This coloring book contains 32 pages of mom life pictures for coloring. I think that it contains the perfect blend of snarky, sentimental, and silly that only a mother can appreciate.

The pictures are well drawn. Some have more details to color while some are more plain. I'm happy with this coloring book and look forward to coloring the pages, but do have some caveats on it.

The paper itself is not very high quality. If you're using gel pens or markers, the pages are not thick enough that I would feel comfortable coloring without first removing the pages from the coloring book itself. Markers in particular, I would worry that they would bleed onto the pages behind. And gel pens also might bleed. But I would also worry that lower quality gel pens and colored pencils that require more pressure for better color while not bleeding through the pages, but would leave indents on pages underneath from the required pressure.

I prefer coloring pages with more detail and that have more choice with colors, whereas some of these you have to stick to a specific color in order for the page not to look funny. My biggest complaint is how many pages have a great deal of white space, which drives me a little nuts, but may not be an issue for others.

Most of the photos in other reviews showed the more fun, snarkier pictures, so I wanted to show some of the less snarky, more sentimental pictures available in the book.

I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

Oh my goodness I love this coloring book!!! Before I get on about the coloring pages let me talk about the pages themselves. There are 34 of them first off. That is including the opening pages, because they turned those into coloring pages as well including a shout out to the illustrater. The pages themselves also seem great quality and do have the back of them blank to prevent smearing on your other coloring pages.

Now the artwork it's self. I just love the variety here. Love it. You have beautiful elegant pictures like the feather that says Wild Child or the #NormalizeBreastfeeding. Then you have simpler ones like the Blow Out or Laundry ones. The Laundry one also just seems like a normal coloring page like what you may see in a normal coloring book rather than the abstract ones you see in so many adult coloring books. So you have various degrees of coloring. If you feel like being abstract or basic this coloring book has that style of page. The themes also range too. You have ones that obviously illistrate the struggles of motherhood like Toddzilla, the beauty of motherhood like the #NormalizeBreastfeeding, and then the for mommy like the wine themed pages or the "I've had this much sleep today" page. It just goes across several themes of motherhood so you can kind of choose your mood. It just has such a great variety. I do want to nit pick a couple things though, but neither will reduce a star. I do wish that they would have included a picture of a mother bottle feeding. I am a breastfeeding mom and I love that I have that. However not all moms have that chance. For some moms it is a struggle and for some moms they can't do it at all. So I wish they had included a picture for that. Then just something that I wish was there for me personally. I really wish there had been something in there about cloth diapering. I love doing it but it has it's own set of humor. I have not used a diaper sprayer yet but one with a mom spraying off a diaper would have been pretty funny. Like I said though this book is generally all incompassing and I have to applaud them for that. No matter what kind of mom you are you are going to relate to SOMETHING in this book. Personally....the one with the door sign is getting colored, laminated, and stuck on my front door ^.~

This is my review for the #momlife coloring book. I've had coloring apps on my iPad before but never had an actual coloring book before and figured I'd give one a try. This one was pretty fun! I used a premium set of colored pencils in it and it had no issues at all. It was definitely something to do to pass the time and just unwind a little.
I'd like to say this product is wonder just to keep next to you in case you have a couple minutes to color away of if you really want to lose yourself for an hour or so.
I received this item in a very timely manner and in excellent condition. I graciously received this at a discount in exchange for my honest review. This is my experience and opinion after receiving and using the product in my own home. I hope you find it useful in your purchasing decisions. Thank you.

#MomLife is the best parenting book I have ever seen!

This book is hilarious it will be in every baby shower gift I ever give! My children are now raised and I have been struggling with my recent empty nest which has led to my new hobby of adult coloring book I have purchased many and although I was enjoying coloring I wanted something a little less scenic, a little less Mandela, soul searching but not exactly wanting to color all the swear words across the alphabet. I need some humor. This book came to me unexpectedly and it was just what I needed.
Part of my sadness with my son moving not only away from home but also to another state was that I continuously reevaluated how I could have done every parenting choice I ever made differently. How I spent way to much time wishing for more time to myself and didn't appreciate the kids nearly enough. I would lay in my sons room and smell his pillow and tell every parent of a toddler I knew that the tantrums didn't matter because they were going to miss this. I was a basket case.

After I received my coloring book I looked through every page and laughed till I cried, all the sudden I remembered what being a parent as really like!!! It helped me to realize I was a real mom with a real mom life and lived like a real mom because that's just mom life. Everything came into perspective and I stopped wallowing in my own pity and realized this is all just another step in the evolution of being a mom and I'm right on track. I am considering asking the artist if she would consider doing more stages of mom life books. You know The mom life middle child hood the teen years and the dreaded pillow sniffing empty nest life.

The book has 31 one sided images with a black pattern on the backside which keeps the colors from bleeding through. The are is fantastic I love the messy hair page because what mom can't relate to that running to the grocery store with baggy mom clothes hair a mess and an expression that says "just trying to make it till nap time"

If I had this book when the kids were young I might have taken a page from their book and locked myself in the bathroom to color and pretended to be doing chores. (Hey don't judge a mom who hides in the bathroom you know cleaning, in my house no one ever disturbed mom when the bathroom need cleaned)

This book has been so Teraputic to me I think it would make not only an exceptional baby shower/new baby gift but also would be a cute gift for the mother hosting the 2 year old birthday as well as a mom of graduate gift. I can see my self ordering many copies of this book in the future, I am also eager to see the many other books by Paperteri Bleu.

Disclaimer: I received fabulous book at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review. The opinion Of this book is 100% my honest unbiased opinion and is no way a reflection of any discounts I received from Amz review trader.

I've been coloring in books and individual pages for stress relief since I was a small child. It gives me an artistic outlet, a centering point and a way to drown out all the distractions and noise. Pretty much nothing keeps me from enjoying coloring books, either by myself or with my children. I do have some adult coloring books, but I get tired of the 'mandalas', the flowers, the cute sayings etc.

Sometimes I'm feeling snarky and I just need something to match my mood... about motherhood usually. You know what I mean... when all your well intentioned friends are giving you inspirational quotes and you can't tell the teacher you want to ripoff your child's limb and beat him with it (cause that's WRONG). Sometimes you just need an outlet for that frustration. Sometimes that outlet is art!

From the outside, it appears to be a quality book, but I have the same complaint as others, about the pages being particularly thin and untrustworthy (in terms of bleeding or even tearing). I also found that some designs just had too much minute detail. Did I mention I'm a working Mom? I am... I've even been known to jot down a phone number or something in the margins or a note in a large space and then color over it. but I can't put these individual touches on some of these pics because there are just so many areas, lines, detail that it's like the person didn't want me to have my own creativity but rather just follow their plan. Do we really need each individual hair on 'mom hair don't care' to be a line???

Overall I enjoyed it but those were a couple irritating things. I would give it a 3 star were it not so hilarious and relatable. I can't wait to buy #nurselife and #dadlife in the near future!

With four young daughters I'm always sitting down to color with someone. One night my three year old and I decided to color and I pulled out "mommy's coloring book." As i tried to get her to color in her own, she demanded to color in mine with me as i just so happened to land on the pager with a crying toddler with all of mommy's things titled "Threenager." i laughed as we both decided to color this page and my daughter thought it was great that the toddler had on her mothers heels and jewelry. Each page is wonderfully sketched with hilarious relatable mom moments. You'll want this book for yourself, you mom or a mo friend in your life. It would make a great gift for a new mom that's feeling overwhelmed with motherhood to bring a little laughter.

This is HANDS DOWN the BEST mommy coloring book EVER. Tells it JUST like it is. I can only hope that my little vag muffins chill out enough to let me enjoy coloring in it!!!! If you like snarky things, this is the book for you. I absolutely LOVE the doorbell page, as well as the friday wine and Normalize breastfeeding page. Seriously, get this book. Buy one for your mom, sister, grandmother and Aunt while you are at it. I would EXTREMELY RECOMMEND this purchase. I have recently started coloring for stress relief. It is nice and relaxing to sit in the evening with the family and I find that I can enjoy it more if I am coloring. For some reason I feel like if I am sitting, I need to be doing something. I ordered the #MOMLIFE Coloring Book for this purpose. I figure that I can at least have a nice laugh while I am trying to relax and I still feel like I am accomplishing something if I have colored a page.

There are 32 coloring pages in the book. None of the pictures are especially complicated to color. I really like this. Who wants to be stressed out trying to color when you are doing it to relax? I have found that the pictures work well with either colored pencils or markers. Each of the pages are one-sided with a black design on the back. If you wanted to tear them out, you do not waste a picture on the back. This is definitely a plus. Also, if you use markers, you don't risk the markers bleeding through and messing up the picture on the back. I tried using markers on one of the pictures and could not see where any of the markers bled through. There are no marks on the black back or on the next picture. Each of the pages are thicker than regular paper but not as thick as cardstock. They are thick, but still flexible.

I am giving only 4 stars instead of 5 due to the content. Only one of the pages in the book make being a mother something positive. The rest really focus on the negative. I would not want to give this a gift to a new mother. I would want to encourage, not discourage. That being said, the captions do sum up a lot of what mothers experience.

This book had me rolling! It's incredibly funny and relatable. The images set the stage for the hilarious quips and quotes throughout the book. The images are single sided, so you can color them with the medium of your choice without worrying about spoiling the image on the back. There is something to fit how you are feeling at every moment of the day from sweet and loving to these kids are driving me crazy. Every mom needs this coloring book. I received this product for free or at a discounted rate in exchange for product testing and review. I am under no obligation to provide a positive review and received no incentives or rewards for doing so. I'm usually pretty good about adding pictures to my reviews, especially of coloring books, but I was WAY too excited upon receiving this particular coloring book and immediately starting putting together a care package for my friend. Like most other snarky coloring books, it is sarcastic in the greatest way possible. Also, all the pages can be colored in. I have purchased some other coloring books where the background was already filled in and there wasn't much actual space for COLORING. That is not the case in this book as you can see from the pictures other reviewers have posted. I love the quality of the cover, it's a thick smooth card stock type paper with a very particular feel. It arrived safely in a padded manilla envelope. All in all, my friend loved it even more than I did. I sent it along to her with some other baby stuff and a pack of coloring pencils.

I am not a "paid" reviewer, but I did receive this soap at a discount in exchange for my fair and honest review. I take seriously my responsibility to provide reliable reviews in order to help consumers make wise purchasing decisions. My opinion is not swayed by the price I pay, or the discount I receive, for any particular product - my opinion will always be based on the quality and value of the item reviewed. This book had me rolling on the floor with laughter! It's incredibly funny and relate-able, and the images set the stage for the hilarious quips and quotes throughout the book. The images are single-sided, so you can color them with the medium of your choice without worrying about spoiling the image on the back. As always, it's wise to use a "blotter" sheet between pages so that nothing bleeds through onto the next page.

I highly recommend this book for any mother, especially those with a toddler! It will be your best 5 minutes of quiet time you'll ever have to yourself!

I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest review. The views expressed here are purely my own, and are not swayed by the fact that I received it at a reduced rate.

I, for one, depend on product reviews to learn more about the product, and to decide whether or not I should purchase it, so I try to make sure my reviews are helpful to the buyers. [...].. Thank you!

THIS coloring book is EVERYTHING!!! I needed this book because as a stay at home mom of two boys ages 8 & almost 3, I'm home with them during summer vacation, it's a love and hate type of situation. I can't just kick back and indulge in mimosas for breakfast and wine for lunch soooo I need something else to distract me from the beautiful insanity that is going on in my house. A coloring book about what I'm going through at that very moment to have a good laugh and relieve some stress! Yes!

I use this while the kids are coloring or when the little one naps. I have a mermaid one and one other that I use for stress and anxiety and to help lower my blood pressure, don't see why this one won't help with the same things. The drawings are nice with detail but not too much and I like the quotes and humor in this book.

I exclusively breastfed both of my sons for 13-14 months each so I really appreciate the normalize breastfeeding page in this book :)
Very cute and truthful coloring book. I purchased this product at a discounted price to give my opinion of it.

This coloring book isn't too bad. I was expecting it to be filled with these great images and entertainment, and I found the images to be somewhat lacking. The phrases are ok, I think the only phrases I REALLY like are on the Toddzilla page and the doorbell broken page.

There were quite a few pictures that had just a blank empty space on the page, with the coloring portion being somewhat limited. Other images were great with way more detail and intricacy, which is what I’m looking forward. Some of the images had nice and solid black lines, while others had really thin and almost faded or blurry looking lines.

It’s titled as a snarky coloring book, but it didn’t really come off that way to me.

My opinions of this product are my own, and if it changes I will update my review accordingly.

Feel free to ask me any questions!

I had a blast flipping through this book, laughing out loud, taking pics of a few and texting them to certain Mom friends. I am a big fan of Papeterie Bleu coloring books. They have the cutest snarky books and and a HUGE like of Mandala coloring books, this one doesn't disappoint either. As usual the quality of the paper is good and binding is nice and sturdy, I\ink is bold and great quality. I am able to use multiple mediums to color, from markers, gel pens to watercolor pencils without any issue. Even my kids color their books with no issues and they are a little heavy on the markers. Not every page will relate to every Mom, but if you have been a Mom for 5 minutes you will find many hilarious pages. There are even a few with sweet quotes. My son loves the one I colored for him, I say it him all the time. I can't wait till the next Papeterie book comes out, they never let me down.

Disclaimer: I received this product complementary for a fair, honest review. I may not have spent money on this but I am spending my time, which is extremely limited and VERY valuable to me. I am not affiliated with this company and receive NO compensation for my unbiased review. So I do not automatically give a 5 star review, that is earned only by being an excellent product, in my opinion. When a product is not of good quality, I will communicate with the seller, so they can consider product improvement and offer a better product to buyers and write the review accordingly.

-I received this coloring book at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

The attention to detail in this book is phenomenal.
I feel like everytime I buy an adult coloring book I am always left disappointed because the pages are flimsy, and the designs are only slightly smaller than the ones in my kid's coloring books.
This book does not have that problem. I actually am over the moon with the amount of detail I found on every page.
There are 34 pages total to color on (they are not front and back) the back of each page is black with beautiful detail. I assume that they did this on purpose so that you can frame your masterpiece when it is all done, and believe me they are all beautiful enough that you would want to.
They were creative in how they made the pages too I plan to give a couple of them to my older kids to hang on their walls when I am done.

The paper is also thicker and better quality than some other adult coloring books that I purchased at my local craft stores. I'm sure you can find the measurements in the product description but it is a full size coloring book measuring at 8.5" wide and 11" long.

I didn't want to take photos of the entire page so no one would copyright the excellent artwork but because I am sure you will be curious (as I was) I did take some photos of some areas on a couple of the pages. I also included a picture of the black on the back of one of the pages.

It shipped quickly and arrived right on time. I was very happy with the packaging too it was packaged securely in cardboard so there was no damage whatsoever to any pages of the book.

I am over the moon with this coloring book, I have already ordered another.
This would also be a perfect gift for a friend.
Hope this was helpful.

#MomLife. Couldn't be a more perfect coloring book out there for moms! And it is a great, unique present for any expecting or new moms. I plan on purchasing for every baby shower I attend!

Every day, we are always dealing with something new and as our kids grow up the problems just change. This book helps you realize that it is not just you, and there are so many other moms (and dads) dealing with the same issues you are dealing with.

PROS
• Every page is something new, and some are quite hilarious
• Good quality for a coloring book
• Binding is nice - I have taken it with me, and it is still in great shape
• GREAT gift for a new mom

CONS
• Needs to be more pages! :)

Just some cool information about the benefits of coloring for adults:
• Helps de-stress
• Activities activate both parts of the cerebral hemisphere
• Is a form of meditation
• Helps reduce anxiety
• Helps spark creativity
• Helps reconnect with their Inner Child

I did receive this product at a discount in return for an honest product review. My reviews are my opinion about the products I received; they are not influenced by the seller or other outside variables.

This is my fourth coloring book from this company (PapeterieBleu) and this coloring book is just as great as the other two I’ve bought. The designs are crisp and clear, the ink is dark and striking where it is supposed to be and doesn’t smudge when being colored on. The sayings that on the coloring pages are a nice combination of funny, charming or comforting.

They say that the adult coloring books serve as great stress relievers. I know that I have experienced this first hand (my favorite is the “snarky sayings mandala book” book – I literally laugh out loud!). If this is as true for others as it is for me, this book should be a hit for all young parents! New parents are tired, stressed and scared - the chuckles that come with this book will be a great relief.

I bought this as a gift for my sister in law who has recently had her first child. I also bought the #DadLife book for my brother. She LOVED both of them. Since my brother isn’t big on coloring, she plans to hijack his book and claim both #DadLife and #MomLife as her own.

The designs are cute and some are even frame worthy. Some of the messages are cutesy (“I love you to the moon and back”) are funny (“Bra off, hair up, sweats on”), some are just nice Mom thoughts (“Normalize Breastfeeding”), some are hilariously true (a picture of a box of wine with a straw that says “Mommy’s juice box”).

The pictures and phrases in the book cover all the emotions of a new mom – and what an emotional time it is! Whether stressed, tired, scared, proud, happy, etc… there’s a page in here for that.

Update 12/11/16: They keep this in the nursery with them. I found out when I was on baby duty one night. Apparently, this is how to pass the time when waiting for my nephew to fall asleep. PERFECT.

I absolutely ADORE this coloring book!

I purchased this for one of my friends who is a new mother. She's always posting silly things about her experience so I knew she would appreciate this coloring book. I ordered it and flipped through it before giving to her to make sure it was a worthy gift.

Not only does it contain relevant "mom" jokes, but it's REALLY cute inside! It's very modern, and has a lot of really fun designs. Even me, a woman who doesn't have any children, would have tons of fun flipping through this and coloring.

I think this is ingeniously designed. It would make a great gift for any baby shower or mom new and old. The drawings are so cute, you could color them and frame them after!

Adult coloring books are a great new trend for de-stressing, and I'm sure any mom, especially an artistic one, would find this coloring book funny and entertaining.

I read plenty of the store reviews before I make purchases and I hope that my review has helped you make a decision on whether to purchase this or not.

I purchased this product at a discounted price in exchange for an honest and unbiased review after I use it. That being said, I CHOSE TO SEEK OUT THIS PRODUCT or something similar to it and still paid for it regardless of the "deal" I was given. I would never leave false information or opinions about a product.
