Good story line, like able characters. Easy flowing fast read. Anxiously waiting for next book in series. Being patient is a well learned lesson. Goodies come to those who wait. Be true to who you really are and their will Eventually be some one for you that fits perrfect for you.

I unfortunately read too many shifter stories where about 80 percent of the book is about shifter politics or war or some adventure rather than about the main characters getting to know one another. This is that book you look forward to. It is about Meena a funny, fun loving, wierd lion shifter who is clumsy and yet full of confidence. She knows what she wants and like a stubborn lioness goes for it, or him as in the Linger Omega named Leo. They are attracted to one another. He takes the time to know her and accept her as she is and respects her parents wishes. He even plans their wedding.
I would recommend this book to anyone 18 years and older due to language and sexual scenes.

I have enjoyed this series but parts of this just didn't work for me. Meena, aka Vex is too much like a cartoon character. She is so OTT it feels false and forced. Her nickname for Leo just one example, it's not even funny. Leo was my other problem. His total personality switch from no, never, to mine forever didn't have any authenticity.

Love this series. Of course Eve Langlais is one of my favorite authors so I always look forward to her books. She has yet to fail me. Loved Leo in the first two books and was really glad he got his own HEA. Seeming to have my own cloud hanging over me, I could totally relate to "Vex" (what a great nickname) and have had more than one person shake their head in wonder at me. Of course the head banging was familiar also so it was great that she found someone who could embrace that part of her. I did wonder why there was no true climax with Demetri until I realized the next book would be his. Can't wait for that one. I already have a reminder on my phone for its release date. Keep them coming, Eve!!!

As usual, Eve Langlais crafts a fun, witty, sassy story. You won't be able to put down When An Omega Snaps!
Leo is the pride's omega and while his methods may be unconventional, he is a liger (lion and tiger) shifter who embodies order and avoids chaos at all costs.
Meena, also known as catastrophe, is visiting the pride, after her ban has been lifted. Once she sees Leo (aka Pookie) she knows he is her mate and proceeds to tell him. While Leo is attracted to Meena (aka Vex) and his liger agrees with her, the man is not ready to accept her brand of chaos into his life and does all he can to fight his attraction and refute her claim.
Join Pookie and Vex on their hilariously funny, sassy and sexy tale and find out when an omega snaps!

This was GREAT! I love a quirky heroine - Meena is an adorable disaster. Leo is uptight and stuffy. Together? Kaboom! These characters were fun, engaging and really funny. The plot moved nicely. It kind of reminded me of the build up of sexual tension from the old Cybill Shepherd Bruce Willis show Moonlighting (I think that was the name). Well written, sassy and a joy to read.
Can't wait for the next one. She just gets better and better!

Leo's story was hilarious. ..I really believe he needed Meena to come in and pull the stick out of his behind! Meena truly gets a bad rap for just trying to make up for a very obvious if you want to look ,a belief that no one but her daddy could ever truly love her. Took a very strong Ligra/Mate to see the beauty and dainty in a true meaning of the saying (bull in a China shop) lol. Loved them!

Eve continues to be my special author with her wonderful sense of humor, great characters, steamy scenes and well rounded storylines making you want to see what happens next. Every single time I know I'm so going to love reading, laugh at the dialogue and enjoy the sizzling hot interactions between her terrific characters. So DON'T MISS OUT ON HER BOOKS!!!!??????????

Not my favorite of the series, but not a terrible story either. I love Leo the Liver. Big and kind is my type. What I did not like was Meena. I'm sure she was created to be his opposite in order to give the story it's bite, but she just comes across as irritating and juvenile. I hated that she called him Look is and acted like a hormonal teenager. I get that she was wild and a rebel, but it just got old. Leo had the patience of Job in dealing with her. I kept waiting for him to give her 'the star's and tell her to grow up, it did not happen. I did love the catfight! Again, not a bad story, just got annoying. Can't wait for her twin, Teena's, story!

I have enjoyed other books by this author ( not this series) this one was so disappointing . She was annoying from the start,( she keep calling him pookie:-/) ! I can understand a couple of times but not every page! She had no redeeming value, and he was just dull,it is a pass for me for this one. I will read other books from her.

This is the 3rd book in Langlais’ Lion’s Pride series. Whereas When an Alpha Purrs just irked me, and When a Beta Roars made we want to stand up and cheer and then sigh a happy little sigh, this one just made me smile.
What’s a big accident prone lioness to do when she finds her mate, a luscious giant of a liger with a stick up his butt? Why chase him, chase him till HE catches HER. Seriously, this book is just a ton of fun, though I’ll admit that if the hero acted the way the heroine did, constantly invading his space and making declarations and manipulating him into situations, well I probably wouldn’t like that hero much at all. But that is a double standard to unpack for another day.
Meena has always been a walking catastrophe. She’s a big girl and quite missed out on the usual feline grace. But whatever catastrophe life throws her way she meets head on with can do take one day at a time attitude. And despite her brash attitude she has a big, soft heart, as well as other parts which serve to make her irresistible to our hero.
Leo is zen. Very zen. As the Omega of the pack it is his job to keep everyone in line, something he isn’t afraid to back with fists on top of his voice. He is very proper, and buttoned up, and stick up his butt sort of hero. Until the heroine prompts him to let loose with his wild side. In that he kind of reminded me of Nalini Singh’s Riley. But he is absolutely determined to treat her with respect and like she is his dainty princess. Adorable!
This is a cute, sexy, short story, and yes it absolutely made me smile. There is no real conflict or mystery, just two very different people seeing just how right they are with each other. It will be interesting to see how Langlais “redeems” Teena’s (Meena’s twin sister) mate Dmitri, which exhibits all the characteristics I just said I would decry in a male, because right now, I am just not seeing it.

When An Omega Snaps is the perfect title for this third entry in A Lion's Pride series because that is what happens when a controlling Omega meets walking chaos! Get ready to laugh yourself silly! Leo and Meena’s story will have you giggling from the very beginning.
When I first met Leo’s character in previous titles, I found him a bit uptight. So uptight I was wondering what kind of woman would do for him. Why of course someone who is his polar opposite! And Meena sure is that. It’s not that she’s a hot mess, but more of a bull elephant in a china store. She’s not exactly a dainty flower but then again, Leo’s no little man either. She’s knows he is the one for her and her ways of convincing him that she is are pretty funny as she’s not exactly a subtle girl. Oh how the mighty do fall!
And fall Leo does. That is, his inner Liger does for Meena! Now convincing the man was a different story. It does help when a rival comes into town. Between Meena’s antics and his Liger screaming MINE! MINE! you knew he would eventually cave. The travels he takes to admit defeat made for a good read. As for their HEA, not only was it hot and funny but it was all I could wish for.
I’ve been a fan through several of Ms. Langlais series now. I know can always count on a entertaining story that will have me laughing from the character antics to swooning from the steaminess. When A Omega Snaps does not disappoint! The characters from previous titles make appearances in this book but not so much that their story is spoiled so you can read this book as a stand-alone. However, with all this fun A Lion’s Pride series offer you really should start it from the beginning.

Why you should read it: Eve Langlais' stories are always humorous and her characters' romances are one of a kind. WaOS is the third book in her Lion's Pride series, and I have to say Leo is such a cool hero, so nice, but no one messes with him... Who would mess with a Tiger? There's romance, a curvy heroine and tons of laughter.
INTERVIEW WITH EVE LANGLAIS
Tell us about Meena and her ... persistence!
Eve: Meena is a fun heroine with no boundaries or fear. While she is a bigger girl, she doesn't let that get in her way. She is enthusiastic about life, and not afraid to show it, which sometimes gets her into trouble. When she meets Leo, she is convinced he'd the man for her — and not just because when she jumps on him, he doesn't fall to the ground and whine she's too heavy. Her inner lioness says he's "the one." But this serious guy takes a little convincing, and that's where the fun and laughter begin.
What shifter would you like to be?
Eve: I'm really partial to big cat shifters. But I'm torn as to which one I'd be. I do have to say, though, that I love the stripes on a tiger.
