I enjoyed the series and see myself moving to the Shadow Series to follow up this story. This is a great read and keeps you captivated and wanting more. I was actually hoping the series would continue on with Ender, and hopefully there will be more.

Loved the first book, which is even better than the movie! Author does seem to get very introspective/long-winded in the last few books. But overall, this was an interesting story. Not sure I'll read them again.

Loved the first book in the series. The rest was excellent as well but got looooong so you have to be very persistent to finish the whole thing with a lot of time on your hands. Well worth the read though if you want an interesting story with thought provoking concepts intertwined

Orson Scott was masterful in both his character creation and the attention to detail in the technical and scientific material in these five riveting books. I can not tell you how happy I was to complete these so I no longer had to stay awake into the wee morning hours and go to work happy but tired.

Addictive and thought-provoking but also with heart. Exciting and appropriate for teens and adults. Gets into interesting issues of politics, religion, psychology, history. It leaves me wondering about the characters and Card's other books about them, but five books in a row also leaves me ready for a break from them.

I was skeptical when I first opened this series, but I shouldn't have been. t
The subject matter discussed in each book was interesting and deep. I couldn't put it down and I cried over and over at the beauty of it. sooooooo good!!

All the books are very well written. I enjoy orson Scott card's books. Enders game is a unique and amazing book. Glad it finally became a movie. The others in the quintet are different, deeper and more complicated. They address many juicy moral dilemmas through storyline. In reading the reader is invited to question their own lives too.

I read this book on the recommendation of a colleague and found myself looking for opportunities to read when even a little time permitted. Entertaining as well as thought provoking. Highly recommend.

Books in this set have degrading quality. At some point one true christian morality mixed with mysogyny was almost unbearable to me. Writing style is ok, so, if you don't mind objectification of women, this set will be a fine read for you. It wasn't for me.

The first book is amazing.after that the second was slow to start and less interesting and I've only made it part way through the third.the books have gotten progressively worse I'm not sure I can finish the third book, let alone all 5

First and second book are fantastic, but they get a bit slow in three and four. Also book five should be read prior to book two, so just put it into the quintet that way, I don't care what their writing order was.
