georgina Kincaid series, Succubus Revealed! Because of my cold it took a lot longer to read but it was still a fabulous read! One I really enjoyed especially since the last one was only so-so for me. This one definitely gives the characters the send off I hadn't known I was hoping for!
When we last left Georgina, she has gotten back with Seth, at the cost of hurting a good friend unintentionally. And of course she and Seth were taking their relationship to new levels at a careful rate. And of course there's that burning question as to why Seth murmured her name, her old name after their lovin!
This story was exciting in several ways and every unanswered question is answered! And I sooo wasn't expecting some of the results. Sure there was wonderings and guesses but the who-dun-it?s--total surprises! Makes you look at the characters in completely different ways.
Which they are all there still, even Roman. He plays a key role in the story and manages to endear even me! He wins me away. Carter as well had some shocking revelations at the end, maybe not quite as outstanding as Roman, but still it totally blew me away!
This book totally moved me in ways that I didn't think possible! I think all this reading I keep doing since I am still temporarily unemployed is working to soften my heart. I used to be very closed off to feelings and lately I'm being more moved by all these incredible stories I keep reading! Georgina's was definitely another one to add! And since it is the end of a series, it does have a nice conclusion. One that I was happy with at least.
It's always sad to see a series end but this one did it good! Really good. I was thrilled for every bit of the conclusion. All the little details were just amazing! I can't really say more or else I will likely lead to a spoiler of some kind so I am going to cut myself off.
This is definitely a series any UF fan should NOT miss out on! I was skeptical at first because I know my succubus lore, and thought there would too much sex for my liking so I always passed the series up. I learned even after the first book, that that was not what the series was about! The sex scenes are hardly even detailed, so this definitely fits the bill for UF readers and Georgina is an amazing character! I love her still!!
Have no idea what I will read from Richelle now that both her adult series are coming to an end! At least there's her Vampire Academy spinoff!

Georgina Kincaid has had a rough few months, but things are finally settling down. She's working as an elf at the Mall since she quit her dream job at the bookstore. Maybe it's not ideal, but it pays the bills. She's back together with her boyfriend Seth, and although there are a few things in their relationship that aren't perfect - namely every time they have sex a piece of his soul turns dark - she's happy they're together. They've had their ups and downs and everything seems to have worked itself out.
Then, out of nowhere, she gets a message from hell - she's being transferred in a month from Seattle to Las Vegas. She's devastated, until she realizes she can bring Seth. But his sister-in-law is sick with cancer, and it's suddenly gotten worse; Seth must stay to help his brother and sister-in-law with their five young daughters. Georgina takes a weekend trip to Las Vegas to check in and make preparations for her arrival, and it's too good to be true: her boss is and old favorite, her new roommate is a very good friend, and he introduces her to another succubus who is a lot of fun and helps her land her dream job as a showgirl.
Later, as she's telling her roommate, Roman, about all these things, he's deeply suspicious. Roman wants to know why hell wants her out of Seattle so quickly. As more and more secrets are uncovered, Georgina's future looks uncertain - for good or bad, no one knows.
My thoughts:
A fabulous ending to a fantastic series. I couldn't have asked for more. I had so many questions at the end of Succubus Shadows, and they were all answered in Succubus Revealed.
Georgina's crew is like hell's version of Friends; Ms. Mead writes the quirkiest demons I've ever read. I mean, really, where else are you going to read about a bowling competition to prove demonic superiority?
Seth was on my "bad" list for part of the series, but I'm firmly back in the Team Seth category. He's good for Georgina; he loves her more than anyone knew. Well, almost anyone...
Roman was another character I had doubts about earlier in the series, but I must say that Roman was amazing. Everyone needs a friend like Roman; someone who's there for you despite the situation or the risks, someone who will fight for you and do everything in his power to ensure your happiness.
And Carter, oh Carter. I think this is the only series where I like a secondary character more than the actual hero. Carter is an amazingly wonderful and complex character - his non-answers frustrated me throughout the series but really, why should that change in the last book, lol. (The last thing Carer says to Georgina on the very last page of the book brought tears to my eyes.)
Throughout the entire series I've wanted a HEA for Georgina but I could not figure out for the life of me how she was going to get it. In her Succubus series, Ms. Mead has done a wonderful job weaving clues through multiple books, ending with a scene that left me holding my breath and closing one eye because I was afraid to look but had to keep reading. The epilogue left me extremely satisfied, although I may have needed a tissue or two.
I can't really say whether or not you would enjoy this book if you haven't read the rest of the series - but I wouldn't advise it. This is book 6, and as such there is so much history between Georgina, Seth, and her demonic counterparts that you really should read the whole series.
Oh, just one more thing: Hey Ms. Mead - how about a spinoff series or short story featuring Seth's little niece, Kayla, when she gets a bit older?

This is a spoiler-free review but assumes familiarity with the Georgina Kincaid series.
And here we are... The End. Succubus Revealed is the last book in Richelle Mead's Georgina Kincaid series and I cannot begin to tell you how bittersweet reading this book felt. I wanted to hurry up and read it, yet slow down and savor the story. Ultimately I settled on "screw it, full speed ahead!" and read it in one seating.
We find Georgina working as a Santa's elf at a high-end Mall, far away from her former ideal job at her beloved bookstore, which she had to leave after what happened with Seth and Maddie. Ugh Maddie. Blech, do. not. like! But that's another rant for another time. Georgie's been ordered by Hell to transfer her succubus services to Las Vegas, but when she goes out there to scope out the scene, things seem a little too intentionally perfect. With Seth Mortenson's sister-in-law still ill with cancer in Seattle, this transfer is yet one more hurdle in their attempt to be with each other. Sweet cheesus will Georgie and Seth ever be able to be together?! You'll have your answer by the end of Succubus Revealed and I get sentimentally teary-eyed all over again just remembering it.
I did find some parts somewhat predictable, which made the beginning a little slow for me. The first half of the book was slow-moving, but by the middle, things start Happening with a capital H. Some readers probably have figured out several revelations that are hinted at in the last book, Succubus Shadows, but it is the raw emotions Ms. Mead is able to evoke that make this book so fantastic. I think Seth and Roman fans alike will be pleased with the outcome and with how things play out. The plot twists involving Jerome, Carter, and Roman separately are quite powerful. While I would have liked to have seen a few more things addressed, maybe a little more things flipped upside down in true Richelle Mead fashion, I was pleased with the way this ultimate love conquers all series was drawn to an end. The Georgina series will continue to be one of my favorites and I highly recommend it. They are very very sexy, highly emotional books, and I am glad Ms. Mead had this end in mind for Succubus Revealed. The Georgina Kincaid Series reading order:
Succubus Blues
Succubus on Top
Succubus Dreams
Succubus Heat
Succubus Shadows

This is a fantastic conclusion to an exceptional series.
With every novel in Georgina's series I have felt a connection. She is such a lonely soul you can't help feel for her. Never wanting the hand that was dealt to her, she chose her life for love. Ms. Mead has written an amazing heroine and I will miss her immensely.
Georgina has been a succubus for way too long. She is in love with a man that she can't live without, but is destined to slowly drain away his soul. Seth has come to terms with his relationship with Georgina and understands her duties as a succubus. He would do anything to be a part of her life no matter the consequences.
I highly recommend that you read the whole series in order. Now that the story is concluded all the lovely little morsels of information and mystery have come to light under Ms. Mead's masterful storytelling. I remember reading Succubus Dreams ready to never read about Seth again. I had never been so enraged while reading a story. The emotions that this series has pulled from me have left me drained and elated at the same time.
My normal reviews go into the details of the characters and plot. I'm going to forgo that this time, because you really do need to start from the beginning. After reading this final book I'm content and satiated. Ms. Mead closed the series brilliantly. While I can see an inkling of a spin off, I can rest assured knowing that this journey is concluded. I do hope she will bless us with the continued stories of several of the characters. The supporting cast is exceptional and I loved every one of them.
Run don't walk to get this whole series!! It is sexy, funny, infuriating and a pure joy to become immersed in. Ms. Mead does not disappoint her readers in her telling of Georgina's adventures. This series will have a permanent home on my bookshelves and will be a well read series for years to come.

This is the sixth and final book in the Georgina Kincaid series. It was a wonderful conclusion to the series; it tied up things nicely and had some wonderful surprises.
Georgina and Seth are finally getting things to work out between them. Georgina is working as one of Santa's elves to make ends meet, not a great job, but better than nothing. Seth's sister is struggling with cancer and this is putting a lot of stress on Seth. Then Georgina gets shocking news, she's being transferred to Las Vegas. It's a dream situation for her, but how will it affect her relationship with Seth? Also why was the transfer so sudden, does it have something to do with her contract with Hell?
This was a great book. The mysteries behind Georgina and Seth feeling like they have always known each other and of what might be wrong with Georgina's contract with Hell are finally resolved. Let me tell you the resolution is wonderful and surprising and just very well done.
I love these characters and all of them are back in this story. There weren't as many flashbacks to Georgina's past as in previous books, but we do finally learn the full history about her contract with Hell. Roman features in the story quite a bit, we also finally learn Carter's reason for being around.
I loved how deep the conspiracy in Hell goes and how convoluted their efforts to keep Georgina from learning the truth about her contract are. The book was paced well, not much action but a lot of great mystery.
Overall I really really enjoyed the conclusion to this series. All the big questions are resolved and the answers were unique and surprising, but obviously well planned. There aren't as many flashbacks into Georgina's past, but you do learn her full history. The book is well written, well paced, and more of a mystery than anything. Given how things end I am wondering if we will be seeing a spin-off series featuring Roman in future books...that would be awesome!

One of my stand out favorites of the Georgina Kincaid series, SUCCUBUS REVEALED once again treads that thin line between wicked and sweet to create a fun, satisfying book that plays for the highest of stakes. Though I've missed a few books since the start of the series, and I had no difficulty jumping in with this installment, I don't think a brand new reader jumping in at book six could fully appreciate the complications that come with being a succubus with a heart of gold.
Georgie's good nature is usually framed against the backdrop of Hell's small town bureaucracy, but SUCCUBUS REVEALED gives us a chance to envision her in big city Vegas as well as kicking the petty red tape up to truly sinister levels. Wheels are definitely in motion, and though Georgie wants to believe the best of others, she doesn't belabor her disbelief to a ridiculous extent. SUCCUBUS REVEALED reminds us all that while humor and camaraderie exist amongst the ranks of Hell's minions, intentions are anything but pure. Teasing out the motives and connections simmering behind the scenes kept me glued to the page, and I was pleasantly surprised by how satisfyingly the end came together. As much as I don't want to see Georgina and her friends go (and I'm still very worried about one of her friends in particular), it was very satisfying to read a resolution to the struggles that have plagued Georgina from book one.
Mystery and resolution aside, Mead doesn't water down her succubus to make happy endings meet. Other than an oddly timed book tour at the very end, the events that swirl around Georgina and Seth are subtle and realistic, a fitting plot for the Father of Lies. Reading this last book has me hungry for more. For now I can go back in the series to fill in the gaps I've missed, but once I catch up I hope I can look forward to future stories staring this lovable cast of characters.
Sexual Content: Several sex scenes, references to sex.

I've read the whole succubus series, and this one is a worthy finale. Just like the others, I couldn't put it down. Mead's characters, though supernatural, are believable and consistent. The dialog is natural and unforced, and the plot developments make sense within this invented world.
In books and films, I enjoy courtroom scenes, and it was a pleasant surprise to get one stretching over several chapters. In a hellish courtroom, you know the proceedings will be unfair, but the journalist's challenge is to balance that unfairness against the need to tell a coherent story. Mead met the challenge with style.
If you like this genre at all, I think you'll find this series a cut above the usual. I'd put it right up there with Charlaine Harris's "True Blood" series. I do recommend you start with the first book in the series and read them in order, because each book builds on the previous ones. But that's no hardship because they're all good.

I won a free copy from a giveaway and now see that there are actually other books in the series! Of course I need to get them as I was immediately drawn into Georgina's semi-normal life being an immortal succubus who surrounds herself with an angel, an imp, a creature wanted for dead by both Heaven and Hell, demons, and vampires, oh my!
I must say that I fell hard for Carter maybe even harder than Georgina Kincaid fell for her human Seth. After all was said and done, he is the sort of angel I would want watching over me!
I expected our vixen to be a bit more feisty and she seemed very soft. From previous books it sounds like she is very important to Hell and being a mall elf who is feeling the spirit of Christmas doesn't seem very tough as nails. Though Seth has a lot to do with that. The end pages had me in tears.
It was easy to follow the world that Richelle Mead created, very colorful, descriptive, and I felt like I was right there watching the drama unfold. Just wish I had seen that this was a series before getting so wrapped up! *grin* Can not wait to read the first five. Very talented author.

Georgina is ready to live a normal life with her boyfriend Seth. Only problem is that her soul belongs to hell and there is no way to get it back....or is there? Just when things are settling down again in Georgina's life she receives notice that she is being transferred to Las Vegas. The higher ups are pushing everything through really fast and nothing really makes sense so Georgina with the help of some of her friends go into double time to try and figure out what is happening and why. Little did she know that the answers to her questions would change her world.
I suspected what had happened from a few books in to the series but that in no way depleted my enjoyment of every book in this series. I have loved all of the characters and all of the plots. I have enjoyed watching Georgina fight for what she wants. There were plenty of ups and downs, emotion, suspense, and mystery. Their isn't much more that I can say without giving away some of the major spoilers but I have really enjoyed this series and am sad to see it end, but it ended in a way that was realistic to the situations and closure was provided. I have never gone wrong with picking up a book written by Richelle Mead.

As the last book in the Georgina Kincaid series, I'm finding the outcome of our journey with the witty, smart and sexy succubus to be bittersweet. Succubus Revealed brings together and answers all of the questions that have accumulated over the last five books into one shiny package, but at a cost to the reader.
Or perhaps, it's just me. Except, though, while reading through this last adventure with Georgina and Co., I couldn't help but notice that there was permanent storm cloud hanging constantly close by that had nothing to do with the inevitable ending to a series I've been following almost since the beginning. With every turn that Georgina makes, there is something new that has gone wrong, something different that has been damaged or broken completely. Even a reader can only take so much of a somber mood before something has to ultimately give.
I mention before that Succubus Revealed was bittersweet ending for me, but it isn't for the reason that many will think. While I am saddened by the closing of a great series, I'm also content in the way things worked out for Georgina, but not how things go down in general. Mostly what I wasn't so happy about was what happens to one of our beloved characters, though, this is a rant for another time.
Overall I'd have to say that I enjoyed Succubus Revealed. I think depending on who you are routing for - whether you're on team Seth or team Roman - will decide how you feel after you finished that last page. Even though after finishing the last book, Succubus Shadows, I fell out of complete love for this series, I have always took pleasure in visiting these fantastic characters and I'll miss them terribly so - especially Carter, because who doesn't love a grunge angel addicted to box wine?

Hahaha I loved that all the immortal gang are now using Facebook!
From the start you can feel that this book is going to have an explosive ending as Georgina ends up in Hells court with unlikely allies and lawyer. A loop hole has been found in her Soul Contract.
A beautiful ending that brings all the little comments throughout the series together, I think this is the only book in the series you could not read as a standalone.
The climax was one of those "I saw that coming from a mile away", but it wasn't lame or upsetting
I could easily read this series over again many times, so lovely, so funny and wonderfully circular.

I'm not gonna hash out more about what this book was about, the description above is enough. What I will tell you though is this was a most excellent book. Richelle Mead doesn't disappoint once again.
Her writing style is the same in this book as the others, it sucks you right in and you just have to finish the book once you start. Goergina Kincaid's personality jumps of the pages creating a real person, you feel her excitment, frustration and love for her boyfriend Seth Mortensen. He's an incredible man who is going through so much. As we learn more about Seth and Goergina you cannot help to fall in love with them all over angain. The mystery in this book enthralls you.
I can't wait for you to read this book! Your going to enjoy it completely! From my shelf to yours! Enjoy!

It's here. The last book in one of my all-time favorite series has come...and gone. My love affair with it began last year, when I read the first four books in a span of a ten days. I couldn't believe how these books affected me SO much! I was devastated after book three and the fourth one was just as heartbreaking. Waiting for the fifth book was agony, but once it arrived and I read it, hope for that happy ending was rekindled.
If you've read them, that whole paragraph has made sense to you. If you haven't, I'm sorry...and you should really move them up your TBR pile. I guarantee that they will shatter your expectations. This isn't your typical Urban-Fantasy story. It's deep! It's about love and hope, and the way Richelle Mead tells it is bound to leave an impression on you. It did for me. I love this series more than Vampire Academy and the Dark Swan series! But anyway, lets get to it.
Finally discovering the truth behind the mystery surrounding Georgina and Seth's connection was the number one thing I was looking forward to in this book. The events in the other books in the series have all led up to it. And, oh, I loved seeing even the smallest ones come into play.
SO! Let the SPOILER-FEST begin! You have been warned.
Ever since I started reading about Georgina's past personas and the men she loved in that particular time, I began to suspect they were Seth. I suspected it was her Kyriakos, the husband she cheated on and sold her soul for all those centuries ago, reborn over and over, always finding each other, never meant to be together. Well, my suspicions were certainly validated when they turned out to be right. I actually bounced off the bed and did a little dance while yelling, "Yes! Yes! I knew it! I freaking knew it!!" However, my giddiness was short lived. My heart broke for both Seth and Georgina when they discovered the truth about Seth. He had to relive all the hurt she caused him in all of his past lives, especially the first one, and she had to watch him suffer through it again. After the fourth or fifth book, I had also began to suspect it had been a deal he had made with Hell. The details of it, I could not have even began to guess. They made my heart ache for Seth.
One thing I did not see coming was that Roman would turn out to be the hero in this story. I mean...what a sacrifice he made for Georgina! To be able to giver her happiness and freedom was so selfless, but I guess being able to stick it to Hell was for just for him. If Richelle Mead ever wanted to write a spin-off of this series, it should be about Roman. Although, we don't really know how it ended for him. He may not be available for a spin-off, which leaves me very sad, but since there was no definitive answer to his fate, I'm keeping my hopes up that he's alive and well somewhere.
Another thing I will miss about this series besides Georgina and Seth? The gang. Hugh (who was also a hero in this book), Peter, Cody, Jerome (I loved his bitchy, no-nonsense attitude), and last but certainly not least, Carter. Where will I find another group of immortals that will make me laugh as you did, guys?! There's no other like you. [SAD face] The Unholy Rollers will forever live in my heart.
And speaking of Carter...that scene where he goes sees the Mortensens as Santa was one of the best moments in this series. I laughed while crying because I was so touched by him. It's easy to forget he's an angel, what with his grungy appearance and love for alcohol and cigarettes, but that moment really made him shine. I just loved it.
END OF SPOILERS! Promise. :)
The end of the book is perfect. I can assure you I'll reread it many, many times with a huge smile on my face. I just couldn't be happier with how it all ended. If you're worried it will let you down, don't be. I just don't know any other way to put it, I loved it.

Succubus Revealed by Richelle Mead
Paranormal Romance- Aug. 30th, 2011
4 ½ stars
Those who have been waiting impatiently for Richelle's Mead final installment in the Succubus series will not be disappointed. I found myself teary-eyed more than once in this love conquers all paranormal series.
Georgina Kincaid is a succubus who sold her soul to cover up a terrible mistake from her past. Now an immortal, she works for Hell, stealing the souls of men with her super charged sexuality while draining their energy to stay alive. But she has finally found a new love in Seattle with the famous writer, Seth Mortensen. Their relationship is complex. For Seth is a mortal human. They have finally come to an understanding that Georgina must still do her job and that she will outlive him. And the more that they are `together' the more danger Seth is in of being `drained' by Georgina.
Theirs is a doomed love, but there is no one else who makes them happier. However, their tentative happiness is cut short when Georgina is abruptly notified by Hell that she is being transferred to Las Vegas. This sudden reassignment seems very suspicious and when one of Georgina's friends implies that her transfer might have something to do with her actions in Seattle she decides to investigate. As Georgina enlists the aid of her other allies she discovers her friend, Erik's death may not have been an accident after all. Georgina feels guilty because she asked Erik to investigate her contract with Hell and see if it was valid/breakable. Could this mean that there is something wrong with her contract? Is it possible for her to finally leave her service with Hell and have a normal life? It sounds too good to be true.
Richelle Mead is a master of suspense. This deceptively `low key' and often humorous story slowly follows Georgina as she tries to uncover the reasons behind her sudden transfer to Las Vegas. (A job that would keep her away from Seth.) Georgina just wants to make her relationship with Seth work and support him during his family crisis. She wishes for a simple life but something always seems to complicate their relationship.
This book pulls at the heart strings. It lulls you in. Then throws a bombshell that will have your heart racing and the tears flowing as you cry for the kind-hearted heroine who is all too human. I really enjoyed how the author tied in Georgina and Seth deep love in a way that really made sense and made the romantic in this reader sigh with delight. Richelle Mead includes all (and some more) of her beloved characters that fans will be happily satisfied. I particularly loved the plots twists with the angel Carter, and the half human, Roman. I would really like spin off book with Roman?!
Succubus Revealed culminates in a highly charged and satisfying emotional roller coaster that is guaranteed to delight all the Succubus fans, even as they mourn that this is the last book in the series.

THE LAST BOOK GUYS. I feel like a lot of the readers of this series will find this to be the perfect ending. I just found it a bit too convenient. It did offer an interesting look on the angel-demon side and hell and Georgina’s life and colleagues.
I did think it was a satisfying ending, but I wasn’t blown away. To be honest, it’s an ending you can see coming from a mile away.

It's a simple thing to be forgotten, erased from all memory, but can remembrance be something more than mindful, can it be soul deep.
Georgina's life is finally coming together. Sure Satan's little helper has been moonlighting for Santa, but her latest career choices are overshadowed by romantic bliss. Georgie and Seth are having another go of it and overcoming the challenges of her succubus state. But all that is about to change with an all too sudden transfer looming. Though it might not be so bad, with the new scenery comes just about everything Georgina has every wanted. Is it a blessing in disguise or too good to be true.
Richelle Mead's sixth installment of the Georgina Kincaid series was wonderfully romantic. Georgie and Seth's relationship have always been equally blissful and turbulent but Mead uses the highs and lows to punctuate how much in love they are, after all bonds are built on the kinks as much as the links. The storyline is simple yet effective, relying on Mead's expert ability to build complexity through different situations and a well thought out conclusion executed in an interesting and unexpected way. Succubus Revealed also added to the already interesting crowd with some old and new characters in Las Vagas and Seth's mom and younger annoyingly endearing brother.
I started this series about a year ago with the audiobooks and I just couldn't end it in any other way. Elisabeth Rodgers is one of my favorite narrators breathing life into the words that form some of my favorite characters. This is really an excellent audio series.
Filled with humor and romance I am really sad to see this one end, but maybe Georgina Kincaid will spawn a series based on these beloved characters like VA. With all the possibilities left open, one can only hope.

In Georgina Kincaid, succubus and she-demon, #1 New York Times bestselling author Richelle Mead has created one of her most enticing characters. But with a shot at love, and maybe even redemption, is the ultimate seductress finally going soft? Like hell she is. . .
Georgina Kincaid has had an eternity to figure out the opposite sex, but sometimes they still surprise her. Take Seth Mortensen. The man has risked his soul to become Georgina's boyfriend. Still, with Lucifer for a boss, Georgina can't just hang up her killer heels and settle down to domestic bliss. In fact, she's being forced to transfer operations. . .to Las Vegas.
The City of Sin is a dream gig for a succubus, but Georgina's allies are suspicious. Why are the powers-that-be so eager to get her away from Seattle--and from Seth? Georgina is one of Hell's most valuable assets, but if there's any way out of the succubus business she plans to take it--no matter how much roadkill she leaves behind. She just hopes the casualties won't include the one man she's risking everything for. . .
Georgie is deeply in love with Seth and would do anything for him. She is happy where she is working in Seattle for Jerome. She has her friends, and life for this Succubus is good. Of course when things are good being told you have to change your life and uproot yourself is enough to make you pull out your hair.
Georgina confused about how this notice to move came about. It didn't follow the standard protocols of Hell and she decides to investigate it to make sure it's NOT a mistake. Engaging the help of her friend Hugh she starts looking into things that Hell would rather she not know about.
From this point on she and her allies are going to be on a roller coaster ride that will take them into their pasts and puts their very existence at risk.
I have to admit that I've only been a sporadic follower of this series since my library does not always have all the books I'd want to read in stock (the budget crunch always hits libraries first). I chose this book from a list of titles offered to me and when I saw Richelle Mead's name I immediately put myself down for a review copy. I'm glad I did. Now I'm going to have to go back and re-read this fantastic series from book 1 all the way to the end.

She just hopes the casualties won't include the one man she's risking everything for. . .

Georgina is a Succubus. A demon that has sex with humans to steal their life energy. Georgina has been unhappy being a demon and would give anything to get her soul back. In this final book to the series, she learns there might just be a problem with her contract. Will she find her way out of her hellish life?
This series is ok, but falls way short of her Vampire Academy/Storm Born series. The first 60% this book was slow and boring. I had no choice but to set it down alot and take naps. It focussed alot on Seth and his family, with the most action being Christmas shopping, and a bowling match. However, the final half of this book actually adds to the series. It's romantic and touching and I can actually see myself actually rereading the whole series again now that I know where it was headed. My main problem with the series before this was it didn't seem to be going anywhere. It was ok and even good sometimes, but we met a new character or even species each book that didn't seem to move her plot forward at all. Well after reading this book you see that it was all relevant. Even the dream catcher things. With this book we see her overall goal of the whole series and it's heartwarming. This plot actually makes you think. I have no idea how she descided to write about it, but it's amazing. Did she want to write about a Succubus, then think of this plot, or did the plot idea come first? What I mean is the series is romantic and sometimes funny, but it also carries a certain trashy feel to it. Then at the end of this book we learn that this is actually a beautiful story/series. The plot of this series is brilliant and I will think about it for some time, and I know I will eventually reread the whole thing again.

As much as I'm okay with unhappy endings, this one certainly did not meet up to my expectations. So much drama with all of these books and I was expecting a much stronger ending. I am in tears now and most likely my review will not be to my expectations once I'm through.
***Spoiler*****
Roman's ending left me completely shattered. I initially wanted Georgina to end up with him, but towards the end knowing Seth's actual fate made me change my mind of course. Not knowing Roman's outcome though, that was dirty. He did the most and lost at the end. It was even more preferably that Georgina stayed in Hell with him and not leave him there as she did.
Now about Carter, I always loved his character from the beginning. I don't know what has me more heart broken; Roman in Hell or who knows if destroyed, or Carter always being there for Georgina despite her constant bickering. Andrea at least received a happy ending. I really wished the book would have ended differently. I had a different view of it and expected more. Overall it was too much of an emotional ride. Richelle sure knows how to make a story stick. I think I'm having nightmares tonight.

The book in and of itself was nice and interesting, but I kind of wish I had read any of the previous books beforehand to get better character descriptions. Had the book somewhere on the covers told me that it was 6th in a series, I would have held out on it and found and read the previous books first, as I don't like reading out of order. In all, Succubus Revealed brings a variety of immortal beings together to create a chaos of love and order in dealing with the contradicting souls of a human and succubus, and how they go through a battle of will and yearning.

The END. Oh my God, I just can't believe Georgina's adventures have ended. I've always been in love with Seth and it's sad to see him go. But the book was a delight to read as always. I cried a few times, fell more in love with Seth, and filled my room with deep shaky, sighs as I held the book in my hands.
I only gave the book 4 stars because I felt the ending wasn't as intense as I was expecting it would be. I mean, after all they went through to get there...I was expecting something worthy of that waiting, you know?
I hope Richelle Mead doesn't leave things here for Roman, Carter and Kayla. I'm dying to see what'll happen to those three. It's obvious their story didn't end here. And oh, I love Roman and Carter. I need to see more of them.
But overall, it was a very good read. Sad to see it come to an end, but worth the wait :)

I finally figured out the issue with the conclusion of Richelle Mead's series: the last book is not necessary. This is the problem I have with Mead. She starts off relatively good with her plot; the third and/or forth book being the strongest. Her stride begins to really diminish at the fifth book and she crashes and burns with the final book. This is the direct result of there being too many books in the series. The ending to this series could have easily been included in Succubus Shadows and in the process saving us all a headache.
We last left Georgina hearing Seth whisper her first name Letha. This book picks up with her still questioning how it's possible for him to know that name. I don't understand why she couldn't guess reincarnation. It was so obvious at this point! The plot was so thin in this book you could see right through it. Georgina asks her friends and Jerome how Seth could know her original name and soon after finds herself being shipped off to Vegas. Yet, again she just couldn't connect the dots of the sudden transfer. It was very frustrating.
The first half of the book was pretty much fluff filled with angst over her impending move, Seth's family issues and...wait for it...bowling. This is why I say Mead could have wrapped this up in book 5. By the time we get to the big reveal, the anticipation is lost because the reader has already come to a conclusion Georgina was too slow to get. The second half is full of predictable plot closures ending with a neatly tied "happily ever after" bow.
I didn't hate it, but I didn't really like it either. I barely had the will to write this review.

I loved this book! What a fantastic and satisfying end to a great series. I still wish there had been just a little bit less heartbreak and angst in some of the books, and there probably could have been one less book (5 instead of 6) as it got a tiny bit repetitive by book 5, but overall I loved the series and am so glad I finally got around to reading it. Great characters and very, very romantic.

So I finished this series, although to be honest I wasn't sure if I would around book #4. Decided to since I had already invested time into the story. But......since it was obvious at the end of Succubus Shadows what was gonna happen, I skimmed the majority of the book and picked it up at the bowling competition. Really, two archdemons battling for bragging rights via bowling? What the frap, did we regress back to sophomore year in high school? But I digress. I'm sad to see my favorite characters go (especially Carter, Roman, Hugh and the vamps), but by the end I was so sick of Georgina's whining (maybe Peter should have given her some cheese to go with her whine), that I'm glad to be done with the series.

My main problem with this series is that the readers only know what the main character tells us, yet every plot twist and outcome is so clear to readers but the heroine remains excruciatingly dense and naive. For a supernatural being that has lived numerous lifetimes, Georgina's inability to make deductive reasoning is downright annoying. I love the characters, I even like the main story plot, I just wish I did not see the ending coming since book 2. Overall though it's a well written and entertaining series, just not very suspenseful or surprising.

Great ending to a good series, a bit predictable (though the ending has been predictable since the previous book anyway) but still a very well written climax to the series. A bit mushy, lacking in action and sex scenes, and is a bit mild in terms of oomph. You get a feeling of winding down which I guess is proper for an end book. Still, a good read.

I guess weak series finales are Richelle Mead's specialties. If you've paid any attention at all during this series, there will be nothing in this book that wasn't 100% predictable. It was very sappy and whiny and irritating and contained no surprises at all. Maybe like she's done with Vampire Academy, she'll spin off and give Carter his own series. That might redeem her. This book was weak.

"Succubus Revealed" is both satisfying and excruciatingly, mind-numbingly predictable.
Nothing much except Georgina's personal woes propels this series' finale. The book starts on a fairly ridiculous note - Georgina for some unknown reason works as a Santa helper at a mall. Continues in the same ridiculous way when she and her gang of friends are forced by Jerome to participate in a bowling tournament with another demon's crew. Things start picking up when Georgina is suddenly transferred to a new location - Las Vegas. Only then does our succubus start questioning why the Hell is so involved in her business. And then spends entirely too much time on unveiling the transparent mystery surrounding her contract...
If you have read previous 5 books in the series, you know exactly how it all will end. No surprises, no new revelations. All elephant-size clues given by the author prior come together to culminate in the ending 99% of us expected. Satisfying? Yes. An exciting reading experience? NO.
The book is not entirely a waste though. It is a one long series' epilogue, a farewell to the characters of sorts. Melancholy and bitter sweet, with a few touching moments.
All in all, this series is not a bad one, but a couple books too long. Richelle Mead's mistake here is that she stretched her story way too thin, especially in the last two novels that are almost void of mystery and consist mainly of relationship melodrama.
As for Georgina, I will let Jerome speak for me: "You know, I might miss some of your witticisms when you're gone, but one thing I won't miss? Your overwhelming sense of melodrama and despair. It's too much even for me."

I will admit that this is the only book I have read in the series but I am thankful I did not waste any money on this book or any of the other books in the series. This was not even interesting book it did not even make me want to read the other books in the series. I will admit to not being a big fan of vampire novels but I do read them just not often. But after reading this book I honestly do not think I will read any books about vampires for a long, long while. I do not know if it is the series I did not like or the writing. Who know's for sure but I do know that I will not be reading any other books by this author. Sorry but the story was not attention grabbing to me. The characters seemed dull and lifeless. The plot seemed to keep dragging on and on with no end in site.
