This story is great because it helps you realize that once in a lifetime every girl is going to need a boy best friend because he will be there for you no matter what the situation may be. Even when you are in the toughest situation like you playing football and you twist your ankle on the field during the game he will run off the sideline to help you out.

I chose this rating because this book keeps you on your toes with everything. This book is made for those who enjoy young adult romance along with the characters who try to find themselves along ,the way. I absolutely enjoyed, loved, and salvaged this book. It made me sad but I was also was happy. It took me two days to read this book I just couldn't put it down.

I loved this book! The main character's football abilities were great, the romantic aspect was wondeful, and the whole plot was very good. It reminds me of the book called Dairy Queen by Catherine Murdock, which was also about a girl who played football and had to work out with her cross-county rival with whom she developed a romantic interest.

Based on the description I was curious, by the first chapter I was hooked then by the third chapter I knew this book was not being put down until I finished it. By far the most surprised I've been by a book story line. Though it seems totally obvious, only after I was finished did I put together all the pieces. I was blown away with happiness, joy and a boat load of laughter. If only I had boy-friends as fabulous as JJ, Carter and Henry.

I did like this book but thought the author could of done so much better with the main characters stories. Though the love story was a bit different then most, casting Jordan as a big jock I thought they could of made her a bit more softer. I realize the point of the story is that she is this jock who's best friends were guys but... I did like how the football team had her back no matter what and how at one point she started to realize she was missing that "girl" time that so many young jock girls do need. Overall a decent read.

Catching Jordan was an amazing story and I fell in love with it from the first chapter!! This book kept me wanting more. I loved this book so much that I read it in a day and that's saying a lot because I'm a slow reader! From start to end this book took a hold of my heart and I loved every part of it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good high school love story!!

OMG IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!
The only thing that was wrong was that it seemed unfinished.... I think that Miranda Kenneally should do a second book for catching Jordan explaining college and her and henrey

I thought that how Keneally portrayed the characters was amazing! She shows the closeness between friends and allows Jordan's female emotions when she writes her. The book was great and I couldn't put it down! Definitely must read!

Catching Jordon was a fantastic book and I couldn't put it down. This book had a totally unique plot and was unlike any romance I've ever read. I highly recommend it ,and if you don't really understand football it is still a great read. You really get attached to the characters so I was sad to see it end.

I liked the complexity of the storyline. At first I was thrown off by the summary in the back of the book, but I guess it kind of makes sense. At some points I can't stand Jordan, but in the end I guess the book was pretty funny.

I had really high hopes for Catching Jordan. The premise sounded cleaver: a girl who's the quarterback on her high school football team? Yes please! Falling in love with the guy that plays her same position? I'll take some of that! And just look at that adorable cover!

I have to say, I have really mixed feelings about Catching Jordan. Jordan is a compelling character, she's tough and can hold her own, but she's still a girl who has very girl-ish feelings. She gets confused by her feelings and doesn't know how to deal with things.

But I kind of felt like Jordan was a player. What I didn't expect from this book was the major love triangle. I really don't mind love triangles, I usually love them, I just like to know when to expect them. I was really thrown by it, not really sure who it was that I was supposed to route for.

Parental alert: There is a LOT of swearing in this book. It does kind of make sense, considering these are all football players, but there is a lot of it. And sex is dealt with very casually.

Overall I did enjoy the book. It was compelling and I did finish it in about two days.

3 out of 5 stars.

Amazing read for any girl that believes that tomboys can't get the guy! This book proves that love can be found in the simplest places. And the football aspect makes this novel absolutely irresistible.
