This book just feels like something that has been done over and over again... don't get me wrong it was a pretty good read but just felt like I had read it before... it was predictable in what was going to happen and so I felt like I flew through reading it because I was like "oh this this and this will happen soon" and that is exactly what happened... so not original and I kind of got bored...

I liken this story, along with _Broomstick Breakdown_ and _Last Minion Standing_ to good episodes of _Bewitched_ with the added layer of some light sex. The writing is decent, and the narrating voice fun and full of energy. One complaint: it's quite short so it definitely feels over-priced. Short stories should really cost less than what publishers are charging. Competently written, well edited. Enjoyed it while it lasted.

fun premise for a story, but absolutely no plot, no character development, the sex is boring and happens every few pages. Not this author's best work. the first few pages are definitely the best part.

I absolutely loved Evangeline and Ryker. It was so much fun to read a story where the main couple wasn't necessarily the good guys! Evangeline is a love em and leave em type but once she meets Ryker she can't get him out of her mind. Ryker is avoiding a planned marriage (which was interesting to see from the guy's perspective) and thinks Evangeline will be a great tumble to help him take his mind off things. How do they meet? Well it all starts off as just business - with a well known fairy tale creature at that. All the characters in this story had a fantastic twist to them and the dialog had me laughing several times. If you need a break from the brooding good guys and the untouchable good girls, then this is just what you need.

What do you get when you have Rasputin's granddaughter, Evangeline owning a company called Wicked Incorporated? For starters, you get a book filled with humor and some spicy and steamy sex!

Evangeline is a most stubborn but intelligent witch, you see. Just imagine her working with a sexy and confident Shifter named Ryker and his cat!! And, eventually a relationship (?) develops...

The humor might be offensive to some but for me it was fine and not over the top. In actuality, cabin fever dissipated some as I read this...

Highly recommended.

Eve Langlais has done it again! She's combined the paranormal, humor, and a kick-ass heroine to bring you a very entertaining read. Eve had me hooked from the prologue and kept me turning pages until the end. Eve brings humor to a level that most authors dare not tread, leaving the reader in stitches and able to relate to her characters on a deeper level.

Evangaline is wicked indeed, with little remorse for ex-boyfriends she's turned into rats or oil splatters. She's tough as nails...on the outside anyway. When she's given a new assignment through Wicked Incorporated, she's ready for a challenge. Being assigned to work with the sexy alpha shifter wasn't in her plans. She's used to being alone and not good at working with others.

Ryker is hot, sexy and crude. He says what he feels and Evangaline, oddly enough, appreciates it. She can't help her desire for the stud of a man, even if he is a different species. Although she wants his body, she knows it can't lead to more than a quick romp. Then why does she see red when other women try and get too close to him?

The sex in this book is as wickedly hot as the heroine! Wow! When these two get together, the sheets burn up. I just loved the dialogue and banter between our two would-be lovers. Eve Langlais is on my must-read list and should be on yours, too!

Evangaline can't be classified as a `nice witch' and she's good with that. That doesn't mean she doesn't have needs though and when she meets a sexy shifter, even though he pisses her off, he also hits all the right buttons. Ryker is used to females running like hell when he comes around. He's big, blunt and probably could be more charming, but he doesn't see a need. When the two are tossed together to do security work, the chemistry explodes. But for Ryker, the attraction is much more than sex, and Evangaline is just going to have to deal with that...or kill him.
I loved Wickedest Witch. Ryker and Evangaline are a great pair and I was cheering for them from the second they met, though I swear Evangaline was giving me dirty looks as I pulled out my pom poms. The supporting characters were so rich and wonderful that they helped push the story past sexy short into something so much more fun. Any paranormal romance lover looking for something a little different will find it in Wickedest Witch and they won't be disappointed.

The most interesting part of this book was the blurb on the back. I hoped for an interesting twist on fairy tales, but got crass descriptions of masturbation. The minor attempt at plot failed when the author forgot to reveal the identity of the kidnapper or the reason for the kidnapping attempt. Of course, there was sex to be had, so why bother finishing the story?
When the author wasn't trying to "shock" the reader with vulgarity more suited to a "Dear Penthouse" letter, her writing was decent.
