Review:This book with be carried by my great- nephew who will be about 21 months old when he will be a ring bearer at my daughter's wedding in October. There will also be an older ring bearer who will actually carry the rings on a pillow. We were trying to figure out what little Mason could carry. This book is perfect and is quite appropriate because Mason is blond just like the little boy on the front cover of this book and will be wearing a black tuxedo. Read more
Review:This story is not long (it's literally just the song), but it's really fun. Our kids love when we sing this story to them, and they even like to turn the pages and sing it to themselves sometimes. The illustrations are so well done, too. I definitely recommend it. Read more
Review:This is a cute idea, but I do wish they had made some revisions before sending it to print. Saying that crying yourself to sleep is a good way to handle bedtime is a little ridiculous. Luckily my kid can't read and I make changes as I go. I was actually surprised at how much my kid likes this book, he usually hates anything too babyish (hes turning 6) but he asked for this book over and over because i really think it helped with his anxiety about kindergarten Read more
Review:I really like this story. I'm a follower of Jesus and I didn't find anything objectionable in it. It teaches girls that they are unique and to be thankful for the different qualities they have been given-like freckles etc- that makes them them. I talks about emotions too. I really like where it says something like if something doesn't seem right to just say NO. You can look on YouTube and find where people have taped themselves reading the book. I did that before purchasing for a neighbor girl. Read more
Review:We have the whole series of these books. Simplistic for a toddler, this, naptime, feet not for kicking, tails not for pulling, biting are all excellent and helpful. All books have helpful types for parents and caregivers/babysitters. Read more
Review:I bought this book for my three-year-old who was having some trouble with bullying. This book's message is that if you have unshakable self confidence, you're not going to be able to be conquered by the bullies of the world. It's a little questionable in that respect, but the story and the illustrations are so endearing that I love it anyway. Ideally, I think we all hope that by building our children's confidence, we'll insulate them from at least some of the "slings and arrows" of this world... Read more
