When We Found Home

This book was AMAZING!!!! Susan had me so addicted to this book that I actually stayed home just to sed what happens next.

This book is about 3 siblings who didn't know about each other but had to learn to be a family together and look after each other. Susan had me on the edge of my seat with the tears, excitement and love in this book. The romance in this book is so heart warming. Great job again Susan!!!!

I really enjoyed Susan Mallery’s newest book When We Found Home. Susan easily tied together the various characters. She gave us glimpses of what each character had to deal with prior to meeting and learning how to live with new family members. Susan continues to have stories about different generations and how they enrich each other’s lives.

This is this years stand-along novel by Susan Mallery and it did not disappoint. I enjoyed meeting the characters and learning how their loves were going to to intertwine. I love the romance, sibling bonding and friendship that was throughout the novel. If you're looking for a good read that you simply cannot put down, then you most definitely will not be disappointed.

Wonderful characters interweaving into a touching story of tragedies, self perseverance, forgiveness and moving on. Mallery brings all this and wha makes a family, told only by the MASTER.

She showed the very different life styles can get a long an become a very close nit family in a short time. My loved that Delaney ended up in all of their lives in different ways but came to love all of them. Malcolm was trying to be the stable figure in Keira and Callie's life but Keira ended up being the one who started the stability first, but now has two homes but one family to live with which is great for a thirteen year old.

I cried for Callie when she ran into hard times at work or in her life.

Over all This is another great book from Susan Mallery

I read this book in 2 days. Couldn't put it down. Loved Malcolm, Callie, and Keira. They really had to learn to trust and figure out where they fit in their new family. All the characters were fun to read. Great book. Highly recommend.

An emotional story about the struggles to become a family as well as find true love. Not sure if I would have been able to cope nearly as well as these 3 siblings after finding each other. Each of the siblings had troubles in their pasts which made learning how to trust their new found siblings difficult.
Was a joy to watch their new found relationships develop as well as how they learned to trust and rely on each other.
A very enjoyable read, would highly recommend!

A sign of a good book in my estimation is when you don’t want to put it down but want to know what is happening on the next page. This book fits this description to a T! The characters become so real. An inspirational story but with lots of Mallery’s characteristic humor.

Once again Susan blows me away. She captured the real struggles of a "broken" family. Her characters are very relatable and their struggles are like so many others. But like in reality she shows if you put the work into it, the results can be amazing.

Susan Mallery has written scores of novels/Heartfelt stories and this is one of her finest. I started and couldn’t stop reading. Her genuine portrayal of life, fear and forgiveness is inspiring. 5 Stars

In every review for Susan's books I always say that I learned something about myself in reading it. This book is no exception. It is about family, friendship, and all the good stuff. The family we are born into, and the family we choose to have.

I loved this book from the minute I started reading it. I really liked that there were more than just 2 main characters. All about family....the good, the bad, and the ugly. Keira is a fantastic character and one of my favorites ever written.

Susan Mallery usually write light, predictable romance novels that are a fun read. This novel is a definite change of direction with deeper emotion. The book is full of characters with flaws and struggles. Loved the story that made me laugh and cry.

This is one of my favorites by Susan Mallery. Two romance stories at one time and siblings building a relationship after not even knowing the others existed. This is a great story about family, love, and friendship!

The title of this book couldn’t be more perfect. This book enthralls you from beginning to end. It really is “A family blended by surprise”. What is amazing is the way the story is able to mesh these strangers together to truly find a home, a family, a new beginning. Very heartwarming for these siblings to find each other and “find home”. Loved this book and absolutely recommend it!

I am listening to this book on audiotape. This book is incredible and so easy flowing. The way susan mallery made all the characters coincide with one other is fantastic and most of the things these characters go through most of us can totally relate to. I would definitely recommend this book.

More and more you find family with half siblings. This was a heart warming story of two sisters and a brother who are fortunate to have a loving grand father. If it weren't for him they wouldn't have ever known about each other. His wealth brings them a life they never dreamed of having. Fun read!!

Once again, Ms Mallery has written an emotional, relatable story of family and all its shades of life. I would have liked to see the grandfather more involved, and Delaney's personality as a barrista soon seemed to disappear and emerge as a different person.

I loved Mallery's new book When We Found Home. It will have you rooting for Callie to do the right thing and hoping that all the relationships work out. It will have you smiling and crying and cheering for the characters in the book! I had to put it down so I wouldn't finish it in one sitting. You'll want to savor every moment!

I loved this book and it is now my favorite out of all of her books. Purchase it now- you won't be disappointed! I read it in 2 days and was sad to turn the last page. I loved Keira as a character and hope to read her story in a future book. While the book ultimately is a feel good story- Susan keeps it realistic. You won't be about to put this summer's must read by Susan Mallery down. She does an amazing job building the characters. What starts out as rooting for 12 year old Keira will have you rooting for all 3 siblings by the end of the book. So get out of the summer heat and enjoy a heartwarming story about family, friendship and love.

I really enjoyed this book! I loved the characters and the entire storyline. It was a very easy and relaxing read; as a matter of fact I stayed up until 2:30 AM finishing it. I know that this is a stand alone novel, but I would like to see the characters again!! Overall, I really enjoy Susan Mallory’s writing style.

This was one of my favorite Susan Mallery books. It was hard to put down, and I enjoyed the varying perspectives. I wouldn’t say I could identify with any of the characters, but I liked them all, and was rooting for each of them. I would re-read and recommend this book.

While this book also provided a great escape, it also made you think about the difficulties others go through. I really enjoyed how she intertwined the characters lives together and developed the characters. Another great book by Mallery.!

This book is filled with ALL THE FEELS! What would you do if you found yourself with no one but then suddenly you discover you have siblings you knew nothing about? This book brings together a family who were not raised together and now are getting to know each other. This is beautifully written with wonderful characters and a thrilling and heart filling story. I definitely recommend this one!

This was one of the best books by Ms Mallery that I have read. I started it and it went a pinch slow in the beginning then I caught on and It was literally a page turner. It was just an the storeg book with a precious heart ripping story inside. Ms Mallery hit a grand slam with this one.

Three half siblings.....one billionaire grandfather.......what could possibly go wrong! These siblings have to find a way to have a relationship despite the age differences and the not knowing the other existed. I really loved watching their relationships grow. A wonderfully written book that grabs you and doesn't let go. Susan Mallery is getting better with each book.

Malcolm, Callie, and Keira do not know they are related but they share the same father. Two years after their father's death they realize they are not alone in the world. They come together to form a family unit. Malcolm is a wealthy businessman, Callie is a convicted felon and Keira is a foster child. Along the way and the story unfolds, they have a lot of ups and downs, misunderstanding but also laughter and love. Malcolm and Callie find romance and Keira finds a forever home.
Susan Mallery has another winner.

This is a wonderful book about love and family. My emotions got a good workout in this beautifully written story.
Sometimes a family grows in the most unexpected ways and they let it, it can all of their hearts with so much contentment, peace, love and joy. This is a book about just that and I highly recommend it.

When We Found Home is a great read. Virtual strangers are thrown together to find a way to form a family and somehow they manage to do it. Malcolm is my favorite. He so badly wants to be the person his new sisters need him to be but is clueless about how to do it. His struggle and awkwardness is almost palpable. It makes him pretty adorable. All the characters have pretty big issues (sound familiar?) but they push through it all and find a way to become the family that they all need so desperately. It's just a really sweet, sweet story that you'll feel good about having read when you're done. Who doesn't love it when love conquers all?

Wonderful story about family ties. Well developed characters and realistic dialogue. It pulled me in and kept my attention so that I read it through in one day. I really loved it. A complicated but sweetly romantic tale with love of family at the heart of it.

I truly loved this book. It is a story of love and about building relationships. I didn't want the book to end and would love to read more about the characters. Susan's writing is amazing and this book is one more amazing story. You feel connected to the characters.

Siblings can be difficult when they are raised together but blended and thrown together makes it even harder. I loved all the characters in the story! A must read!

I loved this Susan Mallery book! Three sets of families from different backgrounds. They were all able to overcome problems and merge together! It was a wonderful read that covered 3 and 4 generations with happy endings. I'm glad I read this book.

Susan Mallory has done it again! She has written a great book about a blended family involving two adults and a preteen. Eachcharacter has much growthto undertake before this group of strangers can become a true family. You will find yourself laughing one minute but crying the next. Once I started reading this book I could not put it down. I do not read in bed at night at night but it was 2am before I gott to sleep that last day I was reading.

Another wonderful adventure from Susan Mallery! This is a story of new-found family and the struggles they endured as they became a REAL family. It is a story of love .. lots of love .. Susan Mallery has an incredible way of making the reader feel like part of the story.

I have read many of her books .. all are outstanding!!!

I really disliked this book. The conversations between the characters didn't ring true to me. No 12 year old girl talks like a mature psychologist. I found it a little preachy and predictable. The sex scenes were way out of line for a novel of this type and I skipped over those way too many pages. I bought this book for my kindle which was the only reason I finished it.

Susan Mallery did an excellent job of writing a story about family, new beginnings, and second chances. It was so interesting to see how Keira, Callie and Malcolm interact and finally become family. I really loved this quote from the book, "When your joy comes from within, no one can take it from you." That is so very true. I loved reading about the Carlesso family. I had a hard time putting it down, since I wanted to keep reading to see what happened next. Well done!
