A nice, sweet little contemporary romance, with just the right amount of drama. Fully developed characters and great back story, complete with a happily ever after. <3 I loved Dax and Harlow and would love to read more about them later (I don't want to give spoilers, but especially regarding the things that happen in the epilogue. ;) )

I absolutely loved Dax and Harlow's journey! What an original story! Dax was one of those guys that you immediately fell for and Harlow, well, she was an amazing female lead! I really loved the playlist that went with their story. This also hit very close to my heart! It's an amazing story!

This is one book that involved all of your
motions from laughter to nearly crying
and this can all be on the same page.
Liz is an author who knows how to grab
Your attention right from the start of a book
to the very last page.
I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book

Really loved this story. I'm beyond tired of the typical barely legal, helpless, virgin being saved by the big man that's old enough to be her father. This was quite the opposite .... Strong, smart, independent female and older than the man. I loved it!! Especially since I, too, am older than my husband. ;)

This was a pretty deep read, covering the death of a child, infidelity, and being taken advantage of by almost everyone around her. In the midst of all this crazy rock bottom chaos enters a breath of fresh air, and a chance to hope for something new. It has a powerful message with beautiful scenes. And I like that her new love came with its own risks and was not easy.

Wow! What an emotional ride! Both characters had a past to overcome and personal challenges to rise above. I loved their connection and chemistry. Her ex husband was a slime ball. Can't wait for more from this series. A story full of passion, love, healing, friendship, family, and finding your backbone!

Found this book off of a recommendation from a friend on FB/Romance Kindle Unlimited Books. Most excellent story line . I think I fell in love with Dax! Highly recommend reading this and I already scoped out other Liz Durano books for my TBR list!

This is a romance, obviously, with plenty of steamy sex. It's also a story about two people finding themselves, and the sex is arguably a part of that story. The pacing is decent and Harlow in particular is an engaging character.

Such a great story. These characters were made for one another. So much chemistry and angst throughout their love story. Love Dad and Harlow so much. I could kill Jeff. Side characters were great additions. I hope we get to read more about these characters in future spin-offs.

Liz has written a very descriptive novel of love, divorce, and growing through difficult situations. A little longer read than usual. But a very nice story of starting over again. I would love a follow-up on this novel to find out if there are twins in future. I was given this book for a volunteer review.

3.5 stars!
Liz Durano certainly provided me with a not your average love story, once the main characters were introduced I was shocked. Their backgrounds and what they were going through in life was nothing like I read before!
That house sounded gorgeous!
This is a three point five star read for me because of the ending. There were way to many unanswered questions and I wished for a conclusive ending.
Overall, I enjoyed this read. Liz Durano is a new author for me and I was pleasantly surprised. She wrote something intriguing and memorable. I will certainly look for more from this author!

I voluntarily received an ARC of this book for an honest review. With that out of the way this was a wonderful book. Just the right amount of romance and a bit of mystery males this a fantastic read. One of those stories where once you start to read it you can't put it down. I highly recommend this book.

I love all the knowledge about the characters as one reads, which connects the reader to their lives. I was the head cheerleader for Harlow and Dax!
I would recommend this book to adults over 18 years of age.

I've really enjoyed this nice, hot and touching book.

Liz Durano delivered a good story but at times it was too fast and it seems to me that something was missing.I'm so glad that the author is working on an Epilogue,I can't wait to read more about these characters.

I really appreciated that Harlow and Dax perfectly show the strengths and weaknesses of their different age,but they feel safe and truly respected in each other company.

The story takes place in New Mexico,I have to admit I knew nothing about this state but when I finished this book I was so curious I added Taos to my Dreaming Places to visit.

I hate writing reviews, but I really enjoyed this book. I love how Harlow felt like a real person. Dax was amazing. As a older woman it was nice seeing this kind of story. It was believable. I loved all the characters and it makes me miss the mountains and desert. I laughed, cried, and sighed at the end. It made me feel happy.

Nice story with consistent and complex characters who speak and act as two successful professionals should. If was an engrossing story that made you feel as if you were exploring Taos and the earthship community with them.

The well-developed characters are realistic and with flaws. As I read I became more captivated and eager to see what would happen next. There are various emotions throughout the book. I really liked that the main female character had growth as the story went on. She pretty much lost everything then found Everything She Ever Wanted in the arms of a younger man. I also liked the concept of living off the grid. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reading copy.

Ms.Durano's description of New Mexico makes me want to revisit it again, since the last time I was there I was 5 passing through on our way to California visiting family. In a way this story is about family, love, commitment to each other, doesn't matter the age gap between Harlow & Dax it's how they feel about each other.I highly recommend you put this on your tbr list to read.

Well written and captured my attention that I just can't stop reading it until the end. It piqued my curiosity and interest about New Mexico, I fell in love with Dax and felt triumphant with Harlow finding her own voice and inner strength.

I had struggled since the beginning for a reason I won't write not to spoiler, but this book was not my cup of tea, sorry.

Ho avuto problemi con questo libro sin dall'inizio per una ragione che non diró in modo da non spoilerare, ma decisamente non é il genere di libro che fa per me.

Older man-younger woman couple ... Society accepts. This love story couple is a 40 year old woman and a 27 year old "kid.". Not as easily accepted. I've always wondered about that double standard. While reading this book, I cried and I laughed and I cheered them on to a happy ending. Good characters, well written, and now I want to visit New Mexico.
