Bonnie: A Novel (Eve Duncan)

I love everything Iris Johansen has written. I've followed all the book's about Eve and was glad to finaly know what happened to Bonnie. It was well written and was glad she ended it the way she choose to.

Bonnie was a very good book it really brougth all of the stories together. You finaly learn how Bonnie was taken. You felt for all the people who loved her and the people she loved. She didn't hold anyone responable for her death. She make Eve accept her death for what it was an accident and to have peace with it. So everyone can heel. I hope the story continues thought I don't want it end. I want to see more of Jane and Joe. and even bonnies father. Great book.

This book provides the closure to the trilogy. The ending is sad but very beautifully described. Not exactly the ending I was hoping for but is well written. Each book in the trilogy leads to the next book with each main character fully developed with the story line weaving in and out just enough to keep your interest in tact.

Although I love Mrs. Johansen's books, and this series in particular, I was upset and dismayed by this book, due to the ending. I thought the author could have come up with several other scenarios for the ending of the series.

You finally find out who killed bonnie in this book. It takes a while but you finally get there. Glad to know who done it. Kinda like JR's shooter on Dallas-never knowing drives you nuts.

I was hesitant to purchase this book but after reading "Eve" and "Quinn" I had to finish the series and I sure am glad I did. I thought about the characters for weeks afterwards. I probably will purchase more of the author's books in the future.

This is the most beautiful ending to this story of Bonnie. I can let her rest in this magical place and know that her death was an accident. thank you Iris for this very fitting ending to your series.

I've been following this story, and this writer, for many years. The last few novels have become progressively commercial, losing the depth and style that long ago attracted me to
her writing and stories. I'm only about 40% into this book, and am forcing myself to plod through it. A huge disappointment.
