Great condition and exactly right for my nephew. The bad guy is actually called The Bad Guy. Subtly educational and much more interesting than the regular I-Can-Read books. His parents don't mind reading it every night!

There is really nothing to complain about in this book, unless you are looking for a hero's story. Here instead, the knight and dragon story is turned into a silly story where everything turns out okay in the end. It is a very amusing story indeed.

Very cute story. More pictures than words...so you get to "think" about what is happening and use imagination. My 3 and 5 year old grandsons want me to read this over and over..it helps to be a good story teller with this book:)

Very cute book. My son loves knights and dragons. Like Mike the knight, so this book was cool to have because we read every night before bedtime. Reading is better than tv any day. The pictures are very descriptive so some pages don't have many words the picture tells the story it's self. Very cool to explain to my son he can tell what books are saying by looking at the pictures. He now wants to read them to me. He is also doing in many other books and wanting to read them to me. It's very sweet and cool. So yeah, love it. Cute story about a dualing knight and dragon with a happy ending

This is a fun read! Basically, the dragon and the knight both study up to be what society expects them to be in each of their roles (dragons battle knights, knights battle dragons, etc). The story follows both characters as they prepare to face one another. They both work very hard only to find, that when it comes to the actual battle, neither is very good. Having toiled to get to that point, only to meet failure, they could wallow in self pity, but, upon receiving some advice, they move on to a new, and successful endeavor together (they start a BBQ joint). The story and illustrations are entertaining, lighthearted, and fun.
