This was a hard book to read. Includes story of horrible child abuse. I do not enjoy reading about situations such as that. I see enough of this kind of dark, twisted violence against children in my everyday job. I loved the love story portion but could not deal with the abuse that went along with it. I guess if you can read it and think it's fiction you can get through it, but things like this happen to children on a daily basis and it's not something I care to read about in my spare time. I usually read some of my books twice, but not this one. Sorry.

Tyler...the one that left, without a trace.
Asher was angry at him for leaving him alone. Erin was devastated because he left when she needed him the most. The problem was he had his reasons. He had no choice but to leave, disappear and not look back. He left his heart with them though...he could not move on.
Returning was not easy. Tyler had a long road ahead of him...getting both Erin and Asher to forgive him was not going to be easy.
It was an intense road...with so much heartache.

It has surprises and twists...hidden secrets.
The process of healing through this book is inspiring and I loved seeing these characters hold one another up. Strong supporting characters and more stories unfolding...
Bring on the next book.

Beautifully written with incredible characters. Jo Raven really draws you into the life of Tyler. Be sure to read the first book in the series called Asher. Equally as wonderful. Don't miss either one.

Love these books!! I'm still in the process of reading the last 3, but I loved Asher and Tyler. Great detail, and awesome storylines. I love how they all go together and connect all the guys and girls. Also very steamy!!

Wow I'm in love with Tyler. We meet Tyler in the end of Asher (book 1). Tyler left behind his brother Asher and his girlfriend Erin. When he comes back to make amends with his brother and help him out. But can Asher ever forgive him? Then we have Erin (in book 1 I didn't care for her but now I understand her), she is hiding secrets of her own. Can they over come the years that passes? Can they get there happy ending?
I love all the characters in this book and can't wait to read more.

I have never read Jo Raven before, and I am about to rectify that immediately!! Tyler is the second book in the brotherhood series and follows the life of Tyler Devlin, and how he deals with the pain and suffering that his father had put him through. We see Tyler go through panic attacks, and ticks that he has developed over the years. We also see an OCD that he has developed as a way to cope with panic attacks. He now feels ready to go back to the town where he grew up to make sure that his little brother is OK. He also wants to find out about his long lost love Erin whom he left behind all those years ago.

This book is about surviving. Surviving a life changing event, or surviving life in general. We see how Tyler grows in this book and we learn to love him and despite all of his problems and issues. I'm not going to give away the ending, however, I would have liked to have seen a reaction differently than Tyler did in that situation towards the end, to me it slightly spoiled what could have been a perfect opportunity to delve into a conversation about such a revelation, it was merely brushed aside instead.

All in all a great book in a series that's definitely one to add to your TBR lists.

Jo Raven knows how to break my heart. Or at least she knows how to write heroes who break my heart. Tyler was no exception.

I'd met Tyler in Asher's book and wasn't sure what to think. I knew something bad had happened; their father's treatment of Asher guaranteed it. And seeing Tyler from the outside...he seemed strong and together. THAT is one of the things I loved about his book. It's so true for most of us: you meet somebody and they seem to have their sh*t together, and then you get to know the real them, and you find the pain and heartache beneath it all. I loved that Tyler had quirks. His OCD and ticks and coping skills. He was a fabulous character.

Erin was tougher at first. She'd been such a bitch to Asher. Again, I knew there must be a reason, but Asher was so broken and needed help, and she was so heartless. Understanding her heartache helped, but I'm pretty sure I'll never like her as much as I like some of the other women. Collateral damage, I guess.

Erin kept her secret for a long time. Longer than she should have, despite her good intentions. OTOH, I get why she did in some ways. She wasn't just protecting herself. And she'd had years to learn how to protect herself and her loved ones.

All I can say is that if you haven't read the Inked Brotherhood books yet, do not wait! Get started immediately. You'll be hooked just like I was!

In the second installment of the Inked Brotherhood, we finally get to see the reason why Tyler left Asher’s life when he did. All the thoughts and reasons running through Asher’s mind leave you wanting to know more about what happened to Tyler. When Asher ends up in the hospital, we meet Tyler briefly in the first book and Asher wants nothing to do with him. So Jo finally gives us what we want – more Tyler and clarity on the Devlin boys.

So the books are focused on 5 men who share a special Dragon tattoo that represents survival that Zane, the tattoo artist, decides to ink on you. The ones who share the tattoo get to decide if anyone is privileged enough to be a part of the brotherhood. The tattoos represent that they are family and will have each other’s back no matter what.

What I love about this book?? In the beginning, Tyler does not have this special tattoo. Zane has always been Asher’s go-to person when he needs something and he always crashed at his place when his dad went crazy. So when Tyler shows up at the end of the first book, Zane sees that Tyler is struggling with some dark demons just like Asher. We are surprised that Tyler has decided to move back and try to be in his brother’s life after he feels like he’s let him down for so long! So Zane treats him the same way he’s always treated Asher – he’s there for him whenever he needs something. He offers him a job at Damage Control and starts watching out for him. Tyler gets let into the circle in the beginning from simply being Asher’s brother and the guys can tell that he has had a hard life. I love that! It warms my heart. By the end, Zane decides he needs the tattoo – whether Tyler really agrees or not.

Tyler also moves back because he left one person behind that he has never been able to get over – Erin. But all those things she said to him the last night he was in town – he still hasn’t been able to move on and he wants to see her. From the first book, Erin came off as a bitch to Asher. I never understood why it bothered her so much to be in the same room as Asher, but I assumed it had to do with his brother. As Jo reveals the backstory on Erin, I begin to understand why Erin struggled with Asher. She had no idea why Tyler left her and it hurt to be around Asher. She didn’t know how to handle those feelings and her assumptions got the best of her. All her friends think that it’s a bad idea for her to be around Tyler when she’s always talking about Jax – the new man in her life. But she’s still drawn to the man that stole her heart four years ago – and no one has ever really met Jax so no one really knows the whole story.

Erin and Tyler have a past and they never had any real closure. Neither one of them seem to want to close the book yet. As they figure out what they really want and need, they struggle with communication and honesty. It’s a hard road to walk after everything that has happened to each of them over the past four years. Erin holds a secret that she’s not sure how to share with Tyler. Tyler doesn’t even want to discuss his past with his dad to anyone and that night so long ago that drove him away he wants to forget and he wants the nightmares to go away. Can they both trust each other enough to hurdle this obstacle to find peace?

As the story unravels, you learn that Asher’s hardship with his dad was not that different than Tyler’s hardship with the same man. Tyler just assumed leaving would make it easier for himself and his dad and Asher would be safe. But, when alcohol is involved, that is never the case. Tyler’s past with his dad is pretty gruesome and has led Tyler down a destructive path when he was shipped off to another state. He’s gotten himself into a tricky situation and has found that adrenaline is about the only way to ease his pain. Now, he must figure out how to deal with his demons if he is ever going to fix his life. And if he’s ever going to have a relationship with his only blood relative left.
There’s a huge secret revealed near the end! And I totally loved it! But I wish there was more time spent on the reveal – more reaction from the main characters! That’s the only fault really I have on this book!

Go enjoy!

Usually when either the hero or the heroine breaks things off in a "second chance romance" I'm kinda frustrated because the reason isn't really solid (to me). But in this story I totally got it. I really felt for Tyler. That poor guy :( This story wasn't 100% about him finding his way back to Erin again, it was also about him reconnecting with his brother Asher.
Tyler struggles A LOT. He really takes the abuse from Asher (which on Asher's side was justified until he finds out WHY Tyler left, but even after he finds out why Asher is still kinda cruel to him where you'd think he'd cool his jets and be more understanding). I liked that Erin wasn't too hard on Tyler, especially since she had a touch time after he left as well. She seemed to just get him and really love him. I really felt like they had a solid connection.

If you read book one you know that this group of guys keep their emotions locked up tight. Tyler is so damaged and emotionally warped by his father you wonder if there is a way to save him. Enter angry, quiet and super secretive Erin. The girl who loved more than the air he breathed. His high school sweetheart.
I don't want to spoil the story so I'll just say that Erin gets her answers as to why he left and she lets everyone in on one heck of a secret.
I wish the author would have made it known for certain if he was her first and only lover. We know she wasn't his.
I thought that it took way too long for them to just talk.
I cannot wait to read Zane.

This book is a second chance romance. Tyler and Erin fell in love as teenagers but unforeseen circumstances forced Tyler to leave. Now 4 years later he is back in their hometown to reconnect with his brother. He has no hope that Erin will ever want to see him. When they come face to face again the same spark is still there. Can they look past old hurts and secrets to regain the love they once shared? This is a story with a lot of angst and some triggers. Jo Raven writes gut wrenching stories with characters who have survived so much pain and heartache.

Tyler was never liked by what he thought was his father. He thought that Jake Delvin was just teaching him to fight, that was until things changed and things got worse. Then he left home, he was actually force to leave. He never said goodbye. Where he went to stay was not much better.

Erin was a Latino that never had many friends in school. Tyler was her first friend and more. Erin and Tyler were looking forward in their relationship. One day she just told him that it was over and she never wanted to see him again.

Tyler moves back to his hometown to be closer to Asher and to try and make things up to his brother. Erin is also on his list of people to make a mends to. But how is suppose to do that when neither will talk to him. He has to find a way to get them to listen. One day things change for Tyler and everyone else around. Tyler has to come to face with his past.

As days past, Tyler has a harder time to control some of his habits. He tries to control what he does with Erin while trying to get to speak to his brother. Then things between Erin and Tyler start to change. How does this effect things between them? Does Erin and Tyler ever work things out? Does Tyler ever let Asher know the real reason he left? What does Asher think of his brother? This is about Tyler and how he was treated and coming to terms with the past.

Tyler is the older brother Asher back in town to try to reconnect with his younger brother. Of course, Asher is reluctant to welcome him with open arms as he feels that Tyler just up and left him to deal with their insanely-dysfunctional family life. Tyler has some serious dark shadows hanging over him. He has some serious demons haunting him day and night to the point that the hours blur together. No longer will vices help to numb and keep those demons away. Somehow Tyler must find a lifeline.

Erin at one point was Tyler’s lifeline, but can she let down her protective bitchy armor long enough to see herself interwoven in his life once more? Can she brave the idea of sharing a very secretive and precious part of her life to a man that could crush her spirit again?

This story is swoon worthy, second time around romance. Hot and saucy, beautiful and touching, and just the way Jo Raven does it best!

This story has a HEA and has no cliffhanger. There are previous and future characters written about so for the best experience, read the series in order.

I'm completely in love with this series and with Jo Raven's writing.

Boy did I cry, even more that when I cried reading Asher.

The characters portrayed in Jo Raven's books have very realistic characteristics.

Psychologically speaking, she gives us characters with complex personality, but with hearts of gold.

This guys are thicker than blood, the bond they share is only challenges by that of real brothers. The girls are strong and support them beautifully.

As I've said before the talent that Jo has to keep the story flowing from one book to the other is just ridiculous.

The characters in this series have had a rough life, have to overcome many adversities: economic, psychological, in love and all other aspects of life. Jo takes us in a roller coaster, my emotions where all over the place. I laughed, cried. got mad as hell.

Tyler is another great book in this spectacular serial created by Author Josephine (Jo) Raven. Is a book everyone should buy. And I hope you do and enjoy it as much as I did. I bid you goodreads.

Great job Jo, keep it up. If you write it they will buy and read.

This was the first book I read by Jo Raven and I'm so excited to tell you that it was seriously stunning! I read in about 4 hours and couldn't once put it down. Even though this is a series and Asher actually comes first I decided to read Tyler. The storyline sounded more interesting so I had to read it first! I can't believe that I read such a good book. It was probably one of my favorites this year.

Tyler is back after 4 years. He comes from a broken family and has been abused in his teenage years. Cause his family was in danger he decided to start a new life far away from his family and his highschool girlfriend Erin.
After he's back he decides to come clean about his past to Asher and Erin. He thinks he is hated by everyone but what he doesn't expect is the love and forgiveness he sees in the eyes of Erin. And then there are Zane, Dylan and Rafe and one mysterious tattoo.

The story was beautiful and heartbreaking! I cried through so much scenes during this book and laughed a lot during other ones. I now will definitely read Asher, too if it is as good as this one was.
There are so many things included in this book.. Love, forgiveness, pain and heartbreak. And Tyler's past broke my heart all over again. No one should ever gone through something like this. The author did an incredible job here and this is definitely a full 5 Star review. I cannot think of some mistake in this book. The characters were great and I actually hope that the next book which will be about Zane ( I guess?) will be with the girl who also wanted a dragon tattoo... and I seriously love Rafe. YEAH even though he will be probably the last character I cannot wait to read about him.
Great job! 5 Stars

Tyler, WOW!! What a guy. Tyler made the decision to leave home thinking it would be for the best. He abandoned his little brother Asher and his girlfriend, Erin. He comes back wanting to make things good between them and it's not an easy decision. The relationship between him and Asher is non-existent; Asher wants nothing to do with him. Erin still loves him, but how can she forgive him, he just left.

Book 2 reveals Tyler's suffering, his hell, and his demons. All I can say: what a great guy. He had a very tough past. This story is very real, deals with abuse at the hands of someone you are supposed to trust. He had no one to protect him. Sometimes we make decisions thinking they are for the best, only to find out they were not. How do we take these decisions back? How do those that were affected by your decision forgive?

Read this book, it is a compelling and realistic story. Jo Raven continues with the stories of the Inked Brotherhood in a beautiful and compassionate way. Although these stories are stand-alone, I find it best to start with Book 1, the story of Asher. They are intertwined; it will give you better understanding of all the characters and what makes them who they are. Not necessary and you won't be lost if you don't read them in order, but reading them all will enrich your experience.

Tyler, amazing read!
I loved this book.
Compared to book one of the series, Asher, this book is amazing!
It rocked my world!
From the start up to the last everything is great!
The characters and the story are awesome!

The characters, Tyler and Erin are easy to love, to relate with and get attached into!
Tyler, because of the truth that he learned he left home.
Not only he left his brother but also the only woman he loved, Erin.
Despite the years that pass, his love for Erin is still strong.
Erin, an amazing woman who is willing to sacrifice
for her loved ones.
When the two cross path, their feeling for each other ignites that it cannot be denied.
Secrets will be revealed.
Will the love for each other enough?

Ms. Jo did a really good job in making Tyler
an amazing and interesting read!
Can't wait for more of the Inked Brotherhood series!

Oh Tyler, Tyler, Tyler - let me hug and love you!
Once again, Jo Raven has created realistic characters that you want to sweep up and keep them safe!

I did struggle with Tyler at the start of the book and throughout Asher - what kind of brother would leave his younger sibling in such conditions? But it didn't take long for Jo Raven to prove why Tyler was worthy of her reader's love. Upon learning the truth about Tyler, I forgive him wholeheartedly. Like Asher, he broke my heart and I couldn't stop reading until I knew the whole story.

Thanks to Jo's amazing writing, you feel like you are living the story with her characters, Tyler's problems were my problems, he fears were my fears, his happy moments were mine. It takes a hell of writer to transport you right into the story which completely engrosses you, so much so that your boyfriend had to physically remove the kindle from your hands to grab your attention.

Keep them coming Jo!

* I was give an ARC and in return I am posting a honest review "

If you have read Asher (if you haven't you really should grab it, it's a great read and an awesome start to the incredible Inked Brotherhood Series) you know very little about his brother Tyler. I LOVED Asher in all of his bad boy goodness, but I completely ADORE Tyler for all of his vulnerability (not to mention his sexiness). His story is one of tragedy, lost love, determination, perseverance, and forgiveness. Jo Raven once again captures your heart and mind for an emotional ride filled with surprises. I truly look forward to the rest of the series and would recommend it to everyone.

On A Personal Note:
Jo Raven touches on some sensitive subject matter in this series that can hit close to home for far too many people in this world. In Tyler's book she struck a cord in my heart, I hope this book sheds some light on what the people who suffer from OCD go through and the effects it can have on someone's life.

Wow, I thought Asher was broken but Tyler is completely broken. Tyler's story had me in tears, I was bawling like a baby. I just loved this story, the emotional rollercoaster it took me on. I loved meeting Asher's older mysterious brother. I love the two brothers a lot. I especially liked the shared history between Tyler&Erin. Erin intrigued me from Asher's story. There is definitely more to her character and I loved it. Jo does an awesome job writing back in forth between the present and past. I can't wait to read the next book in the series which is Zane's story. I love this book series more and more. Can I be apart of the brotherhood? Can women join lol.

Wow. Tyler was such a wild ride it took me a couple days after reading it before I felt comfortable writing a review.

Let me just say that I really love the writing style of this author and how we get the flashbacks from the past. I really like how this adds to the storyline.

My issues for not giving this book a 5 star rating was basically just because there was to many things left unanswered. I understand that these guys in the inked brotherhood are all going through difficult issues but I really don't like how they don't ever communicate or talk to eachother. Half of the time I don't think that any of these guys even like eachother. Usually I wouldn't mind things left open but since I'm reading this as a stand alone it just kind of bothers me and leaves me with not quite the warm feeling I like at the end of a great novel.

Overall this is a great book I just think it could have been an even better book.

I freaking loved this book! Once I started it I didn’t put it down. Tyler is a man with dark secrets in his past. He comes back into town with the intentions of reconnecting with his brother Asher. Tyler left 4 years prior and his brother Asher as well as his girlfriend Erin believes he abandoned them. In actuality Tyler’s father made him leave. Erin and Asher both struggle to understand why Tyler would leave until they hear the full story about his abuse as a teen. Erin and Tyler’s story is a rollercoaster ride and I can’t say much without giving it away but I will say… hot, hot, hot! <3

The characters are extremely realistic and relatable. I love that all these bad ass tattoo guys have hearts of gold, including Tyler. Also, want to throw out there that I’ve not read Asher and wasn’t lost at all. This can definitely be read as a stand alone. Can’t wait for Zane’s story!

Wow...wooooooooooow...wooooooooooooooooooow I swear when I started this book I was not expecting everything I got. Tylers story was so much more then I could have imagined. From the first chapter I was hooked and needed to know more. The struggle between Tyler and Erin was insane, I was rooting so hard for Tyler it wasn't even funny. The horror he lives through and then to come back and struggle every day to get through was just amazing. I don't want to give anything away so I will stop but please please read this book you will not be disappointed!

I really liked Tyler and Erin's story a lot. Misunderstandings, good intentions and secrets kept from each other put a lot of years and miles between these two before they were able to reconnect and come back into each other's lives. Addiction plays a big part of this story and it was well worth the read. Sexy and emotional at the same time while almost painful to read in some places.

I start this review with a confession. I haven't read book 1 (Asher). However, I don't think that impacted upon my enjoyment of this book at all.

The despair and anguish which Tyler carries with him practically etch themselves into your retinas, as they leap off the page. The way in which the story is written is so empathetic and descriptive, that it is impossible not to feel for the guy. That is not to say that I didn't want to smack him and Erin around the back of the head and tell them to get themselves sorted out. Yep, another case of almost talking to my kindle again!

A satisfyingly rollercoaster of a read. Definitely worth a look in my view.... bring on #3!!

PHENOMENAL!!!

Tyler's story is one that everyone must read. This man is strong, caring, loving and he is HOT!!!!

After four years of being gone he finally returns to his childhood hometown. He needs to make amends and needs closure. Four years ago he walked away from everything!

Since he left he has been caring around so much hate and so much guilt. Its time to address some of the issues and clear the air. Hopefully, start new.

On his agenda is apologizing to his brother Asher. Asher, had a near death experience and Tyler feels guilty. Asher feels as though Tyler didn't care about him and just walked out. But, there is a story that can be a bit tough at times but worth the read. We learn why Tyler is how he is.

The other part of his agenda and also a very important part of his past is Erin. Erin was the one. Even four years ago when they were so young he know she was it for him. But with so much happening in Tyler's life and him having to leave town, Erin and he had to part ways and it was a tough split. So much was said and he is so hurt but yet so in love with her. All he wants is to see her again.

The book deals with a few real life issues. Issues many in our society deal with. This was a huge deal for me as a reader. I enjoy reading books that have real life issues. That cover the good, the bad and the ugly of whatever condition of characters are dealing with. You will get some of that in this book.

The group of characters in this story line are just people we all wish we could have in our lives. They build each other up they call each other out. They love each other, they are a family. They help Tyler get the closure he is seeking and help him find his future.

The story has a sweet surprise and I just adored it, hope you do too. Jo Raven is a for sure 1-click author. Her writing style is easy to follow and flows beautifully. She delivers another amazing book in Tyler. Hope everyone gets a chance to read it.

Who doesn't love a good bad boy? Tyler left home and nobody really knew why, especially baby brother Asher, Now he has come back trying to be a family again. OMG this book was amazing, Jo Raven killed me with this one, I think I spent half of the book in tears, I have no idea how she does it, but these guys seem so real to me, I can help but get invested in them. I love have Tyler's story deals with real life issues, that most writers wouldn't write about. These books are about as real as you can get, that's what makes them so amazing. What you can truly take away from all of Jo Raven's books is one theme Family. Whether its by blood or friendship you need your family.

As a reader I thought my love for Asher was unshakable, but he has some stiff competition.... his brother Tyler! Shocking I now, but totally serious. This book picks up where book 1 left off. Tyler is back in town, to reconnect with Asher, but he comes with secrets. Tyler, as most of the characters in this series, has issues. He has not have a normal life or childhood. Things are very rough for him, he is dealing with long standing problems but wants to make things right. All the characters are very real in this book, as a reader I could relate to them and their very believable situations.
This book includes the characters from book 1, the sense of family and brotherhood runs through the whole book. Everyone is connected, the guys are hot, tormented and trying to lead better lives while taking care of others. These are very complex character with many layers that we get to see as the series goes on. The females in the book are strong, Erin is stronger than most and has a secret!!!! First love.... second chance!!
I read this book 1 one sitting, it held me captive throughout. We get to know more of Tyler and Erin, though flashbacks at the beginning but this only enhances the story. The storyline is fantastic, yes boy loves girl... but the journey is what makes the story. So beautiful.. I cried happy, sad, angry and frustrated tears. But all so worth it.. the story had it all! It was sad, tender, loving, sweet and sometimes ugly but what a story. I knew going in that I would not be disappointed and Jo Raven delivered and rocked it!
I sooooo recommend not only Tyler but the whole series. Because I know the impossible will happen and the next books will be even better!! I will be now stalking the next book in the series, don't know who it will be but there's this guy a have my eye on.. Zane! So, do not wait, go buy this book and get to know the guys that work at the tattoo shop called Damage Control. Did I mention they were hot and tattooed?? That got your attention, right!?!?
Seriously though, I'm so in love with Tyler (and Asher), I want everyone to also fall in love with him...

**I was given an ARC of this book, in exchange for a fair and honest review**

WOW! Just wow! Well okay maybe a few words more. ;)

First we had Asher, troubled and fierce. Gorgeous but broken. Literally fighting his way through each day. Audrey was his everything, she rescued him and gave him hope. I loved their story and the world that author Jo Raven created with all her addictive characters. Each and everyone has had their fair share of trouble and heartache in one form or another. Little by little we are learning more about each one and how they stuck by each other through everything.

This time it is Tyler's story. The older brother of Asher. We had learnt through Asher, that Tyler had left home and never looked back 4 years ago. Nobody knew why, or where he had gone. Not only had he walked away from Asher, he had also left behind Erin, his first love. They had shared everything together, but had a huge fight. Erin told him to go and she never wanted to see him again. So he went. Yet she said all this for a reason.

Erin hasn't moved on. Her life had to continue, but she never forgot Tyler. He was her first love and left her. She has never been able to forget him.

When Tyler returns back to his home town, following the death of his father. He has a lot of bridges to build. Both Asher and Erin are still angry and hurt over his disappearance 4 years earlier. Tyler wants to make it up to both of them. He wants his brother back, and feels guilty for the way he left him. He still feels exactly the same way about Erin as he did years before. He's determined to make it up to both of them. Yet he has a lot of extra baggage and trouble plaguing him now, and it's making everything a lot harder to deal with.

Again, the characters are incredible. Jo Raven, has this way of making them all so captivating. They are raw and edgy, gorgeous yet hurting. There is always secrets, all her characters have secrets. They usually surprise the hell out of me too, but I love surprises in books. I still love how through the 'Inked Brotherhood' these guys all look out for each other. Although they all have their fair share of problems and struggle with so much, they always have time for each other. Coming to each other's rescue time and time again.

There was a lot of aspects of this book, that actually taught me a lot. Things I never really knew much about, they were explained and shown at their worst and most brutal. It made me sad but far more aware of things.

So another fabulous ending and yes, at one point I was welling up. :)

Tyler and Erin's story was amazing, and just made me a huge fan of this series and of author Jo Raven. I can't wait for the next book in the series, the one I have been waiting for, Zane. The inked up tattooist with the biggest heart and the foulest mouth.

A fantastic 5 stars!

I didn't think I would like Tyler. Not with what we learned about him in Asher's book.

How could I be so wrong? Tyler is great. He had so much to suffer and yet life throws even more stones in his direction. He gets up every time. Even if the last blow made me think he wouldn't get up again. Not after everything.
And yet, this story has a HEA, how he deserves it. He and Erin together deserve it.

Read this book. Learn to love him.

Jo Raven I'll love you till the end of time ❤️ u are amazing girl!!! You made this series my favorite just by reading the first chapter. Since book no 1. First with Asher and now with Tyler. These guys are amazing. The stories are amazing. All the characters are amazing. I have no greater words to describe what I'm feeling right now.
These boys keep getting better and better. I don't know how you come up with these stories but they're just so intense. I haven't read something this good for a long time. Thank you Mrs Raven!! Thank you thank you thank you (three times). U get it ;)

Wow,I thought Ashes story was bad but his big brother Tyler went through more pain and abuse than anyone should ever have to see our even hear about. I was glad to see that everything turned out so well in the end with Erin and his brother Asher now his family is finally at peace and it was wonderful to read of him being brought into the Inked Brotherhood.

This is such a heartfelt book, that touches on so many issues. It looks at broken friendships, a broken bond between brothers and a lost love that was/is Tyler's one true love. It looks at it from Erin's side and how she has kept her secret for the last four years....

The out come of this book had me in tears, I loved it and was so happy with the outcome. It showed me that through all that pain people can show strength and endurance and they can love like no others and they can rebuild and start anew.

This book again has made me even more addicted to the Ink Brotherhood and can not wait for the rest of the series.

If you like a sexy read with good character and plot development, this series is for you. I wish I knew her characters in real life. All 5 books in this series are page turners but please read in order, 1-5. If you're offended by the F word and graphic descriptions of sex and parts of the body, move on. Download samples for a taste of Jo Raven's writing. You won't be disappointed but be prepared for binge reading.

*Arc provided by Author for an honest review*

Jo Raven's writing style is second to none. I found myself further drawn into her emotionally charged second novel based on Tyler from the Inked Brotherhood series. Evoking such emotions that cut me open and left me raw and numb. I thought my heart ached for Asher and that Tyler couldn't have endured what Asher did. Unwavering in my love for Asher, I tried to rationalise how Tyler could have even left his younger brother at the hands of their abusive and unloving father. With his absence and no insight on his departure it was hard to hate him because deep down you knew he had his reasons for not protecting Asher, and boy did Tyler have his own story to tell, because I've got to say Jo Raven took Tyler to another level, blowing me away and leaving me in an unresponsive state to carry on reading until the shock had settled and the adrenaline kicked back in to read faster lol! As Tyler returned to his home town of Madison after four years away, we pick up the pieces of the people he left behind and why. His resolution in trying to make amends with his little bro Asher and Erin the girl who owned his heart and calmed his mind, steered his focus to stay whilst at the same time frightened him as he tried to push through the darkness that threatened to suffocate him, testing his own survival limits to overcome his fears, taking no hand outs and stumbling along the way, but always finding inner strength to get back up on his own two feet with the little money he had broke my heart along the way. The guy was just amazing and so courageous as he battled against restraints to gain what he lost. The chemistry between sexy Tyler and Erin was so sweet, tender, romantic and passionate making me smile and crave more from them. I hated the way Erin treated Asher in the first book, but Tyler made me see why she was so loveable and I forgave her as she had been hurting herself. I loved how Zane was so protective over Erin and how he helped heal the bridges between Tyler and Asher, who together had so much banter between them. It was great to also see Auds and Tessa was hilarious in continuing her denial about Dylan. Tyler was truly a touching novel that evoked so many different emotions from me of; love, forgiveness, redemption, friendship, family, second chances and also surprised the hell out of me lol! The love from this Inked Brotherhood seeps into your skin, as each struggle is unfolded from Asher to Tyler and now leaving you anxious and excited to find out about the next Inked Brother the mysterious Zane and to already own it!

This series so far has had excellent writing and some amazingly real characters who have some very tragic stories. Loved watching Tyler and Erin find their way back together. It was just horrifying to learn his story. He certainly deserves to be considered one of the survivors and part of the Inked Brotherhood.

We've met Tyler in Asher's book (of course) and the glimpses we caught at him already made me want to hug him tight. This book is no less good than the sstart of the series, and I loved Erin and Tyler. Jesus, those boys just make me want to wrap them all up in bubble wrap and make sure no one ever gets to touch them again or hurt them. Tyler grips you right by the heart and never lets go again.

I received this book in exchange for a honest review. I love this series! I loved this book. I was drawn in right from the start. Tyler is such a great character. He goes through so much, has had so much pain and misery in his life, but is still such a great guy. I love his and Erin's story and just wanted them to find happiness with each other. Jo has such a way of making you feel for the characters and I love the group of guys and gals in this series. This is a great read.

This is the second book that I've read in the series. It grabbed at my heart just as the first one did. It was amazingly good, sad, but loving. Tyler has gone through much more than Ash but they both managed to find love. Erin was a strong woman who when it counted, finally gave in to Tyler's love.

They were able to heal each other as best they can. Great storyline and wonderfully described characters. Must Read!!

Wow, I love reading Tyler. Tyler is book two in the Inked Brotherhood series. It can be read as a standalone. This is the first book I read in the series and it truly can be read as a standalone. I know sometimes when I'm told a book can be read as a standalone and I haven't read the first one in the series, I feel like I missed something. That was not the case for this story, at no point in the story did I feel like I was missing something from book one (Asher).

Tyler has been gone for four years and now he is back in town. He didn't expect to pick up where he left off. When he left four years ago, he left his brother and his girlfriend Erin. He wants to make amends with his brother Asher and see Erin from afar. At first he has better luck with seeing Erin then Asher talking to him. Tyler and Erin both have things that have happened to them in the last four years. They rekindle their love again but a relationship for them is really bumpy. They both have to come clean with each other. Erin has kept her secret from everybody except her parents. I kind of figured out her secret pretty early on and wasn't sure how her friends hadn't found out before. Tyler's past was very surprising and you can't blame him for leaving and waiting so long to come back. When Tyler was telling what happened to him, I could help but think he needs a hug.

Family relationships run deep in this story. It really shows that a family can be made up of people you aren't relative to also.

I loved all the characters in this book. I can't wait to get to read all of their stories. I already one clicked the first book Asher so I can caught up on the series. The Inked Brotherhood series is one series that I will be one clicking as they come out.

Tyler was an amazeballs read!!

Four years ago Tyler left without saying goodbye to save his life and, he thought, to keep his mother and younger brother safe. Erin believes she is the reason that he left and has wondered what happened to him ever since.

Tyler is a continuation of the Inked Brotherhood series. It’s a great book and series.

This is a book about all the hell Tyler has gone through and how he is coping with that hell. He is trying to mend his relationship with Asher and ends up meeting Erin again. Erin is keeping a secret of her own but will she let Tyler and everyone else know what that secret is? I would recommend this story as a good read.

I never get too caught up in grammatical errors or much needed proofing but this one, annoyed me! Is she wearing a skirt or pants? Did she wipe her sweaty hands on her very short skirt or on her pants? What 19 year old calls the shirt she's wearing a blouse?? I'm 20 years older and don't do that! Tyler, I liked, he had a great story and his journey was believable. Erin, couldn't stand her...I was hoping Tyler would leave her to be honest! The only part of this story that made me smile was when Tyler met Jax.

This was a good follow up to Asher. I was kinda thrown off by the fact that this would be the second book because it was a main character introduced in the first but I can definitely see why she did it that way now. Awesome series.

Totally not what I what have ever read, but after first read, I have read every book. I appreciate the lives of others even more, especially when they rise out of the ashes to make something of themselves despite the hand they are dealt in life. The rest of the world should just stop making excuses.

4 stars for Tyler, the second book in the Inked Brotherhood series written by Jo Raven. This book is heart breakingly beautiful. I got so caught up in reading it that I actually read it in one sitting.

Oh, Tyler what can I say about you? Hot-check, Sexy-check, Tatted Up biker-check. Whew, all I can say is that Tyler is now at the top of my book boyfriend list! Poor Tyler has been through hell, and he is trying desperately to find his way back. He left home at 17 without saying goodbye to his younger brother or his girlfriend, Erin. After four years, he returns home to try and mend his relationship with his brother and Erin. Of course, they are furious with him, but when they find out the horrific details of why he left, they are devastated. Once they realize how damaged he is, will they stand by him and help him to forget about the past, or will it be too much for them to deal with?

This is a great series that I highly recommend. The first book in the series is Asher, and it is just as good as Tyler's story. If you haven't read these books yet, you don't know what you are missing!

*I was given a copy of this book as a gift from the author in exchange for an honest review.

I thought that Tyler couldn't be better than Asher, cause I was so torn up about Ash. The story about Tyler and Erin was so emotional that I couldn't even cry, my heart hurt so much with all the pain (physical as well as emotional) that he went through as a young man. He endured so much for the love of his brother and girlfriend. You will want to read his story over and over again!

I thought this book was great. Better than the first book in the series which I liked as well. I can't imagine the stuff these guys have gone through but the bond the author has written between all 5 is amazing. I can't wait to see what guys story comes next. You can read this book as a standalone but I wouldn't recommend it. You need to know Asher's story to really get Tyler's I think.

I gotta say Tyler was good. He had his demons and Erin was good for him. Jax was a mystery at first but part way through you figure out who he was. Although not as great a read as Asher it was good to hear Tyler's story. Still love Asher though. Can't wait to read about the others.

Scars...Tattoos... Memories... Jo Raven just put me into a whole new level with Tyler's story!! I cannot even put into words how I feel right after I read this book, neither remember how I feel while I was reading it. It was a wild rollercoaster ride! Totally extreme in all aspects! This is as good as the first book. I must say that Jo Raven's works are all beautiful in their own ways. None is better than the other, just uniquely and specially made for readers. I am in awe on how you come up with something that will totally hooked a reader in just one sitting. Once you get started, you wouldn't dare stop till you get to the end of the book! Tyler and Erin's story is as beautiful as Asher and Audrey's. My emotions were once again captured and it felt like I was actually in the story. My heart is about to burst any minute as I go on reading!! Jo Raven, you are Just TOO GOOD A WRITER!!! :)

** I just gotta share the lines that I love from this book~

"Nothing is ever simple." - Zane

"God, it's been too damn long. Too damn fake, all this time, the sensations washed out and muted. This... this is the real thing, the gut-wrenching, breath-stopping, howl-inducing kind of orgasm I can barely remember ever having before." -Tyler.

"Is this what you need? What you're used to now? Is this what you came back for? Is this all you want? I'm not a kid. You don't need to protect me from life's truths. I can take it. And I need to know. Because if this is all you want from me, then I'm not interested. I have my life, my studies. I want to be a teacher. I want to find someone to love and be happy. What do you want?" -Tessa

"I want you. I want everything. Not just sex. Though that's hot. Not just the kissing, though I'd rather kiss you than breath. Not just the undressing, though I want to have you naked against me every day and night. But all the rest, too. I want you to be mine." -Tyler

"Tom's daddy came back. When is mine coming back?" -Jax

"Why would I want to talk?" -Erin
"Because I know what I really want." -Tyler
"And what's that?" -Erin
"The brightest star." -Tyler

"Love lost and found. Star-crossed lovers joined once more." -Tessa

"God, I love you. So much." -Erin

Love it! Is so heartfelt and painful and hopeful. Is incredible what human beings could do to others especially children and women. Only thing I didn't like was that Ash and Tyler's dad die quickly from heart attack, he deserve a long, long painful death. Tyler was amazing the way Jo Raven describes all the self loathing, self hatred, loneliness and all the symptoms abuse people go through was eye opening and heartfelt. Truly recommend this series.

If I thought book one in this series was tense it was nothing compared to book 2. What an emotional rollercoaster. The atrocities that this young man went through in his young life is almost too hard to believe. Fighting to come back to find his loved ones and to find a life where he can at least survive is heartbreaking. A book that anyone who likes to have a happy ending should read. Incredibly written strong and a mostly driven. Worth more than 5 stars 5 stars.

Tyler and Erin have some unfinished business and its defiantly time for these two find their way back to each other. Tyler haunted by the memories of his terrible childhood had been banished and driven away until recent tragedies and circumstances have lead him back home once more. But coming home isn't easy and he really isn't given the great welcome by his brother Asher or the love of life that he was forced to leave behind Erin. Erin has been wondering everyday since Tyler left where he went and why he went but in the end she had to pick herself up by the bootstraps and move forward with what Tyler left behind. When these two reunite sparks once again fly but Erin sure she should give heart away again to the man who once abandoned her and Tyler still has so much baggage. Secrets can really destroy true loves changes for a HEA.
