I am "single-again" having been divorced now for two years. It is refreshing to hear Mandy's advice and words of wisdom to even people like me who feel the shame of divorce, but nonetheless find themselves looking for a lasting, God-honoring love. She is funny, clever with her words, and gives lots of tidbits for your bathroom mirror. Highly recommend her book.

I loved this book! I am currently in a relationship, but not married and constantly feel the pressure from all around me of needing to get married and start having babies. I decided to read this book because I really felt like I needed some words of encouragement, and this book offered just that! I would recommend this book to singles and non-singles alike, I think every woman could benefit from what is written in here!

I loved Mandy Hale's book! Sometimes she said things I didn't necessarily want to hear - like how some people are only in our lives for a season - but those were words I NEEDED to hear. Even better, Mandy reminds us that everything is going to be okay and God has a plan. Check it out - it's a great book full of inspiration.

I've been subscribing to this blog and Facebook page for a while now and have been very moved by Mandy's insights. I finally bought the book and literally couldn't put it down. It's now 3 am when I would usually think about the matchbox 20 song that says "it's 3 am and I must be lonely." Instead I'm thinking that's just fine. God has so much more in store for me than a relationship that requires me to settle for anything less than the best.

This book is funny, though provoking and well written. At first I was reluctant to read it but then I got into the book and finished it quickly only to go back a read it again. Lots of great info and suggestions.

Every single Christian woman should read this book!! Such an easy read in the best possible way... So encouraging and filled with simple truths from the word of God!! So thankful for the wisdom that Mandy shares in this book! I'm sure I'll be returning to it repeatedly and looking at my notebook on the kindle app to remind myself of what she shared here. So glad I bought this!!!

If you're struggling with your singleness & need some empowerment & self esteem building, this book is definitely for you. Mandy knows how to speak your language & teaches you how to work on you while waiting for Mr. Right. Essentially helping you to become who you would want to marry. Showing you that you can create your best life now, not waiting on someone else to live it. You are a whole person. A man only complements you, not completes you.

This book is exactly what my soul needed. We live in a world that sometimes suggest we settle or that single is synonymous with sad/desperate/searching. This book made me empowered to be newly single. I was able to relate to Mandy and felt like this could be a conversation with a dear friend over a glass of wine. I would highly recommend this book to anyone- especially those who need a little extra comfort and empowerment in their beautiful single shoes.

You know what's great about the Single Woman message? It enables single women everywhere to inspire and touch the lives of other single women, by gifting the book &/or sharing The Single Woman message. It's like a constant "pay-it-forward", empowering women who before now didn't have something to "give" or "pass on" to do just that. That in itself brings women everywhere esteem and self-worth they never thought they had. It's a tool of service to others and therefore service to thyself!

I really enjoyed this book! It was very realistic and down to Earth! Plus the bible verses are awesome. I didn't want to put it down. It put the life of a single woman into perspective! I'm contently single and I will grow fond of it a little more everyday!

This book really helped me see that I have absolutely no reason to walk with my head down in shame because I am 33 and unmarried and have no children. I am a damn hard working woman and I've supported myself threw so much heartache but now I will remember my scars as beauty marks :)

After16 yrs of marriage, my husband was having an affair I found out. He kicked me out. This came at just the right time into my life. I needed a swift kick in the butt to get my going again. I gave it 5 stars because it spoke to the side of me I hade lost somewhere. I now have the key to getting me back. Thanks to Ms Hale, I can do it again. Be single, learn to love again on my terms and live again. Thank you for an awesome book.

So I stumbled upon this book and purchased it. Two weeks later I am oh so happy that I read it. Quite inspiring as I actually could relate to some of the author's experiences. I highly recommend to young adult women trying to find their place in the world. Love yourself for being single; God will grant the desires once he see that you're ready for them

After following @TheSingleWoman on twitter and retweeting almost every single one of her tweets, I had to read this book and I'm so glad I did! Honestly it was one of the most inspiring and empowering books I have ever read and gives me hope and even some excitement to be single (for now at least)! Every woman out there should read it! I have been passing it around my sorority sisters and they all agree.

I absolutely love this book! And this author! Check out Mandy Hale's other book I've Never Been to Vegas But My Luggage Has. Her personality is contagious and her candidness portrayed through her book makes you want to be her best friend. She emphasizes a woman's worth through her life journey including heartbreaks and life hiccups. Recommending this author to all of my friends! Follow her blog!

I love the quotes. This is a well written, easily read personable book. Having been single most of my life, I can really relate to her comments. I would recommend this to anyone who I'd struggling with being single, or who is comfortable with singleness. There are good thoughts and reminders for either position. By the way, where is the book for men? Guess it would take a guy to write it!

Thanks to Mandy Hale for writing an inspiring book for "us". Just out of a 2 year relationship and this book is a must read for any lady who has any inkling that she "needs" a man in her life. Nice to have someone in my corner who's been there and not only survived, but sprouted wings and continues to fly. Loved it!

I came across this book when I was thinking there was no hope but to feel terrible and pray for it to go away eventually and thanks to it I realized that I had the power to make those feelings go away, let go and start over being not the same but a better person. Love the fact that it teaches you that is ok to feel bad and at the same time it pushes you to move on.
