Taking Eve: An Eve Duncan Novel

I love the eve Duncan series. There interesting, well written and hard to put down. Iris Johansen is an excellent author and has many other books that are great reads as well. I definitely recommend this book.

Iris Johansen just keeps you enthralled in each volume. Each one holds your attention to the very end and each one makes it harder to wait until the next book in the series is in your hands. You cannot put them down.

This was so artfully written with the addition of all the past characters in one story and then to leave us hung in mid-air until the next book. Great salesmanship too. I can hardly wait for the next book to get more of this story.

Iris Johanesen never disappoints her readers. Attention grabbing from the first page of this book. She brings to life the intense life of a forensic sculptor while maintaining the home life realities.

I have never been disappointed with any of these series. There is always action and supence in every chapter. My only complaint is this book ended to soon, however the story continues. I rate this book Five stars.

Loved the book but my download ending with her running in the woods, I don't think that was the end of the book. It moved me to the beginning like a sample of the book. VERY disappointed if that was the end....how did Eve survive, rescued?

Another exciting example of the roller coaster ride that is Iris Johanson. This one pulls in Jane, Quinn, and a lot of old familiar characters to give us a great read and an ending that leaves us begging for more!

Another great book in the series of Eve Duncan. I like this one because it brings more of the other characters together in one book. I only wish Johansen would write bigger books instead of spreading them out over 3 books per storyl

Iris never disappoints! The characters are somehow like a puzzle and as your proceed it all fits together. loved this can't wait for hunting eve. Hope that Jane finally gives in to Caleb!
All the characters in eve Duncan series feel like I've grown close to. I love that we have so many types of characters , I'm excited to see where the Margaret character takes us.

Just when all the beginning intro was over and the story was finally going to start,,,, BAM.....book done and now you have to wait and buy another bookl! I was not pleased, maybe if I had not read all the other books I could have tolerated that long introduction in "Book One". No, it was slow and a little boring,,,,not what I had expected from a Johansen story. Very disappointing!!!!!!

If you haven't been attracted to Iris Johansen as a phenomenal writer, it's time you look her up! The Eve Duncan series is the most engrossing and engaging series I have ever read. I typical find only the genre of true crime to fancy my reading tastes, but this fiction category was so intense, it kept me glued to my spot on the couch from cover to cover with each successive story. I have read them all and cannot wait for the next arrival! Read....you won't be disappointed!

I love most of Iris Johansen's stories about Eve. Not usually one for ghosts, Bonnie has captured my heart and it is hearwarming when she comes to Eve. I couldn't put it down, then read the next 2 in the series right away - what a great way to spend the week reading!
