The Wheel of Darkness (Agent Pendergast series)

You must read this series of books by Preston and Child. Start with the first book in this series for story lines build on sequential stories. Have never been disappointed and look for the the new book to be released in the fall.

I am totally hooked on the Pendergast series and everyone that I have recommended them to is hooked as well! The Wheel of Darkness continued to the great tradition. Pendergast is a complicated and fascinating character and the anticipation now - for each new book in the series - is learning more and more about the history of the family, and particularly, of his mysterious ward. The Wheel of Darkness is fast-paced and very satisfying. I recommend that they are read in order as this helps you appreciate the building of the characters, but it isn't necessary.

Another great read by Lincoln Child and Douglas Preston! They always keep me wanting more. These two writers not only have talent but they have a great knowledge of history. I not only read these books for enjoyment...I finish having learned something about a past culture. I highly recommend any Lincoln Child and Douglas Preston book...and this is another great.

I enjoy audio books as they allow me to accomplish another task at the same time as enjoying my book fix! Lucky for me, I came across these novels in my local library, but this book was not to be located in our library system. This was my 'missing link' in the Agent Pendergast novels... hoping there will be more to come. Love these books and will probably go back and listen to them again!

Too pat, everything is almost beyond belief yet works out in perfect just in time order. Prendergast has been given supernatural powers. Big fan of the authors but in this one they add really reaching.

Wheel of Darkness was yet another exciting chaper in the Pendergast series by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child. I thoroughly enjoyed every adverturesome page of this book and can't wait till the next book in the series is available!

I literally could NOT put this book down it is that good. Definitely
was on the edge of my seat for most of the read on this one!
