SERGEI (Her Russian Protector #5)

I enjoyed this installment of 'Her Russian Protector' I liked that I read the first book but did not have to read books 2-4 and the characters were easy to follow . There was loads of action and the romance was good too(lol).

Absolutely love it read all the books in the series and I love them!! Big strong Possessive and loving men turning to gebtle teddy bears for their women!! Would definitely recommend it to friends and family!!

Loved Sergei, I love how the characters are introduced, then have their storyline and continue to show up in additional books, it's hard not to have these Russians grow on you. I loved this series, looking forward to the next book.

I absolutely loved this book! Sergei was all about Bianca! He had been wanting her forever and when he finally got his chance he ran with it! I loved the other books in this series, but this one is by far my favorite. I could not put it down!

Thank you for writing such a wonderful cast of characters. Sergei and Bianca are my favorite couple. The heat between those two were smoking. I look forward to reading more about them as the series continues.

This was the funniest and sweetest novel that I've come across in a while. Ransom and Fallon were the stars, however the supporting cast brought it all together. I will be following this author closely!

I absolutely love this book! Since buying it I have reread it several times. As a proud voluptuous black women who loves Russian men, I was so excited to find this book. I love how Sergei loved Bianca curves and not just in spite of them. He made sure to tell her how beautiful she was and would do anything for her. This was the first book I read from Roxie Rivera but it definitely will not be my last. Based on some of the spoilers that I read in this book, I purchased all her previous Russian Protector books and I loved them all also. But Sergei is my favorite! I can't wait for the sequel!

I don't usually respond to reviews but this was so untrue that I could not let it go. As a plus sized black women, I absolutely loved this story and found no fault with it.

In your review you say that main female, Bianca, is overweight. That is completely false, she is referred to on many occasions as curvy never overweight. As a curvy women I know there is definitely a difference between the two. Bianca owns her curves but like any women in a society that views women who are bigger than a size 4 as less than perfect, she has insecurities. Sergei loves Bianca's curves and makes sure she understands how beautiful she is. Also Bianca is not the first curvy female lead in this series Benny, who is not black, is also described curvy.

Secondly, Sergei does not 'work in construction' he manages his own construction company that does mostly commercial work. And he does not live in Bianca's house rent free. He's the one that repaired her home and contracted out the work that he could not do himself. He also buys grocery's and cooks for his lady. And I don't know about you but when a house is paid in full, I would not have my significant other paying rent.

Sergei loved Bianca enough to let her go for her own safety. Bianca was in danger because of Sergei ties to the mafia. Which he is only involved with because of his brothers debt. So in order to free her man, who had no idea how wealth she was, she on her own decides to save him. He never asked her to do this, he was just fine fighting in brutal boxing matches to pay off his debt. He even stated that he will do everything in his power to repay her.

Finally not every couple who loves each get married and has babies. Guess what? Its 2013 not 1930. Couples have babies out of wedlock everyday, a piece of paper is not going to make them anymore in love than they already are.

I really think you must have been jaded in that past because you read way too deep into this story and came up with issues that were not present in the story at all. I hope anyone that didn't read this awesome book because of your negative review. Sees this a gives this story the chance that it deserves.

Overall this book was a good read, but nowhere near the quality of the pervious book in the series Nicolai. The plot really revolved around the romance aspect and building the relationship. The mob component was very small. Most of the first half of the book was spent going back and forth. Will they get together or won't they? Will they stay together or won't they? An extremely large part of this novel was sex scenes. I love a good sex scene as much as the next reader, but after a while it got very repetitive and boring. I started to think okay can we move on to something else please. My suggestion is to read the book for the information you need in the series and skip the sex scenes ( save them when your in the mood to read them). You won't miss anything and you can finish the book in an hour.

I love this series of books...There all well written and have a good story throughout. .I can't wait for the next books....These books are b et read as a series as all the books have all the chain them
