Dirty Filthy Rich Men (Dirty Duet Book 1)

Really?? Who finds female lead characters who allow themselves to be emotionally abused appealing? Add to that is the distaste of allowing rape fantasies to be ok. For anyone who has been raped this is a dishonor. Does not belong in female genre books.

I honestly don't know what to say about this book because my own emotions are so all over the place about it. Even after a full day thinking about it, I just don't know.

On one hand, I really liked the sexual chemistry that these characters had. I was in a constant state of wonderment about what was going to happen between who, and I couldn't always figure it out. I love that type mystery thrown into a book, and i enjoyed reading about it in this one.

But on the other hand, that's all it was; sexual chemistry. I didn't see any real connection between these characters and it was something I kept looking for. Instead it seemed like the only thing we got was a mega jerk Hero who couldn't articulate his feelings.

Overall I was left wanting more from this book but I'm not giving up on these characters. I still have really strong hopes for the next part and I think it will go a lot better for me.

This book picks up 10 years after Dirty Filthy Rich Boys, with Sabrina working for an ad agency in Southern California. She's going to re-meet Weston King, who is the keynote speaker for a conference she and another work colleague attend in New York. They end up spending the weekend together, and he's still the happy, go-lucky guy she crushed on at Harvard, but he doesn't have that sexual edge that Donovan did.

After relocating to take a job with Weston and Donovan's agency, Sabrina is shocked to find that Donovan has also moved back to New York. He's aloof and acts like an "a-hole" toward her, behavior that she does call him out for, but she can seem to fight the sexual tension between them. She agrees to keep their sex only "arrangement" quiet since they work in the same office, but he continues to be a manipulative a-hole around her, and not just as a cover-up.

As smart and business-savvy as she's portrayed, I had a hard time liking Sabrina through the majority of this book. I wanted her to straighten her backbone and come back at Donovan, but she kept wimping out of me, until it got toward the end of the book. From reading Dirty Filthy Rich Boys, I thought we would see more of a relationship in this book among the three main characters, but Weston is preoccupied with his own situation so the main focus is Sabrina trying to uncover what makes Donovan act the way he does. We finally gain some insight in the last part of this book, and I'm looking forward to reading how this story will conclude.

I could not devour this book fast enough! After reading the prequel novella, Dirty Filthy Rich Boys, I knew that I had to dive right in to find out what happened. Dirty Filthy Rich Men picks up exactly where the novella left off and this book really surprised me (in a good way!) Seriously, every time I thought I had an inkling of where the story was going, SURPRISE, things would implode or take a 180. I'm not going to lie, this is an intense book at times. It is gripping and emotionally charged and will not be for everyone, especially those who have assault or rape fantasy triggers. It's an incredible book though that will have you screaming at your kindle in frustration and just as quickly combusting from the heat from Donovan Kincaid.

Speaking of Donovan, I really had a love/hate relationship with him. He was so hot and cold throughout that I got emotional whiplash. I knew, just like Sabrina, that I shouldn't have been surprised by his actions and words, but holy hell I was! As the story unfolds though, you see that underneath the alpha-hole bravado is a vulnerable and broken man. Sabrina frustrated me at times too! I wanted her to be the strong and determined woman she supposedly was and not the conflicted doormat that we often saw. I understand that she has a weakness for Donovan, but it was hard not to scream as she gave in time and time again. The push and pull between these two is so extreme. Laurelin Paige really knows how to push the reader and pull all the emotions out of us. She has created these engaging and intriguing characters and a story that grabs your heart and doesn't let go!

Please keep in mind that this is book 1 of the Dirty Duet, and that Donovan and Sabrina's story will continue in Dirty Filthy Rich Love, which is due to be released on September 11, 2017. I can't wait!

I regret that I even read this book. It's not like the prequel novella, Dirty Filthy Rich Boys, wasn't without its problems. I wanted that book to be a fluke and for this book to be better. But alas, this book is just as terrible, if not worse, than the novella. I will say that Laurelin Paige writes an addictive story and I flew through this book. But, I knew nothing good was going to come out of reading this the further along I got, and yet, it was impossible to put down.

I would like to start off with a recap of all the problematic stuff that happened in the novella that I had already reviewed (and was included at the beginning of this novel). Our cast of characters primarily consists of Sabrina, Donovan, and Weston. In the prequel, Sabrina was 17-years-old attending Harvard on a scholarship, was sexually assaulted at a college party, was rescued by her TA (Donovan) who then practically forced her to have sex with him (then 22-years-old) in order for him to change her grade in her class. There's definitely an illegal age difference here that I was already not comfortable with. And all these events lead up to this book, Dirty Filthy Rich Men, set 10 years after the events in the prequel.

If you, like me, thought this story couldn't get any worse, you would be wrong.

Sabrina happens upon Weston, a boy who she had a crush on back in college, who is also Donovan's best friend, in LA. They have dinner and hooked up a weekend before Weston decides he wants Sabrina to quit her job and join his and Donovan's company in New York. She says no, and a few months goes by before Weston makes her an offer she couldn't refuse and now she's off to NYC, thinking that Donovan is still working overseas and that she won't have to see him. Well, he's back in the US and he spends every opportunity making sexist, misogynistic comments and sexually harasses her. Sabrina constantly tells herself that she's a strong woman and she deserves respect. Then, she throws all common sense out the window to have sex with Donovan.

The plot is thin and vague. The only thing driving this story is how many times Sabrina will forget her common sense and sleep with someone who doesn't respect her and harasses her at every turn. Donovan is jealous Sabrina and Weston might have a thing going on, and Donovan is manipulative and absolutely awful. He's the love interest we're all supposed to fall for? This book is a good example of an unhealthy, toxic relationship and Sabrina needs to get out of it. The plot twist is disgusting and unless the endgame is for Sabrina to love herself, see a therapist for the trauma she's carried around since college, and for Donovan to get thrown in jail, I am not okay with a Sabrina/Donovan endgame.

I'm just going to pull a lot of quotes now (and if anyone tries to argue with me that these are taken out of context, there's no amount of context in the world that could make these okay):

"Seriously, Sabrina. What were you thinking coming out here alone? If you wanted to get raped, you could have just called me." Even with the dark, teasing words, his delivery was a lecture.

Let the quotes tell you all you need to know about Donovan's relationship with his ex-fiancé:

"When I fall in love, I become so consumed, so preoccupied with the person I'm in love with that I do things I shouldn't. I get involved. I intervene. [...] I was so obsessed with her that I hired a private detective to follow her. I needed to know where she was - always. She found out, and we fought. She told me she'd call off the wedding if I didn't stop. But I couldn't stop. For no other reason except that I was addicted to her. I was addicted to knowing everything about her."

So, we find out Donovan is a stalker. Was Sabrina terrified that he’s a stalker? No. She just feels bad that he feels bad for what he's done.

"And even though Donovan had been overzealous in his passion, he hadn't killed Amanda. Maybe no one had ever told him that before."

When Sabrina finds out that Donovan kept 10 years worth of documents, pictures, and had an entire FILE on her, was she terrified then?

"But, as messed up and confused as I felt, there were two things I now understood without a doubt about Donovan Kincaid. Number one - this was what he meant when he said he got obsessed with the women he loved. Number two - Donovan was in love with me."

This is not romantic. Donovan Kincaid is another Christian Grey. Sabrina is not as naive as Ana, but she is not using her head or thinking things through. This book was a mess. I can't even say this was a hot mess, because that would imply that Sabrina and Donovan's relationship was hot, and it's anything but. I would not recommend this series. It doesn't seem likely at this point that single Sabrina is the endgame, so this book will be my last for this series.

POSSIBLE SPOILERS
OK, This is an interesting premise... both hero(?) and heroine have a past, and some major issues. Both could do with some therapy. That said, it makes for a steamy story, even if it's a bit repetitious. Sabrina is drawn to Donovan after he he got her out of a tight spot in college, but even though we figure out he is attracted to her, he keeps pushing her away, and rather cruelly at that. This goes on for months, also involving his business partner (no, no menage), and just when there is finally a little insight into Donovan's issues, the book ends. Yup, ends. No indicator in the description of the book, other than it's "Book One". I received my copy free through a link from the author Julia Kent, and I was pleasantly surprised to find
"Dirty Filthy Rich Boys" was included at the beginning of the book. Ms. Paige includes a note to readers that you can skip to Part Two if you have already read this novella. So DFRM is 26 chapters plus an Epilogue. Seemed to point to it being a full book. Thus my "pleasantly surprised" went to "angrily surprised" when I discovered it wasn't so.
Ms. Kent also does not give any hint that it is first in a two part story in her offering of the link to the book.
I generally avoid cliffhangers on principle, unless it is spelled out well in advance, and I can make my own decision as to whether or not I wish to invest my time and money. If you are like me, I'm offering this review to help. At this point, I'm doubtful I'm going to shell out the $6.99 to end the story.

I don't know whether to rip my hair out of my head, get a brace for the emotional whiplash I just endured, or get my head examined. I can't want to strangle both of the main characters 85% of the time and still root for them...can I? I'm not even kidding here, people. I wanted to drop kick the hero for the majority of the book. Not in the b@lls though. He put those to good use. But I digress...

I also wanted to shake the heroine for hope that she'll see reason. My head hurt. My eye was ticking. I wanted to chuck my kindle at the wall. And yet, I couldn't stop reading it. I just couldn't. This story was a delicious hot mess, and I was like an addict, hoping for another morsel. What is wrong with me? The answer is quite simple here, because such is the mastery of Laurelin Paige. She can take a story with two entirely depraved and messed up individuals. She can make them go through he!! and back and put each other through even more. She can make you rage, scream in frustration, and keep you glued to the pages because you're that riveted.

Enemies to lovers fans, meet your catnip. It doesn't get more intoxicating and enraging as Donovan Kincaid. The man is cold, ruthless, domineering and magnetic. He's an a**hole of the highest order. And we all know that happens to be MY catnip.

Dirty Filthy Rich Men is told in two parts; the first retelling the first time Donovan and Sabrina crossed paths. Sabrina as a young and naive seventeen year old at Harvard with a crush on Weston, the cute playboy that doesn't seem to notice her. Donovan as the brooding and mysterious teacher's aid and Weston's friend. They share something the changes the course of Sabrina's life and even though ten years have now passed since that day, she still can't seem to forget.

Ten years later, Sabrina is grown up now. A professional in her own right and still questioning her sexuality and the unnerving urges that she still can't seem to get over. A chance encounter with an old crush leads her right into the cross hairs of the man that not only stirs her blood, but makes it boil.

If you're thinking this is a love triangle, fear not. There's not even a question of who Sabrina has true chemistry with. Too bad that person also happens to play the kind of mind games that will make even your head spin. These two are antagonistic and downright messed up together, yet the chemistry between them is so strong, it practically crackles.

I can't tell you that I loved every page, because there were times that Donovan's constant back and forth and hot and cold drove me out of my ever loving mind. And yet, I still couldn't stop panting after him.

Laurelin Paige is the queen of skating that fine edge of depravity and chemistry. This is not your run of the mill romance. It's interspersed with just the perfect touch of dark desire to whet your appetite. It's darkly er0tic. It's captivating and magnetic. It was mind blowing enraging and panty melting hot. If you happen to enjoy dub con, you've found your next read. Just make sure to have some Xanax on hand, because OMG. Just OMG.

Holy CRAP!!! This is Hot as a Firecracker!!! Dirty Filthy Rich Men was an Excellent title and let me warn you right now! If you do not like Hot dirty sex in your book, well this just might not be the book for you!!! This is should be read by people 18 yrs and over and some folks may take one topic as a trigger or disagree that it is appropriate reading material. To me all material is readable, its fiction and It Is So Very Good and its Hot and Dirty and hmmm Good! HOT HOT HOT!

So the twists and turns that come with this book will BLOW YOUR MIND! I couldn't not get Enough, I didn't get Enough I need very much More of Sabrina, Donavon and Weston because ya want to know what? I HAVE TO KNOW MORE!!! They are both pretty Dirty Filthy and Sexy as Hell!!!

So we knew what happens in the Prologue you think you know what is coming well you THINK you know But do you really??? NO, believe me you Do Not! It Is So Much More!!!

Is she with Weston? Maybe.... Is she with Donavon? Maybe that too because what Dirty Filthy Men wouldn't want a very Smart Beautiful Woman that doesn't know how beautiful she is? What would they like to teach her? Do they want to protect her?

So they are Men and Women now, so it takes us forward, yes! Did they all get what they wanted before and walk away or do they go their own way only to find each other Years later? And Is she like them? Awww Heck Yes she is Filthy Dirty and its such a crazy plot. The things that can happen in Books is also in real life, it can be shocking things that might make you turn filthy dirty. We get Grief, Shock, Lies, Jealousy, Gut Twisting Tears and then somewhere somehow will we Get LOVE! Love that gets Deep Down Filthy Dirty! I'm not telling but you got to know if you get that dirty you might just find out things you don't want to know...

I loved every page, I loved trying to figure out Donavon whom likes games, he is all about games as you will find very early as he first flirted with Sabrina telling her what Weston would or wouldn't like and then was it a lie? Or was it the truth? Its all so twisty and it makes Weston be this man that Sabrina fell hard for took her to places she had never been on her young years without fear. Did he ever know? What does he like? Would she follow again into the unknown? What about Donavon he is a TA willing to put such at risk in his young years or was it a risk if you have so much money and misery...So as a man is he still a risk taker? Is he still sulking over his first fiancé and did it mess him up for life? Was he so mad at himself that he wanted someone after such a loss? Guilty, did it make him filthy dirty? How do you think Weston plays is he filth or is he good or are any of them good?

Soooo You have much to learn, and you will learn A Lot! But also be scratching your head in places! You will learn why Sabrina gets burned by just a look from one man but complete belly flutters because of another. Is either man good for her, years later when they have grown and matured.

Laurelin Paige has hit another one out of the hemisphere...this is a series I can see building and growing and going into all kinds of places. She did a great job grooming her characters into people you love to love and ones you love to hate! You will be on the edge of your seat with tears in your eyes one minute and the next ready to chuck your kindle across the room...and folks that is exactly why we read, for the Feels, for the characters, for a imagining a different place and life! And Dirty Filthy Rich Men is exactly the kind of book I LOVE to dive into! Cannot wait for the next book, seriously I am dying here!!! Just disappointed that it is what 5 months away! Wow I want more Donavon NOW He is so HOT & DIRTY and even Filthy!!!

Laurelin Paige! You Nailed it, Cant wait for the next Book!

HOT DAAAAYUM!!!! I don't think there has EVER been a character that I have wanted to junk punch and drop my panties for...all at the same effing time.

After waiting patiently, and by patiently, I mean refreshing my kindle every half hour on the hour, it finally arrived!!! And as always, when Laurelin's books hit my kindle, I am shut off to the world and locked away in my reading hole. I set off to devour this book and DEVOUR I DID! The only thing standing between me and a quick finish...parent- teacher f'ing interviews. Like come on?! Could they not have organized this better? Did the schools not know what f'ing day it was?!

Donovan Kincaid...dare I say, he may have snuck into top spot of All-Time Favourite BBFs, nudging Hudson Pierce out of top spot! Donovan is just all that and a bag of chips (cuz I'm Canadian and those are my fav!) He drove me nuts! He drove me crazy! I wanted to start drinking just to hopefully ease my spinning head. His on again, off again, hot and cold definitely made me feel as though I had been drinking. He was a delicious head trip and I could see why Sabrina could NOT get enough of him. He was certainly like a drug, I was intoxicated by him and definitely left craving my next fix. I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it until the release of the next book, at least not without revisiting this book again and again. But, this is the price I pay for being a HUGE Laurelin Paige fan.

I do have to say that I'm thankful for the support I received from a fellow blogger while reading this. We were able to lean on each other and vent our frustrations. Honestly, if you could only see our chat thread! You would honestly think there was something wrong with us. At one point I dropped my kindle, looked at Hubs, "He's such a f'ing a-hole!!" He's like, "You're not gonna read it?" "Oh NO! I'm effing done already and I loved it! Can't wait for the next one!"

I can only imagine, scratch that ....I can't even imagine what Laurelin has planned for us next, but f if i can't wait for the trip!!

WOW!!!! There is no other word to say, but WOW. This is a story about two broken people Donovan and Sabrina, people who need each other, but both refuse to see it. Both have been haunted by their past, Donovan, by the death of his fiancee when he was in college and blame himself for her death. Sabina was a freshman, when on the way out of a weekend party, she was almost raped and Donovan coming to her rescue, but Sabrina is haunted by nightmares of the almost rape, that the only thing that helps is to dream of Donovan helps her get through the night. After 10 year, Sabrina and Donovan come face to face again, they work at the same company, that Donovan and his friend Weston started right out of college and Weston offered Sabrina a job she couldn't refused. Now Donovan wants Sabrina only as a booty call, saying there is," no us" , and there will never be a romantic relationship between them, but yet Donovan knows her every move. Sabrina wants more and is falling hard for him.
This is a book that's a read, it very emotion, that at times you want to crawl through the book and just shake these two character, Donovan and Sabrina and say wake up.. I can't wait to read the next book.

Laurelin Paige has done it again, I need more. I loved this story and these characters. This picks up right where the first one ended. There were many times I was ready to throw my kindle, get ready for a rollercoaster ride.

Sabrina hasn’t been able to stop thinking about Donovan even though they had a brief encounter ten years ago. She never really knew where she stood with him only that there was this pull to him she couldn’t understand. After a chance encounter with an old college crush leads her back to him.

Donovan loves to play games and doesn’t do relationships. He is constantly playing mind games with Sabrina and she is drawn right to them. Donovan is constantly going back and forth with Sabrina, one minute he wants her the next he pushes he away.

The chemistry between these two is off the charts, and talk about angst. The constant push and pull of the two will give you whiplash in the best way. I need more and can’t wait for the next book.

I don't know if it was how the narrator read the story or the author but I kept saying to myself, this women is pathetic! Have some self respect! Who masturbates while the guy you are secretly in love with pleasures someone else! WTF! While in spite of my feelings about the female character's backbone, I wanted to finish the book. If it weren't for some of the steamy love scenes, I would have stopped listening after about four chapters in! Also, to my horror, the author didn't go into some of the sex scenes which would have definitely made this pathetic storyline more intriguing. If you have nothing better to do, you should try and give it a read but be for warned, if you are a strong self respecting women, this book will definitely piss you off!

UPDATE: I forgot why I hated the female character in this book so I found myself reading it again. WTF! I just hope that this book is strictly fiction and the author is not reflecting off personal experience. SMDH! No self respecting woman in her right mind would put up with the BS this guy was dishing out! After all, beauty is skin deep but self respect should rule your world!

This book completely caught me off guard. It was so, so, so much more than I expected with a title like DIRTY FILTHY RICH MEN. Oh, it was dirty and filthy and sinful, alright – down to one of my favorite and definitely darker fantasy scenarios – but that’s not the reason I held my breath the last couple of chapters in the audio book or fought against tears that threatened to escape my eyes. Oh my God. I need the sequel like I need my next breath – I need it for my poor torn to shreds heart to heal. This story is one real gem. It totally knocked me off my feet. I am seriously dying for the second book. DYING! I have read quite a few books by Laurelin Paige, loved them all, but, holy hell, I think I just have found a new favorite – new favorite by her, new favorite book boyfriend, new addition to my favorites of 2017 – favorite everything! Storytelling at its best. Intrigue, mystery, secrets, passion – and everything in an intensity that blew my mind. And I can’t even explain how Donovan Kincaid was even able to crawl into my heart. The way he treated Sabrina – pulled her close bud tossed her away straight after the deed every time, ignored her time and time again but never granted her the same courtesy when she needed space – just to name a few – was just a new kind of axxholery. Brooding, mercurial, with a touch of mysteriousness, he pulled Sabrina in a different direction every chance he got. No wonder she did not know which was up and which was down anymore. Mr. Kincaid puts a lot of other so-called alpha males to shame. Whew.

The title seriously could not be more fitting. I was caught in the web weaved by Weston King and especially Donovan Kincaid like Sabrina. Those two drew me into their filthy und wealthy world, unwilling to let go. And I cannot even begin to describe the erotic inferno that is this book! It was almost too much – and yet I found myself reading some of those scenes time and again. Yep, even the sex in this story blindsided me!

Ms. Paige, I’m in awe and bow down to you. Thank you for this outstanding magnificent duet. I’m truly obsessed now!

And Elena Wolfe? This was the first of her works I have listened to, and she truly heightens the whole experience that is this story even more. Absolute perfection!

I’m putting DIRTY FILTHY RICH MEN in the “What did I just read” category. Not since Tiffany Reisz have I been so uncomfortable reading a book while at the same time unable to put the thing down.

Let’s start by saying you do need to read DIRTY FILTY RICH BOYS, the prequel novella, to get a true understanding of this duet. Sabrina met Donovan and Weston at Harvard. She had two very different experiences with Donovan and Weston, yet she was unable to further explore what they may have when she forced to drop out of school.

This book picks up ten years later when Sabrina starts working for Donovan and Weston. We know Sabrina still has unresolved feelings for Donovan and what happened at Harvard. She may have taken the job thinking Donovan was going to be a world away, she suddenly discovers Donovan is very much going to be involved in her life.

I figured with Sabrina’s mixed feelings between the two guys that maybe we’d be getting into a menage storyline. WRONG! Instead, some very effed up encounters happen with Sabrina and Donovan. He’d be horrible to her, she’d get turned on and they’d go from there. These two could probably fill up a Costco cart with the amount of issues they had with each other. Then we can sprinkle in Weston. He and Sabrina had their own short-lived “thing”, which should have been the normal relationship for Sabrina, but he had his own issue to deal with while she pined for the guy that was a complete d-bag to her.

Then there is the scene that will be a trigger for some readers. I’m don’t want to give it away, but I’m still at a loss as to how someone who suffered a trauma could actually get turned on by something that was identical to the trauma. That was kinky ***** at it’s best and had me wanting to throw my kindle across the room cursing Donovan, Sabrina and even Laurelin Paige.

Yet, as I got past that scene and onto the end of the story I was desperate for it not to end. Despite being uncomfortable for most of the book, I was sucked in. It was like being told not to look at something and being compelled to do what you were told not too. I wanted to know what the story was behind Donovan and if there was some way for him and Sabrina to get their crap together and figure it all out. So with as much distress as this book caused me, I will anxiously be awaiting the next book’s release on September 11, 2017.

I love Donovan Kincade.. love the story, the way he is wired.. his obsession for sabrina, at the end for me is not an obsession is the way a real Dominant is.. always seeking the safety of what he considers his.. always protecting and anticipating what his submissive needs..

i love the story, is very different and also you never know what Donovan is thinking, you never know what is coming next.. you can assume he is doing something bad and then he corrects us by saying something i didn't expected... but at all times you can see the struggle he is enduring to finally let him self go and love Sabrina.. he is afraid that he is going to drive her away with his control but he really doesn't know that Sabrina is also like him.. he yearns that control and that kind of obsession he has.. she needs it even if at time she feels like she is afraid of that, then she always gets the same feelings and answers she needs.. she belongs to Donovan no matter how much they try to fight it ...

in this first book, we can see the story of how Sabrina ends up working with the two men who drags her away from her dreams.. she was looking at the wrong direction until Donovan show up again in her life and make her doubt of everything she has ever wanted. because at the end he is what she ever wanted..

so in love with this story..

I could not put this book down.

I just wanted to read more of Donovan and Sabrina. Their story intrigued me. You never really know what someone wants or needs, but Donovan is so tuned into Sabrina he knows what she needs before she does. Together they make a fantastic pair. A damaged, kinky and twisted pair but a pair none the less.

There is someone for everyone out there a soul who is made just for you. So perfect that you just fit and it feels right no matter what.

I was thankful that part 2 was already out when I finished part 1 I don’t think I could have waited.

This book is not for a sunshine and rainbows read. It’s not something you pick up for a leisurely read, one you can put down and pick up later. This is a dark, dirty, kinky and f’ed up A-f’ing-mazing read! One that will consume you until you finish every word.

I will read everything Laurelin Paige puts out thank goodness she has a few books out.

I loved Sabrina and Donovan’s story – it was insanely hot (holy crap was this book was ON FIRE), addicting, and seductive. If you love your dirty reads with alpha males, you need to get your hands on this book!

Ten years ago, when Sabrina Lind was in her first year at Harvard on scholarship, she had a crush on Weston King, trust fund baby and playboy charmer. I was bowled over and hanging onto that cliff with everyone else at the end of DIRTY FILTHY RICH BOYS, and could not wait to get my hands on this book. And, as if there was any question, Laurelin Paige killed it with DIRTY FILTHY RICH MEN, and I could not have been more thrilled.

Laurelin can write the heck out of an alpha man, but she has gone above and beyond with Donovan Kincaid. I think that his picture is next to the world 'alpha' in the dictionary, because he is one in-charge dude. He's dark, dirty, and delicious, and, despite himself, still plenty hung up on a certain woman from his past.

That woman? That's Sabrina, and the time since her first encounter with Donovan has left her confident, successful, and more than able to handle herself. Time and distance may have given her a chance to grow up and grow into herself, but she's never forgotten, nor gotten over, Donovan, either.

This wouldn't be a Laurelin Paige book without angst, passion, and plenty of sizzle, and she is definitely at her best here. DIRTY FILTHY RICH MEN did the same job of keeping me turning the pages at breakneck speed and had me firmly on the edge of my seat until the very last page as the previous book. Why, you ask? Because there's more, more of this addictive, unputdownable story to be had, and I cannot WAIT. If you're a lover of dark, dangerous, passionate reads, this is a series that needs to be at the top of your TBR. Dirty Filthy Rich Men by Laurelin Paige is Book 1 in the "Dirty Duet" series. This is the story of Sabrina and Donovan. This does end with a cliffhanger to start the next book in the series called "Dirty Filthy Rich Love". Sabrina thinks she in love with Weston King who is about the same age as her in college and he sleeps around allot. But she goes to his parties to just watch him. Sabrina mother died at an early age and she just has a younger sister so she doesn't know much about dressing up and goes around with loose cloths and a pony tail. So she thinks he wouldn't be interested in her. While watching him wit another girl, Donovan confronts her and this starts their rocky interactions. Sabrina starts to think more about Donovan but he is sometimes nice to her but takes it back and says hurtful things right after. Sabrina's father has a heart attack and she ends up having to leave school and we fast forward to a few years later where she meets up with Weston again then this leads to meeting Donovan again. Donovan is starting to treat her again like he wants her but then goes back and does something total awful.
I totally enjoyed their story. This does have some trigger issues since it is a dark romance, so beware if this is a problem for you.

The story is riveting and engaging. Characters are true to their setting . Sabrina's indecisiveness caused me a lot of anguish and frustration. For a professional career woman who was prompt and thorough , she appeared to be weak willed and lacking in self worth to me.
Very sexy , hot scenes and some very memorable moments

Awesome. Very deep in some spots. It brought out a few old feelings from when I first started exploring my own sexuality. It might contain triggers for some folks, so take care to read any warnings before you delve into the dark side of power. It’s not exactly what you can call a bdsm story, but it definitely has those types of undertones.

The main character is a girl I can relate to on several levels, even though superficially we have nothing in common at all. The two men involved are both super sexy in completely opposite ways and would both be on my radar for the same reasons she has them on hers. I really enjoyed reading this and am looking forward to reading more by this author!

As an independent reviewer for Romance Authors that Rock, I give it an easy 4 hearts and really wanted to slide on over to that fifth one, but I try to reserve those for books that make me cry. This one didn’t quite get there, although once or twice I was close.

I am forever changed by this series. Filthy Dirty Rich Men had my heart beating loud and panting like a crazy woman. I didn’t know what to expect after the ending we were left in Dirty Filthy Rich Boys but these boys are now men in Dirty Filthy Rich Men. Weston King and Donavan Kincaid are all grown up and if you thought they were sexy before just wait until you open the first page.

Ten years has passed and Sabrina Lind still hasn’t forgotten the man she stood up or the one that took her innocence. She dreams of both differently and yet lives with memories that now come in sleepless nights and nightmares. Now they are back in her life and the mind games are back in force.

Donavan Kincaid is conceded, arrogant, and the true definition of alpha male. He knows exactly how to read Sabrina's body. He is the man you will want to hate with a passion but can’t look away from.

There are some trigger points in Dirty Filthy Rich Men that might bother some but give it a chance because once you start you will become immersed in all that is Weston & Donavan.

Laurelin Paige grabs ahold of you by the collar and doesn’t let go, not even with Dirty Filthy Rich Men. The story is passionate, sexy and shows an experienced writer who has so much to tell us. Not sure how she creates these characters but I can never get enough of them.

They say you can't love them all, and up to now I have loved all books, but I've lucked out on this series, the whole cat and mouse tale didn't do it for me. Ideally you need to read the novella Dirty Filthy Rich Boys first to understand the background to Donovan Kincaid, Weston King and Sabrina Lind. But the only character I could gel with in DFRM was Weston and he's not really a standout character in the book, but his humour made me laugh, and whilst he has his own challenges he makes sense, which I found hot.

Donovan and Bri I just wanted to smash their heads together for most parts, yes he's a complete douchebag (and not an angsty, troubled, heart is not completely black a'hole just a douche), but Bri seconds guesses herself throughout the whole book and keeps going back for more, when he's not even nice to her in any way shape or form, that would usually encourage the heroine to see a glimpse of good and run back. I love Paige's heroines, they are strong, feminine, independent and feisty, but I didn't get that from Bri, I just found her weak and forgiving. The writing style and story concept is good, I get the angle and how it's going to play out, I just couldn't get behind the characters especially Donovan, which is just as well for my book husband Hudson, he doesn't need to get all jealous and possessive... great to see the homage to Fixed Trilogy too in DFRM, I miss them guys.

This doesn't damper my love for Laurelin, she will always be a must read author for me, but my internal jury is out on this series. 3.5 stars

Another intoxicating book from Laurelin Paige; this author can do no wrong. She writes with style, finesse and her stories hook you from the very first Page drawing you into the lives of the rich, sexy alpha men that dominate the business world. I even smiled at the guest appearance from Hudson Pierce and the cocktails at the Sky Launch!

Laurelin's strength is in her duets / trilogies as she writes a twisted story full of secrets, angst and power games. Donovan Kincade is a broken man with secrets; I instantly want to dislike him, he is aloof and cold but god he is a sexy as hell. The man oozes with testosterone, he is dark and seductive. Sabrina Lind is no pushover either. Laurelin writes strong sassy females that can hold their own. The sexual tension between these two is off the charts erotic, seductive and scorching hot. I found myself needing a cold shower on more than one occasion.

Told from a first person POV; This book took a steady pace and went in a different direction to the one I thought it was going to go in. I love Weston King too; this book gives us two sexy men to drool over. I cannot believe the ending; this author is famous for her cliffhangers and again she doesn't disappoint. She has left us hanging by a thread!! This book is a must read. One click now!

This book was amazing!!! But by now, you know that ;-) I couldn't put it down!!! The relationship between Donovan and Sabrina was ... Yeah, I think you get the point.

That night, Sabrina’s life was turned upside down emotionally and physically. She was saved by Donovan and it all began there…

10 years later, Sabrina gets a new job opportunity that she could not turn down, even if it means being dragged into Donovan and Weston’s world again. She meets again Donovan, the gorgeous, sex-crazed, magnetic billionaire with a few skeletons in his own closet. Together they start a relationship that goes from sleeping together whenever HE wants, to something a lot more. Along the way, their own issues provide the constant drama.

Donovan is possessive, rough, controlling, jealous and yet he manages to be extremely compelling. I fell for him and in all honesty, I did not see that coming, as I thought he was a first class jerk when I was introduced to him. Their “relationship” is sexy, tortured and it's honest and upfront.

They have palpable chemistry that goes beyond the physical and that adds another layer to the act and to the book as a whole.

The supporting characters in the book are great, from Weston to Elizabeth to Ashley. They are all fairly fleshed-out and bring real depth to the story.
Dirty Filthy Rich Men was the perfect blend of HOTNESS , and seriously tortured Alpha hero (and heroine).

OMG this book will twist and torture you every which way and i am not going to give to much away. There are some mentions of rape and rape fantasies and it may not be to everyone’s taste. These points are not the focal point of the book though.

Sabrina was the quiet, withdrawn nerdy girl in College. She didn’t seek out attention, she also had a huge crush on the handsome rich play boy Weston King. Just when it seemed she had got his attention, and after a life changing interaction with his best friend Donovan Kincaid, she unfortunately had to cut her education short due to her father’s demise. Now ten years later she has caught his attention again, but will he remember her? Next thing she knows, she’s starting a new job, a job she’s always dreamed off, and its working for no other than Weston King & Donovan Kincaid.

This book isn’t easy to read, did i like the characters? I loved Weston,, I even liked Sabrina, and Donovan though not much? well he’s a douche but yet there is just something about him you can’t put your finger on. The relationship between Donovan and Sabrina, really REALLY frustrated me. He’s hot, sexy, dominant, but also a total control freak. The hot and cold between this couple drove me nuts. So many times i wanted to yell at Sabrina and the complacent way she tolerated his behaviour towards her. One moment he’s pushing her towards a relationship with Weston even though the attraction between Sabrina and Donovan is volcanic !! The next he seems to want her for himself. He whistled and she performed !!! We get very few snippets into Donovan’s past yet i always felt there had got to be something more to his man.

So you might wonder why, if i found the characters so frustrating did i give this book 5 stars. I’ll tell you why, it’s all down to the author’s talent. To write characters that frustrate us to a level that gets to us so emotionally, that gets us this riled up, that gets us shouting at the page, that keeps you turning each and every page panting to know whats going to happen next. To delve us into characters that captivate us and at the same time making us wonder if they have any redeeming qualities to them for us to find. When an author can do this, the reading experience of the book becomes so much more and Laurelin Paige had handed that to us in bucket loads with this Duet. I am not patient, I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE FINAL PART OF THIS COUPLES STORY !!!!

I enjoyed the prequel and couldn't wait to see what happened 10 years later when Sabrina came face to face with Weston. If you recall he was the one she wanted all along. BUT Donovan came to her rescue back then and although he treated her with a super lack of respect she hadn't stopped thinking of him for all these years. I am in agony to see how it all turns out but I will say the angst and back and forth in this book will give you whiplash !! So be prepared for a rollercoaster ride because I don't think Sabrina , Donovan or Weston know what the heck they are doing !!

Again we start here 10 years later and Sabrina is face to face with Weston. She finally takes the leap and they have their weekend of fun. Sabrina attempts to continue on with her job, but then comes the offer she can't refuse from the guy she thinks she wants... Hearing that Donovan is not around she feels safe enough to accept and as fate would have it nothing goes her way after that !! Talk about confusion. Right away Donovan is acting like he wants her yet keeps her at arms length. Weston had wanted her yet she comes to find his situation anything but what he had said it was. Sabrina may have some issues from her past that Donovan takes full advantage of YET it seems to be what Sabrina wants. She does allow herself to be a doormat but Donovan's character is one of those guys you love to hate. You know he has it in him to be amazing but he stops himself. You want to see him fall in love and change so you keep giving him chances even when he is a complete jerk. You can't help but invest your time in the story because even though they seem pretty dysfunctional you WANT them to work out LOL !! There may be triggers for some who are sensitive to rape or sexual abuse yet again Sabrina is a willing participant in this story. I am hoping we don't have to wait long for the next piece of the story and I also really want to know more about this thing Weston has going on...

I never thought Hudson Pierce would be surpassed as my favorite Laurelin Paige’s hero, but I guess I was wrong. There’s a new alpha hero in my heart and his name is Donovan Kincaid. He’s the complete package: dominant, controlling, enigmatic, damaged and sexy. His liaison with Sabrina Lind is carnal and based on buried secrets.

The story begins as Sabrina is in college and has a huge crush on Weston King. She wants to grab his attention, but instead catches the eyes of his best friend, Donovan Kincaid. He’s a few years older than her and is the T.A. in one of her courses at Harvard University. One night, he saves her from an unfortunate situation and kinky fantasies featuring her savior now plays in her head. These reveries make her feel so dirty and conflicted about her desires and scare her. They ultimately share one moment of uncontrolled passion before she left Harvard hurriedly.

They meet again only ten years later when she’s hired by his and Weston’s marketing company. All this time, her obscure craving for Donovan hasn’t changed, but she still fights it by convincing herself she should be with Weston. But her infatuation with Donovan can’t be denied any longer now that they're in close proximity. Every time Sabrina and Donovan are in the same spaces, there’s tension in the air and electricity sparking. You just can’t wait to see them getting filthy together.

Laurelin Paige is a master at writing powerful erotic scenes. Her books are always the perfect example of unbridled desire between her characters and Dirty Filthy Rich Men has it in loads. But don’t let these exceptionally heated passages fool you! This story is not only about the sexuality of their relationship, but about the growing feelings and fears they both have. In spite of their actions, they’re both obsessed with each other on more than a physical level. Donovan hides it very well with his harsh attitude with Sabrina, but his thoughtful and protective gestures he keeps from her are proofs that he cares.

I was completely addicted to the story and in the last quarter I must admit that it became even more captivating if it's even possible. I felt an overload of emotions and ended up completely broken by this incredibly agonizing connection Sabrina and Donovan share. I ended up finishing this book in the early morning and had difficulty finding sleep afterward, because this book had me all twisted inside with all these ardent and powerful feelings.

Laurelin Paige penned here a true masterpiece bursting with dark sensuality and uninhibited passion. I don’t know how I will be able to wait until September for Dirty Filthy Rich Love! I’m dying for this sequel! Dirty Filthy Rich Men is hands down in my top favorite reads this year!

First let me start off by saying I heart Laurelin Paige. Loved loved loved her! Her stories never fail to mesmerize and keep me on the edge of suspense. However this book in my opinion did not come up to par with her other books.

Sabrina met Donovan and Weston while she was in college on a scholarship. After her father died of a heart attack she lost her scholarship because she had to move back home. She had the hots for Weston in college but she ended up giving her virginity to his best friend, Donovan. The same day she lost her V she got a call her father had a heart attack.

Fast forward ten years later, now a 27 year old woman working at an ad firm in Cali and representing her firm at an ad event in NYC where she bumped into the main speaker who happens to be Weston and who she had an amazing one night stand with. Weston persuade her to come work for him and Donovan who owns an ad firm in NYC. However Donovan is stationed in France at one of the company's branches so Sabrina assumed she would not run smack dab into him on her first day of work after she took Weston up on his offer.

But she did run smack dab into him and that set off a chain of events between the two of them only this chain of events was not coincidental but its every minute detail was planned out by Donovan all along.

I really loved the mystery surrounding Kincaid however the reason why I rate this book 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is because I love a strong heroine and Sabrina is a weak character. I loved my heroine strong and submissive at the same time however Sabrina let Donovan walk all over her and use her. She always does his bidding and he always push her away, doesn't reply to her text and treats her like trash afterwards. He only texts or meet her when he wants the DESSERT (we women know what I mean by DESSERT).

Another thing I am tired of Sabrina referring to Donovan as a donkey (the other name for donkey is ........) I'm sure you get the word that I am talking about.

Sabrina is under the impression Donovan is running their international division, so when he shows up in New York, Sabrina's past & present collide. She hasn't seen Donovan in ten years, & to this day she constantly replays in her fantasies the single most erotic moment of her life. Since that experience every other man she was with felt lacking somehow. Donovan is even sexier than she remembered, & she soon learns he still runs hot and cold. She never has any clue where she stands with him. He's still the same dominant, arrogant jerk he always was. He gets under her skin & damn if she doesn't love it. He's all she can see when he's in a room. Her body betrayed her & pulled toward him. She longed for his touch & the sexual tension was on fire between them.

Finally Donovan & Sabrina give in to their overwhelming desire for one another. Soon they've become more than Donovan intended & he begins to push her away. Sabrina is falling hard & fast, and is having trouble pretending he doesn't mean everything to her. Every time he pulls away it shatters her. She wants something he won't give. He refuses to let anyone get too close to him & wont change for anyone. Will Sabrina be the woman to get Donovan to finally open his heart again?

Omg, I freaking love this series!!! This man can be confusing & often cruel, but he's so complex & leaves me forever wanting more. He's so sinfully delicious & Sabrina just wants him any way she can have him. He's alpha, controlling & often plays games, but I feel deep down he has so much love to give. I can't wait for the next book. I need more Donovan Kincaid!!!

I knew when I read the novella, Dirty Filthy Rich Boys, that this book had the potential to wreck me. And wreck me it did. Laurelin Paige takes us one hell of a roller coaster ride with this one. It’s so different from what I’ve read from her in the past but it still packs the wallop of emotion and drama inherent in her stories. From start to finish, I couldn’t put this book down. I was completely immersed and captivated. It is an adrenaline rush, heart pounding, and addictive story. And I loved it.

It picks up ten years after the happenings of DFRB. Sabrina is not quite as naïve. She’s resilient, haunted, reflective and conflicted. When her path crosses the men from her past, her life takes a dramatic turn. Weston King is still the golden boy—easy-going, reckless, and flirtatious. And Donovan Kincaid is still the dark god—intense, ruthless, and commanding. The two men pull at Sabrina’s attention, each demanding it in their own way. But her desires cannot be denied and there’s just one man that feeds her fantasies more than the other. The chemistry between Donovan and Sabrina is scorching. The character development in this book is superb. All of the main characters have beautifully crafted backstories that explain their strengths and weaknesses. The secondary characters add an additional depth and layer to the story. I loved the cameos from her other series.

This book is full of feels. I ran the emotional gamut with this one. There were points where I was in tears and others were I just wanted to scream in frustration. A few times I even wanted to throw my Kindle, but that would mean taking my eyes off the pages. There is definitely drama in this book but its good drama. You know the kind that leaves you on the edge of your seat, biting your nails because you just can’t wait to see what happens next, your heart racing? I do think though that there should be a trigger warning though, one of Sabrina’s fantasies may be triggering or disturbing for some. But that really is my only complaint with the book. I absolutely loved it. It’s dirty, it’s filthy and it was absolutely amazing.

Everyone should read this book.

But rest assured, given her PROVEN track record, I know it will be more than worth the wait!!!!!

This book is such a toss up for me. There is some dark and twisty things going on in this book and I think that is why I don't know how to describe what is going on with the book. I actually really loved all the characters in this book. At first I thought this was going to be a love triangle that was going to last all the way through the book. But with all the twists in the book you get to see who everyone wants or needs in some cases. I'm gonna start with Sabrina. She is a smart woman, graduating a year early from high school and attending an Ivy league college on a full ride. What the problem is, is the boy she likes doesn't give her the time of day. Sabrina is this good girl, she doesn't try to be someone she is not and that makes her so likable in this story. I really enjoyed her pov throughout this book. Now the boy she likes is, Weston. Oh and he is a player, he plays the field and plays it well. Hot as heck, but he knows he wants nothing serious, and hell he is in college, so what will it hurt. His character is one of these jocks, comes from money, has no worries attitudes either, he is all of that but he is more than that. That is what I love because these characters are so developed and there is more than meets the eye. Donovan, well lets say he's dark and twisty. He has secrets. Lots of them. He has trust issues. He has love issues, but he is such a strong and powerful man. what he brings to the table is pretty great too. I love his character. Not how he acted a lot of the times, but life makes you hard sometimes and that is what happened to Donovan. He meets Sabrina, and things start changing throughout the book, that he doesn't want to change. These three have so much to work out and it can't all be done in one book.

It starts in college. Then it goes ten years later. This book is very fast paced and you have to keep up with it. A lot happens in this book. The triangle is there and I don't know what is going to happen in the next book, but I think we are going to find out more and more about each of these characters. I don't want to go into the story too much, only because I think you would have a better understanding when you read the story. I'm just saying the chemistry between all of these characters is strong and you feel the heat from your pages. This book is very intense at times and will make you angry at times, you will want to hit the two guys in this book a lot, but the book is worth the read.

I loved this author and can't wait to read the next book.

Every now and again I just need a change of pace from my normal and sweet storylines, want to turn it up a notch, and let’s be honest here, Laurelin Paige is certainly a Queen of dark and angsty romance! Her creativity offers such unique and page-turning escapes from the mundane. Her characters are flawed, sometimes with even angry and twisted souls, but she somehow transforms them to be the ones that I root for and adore. Her new Dirty Filthy Rich World is captivating, and Dirty Filthy Rich Men, the first book her Dirty Duet Series, is wickedly sexy, thrilling, and totally consuming!

Fast forward 10 years from Dirty Filthy Rich Boys, and the once shy and insecure Sabrina Lind has her confidence, career, and life on track. Not being able to complete her education at Harvard, she now has her MBA and is working at a small marketing company in Los Angeles. He knows how to push all of her buttons, and as much as she doesn’t want to want him, he completely thrills her. Donovan and Sabrina share such an incredibly passionate, wild, and burning lust for each other, and as much as he can’t resist her continuously pushes her away. Sabrina knows Donovan doesn’t do relationships, but she just might be falling for the man that she desires although she knows he will never be able to return her feelings. Maybe.

Paige has once again delivered another incredibly captivating story! Donovan’s intentions with Sabrina kept me guessing throughout, but the epilogue put a twist on everything I initially thought about him and could quite possibly change everything that I had hoped for Sabrina. It completely left me dangling with knots in my stomach, sitting on pins and needles, needing answers, and yearning for more of this Dirty Filthy Rich World! The next book in the Dirty Duet Series, Dirty Filthy Rich Love, is set to release September 11th 2017 and can’t come soon enough!

I definitely recommend reading the prequel novella, Dirty Filthy Rich Boys first, which will introduce you to this new Dirty Filthy Rich World!

The world and characters that Laurelin Paige constructs in her new Dirty Duet series speak to her ability to create multi-dimensional characters whose contrary characteristics as well as actions indicate that there’s so much more about them than readers know and the thrill of reading about such characters is the fact that the unveiling of their true selves spans the entire text, and even then, readers still feel that they do not truly know or understand who the characters are and why they do the things they do.

Dirty Filthy Rich Men’s setting is one comprised of copious amounts of dirty thoughts, filthy relationships, and rich men who use their money and their power to take what and who they want. Initially, Sabrina Lind doesn’t seem to fit into the world she finds herself in, because even if a decade has passed and she’s learned how to dress for success and prove her intellectual capabilities in the world of business marketing, she’s still that awkward college freshman when it comes to the two men who dominated her thoughts 10 years ago and now seem to do the same thing even if their roles are at opposite ends when it comes to what Sabrina gets/wants from them in the present.

Even after reading book one, Weston King is still a bit of a wildcard. He definitely knows how to play the game when it comes to the opposite sex, but it’s unclear who’s playing whom in this new adventure he’s put himself in, and that’s exactly what adds to the intrigue of the story line because, for some reason that remains uncertain, his role in Sabrina’s life isn’t resolved and still has the propensity to wreak havoc on Sabrina’s head and her heart.

Donovan Kincaid ranks at the top of my list when it comes to anti-heroes who don’t seem to have any redeeming qualities. His a**hole tendencies far outweigh any positive attributes he may have suppressed due to the circumstances of his past, and while I get why Sabrina is drawn to him and finds herself trapped in Donovan’s game – one she doesn’t know how to play or even know the rules for – his overall treatment of her and blatant disregard for her feelings at any point in their arrangement left me shaking my head at both of them and struggling to understand Sabrina’s desperate need to torment herself by obsessing over a man who clearly has issues when it comes to his relationships with the opposite sex.

Out of the Weston, Donovan, and Sabrina, she seems to be the most complicated one of the three because even though she portrays herself as a woman who needs safe, nice, and decent, it’s not what she craves, which means that Weston can’t deliver on what Sabrina needs sexually and while Donovan uses the dirty, filthy kink she desires, when he leaves her stripped bare physically and emotionally, the shame and vileness she feels surfaces but it’s still not enough to keep herself away from him, to prevent her from yearning for Donovan’s wickedness and perhaps even his ill treatment of her – it’s a cycle she just can’t seem to break free from…

Donovan and Sabrina’s story sweeps readers up into a whirlwind of emotions as the “Just Sex” couple crave, avoid, and manipulate one another. Donovan is definitely a devilish rogue dressed in business suits with a filthy mouth and kinky taste when it comes to his sexual dalliances. On the surface, Sabrina meshes better with Weston, but it’s made crystal clear that he cannot satisfy the kind of sexual relationship she needs to feel alive and sated and the man who makes her fantasies and even her nightmares come alive is the one man who could possibly be her undoing – that is if she doesn’t destroy him first.

This book contains sex scenes that could be disturbing. 5.) The Hero is a Big Time Anti-Hero, he's broken. Again, please refer to my rating. Laurelin Paige had me in her grip from beginning to end. I confess I had bought and read "Dirty Filthy Rich Boys" separately. Before I started reading "Dirty Filthy Rich Men" I went to the end to see what was happening. I NEVER do that. I HAD to do that. But the Epilogue merely skimmed, was deceiving. "Dirty Filthy Rich Men" is twisty, turny, erotic, confounding, frustrating, and hotter than a thousand suns. There are three main characters but no ménage events in the book.
The Heroine is Sabrina Lind, at the beginning of the novel she is a 17 year-old Harvard freshman. She's obsessed with Weston King, a fellow freshman. She's shy, smart, driven, a rule-following-good-girl attending Harvard on a scholarship. Weston King comes from money and has no worries in university. He's a player, charming, women fall at his feet, he comes from generations of Harvard graduates, so he's practically Teflon. Donovan Kincaid's the son of a Harvard graduate, his father and Weston's are business partners. Even though Weston and Donovan are like brothers they're night and day. Donovan's serious, mysterious, observant to the point of appearing clairvoyant, he's cold and calculating. When part two comes around the men are basically the same. Though Donovan is sharper with colder edges but Weston is still a safe and charming player. Sabrina had to grow up fast but she's now quite successful in her field.
BOOM! WTH?!?!?! But there's another book since it's a Duet. Laurelin Paige creates an Anti-Hero you truly don't know if you love him or hate him. He's so damaged. Donovan alludes that there's more to Weston but you don't see it in this book if there's indeed more. Weston and his "fiancée" are amazing together! I love them SO HARD! The "Dirty Filthy Rich Men" storyline is incredibly complex, erotic, and psychologically confounding. The pace is fast, the sex is dirty, rough, and hot yet disturbing. Donovan's the star, he's a tortured soul who torments Sabrina. He seems to get an unholy satisfaction from it; then there're times that you briefly catch his hurt and vulnerability. You want to slap the teeth right out of his face while hugging him tight and stroking his hair. Laurelin Paige you're killing me.

Dirty Filthy Rich Men picks up ten years after the ending of the prequel, Dirty Filthy Rich Boys. Sabrina, Weston and Donovan are all older now, and have left their college years behind them. Sabrina thought she would never see the men again, but a chance meeting changes that. I love this first part of ‘the Dirty Duet’.

“He would remember me. He’d have to. What had happened between us had been so small in the scheme of time but so big in the scope of the impact it’d had, at least on my life. Did I have the same effect on him?”

After Sabrina had to leave Harvard due to family circumstances, she had to work hard to get back and finish her degree. It took her a bit longer as planned, but she made it. Sabrina is a successful is her field of work – advertising – and loves her work. From time to time she still thinks about Weston and Donovan, the two very different men she met at Harvard. Seeing Weston again at a work-related convention changes her life; accepting his job-proposal brings her right back into the world of Donovan and Weston with all its dark temptations.

“He was a special kind of catnip. Not only was he someone I’d wanted in the past, but he’d also achieved everything I’d ever desired for myself. There was something unexplainably attractive about that.”

When they graduated Harvard, Weston and Donovan didn’t start working for their fathers, but started their own advertising firm with three other friends. And not without success. Even though their firm is relatively new, they are considered one of the big players in advertisement. Outside the office both men are still players as well; Weston is the handsome ladies’ man, while Donovan prefers a bit more edge to his ‘dates’. Both men are attracted to Sabrina, but they both know only one can have her.

“God, I couldn’t just smell his cologne, I could also smell him. The musky scent of his maleness, and even after a decade, my body reacted against my will. My nipples budded, and my panties felt slick. Every part of me tuned to him despite how my mind cried to resist him.”

It has been ten years since she saw Weston and Donovan, but Sabrina hasn’t forgotten them. Weston was her secret crush, but Donovan awakened the dark cravings she still has. A hot weekend with Weston followed by a job offer brings Sabrina back to the men, and she doesn’t know how to act around them. Does Weston want more? Does Donovan know about her and Weston? Does Weston know about her and Donovan all those years ago? Sabrina is attracted to both men, but where Weston seems to be the safe choice, Donovan calls to her on a much deeper, darker level.

Dirty Filthy Rich Men is what I thought it be, but it also isn’t. Does that make sense? Yes, it’s written in the same style as the author’s other books I love, but I guess I expected a bit more of a ‘love-triangle’ aspect. While Sabrina likes both men, it’s not hard to see which of them is her real love interest. The story is almost solely told from Sabrina’s POV, leaving the men (especially Donovan) an enigma. I really want to know about what’s going on in his head, and what happened to him in his past.

“She was naked, the sheet only pulled up to her waist, but what made it special was that she was curled up in my arms. It was the only picture that had ever been taken of us together. If I wanted to keep her safe, there would never be another one again.”

I love Dirty Filthy Rich Men, I give the first part of ‘the Dirty Duet’ 5 stars. And now I have to wait till September 11 for part 2…

Wow!! Just Wow! I have a new favorite Laurelin Paige book. Dirty Filthy Rich Men is just everything I could have hoped for with its incredibly complex and broken characters, treatment of difficult topics, and the resistance to love makes this story compelling and captivating.

Donovan Kincaid is so incredibly broken and complex, so heartbreakingly flawed, and readers will love him for it. On the surface, Donovan is the smart, cultured, and confident business man that gets whatever and whomever he desires. Underneath this persona is an incredibly broken man, which he hides behind the confident exterior. His brokenness is a result of a his own actions and the self-inflicted punishment he has enacted since the day of the tragedy. His refusal to love, to care, and to connect with other is a penance for his perception of the crime he committed. Not only does this layer of Donovan create this complex character, but it also provides readers with the ability to connect and love this character. They get to see that there is more behind this stone and seemingly cold man who appears to enjoy playing and tormenting others, particularly Sabrina. It creates compassion and sympathy, and by the end of the story, Laurelin Paige has created a character who readers will care about, root for, and love immensely.

Sabrina is going to be a mixed bag for readers, but I ultimately enjoyed her character. Sabrina is struggling with her past and the incident that put her in the direct path of Donovan Kincaid. She struggles with what she desires and what arouses her, because it directly relates to what has happened to her in the past. She, however, through the course of the book, begins to come to terms with her desires and accepts that what she craves is okay. Her sexual development throughout the novel is one of the aspects of her character that endears me to her. Additionally, readers will respect her for her intelligence, her sacrifice for her sister, and her ability to thrive in the business world. This is the side of Sabrina that is all "I'm woman. Hear me roar!", and readers will fall in love with this aspect of personality. While some readers will peg her has weak, as she waffles back a forth between standing up to Donovan and succumbing to his demands, she ultimately makes the stand that is required, and readers will ultimately respect her for it.

Seductive. Alluring. Captivating. Dirty Filthy Rich Men is all of this and more. Just like Sabrina, readers will fall under the spell of Donvan Kincaid. Every time they are together and every hint that he gives her of his true emotions will suck readers into the story. Readers have no choice but to fall prey to his wiles. Their interactions are illicit and electrically charged. Every time they are in the same proximity their chemistry permeates the air, seducing the characters as well as the reader. It is emotional and sexy, and by the end of the story, Laurelin Paige has readers' hearts in her hand and has them salivating for more.

Dirty Filthy Rich Men is everything I hoped it would be. It is sexy and enthralling with its emotionally laced plot, damaged characters, and beautifully written prose. Readers will yearn to get dirty with Donovan, and they will not want to get clean any time soon.

6 scintillating stars!!!

Donovan and Sabrina were a hot mess of emotional turmoil and mind games in college, and now 10 years later things are about to get real interesting! The scene was set in Dirty Filthy Rich Boys, the prequel story, but if you haven't read it, don't worry. It is included in the beginning of this book for you.

Sabrina and her best friend Ashley are attending a conference in New York, and she is both scared and thrilled at the thought of seeing Weston King again after leaving Harvard so abruptly. She is shocked when he actually remembers her and takes a chance on a weekend of fun with him before returning to her life in LA. When he offers her a job with his company, she thinks he is joking until he follows through with an actual offer a few months after she leaves NY. Once again, she has warring feelings about accepting the offer. On one hand, she enjoyed her time with Weston but she doesn't know if the offer comes with strings attached to it. Also, the biggest question mark in her mind is the man she has never forgotten and has compared every other man to in the years since college: Donovan Kincaid.

Ashley convinces her to take the leap and Sabrina finds herself in NY - and in an uncomfortable situation almost immediately. She had hoped Donovan would remain overseas at one of the company's other offices, but of course he has to reappear in her life again just in time to mess with her heart and her emotions. Just when she thought she would finally have a chance with Weston, Donovan enlightens her about a few changes in Weston's life since she was with him last- and he takes great delight in doing it much to both Sabrina and Weston's consternation. And so the games begin!

Donovan is very much an alpha-hole and a master manipulator. He enjoys playing mind games with Sabrina, pulling her in close then pushing her away in the most hurtful way possible just like he did in college. He tells her she should be with Weston, then reveals how he helped Weston into the predicament he is in today. He pushes her to find someone else then reminds her of all the things he can do to her to that satisfy her in a way no other man has been able to in the past 10 years. She is pushed to her breaking point until they finally give into the underlying lust they cannot deny, and things get even messier.

Sabrina is plunged into a constant state of emotional turmoil again as she wonders what is wrong with her and just how many times she will allow this man to hurt her. Something broke inside her back in college when she was attacked, and Donovan was irrevocably tied to that memory when he rescued her but he wasn't a completely comforting presence either. She tends to enjoy kink with a darker slant and she wonders what that says about her, and Donovan does nothing to comfort her. He claims they are just about sex but his actions don't always back it up until he realizes he is letting his guard down. Then he immediately back tracks turning cold and cruel, and the cycle begins again. He admits to being obsessive and controlling, and he blames those tendencies for the death of his fiancee all those years ago so now he won't allow anyone to get close enough to be hurt by him again... but Sabrina tempts him to try anyway and that sends him into a bit of an emotional tailspin.

Dirty Filthy Rich Men is one of those stories I am torn about how to rate. On one hand, the story pulled me in. But on the other hand, I can't honestly say I liked these characters most of the time. Sabrina goes from strong, independent, successful woman to complete doormat in the space of seconds in Donovan's presence. There is a big difference between submissive and doormat, and she found herself on the wrong side of that line in my eyes all too often. Their relationship is far from healthy most of the time, and although some information was revealed along the way that may have softened me toward Donovan by the end of the story, it was mixed with more reasons for me to raise an eyebrow at his manipulation - and I am pretty sure the reveals aren't done yet. I did like Weston and hated seeing him toyed with by the man who is supposed to be his friend as well. But in the end, I do want to see how it all turns out so I will still be tuning in for the conclusion to the story in a few months!

This book started off as something else and then turned into a very adult, very erotic, very explicit romance that I really fell for.

The first part of the book begins in college with Sabrina falling for the bad boy Donovan. I will admit that the beginning of this book, which was released as a separate novella, did not really hold my interest. But when the book fast-forwards 10 years and Sabrina has moved to New York, WOW!! The Laurelin Paige that I know and love returned with a bang.

Sabrina is hired to work at the company run by Donovan and Weston. She is smart, driven and extremely competent. But yet she is still in many ways the insecure college student who felt out of her league with wealthy men like Donovan and Weston.

This book is EXTREMELY explicit and explores the taboo subject of rape fantasies. So if that is not your thing, then you will not like this story. But if you are a fan of rollercoaster emotions, then you will love this book.

Sabrina has always been obsessed with Donovan. But he is distant, cold, sarcastic. She and Weston have a fling, but she realizes that she still has deep feelings for Donovan, and cannot resist his allure.

"I don't want you to touch me like Weston," I said, once and for all. “I don't want Weston! I want you!”
Donovan let loose the smallest hint of a smile. “I know. I was waiting for you to know too.”

Sabrina goes back and forth with her feelings for Donovan. He was downright cold to her BUT he is so hot, she cannot stay away. I felt that this book really picked up around the 40% mark and I would urge everyone to give this thrilling and extremely sexy story a try.

Why the 4 stars? I loved the absolutely electrifying chemistry between Sabrina and Donovan. The sexy times are off the charts. I did not love Sabrina's lack of self-esteem and her feelings of worthlessness. I hope in the next book she goes after what she wants. I found this book to be very engrossing, surprising and very, very adult. So that for me is a win.

I love these kind of books where the hero is damaged and unloveable yet becomes obsessed with the heroine. I hope we get Donovan's POV in the next book and I cannot wait for the conclusion to Sabrina and Donovan's story!!

Full Disclosure: I absolutely love the movie Sabrina (1995). It’s one of those movies I’ll watch whenever I happen across it on TV. Sabrina Fairchild is one of my favorite heroines and Linus Larabie is a fantastic unwitting hero. I’ve never watched the 1954 version, but I’m sure it’s great as well. With that said, this IS NOT your grandmother’s Sabrina!! Laurelin Paige certainly ups the ante with this loosely based story of love, power, money, and intrigue! And she does not disappoint. What do you say when one of your favorite authors writes a book based on one of your favorite movies? :

Here's the breakdown: Dirty Filthy Rich Men picks up 10 years after the end of DFRB. Sabrina had landed a great job, but runs in Weston at a conference he’s keynoting. They meet up afterward and the chemistry is still undeniable. Soon after, he offers her a job at his firm. After accepting the job and moving across the country, Sabrina finds herself not only navigating a new job and city but two men. She’s right back in the middle of Weston and Donovan. What on earth will she do?
Here’s what I absolutely loved: Donovan is my new favorite anti-hero. He’s the bad-boy every woman wishes they could tame. You know the guy, the one who’s so handsome, edgy, and raw that you can’t help but be swept up in his wake. While you’re there, you pray you can get in just enough to thaw his ice cold heart. Well ladies, that’s Donovan. Smoking hot, all alpha, suit-wearing, cocky Donovan. I’m a sucker for pain, so he did it for me in a very big way!

As I stated above, I loved Sabrina (the movie; the character is okay too). The parallels are noticeable, but this book is COMPLETELY different. It’s taken a classic and revamped it to fit a post FSOG world of romance. The edgy characters and sexual exploration is real, raw, and emotional.
I enjoyed learning more about Donovan and the reasoning behind his calculated actions. Every alpha-hole has a unique backstory and Donovan’s is one of the most intriguing I’ve read.

The writing is unparalleled, as always with Laurelin Paige. I swear, I sat and stared or reread paragraphs or dialogue simply because I was amazed by it. Kudos, LP! Well done, indeed.

In the hopes of not sounding like a total psycho, my ultimate BBF Hudson Pierce makes a very, super duper, brief almost appearance. He always gets me going, so any mentions of Huds and the Sky Launch are appreciated. Yes, I know he’s a fictional character, but he’s still mine! LOL

Overall, this book is exceptional. It’s dramatic, captivating, riveting, and downright sinful. If alpha-holes are your thing, it doesn’t get much better than this. I enjoyed DFRM immensely, but caution this book may not be for everyone. The hero is not your typical romance hero and neither is the heroine. Their relationship isn’t either, so if you have triggers be mindful of that.

I don't know how Laurelin Paige does it. I really don't. With every book she writes I'm hooked! She just knows how to write amazing characters and she sucks me in to her world EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I just LOVE it!! She is the queen of the Alphas! She always gives us a complex alpha male that comes across all confident and arrogant but when you peel back the layers there's always something a little deeper. I always expect the unexpected and I'm never disappointed. This is a must read series and another huge 5 star read for me from Ms Paige!

Sabrina went to Harvard on a scholarship. She wasn't born with a silver spoon in her mouth and she worked twice as hard to prove she was meant to be there. She has a crush that she would watch from afar. Never taking it serious she just was content on admiring him. Weston King was full of charm and good looks and had any girl he could want. She didn't realize while she was watching Weston, someone was watching her. Donovan Kincaid was an upper classman, teachers aide, and childhood friends with Weston. He wasn't like other college students looking for one night stands. He would just watch and not get involved. She didn't know just how he would effect her until it was too late. Little did she know he'd be the man nobody could measure up to. The one man that pushed her buttons but protected her when she needed it. When she is forced to leave after only one year she spends years thinking about the what ifs.

Fast forward ten years and Sabrina is at the top of her game leading a marketing division she comes face to face with Weston. She hasn't seem him in in so long and he's just as beautiful all those years ago. A weekend of passion is something she could only dream about while in college and when a job offer from him months later brings her from the west coast back to the east coast she never expected to face to face with Donovan. She was content with Weston. He was the safe bet, the nice guy. But Donovan made her feel alive.

How would their work together effect their relationships? Work never seemed so sexy! Sabrina thinks she has things figured out but she has no idea! She thinks she has feelings for Weston but Donovan just brings out things her that she tries to suppress. There is another side to her only he can bring out. Can Sabrina handle working with them both? You need to read Dirty Filthy Men to find out!

For those that love to hate and hate to love their leading men, then this is the book for you and let me tell you the title of this book absolutely sums up Donovan Kincaid perfectly. The guy was a complete and utter douche most of the time and in real life I'd be telling the woman to forget him and move on, but as a reader I love that I saw something in him that Sabrina also must have seen. He was alluring, powerful, demanding with so much mystery surrounding him that I just couldn't help but be drawn to him.
Sabrina and Donovan have a past that goes back to her freshman year at Harvard where Sabrina initially has an obsession with popular rich boy, Weston King. There's just something about Donovan though that attracts her to him. I too was completely drawn to him.
This book is set 10 years after Dirty Filthy Rich Boys #0.5 (I urge you to read this novella before reading Book 1 as this sets the back story to the entire tale) and if I thought the chemistry and passion was strong in that book, it was off the scale in this, the first full length book of the series. Donovan, most of the time, like I said, was a completely insensitive douche, or so we're led to believe, but by the end I can tell you I was completely in love with him. Gotta love a bad boy!
I loved Sabrina's growth from innocent college student in the novella to confident business woman in this book. It made the 10 year time lapse completely believable. I loved her sense of style which is always a bonus when you can imagine what the heroine is wearing.
This book had me hooked. There was enough things to keep me guessing, enough chemistry to keep things incredibly hot and a storyline that was so refreshing. I have to say though, I was left with a major book hangover of epic proportions, so roll on September is all I can say.

Laurelin how you captivate me with your words! This book so much and more than I had expected it to be! When I first read Dirty Filthy Rich Boys, I knew she had a hit on her hands. But this is a chart topper! Seriously be prepared for so many twists and turns with these three amazing characters.

Sabrina is now in advertising and loves her job. She has grown up in the ten years since college. She lost her father and help raise her younger sister, all while still trying to finish school herself. She is head strong, very thorough, and somewhat reserved when it comes relationships.

Donovan is now running a company with Weston. He is residing in Tokyo and running that side of their business. He is dealing with trying not to love a woman who no longer is here. He is insanely handsome, arrogant, and extremely cocky.

Sabrina takes a work trip to New York City and watches a presentation by Weston. They talk and then one thing leads to another. Sabrina finally gets to have what she wanted all those years ago. But it is short lived, because she has to head back to California for her job. When she gets back and her life is somewhat settled back down, Weston calls and offers her the job of a lifetime with him. She accepts and moves to New York City. Once she moves into her place, she decides to go check out where she will be working. When she arrives and is admiring her view from her office, Donovan surprises her. Everything in the world stopped for Sabrina, because it's Donovan Kincaid! Donovan being a man of speaking off the cuff advises Sabrina of his engagement to another woman. Sabrina learns it's a fake engagement, but still is hurt. She's also confused being around both of them again. Sabrina tries to be stealth with Weston, unfortunately she isn't feeling it now because of Donovan. Donovan loves to somewhat play head games with Sabrina. Making her think he wants one thing and it turns out to be different. Sabrina admits to him that she wants him and only him. Donovan will not open up to her about his past. When she finally breaks his walls down to open up about it, he takes off afterwards.

Will Sabrina and Donovan make it work? Can Donovan get over what it is that is stopping him from loving Sabrina? Does Sabrina go after him?

Laurelin, I love how you torture me! Your beautiful writing truly gutted me in this book! I can't wait to see what happens next for Sabrina and Donovan! I'm hoping loves conquers all!

I'm kind of really upset right now. and slightly upset because I don't remember seeing this was a duet. so be warned before you read this book, there's a cliffhanger and no HEA. this is totally nothing against the author, I'm just over duets, trilogies, series.... what happened to a good standalone? but I digress.. back to this book

Laurelin has weaved quite a dark little fantasy land for us with this one. Sabrina and Donovan have a bit of a past, so when their paths cross again, your kind of anxious to see what happens. He's been the one plaguing her fantasies, can real life be just as good? Well, no surprise to us, continuous surprise to Sabrina, Donovan is still an a-hole. pretty much all the time. Each time Laurelin gives us a glimpse of just the man, before the broken shielded one emerged, he gets clamped down, dialled in, and put away before you can blink. He sure does surprise us with all his hidden secrets that Sabrina unlocks. who saw that coming?

while I can appreciate the cat and mouse game that Laurelin was weaving throughout the story, I found myself getting irritated with Sabrina. love him. hate him. hate him. but I'll go back to him and cave the minute he touched me. love him. hate him. mad at him. cave. she could never hold her stance on being mad at him, she caved each time. it was a constant loop. like a car chasing it's tail, and it got a tad repetitious. it was like the same thing over and over. and while we know what Donovan expects out of their encounters, she kept holding out hope and was a hamster on a wheel. it got a little ..old. and so did Donovan being a jaded, closed off a-hole. anytime he could pull the a-hole card her did. now, with that said, it's why I had to take my rating down between .5-1*. because it became a bit too much sometimes.

even with that off my chest, I can tell you that Laurelin has delivered a highly addictive, dark, seductive romance between two lovers you're not sure if you love them together or hate them. and at times, I'm not sure Donovan knows either. there's so much going on with him that we don't find out until the end, and it may not answer all our broken man's questions, it does give us some.

once I started this book, I absolutely could not put it down. I can't wait to see how their story unfolds and exactly how Weston will play into the storyline ....

THIS BOOK!!! OMG! GAH!! Everything about Dirty Filthy Rich Men had me hanging on the edge of insanity. Every. Single. Thing. Laurelin Paige has a knack for writing the most tantalizing, sexy, addictive, and frustrating alpha men EVER. They're simply in a complicated elitist league of their own, and gd if each one doesn't own a little piece of me in one form or another. They take what they want, no holds bar. You will belong to them. They will OWN YOU. It all makes me quite giddy *squeee*!!! Oh yeah! I'm putty in their filthy rich hands, a tortured puddle of goo -le sigh-

'They were both standing in front of me now, staring at me. Weston to my right, Donovan to my left, like a real life game of This or That, and of course my choice what This. It was the only choice. Practically. For my sanity. The other one wasn't even an actual option. And yet my body pulled traitorously toward That.'

Nothing is as it seems when it comes to Weston King and Donovan Kincaid. They are two peas in a pod, ruthless in all things life. Conniving, scheming, life was a huge game to these two, a ruse- one after the other. Yet my heart still melted for them, craved every moment spent with them. I couldn't read this book fast enough! My level of intrigue was off the charts, it still is. I'm so screwed.

Ten years wasn't long enough to erase the memory, emotions, and feels of an unfortunate short lived stent at Harvard. Just as I am unable escape the clutches of King and Kincaid, Sabrina Lind is essentially screwed when it comes to this powerful duo. I'm a tad jealous of her, but why? She's a mere puppet in their game of string pulling. GAH!

I LOVE story lines and characters that frustrate me, those that really bring the feels and emotions out to play. The bigger the fictional a-hole, the more apt I am to fall for them. If you're in the mood for severe emotional and sexual whiplash then Dirty Filthy Rich Men is the book for you!!

Loved it...I supposed i need to write more than that though huh...

I couldn't wait for this to land on my kindle after I read the prequel so to say I was excited to dive in would be an understatement. Here we are 10 years later; Sabrina, Weston are a bit more grown up and then there is Donovan. I was dying to know what would happen after all this time had passed; would they remember her, would they wonder what happened, and what would come of them.

Weston is a carbon copy of who he used to be. Charming, fun and a womanizer. It's no wonder Sabrina was easily swayed by his smile and presence. He is the light character you just love to read and fantasize about. You are positive there is more to him than what's on the surface but he is the breath of fresh air, for now. And then he offers her a position for his and Donovan's company and things get a bit more complicated.

Donovan is also very similar to the cold and unnerving man he used to be. He is also supposed to be on the other side of the planet but of course, he is not. He invokes strong feelings and not all of them are good. He is the best kind of a$$hole with a dirty mouth to boot. He is the type of character you want to strangle while giving all of your clothes to and I just loved him.

Sabrina, while older and wiser than her college self, is lost to the same feelings she once was. She needs something more than what life has given her. She is bold but shy, lost but not sinking, smart and works hard. The push and pull, the conflicting feelings, the over-the-top emotions and the desire to succeed in her position make this a tantalizing read.

I couldn't get enough of this book. It was one were I would read every free second I had until I got to the end. There was a small (like one line) appearance of one my all time favorite characters, that still puts a smile on my face, because it is never just "that Hudson Pierce guy." He is so much more than a mere mortal but Donovan Kincaid is surely giving him a run for his money.

I spent much of this book with a feeling of anticipation because somewhere along the way was going to be the "thing." For those who have read this author before understand what that means and I can tell you it was not disappointing but now we have to wait to see how it all plays out.

Dirty just doesn’t cover what this book is. It’s so much more and not enough at the same time. Beautifully written, it pulls you in from the first word until the last page. Fair warning though, you won’t like what you find there. I know I did, but only because I wanted more. More dirty, more filth, more men, well, man, singular. Donovan!
Holy hell, what a man. Hot, sexy, arrogant to a fault. Domineering, dastardly, commanding. But damaged. So, so damaged and he thinks he is the root cause of the damage. Donovan met Sabrina ten years ago, when she was a freshman at Harvard, he was a T.A. Her T.A. But it didn’t stop him having her, then letting her go, or so she thought.
When her father died suddenly just after her first time with Donovan, Sabrina had to go home, not just for the funeral but to care for her young sister, she lost her scholarship for Harvard, and was unable to return.
She meets Weston ten years later and after a weekend together he offers her a job with his firm, Reach. She thinks he’s joking but 3 months later she discovers he wasn’t and finally she’s there! In the type of job she always desired. Weston wants to pick up where they left off, but before they have a chance, Donovan interrupts and throws everything up in the air. But, most off all he proves to Sabrina that she was never looking for Weston even though she obsessed over him in college.
Sabrina is a strong woman, who thinks she knows what she wants… and doesn’t want. Until she is back in the web that Donovan creates. She will fight for what she wants though, but will it be enough. When she discovers the truth behind what she knows about the man she is trying so hard to understand, can she really forgive what he has done?
These two characters fit so well together, but I have to admit, they were frustrating at times. Mostly Donovan, of course. THAT man! Soo stubborn he refuses to bend. Refuses to see his relationship for what it really is. Poor Sabrina, she tried so hard, I felt so sorry for her each time she took his heart and then he stomped on hers.
This is the first book in the Dirty duet. It’s freaking awesome, but… It left my head spinning with the what if’s. And now I have to wait until September to read the next part. Arrrggg!!! I don’t want to wait.

How do I write a review for a book that had me wanting to climb walls? Laurelin Paige never fails when it comes to giving me a story that has me a mess during the read. Dirty Filthy Rich Men which is book 1 in the Dirty Duet series and had me wanting to pull my hair out with how the connection between Donovan and Sabrina plays out...I loved every frustrating sexual intense minute of it!!!

In this story we fast forward 10 years from when Weston, Donovan and Sabrina met in college and parted ways. Now, Sabrina finds herself accepting a job from Weston who she has had a crush on, she relocates in the hopes of maybe a future with the job she has always dreamed of and the guy she wants.

Sabrina Lind, Whoa!!! She is a character like none other, Sabrina is smart but loses all senses when it comes to Donovan and Weston. She will have you screaming at your kindle with words that I didn't even know were coming out of my mouth. I can't blame her because she is going after what she wants, but at what cost?

Weston King seems to be perfect in every way, one night with Sabrina and he knows he must have her close by even if it is working for him and his business partners. He may be part owner to one of the up and coming businesses but what secret is he keeping?

Donovan Kincaid had me losing my mind and questioning my common sense, Sabrina is blinded by all that is Donovan. He is dark and screams danger just by looking at him, it is a danger that is worth taking. He is a push and pull enigma, that has Sabrina on the verge of insanity. Their connection seems to be more than just sexual, but will Donovan be able to accept that before it's too late?

Dirty Filthy Rich Men is a toe-curling read with it's intense heat and the sexual play in this story may not be for everyone, but the author gives us a page turner with the storyline and characters.
Note to self: How many Laurelin Paige stories have I read and I still haven't drilled in my head, her MO of leaving me with my jaw on the floor, nicely cursing her out and wanting that next book. I can only blame myself by being blinded by the gorgeousness that is Donovan Kincaid...I hate him and I love him. 5 Star must read!!!

I need a moment to process my thoughts ... provocative, cruel, insolent, dirty and sinfully hot! I'm kinda conflicted, I loved it but I hated it at the same time.

How many times my jaw dropped??? I lost count, this book is memorable for sure and you won't remain indifferent to Sabrina, Donovan, and Weston's story.

If you haven’t read the prequel, Donovan, Sabrina and Weston, had history, the one of the kind and maybe not for the best.

Donovan is as far infuriating as intriguing. A dark soul hiding behind his handsome features. A devil in disguise. The one that could break and made Sabrina coming undone. This is the kind of despicable character, but at least he was honest. Definitely not boyfriend material. More like a destroyer.

Sabrina is far from Donovan and Weston’s league, from their social background to their lifestyle. She is strong, independent and a hard worker. Her weakness Donovan Kincaid. I enjoyed that kind of woman, badass and very strong. But when it comes to men … that another story.

Weston is quite a charmer, loyal to his family and friends. After how Sabrina left things with him, some years later and she was still in his mind. The total opposite of his cousin, he was welcoming, engaging and not playing hot and cold.

After all she went through with Donovan, she kept coming back for more. It like an addiction and submitting to their darkest desires wasn’t an option. This constant craving and need that only one man could make her feel. I can undersatnd in a way but it was driving me insane!

Weston was the safest and secure choice. Donovan was the dangerous one. Dark or light?

I had to admit that this story had some good materials, with some intriguing and interesting characters but I felt some repetitive moments between Donovan and Sabrina, but going crescendo. I wanted to know more about Donovan and his deeper motivations. And when things got interesting … just a bit too late for me.

I will read for sure the next book! I want to know how things are going to end. Explosive for sure!

OMG where do I begin!? My mind is all over the place after reading Dirty Filty Rich Men! Laurelin, thank you for the ride, this was absolutely crazy!

I think I never saw a character as more unnerving than Donovan Kincaid
If you haven't read the novella (Dirty Filthy Rich Boys), no worries, it's at the beginning of the book. I think it's important to start with it to witness how Donovan is a tortured character, how hard he will be later and how he remains who he is no matter what.

You know by now I love grade A-a****, I've met a few in books to know that they all redeem themselves at the end. There was a point while reading this book, I wasn't sure Donovan could be one of them but he is. Believe me when I say, you'll be exasperated with all the tension and mixed signals in the book. Because there's one thing for sure, you won't stay indifferent to Sabrina & Donovan together.

When these two are in the same room, the air is charged, the tension is tangible and all the amount of sex they could have won't change a damn thing about it! This book kept me on my toes all along! And I'm almost sure when I say I won't be able to forget their story before the conclusion in September!

Their story begun ten years ago; ten years of want, ten years of need, ten years of envy, ten years of unknown, ten years of nightmares, ten years of frustration,...
And it's only the beginning.

There were moments I wanted to shout at my kindle while reading because Sabrina is as confusing as Donovan. To me they were the perfect match
I know this review doesn't make a lot of sense but that's how I l read Dirty Filthy Rich Men. And that's how you should experience it as well.

Just a quick warning because there might be triggers and the book might not be for everyone.

To recap, Laurelin Paige shows us how talented she is when it comes to write her tortured heroes. Hudson Pierce was definitely her best but Donovan Kindcaid might come to a close second ... and who knows, he might even dethrone the - my - King. Guess I'll find that out with book 2.

After everything that went down in Dirty Filthy Rich Boys, I couldn't wait to find out what happens next with Sabrina, now that it's many years later and her world is about to intersect with those filthy rich guys again. Older and wiser, as well as armed with self confidence and ownership of her sexuality, Sabrina is ready to make her mark in the corporate world. Although it's Weston whom Sabrina seeks out, it's Donovan who won't leave her memory and it's not long before she sees him, too.

Donovan Kincaid is my new favorite Laurelin Paige hero. And maybe he shouldn't be because he's not particularly sensitive or tender with his sharp words and abrasive actions. Intense, dark, confident and perceptive, Donovan reads Sabrina like a book, but refuses to share his own pages in return. Romance is not an option because Donovan doesn't do relationships of any kind, but he will always be in charge and call the shots. Talk about some sizzling chemistry, though, they are like a ticking time bomb ready to go off despite Donovan's control. Don't get me wrong, Weston has an important role and he's irresistible, too, but Weston didn't command my attention like Donovan did, who gave Sabrina what she wanted even she was reluctant to voice those things.

Sabrina is quickly discovering that in order to succeed, that also means she has to be a player in the game in the world of the dirty and filthy rich, but maybe she's been a pawn all along. I really admired Sabrina. She was assertive, cautious, intelligent, and humble - a balanced combination that was endearing and relatable, but she could be bold and feisty when necessary. The constant anticipation had me on the edge and eager to find out where this would go, yet I enjoyed every bit of the ride with the surprises and mutual dark desires tucked in along the way. To say that I am hooked is a bit of an understatement, because wow, this story reeled me in all the way until the very last word. I was definitely not expecting what was revealed at the end, yet it was absolutely fantastic, and I cannot wait for the next book already.

Laurelin Paige, my heart has been split open, absolutely TORN APART, and the only thing that is holding it together is the promise of book #2. I’ve read some DAMN GOOD duets in the past, but MY GOD, this one takes the cake! EROTIC TO THE CORE, you’ve created something special and unique with these characters. I’ve never wanted to throw my kindle against the wall more, and yet, I couldn’t spare a single second turning my eyes away from the pages. You’ve given us a special kind of ***hole with DK. So I need the next book like now or yesterday…please. There is so much hot tension between Sabrina and Donovan I'm getting third degree burns here. Don't worry though Donovan off and on cold behavior can cool it.

Me too Sabrina. Sometimes ugh I just wanted to throw something at his sexy pretty little head. Then I wanted to nurse him back to health. He could have you burning with passion or leave you in the frozen tundra. It's was hot passionate pull my hair and I'm going to pull your hair out strand by strand kind of feeling. There was those sweet moments as well. I loved every moment of it.

Yes he could be an capital A*snake sound* hole but you could see the struggle within himself to love again. This is why I'm still holding on to the hope he will redeem himself.

Sabrina is strong, intelligent, resilient, and brave enough to take a chance and fight for what she wants. Girl has gone through a lot and I want her to succeed and find happiness.

This story has hot passion and cold angst pulling you back and forth. It will frustrate you but leave you invested in wanting more. I got whiplash on this Rollercoaster. Love is not easy and they will have to fight for it. It had me going high and low and I loved every moment of it. There's more to come and I can’t wait to read the next book.

This story was so totally unexpected. I read Dirty Filthy Rich Boys and had my own ideas of where this would lead. I was so very wrong. I was met with so many lies, twists and turns, unexpected events that my head was absolutely spinning when I was done reading this book. I had no idea what I was in for but my god, it is the most amazing story I have read this year. Does Sabrina go with the safe bet of Weston? Does Sabrina finally figure out why she just can’t stay away from Donovan?

This book was downright DIRTY. The mind games and secrets were DIRTY. The sex was DIRTY….VERY DIRTY. And I loved every single minute of it.

Once again Laurelin had me calling her every name in the book for leaving me hanging. Dirty Filthy Rich Men will grip you from the very first book and have you saying just one more page just to see what's going to happen between Sabrina, Donavon and Weston. One thing is for sure this book is a thrilling sexy dark tale from the start! Oh Laurelin! Im still thinking about what this book did to me and am anxiously awaiting number 2! This by far is her best work, how I wish I could give this book more than 5 stars?

This read was edgy, twisted and suspenseful.
I felt the author went in a different direction with this story and I was hooked from beginning to end. However, the story was so well written I had to stop and catch my breath as the story of Donovan and Sabrina was emotional, intense and full of angst.
The story begins 10 years after graduating from college. Everyone went their separate ways, and even though Sabrina had not seen or heard from Weston or Donovan, she never forgot them, and she never stopped thinking about them.
One was her crush the other her obsession.
Have they changed?
When she reconnected with Weston, she imagined it was just putting closure on an unfulfilled fantasy.
When he makes her an offer she can't refuse, the stage is set as Sabrina lets these cruel rich filthy men once again manipulate and convince Sabrina to work for them and become part of their lives.
The tug of war between Sabrina and Donovan was frustrating and even painful to read. The characters were so well developed that I HATED and LOVED them, especially Donovan! He was so hard to reach, so closed off, he turned out to be the perfect alpha hole
Weston took a back seat in this story, and he actually came off as the total opposite from Book 1.
Sabrina was strong and independent, yet she was still tormented with her past demons and constantly second guessed her actions which made her look weak.
She was willing to accept whatever Donovan threw at her, no matter how cruel, until she couldn't.
Both characters were broken and the eroticism in this story come from the fantasies and perceptions they wanted to carry out.
Oh... and that ending!!

I've been waiting to get my hands on this story ever since I devoured Dirty Filthy Rich Boys back in February, but I wasn't prepared for the emotions I'd have while reading this book. Those feelings were mostly anger and irritation towards Sabrina lol. She obviously had enough book smarts to get into Harvard, but she's still plenty naive when it comes to dealing with the opposite sex in a romantic aspect. Donovan has amazingly gotten even hotter over the decade since they were at Harvard, and although Weston is still a part of the story, he's not the major player, although there a bombshell that's dropped in regards to Weston, and how that will affect Sabrina, both at the present and in the future.

I gotta say, I was getting pretty fed up with Sabrina throughout this story; she couldn't stand the push and pull with Donovan, yet she fell into it every time they were in the same orbit. If he wasn't around, she wondered if he was avoiding her; if he happened to be at an event where she was, then she's wondering if he came just for her. Not to say that Donovan is the innocent party in this, because goodness knows he seems to be the king and supreme ruler of the mindfuckery he puts Sabrina through. There were several times I wanted to reach into my e-reader and shake the assholeness out of him. But that's also an integral part of Donovan's nature, but when we finally learn more about what happened a decade earlier, some of his behavior begins to make sense.

This book does indeed end on a cliffhanger, and I'm already bummed by how long we have to wait to get any sort of resolution for Sabrina and Donovan, but I know this is a series that I will be rereading at some point.

Holy H***!! This book!! I can’t even right now!! Dirty Filthy Rich Men picks up right where the last book left off and will leave no stone unturned. This book is smartly written. It is captivating. The story line is thrilling and boundary pushing. This story will push your limits and entice you. It will have you burning through the pages to see how the story will turn out. Nothing and I mean nothing could have prepared me for this story.

Dirty Filthy Rich Men takes sexy to a whole other level. It is sensual and provocative.When I say this story is HOT, I mean HOT. Like do not read in public HOT. H***, you might even find yourself blushing in the privacy of your own home ? However there is more to this story that just sex. There is an interesting plot and intriguing characters. The characters thrilling and frustrating me.Their story completely consuming me, leaving my emotions all over the place. I didn’t know if I loved or hated Donovan. Maybe a little bit of both. He is the one character who confused me and yet, he left me begging for more.

It was so easy to get lost in this story. The story-line is amazing and just draws you in instantly. There are so many factors in play. What is real? What is a game? What will happen in the end? Will our characters find some happiness? All I can say is be ready ladies! This story is about to consume you and take you a ride you’ll never forget! And in the end, you’ll be just like me…counting down the months, weeks, days, hours, minutes until we get the final book in our greedy little hands!

It's been ten years since Sabrina finds herself face to face with Weston. The man she wanted all those years ago at Harvard. He's also more filthy. Sabrina knows who she should want and who she should be with, but her body wants someone else. She thinks her fantasies are dirty and bad and not in a good way. Until Donovan shows her why she loves it. Why it's what she needs. Why it's what he needs. Their relationship is beyond complicated and Donovan isn't going to make anything easy. Wow…this is the follow up to Dirty Filthy Rich Boys and it was amazing, but left me needing more!
The first portion of the book is actually the prequel – Dirty Filthy Rich Boys.

Then we pick up after 10 years have passed and Sabrina is working in advertising and loves her job, but her boss is a jerk. She happens to see Weston and he ends up offering her a job. Although she loves the idea of seeing where things could go she doesn’t want to cross paths with Donovan again. Realizing that Donovan runs the Tokyo office, she takes the job Weston offers with hopes that he will give them a chance. Unfortunately there is more going on in Weston’s life than she realizes and Donovan is all to happy to drop the bombshell along with the fact that he is now working in the New York office also.

OMG, seriously I loved these guys. I love how twisted Donovan is, but the way he manipulates Sabrina is just perfect. I can’t explain it. It is cruel, twisted, and completely dark and delicious all at the same time. And the ending….say what! OMG, I cannot believe the game Donovan is playing. Part of me actually feels bad for him and just when I thought I would 100% love him he changes again. I am on the edge of my seat waiting for Dirty Filthy Rich Love which is releasing in Sep 2017.

Oooohhh, Donovan!!!

There are very few books nowadays that glue me to my seat until the last word. But Dirty Filthy Rich Men is one of those books. The story is intriguing and captivating. It is DIRTY, it is FILTHY and it is scorching HOT. It is also heartbreaking and romantic. And at times even funny. It is one of the best and sexiest books I've read recently.

From the moment I read Dirty Filthy Rich Boys, I knew that Donovan and Sabrina's story will be a page turner. And I was definitely not disappointed. There are twists and turns in the plot that were definitely unexpected but what made the story incredible, was the emotional struggle of the characters. Both Sabrina and Donovan have a past that left them with skeletons in their closets. And in Donovan's case a fear of love and commitment. The relationship between the two is not easy and often with every step forward, they make two backwards. But the chemistry between the two lovers is undeniable and it is something none of them can resist.

There is a lot more I can say about this incredible book, but I don't want to spoil it for you. I will only add that you definitely need to meet Donovan and experience his dirty filthy mouth, hands and other parts on you and in you ;) I so can't wait to get my hands on the next book in the series so I can find out what will happen next. But unfortunately I will have to wait until December :(

Dirty Filthy Rich Men is the first book of a 2 book duet. Donovan is a man who is haunted by his past, a man who is so taken with Sabrina that he cannot stay away, yet also pushes her away at every turn giving her mixed signals. When they are together it's electric, but soon after, Donovan returns to his indifferent, cold-hearted self, or so it seems.

This man could make a woman crazy, but Sabrina sees past his surliness, his brooding, and his indifferent attitude. It's all in his eyes and it's something he can't hide from her. It keeps Sabrina on a teeter totter, never knowing what to expect. Every time she thinks she has had enough, he reels her back in.

Donovan and Sabrina's time together is complicated. It's a push-pull relationship, and for every inch of progress Sabrina makes getting past his walls, she loses three or four. This is not an easy non-relationship, but it is something that Sabrina is willing to fight for and something Donovan fights against at every turn. Their attraction is so great, that neither one can seem to walk away for long. It's like an addiction and they both need each other to feel whole and complete.

Laurelin Paige has written a story that was so addictive, I could not put it down. It's a story of power, possession, obsession, and regret. It is dark at times, but then she pulls us back into the light and gives us hope, and love and makes us feel what the characters are going through. I wish I could give this book 10 Stars. I will definitely be purchasing book two of this Duet.

'Dirty Filthy Rich Boys' is a must to read before you start this one. It does not disappoint with the continuing story of Harvard students, Sabrina, Weston and Donovan. I like their story. It is well written, keeps your attention, interesting characters and has some hot sex scenes.

It is now ten years later since Harvard and the three don't seem like they have matured yet. Sabrina may know what she is doing at work but, her personal life is chaos. First, she has a weekend fling with Weston. Secondly, she accepts his job offer and moves across country. Third, Sabrina finds out that Weston is engaged and her thoughts of being with him are put on hold. And, finally she begins having dirty, filthy sex with Donovan.

One of the things I have trouble with is, Sabrina's inability to step away from Donovan for good. He is cruel and disrepectful to her at every turn. I guess that there are some women like Sabrina, who enjoy being hurt and humiliated on a regular basis. I'm not one of them so, this was diffucult for me to understand the eroticism of it. Donovan's push/pull with Sabrina is difficult to witness. You feel her emotions, her pain, her sadness, the rejection and then, she is right back to following his directive. It isn't until the last chapter that a new light is cast between Sabrina and Donovan. It is so good that coupled with the epilogue, you are going to be anxious to read the next book.

I hardly know where to begin with this review. So the obvious, if you love strong complex characters, incredible plot lines and hot scenes, then this is the book for you. Let me repeat that: this book is for you.

At a high level you can describe it as a love triangle between three people. Two men, Weston King and Donovan Kincaid who are both rich as Croesus. Their fathers own an investment firm, but the sons have decided to partner in an advertising agency. Ten years after Sabrina left Harvard she reunites with Weston, her crush, and Donovan, her first sexual partner.

And so this book explores the relationships between Sabrina and Weston, and ultimately and far more intimately the one between Sabrina and Donovan. Donovan is a brilliant character, hot, sexy and charismatic at one level, he’s also deeply flawed. We watch him blow hot and cold, be close too and push himself away from Sabrina. He’s manipulative, does he want her, does he want someone else to have her.

Sabrina’s confused to say the least, but despite that we watch her grow. She becomes seemingly more comfortable with what she wants. What won’t cut it for her.

And then there’s the cliffhanger. Both of them reaching life changing conclusions. If I have a major problem with this book its that I have to wait until September for part 2. But I already know what I’m doing with that day in September!

OMG! You guys….I can’t. After Dirty Filthy Rich Boys, the pre-novella to Dirty Filthy Rich Men that is included in this book, my expectations were high. I’m talking really high. It was dark and raw and messes with your mind. So needless to say, I was dying to get my hands on this book.

I’m not going to tell you a thing about it other than how it made me feel. You need to go in blind and experience it for yourself. It will push your boundaries in some places and make you swoon in others. My emotions were all over the place and I absolutely loved it.

Sabrina and Donovan are not back in each other lives 10 years after they last time they spoke to each other and you can tell that their chemistry is explosive. Donovan is just as dark and mysterious as when we first met him and the entire time I was dying to get to know the real him. He’s keeping Sabrina and arms length and he’s a complete jerk to her. Yet he’s also perfect for her. He’s exactly what she needs. She’ craves a bit of that darkness. What is it about jerks that just make me melt? Oh you want to be a jerk? I love you now. Haha.

Just when we think we know how everything is going to turn out, BAM, Laurelin punches us in the face with a twist. At the end we are left with hope and the desire to throat punch the author. I mean that as the best possible compliment. So here I am, frustrated and dying to get my hands on Dirty Filthy Rich Love. Is it September yet?

Filthy Dirty Rich Men is intense, all-consuming and dirty! The story drew me in, held my interest and sent me reeling. The ending hurt, I need the next book NOW.

We were introduced to three main characters in Filthy Dirty Rich Boys, Sabrina Lind, Weston King, and Donovan Kincaid. It’s now ten years since Sabrina left Weston and Donovan behind. She’s back in Weston’s sights and soon his business. After Sabrina accepts Weston’s job offer she packs up and moves to New York. On Sabrina's first day in her new office she's surprise to find Donovan had moved back from Tokyo. She had hoped Donovan would have been out of sight out of mind.

“Weston to my right, Donovan to my left, like a real life game of This or That, and of course the choice was This. It was the only choice. Practically. For my sanity. The other wasn’t even a actual option.”
Weston is fun and kind and good vs Donovan is confusing, cruel and controlling. Sabrina choice is already made for her. It was made the night she was saved. She had been saved by a Dangerous Dark Warrior Devil who is now in need of saving from himself.

This book is deliciously dark and dirty. I couldn’t get enough of Donovan. He’s cruel and unforgiving in order to hide his true feelings. I felt for Sabrina. She struggled with her feelings and actions. She takes a dark path to find her truth. They have intense chemistry. I can’t wait for the second book.5 Stars!

This is an intoxicating and seductive story that pulled me in to a world of power, control and hot sex and I loved every minute of it. We met Sabrina, Donavan, and Weston ten years previously in Dirty Filthy Rich Boys. Now Sabrina is brought back into the the high stakes business world that Weston and Donovan inhabit. Sabrina is stronger, smarter and knows what she wants, but she also has a darker side she tries to hide. She has always wondered if she and Weston had a connection and now she has a chance to find out. She wasn't counting on Donovan being there as well. Donovan is sexy, dark and tortured and calls to her in a way no one, including Weston, ever has. They can't stay away from each other despite how hard they try, because their broken pieces fit so perfectly together. Their sex scenes are raw and emotional and may not be for everyone, but I see how it may be a way to face their demons on the road to redemption. But Donovan would reel her in, make her want him, only to put up his walls and turn cold time and time again. It is easy to be frustrated with him yet Ms. Paige expertly reveals glimpses of what is under all the pain and guilt he carries. She weaves an intriguing tale of manipulation, deception, hunger, and passion. The twists and turns in this story kept me spellbound, and turning the pages trying to guess what will happen next. You will not be disappointed in this captivating, sexy story.

I am forever changed by this series. Filthy Dirty Rich Men had my heart beating loud and panting like a crazy woman. I didn’t know what to expect after the ending we were left in Dirty Filthy Rich Boys but these boys are now men in Dirty Filthy Rich Men. Weston King and Donavan Kincaid are all grown up and if you thought they were sexy before just wait until you open the first page.

Ten years has passed and Sabrina Lind still hasn’t forgotten the man she stood up or the one that took her innocence. She dreams of both differently and yet lives with memories that now come in sleepless nights and nightmares. Now they are back in her life and the mind games are back in force.

Donavan Kincaid is conceded, arrogant, and the true definition of alpha male. He knows exactly how to read Sabrina's body. He is the man you will want to hate with a passion but can’t look away from.

There are some trigger points in Dirty Filthy Rich Men that might bother some but give it a chance because once you start you will become immersed in all that is Weston & Donavan.

Laurelin Paige grabs ahold of you by the collar and doesn’t let go, not even with Dirty Filthy Rich Men. The story is passionate, sexy and shows an experienced writer who has so much to tell us. Not sure how she creates these characters but I can never get enough of them.

I found this book hard to put down, simple as that. I went in to thinking it was going to go one way and was surprised when it went a different direction. I will admit to being pleasantly surprised at that. Sabrina is a strong woman who tends to feel confused about how she wants things sexually. Donovan is the tall, dark and brooding type. He has his reasons for being quiet and withdrawn and its up to Sabrina to draw him out and help him confide in her. This boom was well written AMD compelling. It grabbed my attention and held it throughout the book. It was easy to understand and easy to follow. The characters all meshed extremely well together and you felt as if you were part of their lives. There was live and angst, heat and steam, confusion and resolution. As this is part of a series there is no happily ever after with this particular book but I eagerly await the next book in the series. I Gabe this boon five stars a and will recommend it to anyone.

Cliffhangers – You either love them or you hate them, but if done just right you are amazed by them. Laurelin Paige is one of those authors that amazes you.
So, true to Laurelin Paige fashion she pulls us in so far with Dirty Filthy Rich Men that we have nowhere to go but down. And we all fall into a pit of tears and turmoil as she leaves us hanging with a cliffhanger, like no one else can do like Ms. Paige herself. So, I crown her Queen of the Cliffhangers. However, do we heed fair warning after the first few she has thrown at us; oh no, we keep coming back for more. We can’t help but love the way she can spin a tale that captives us heart and soul. Even I’m one of her loyal subjects who bow down to her and then wants to plot a coup d’état when the book ends, all the while knowing my love for her way of writing will never die!
So, if you too are gluten for punishment yet, have a pure love for Laurelin Paige’s writing than Dirty Filthy Rich Men does not disappoint AT ALL!
I haven’t told you anything about this book and I won’t it is something you need to experience yourself. The blurb tells you enough – you know the characters, Weston, Donovan, and Sabrina. You know what they are capable of but you know exactly what Ms. Paige can do to your soul when you read one of her books.

Donovan Kincaid definitely had my pulse racing and then some. He was hot he was cold he gave me whiplash as if I was on a rollercoaster ride and I was like a junkie addicted to the thrill of him. I literally screamed obscenities at him as if he could hear me. I wanted to jump into my kindle and the beat the ever loving Snot out of him. Then once I had beaten him senseless I wanted to KISS him to death.

Sabrina I could understand how hard it was to resist him. The pull they had with each other was so magnetic but there were times where I screamed at her, wanting her to tell him where to go and how to get there. How she kept it together I have no idea because I would have lost my mind.

I devoured this book in a matter of hours, I couldn't put it down. It was full of lust, passion, push-pull. Donovan Kincaid is .... I am not even sure I have words to describe him. He is consuming yet mysterious and I wanted to dig deep and I want to see where he buried the emotions he so clearly lost at some point in his life.

As this start to get a bit clearer Laurelin Paige leaves you saying OMG I NEED MORE.

I desperately desperately need more and absolutely can't wait for the next one.

Laurelin Paige. You genius you. Picking up years after DFRB, Sabrina feels like she's back in college. The nerves, the swirling emotions, even the butterflies. Seeing Weston King again brings it all back. She never expected that seeing him again would bring so much more to her future. Seeing him again opened up doors that she's only ever dreamed of. She was just hoping that Donovan Kincaid didn't have to be apart of those plans.
Hair pulling. Wrist holding. Dirty talking. Straight up nasty, dirty sex. It's what Donovan brings out in Sabrina. She shouldn't like it so much. She shouldn't crave him so much. At least that's what she keeps telling herself. Weston is the safe choice. He can give her what she needs. What would be best for her. Only, she doesn't want safe. She wants it all.
I. Want. MORE!! This is what Laurelin Paige does. Her writing is addicting. Her words are like chocolate to a woman PMSing. Forget eating just one piece. Give me a bowl that is never empty. Give me a book that never ends. It didn't hurt that we get a little piece of one of our other favorite characters to make an appearance. Thankfully for us, we get more. Another story that I never want to end. There's plenty more ahead, I can feel it. It's the waiting game that has me antsy, imaging everything that could happen next.

So in this shameless book, you have the rich duo of Donovan and Weston, privileged boys at Harvard, who expect the world to basically fall at their feet. Then there is Sabrina, the beautiful girl on scholarship, who wants to get to know Weston better. Donovan finds her, and saves her, first. However, life gets in the way, and Sabrina has to leave Harvard before much else happens.
Fast forward 10 years, the boys have turned into men, and all three of them are successful in the business world, and Sabrina runs into Weston at a business conference. After remembering her, he offers her the chance of a lifetime, if she'll only move across the country. There, the trio collides in this scintillating manner that makes my panties soaked. I will tell you that while I didn't like Donovan or Weston much, they grew on me, and I can't wait to see what will happen next. A fair word of warning that while this book is hot, it will not be for everyone, the sex is rough, and borders on crossing lines that not everyone will enjoy.
A few words to describe this book for me would include debauchery, wicked, depraved, and frickin' hot as hell. It's an intriguing world that makes me salivate. I need to go cool down now. Read at your own risk!

This book.... no words or reviews will do this book justice. When I first finished this book, my mind and heart were still reeling from what I had read...

Laurelin Paige is back and hotter than ever with the first full installment Dirty Filthy Rich duet. Thrilling. Sexy. Intense. Passionate. Provocative. Twisted. You'll never be the same after reading this book and when the pages quit turning, you'll be begging for just a taste more.

Now that I've had time to let it marinate, I'm still feeling those same feelings... if not a little more as I wait for the conclusion of this love story.

Laurelin Paige is a master of words and a thief of hearts. Dirty Filthy Rich Men was so captivating... thought-provoking... sexy and boundary pushing, that this book will test your limits and make you cross lines you never thought you would cross.

The prequel to this duet was just a taste... a tiny sliver that this series has to offer. Donovan and Weston are going to twist you up in knots and leave you squirming in your seat. Expect racing hearts and sweaty palms... prepare yourself for loads of steam and undeniable chemistry.

I highly recommend this book and I'm so looking forward to where this story goes next.

I knew after reading Dirty Filthy Rich Boys, that this one would be fantastic and I wasn't wrong.

Super intense and sensual, this book is the continuation of Sabrina, Weston and Donovan story. The thing is the title is perfect for Donovan, he's exactly that: dirty, filthy and rich with a huge dose of sexy and lust filling every pore of him...
Weston... I still don't know exactly what to think of him. Right now I think of him as a sweet man, but that's too easy... he must be hiding something there...
And Sabrina, although I liked her, there were times I wanted to yell at her. Poor thing... the way she "stuffers" at the hands of Donovan is a sin.

Now, the plot is fantastic. There's so many secrets buried that you weren't expecting and to see them unfold is quite interesting.
There's one thing in the whole plot that although many people might think as disgusting I see it very arousing, I'm a freak like that!
This is the second book I read with this very same particularity and delighted me to no end.

So, if you are in need of a book full of kinky sensuality this one is perfect, I just don't guarantee you will keep your panties dry...

Wow! This is the third book I've read by Laurelin Paige and I seriously want her as my best friend!!!!! I love this lady, I love her work and her words are truly amazing! She's a master mind with words! It was brilliantly written. I was anticipating this read because Dirty Filthy Rich Boys give me a little taste and I was hungrily craving more!

If you think Dirty Filthy Rich Boys was hot think again! The boys turned into men and they were absolutely burning up my kindle!

Weston King is back and he's got himself in a situation that might just seal his fate...I'm a good way... Sabrina is also back and she's absolutely stunning hot and beautiful.... and if course the pompous ass Donovan Kincaid returns...although he's an ass he's super hot and just as mysterious with way more intense and sex appeal! I seriously have a love-hate relationship with him.

You really need this book, it's one of best for 2017! Even though it ends on a cliffhanger it is a MUST READ!!! I loved it and I'm anticipating the next read Dirty Filthy Rich Love. Donovan Kincaid just ticks all the boxes for me.

He could have had me anyway he wanted me after Dirty Filthy Rich Boys, but OMG after reading Dirty Filthy Rich Men, he has ruined me for all other book boyfriends!!

He is intense, closed off, confusing as hell, and let's not forget hot AF, and filthy!!

I get why Sabrina could never forget him after college, and I get even more why she hates herself (and him) for chasing him around when she is a strong, successful woman.

Laurelin Paige tells a story that I was unable to put down, hoping to get just a little bit of information on why Donovan was treating Sabrina in such a horrible way.

And , finally, finally, FINALLY, I found out something, only to be left waiting for Dirty Filthy Rich Love, and more Donovan.

Am I sad that I have to wait for book two? Yes. Am I mad about it? Absolutely not. This book consumed me and I can't wait for more of Donovan!

4.5 stars. After an incredible novella, this book was the most anticipated book in the coming week for me. I was hooked and can’t wait to read what happens next. And I wasn't disappointed because it was a real rollercoaster of emotions.

Wicked fantasies, plenty of twists and turns, hot scenes and angst. You must be ready that Donovan is as*hole hero, not someone to whom you will be sigh and swoon. He is tough and maybe even cruel. But you can see something more in it, and I really, really like it.

Maybe not for everyone, some scenes may be disturbing, but it is incredibly electrifying and you want more and more. It is also definitely frustrating, I don't be surprised if many do not finish this book. But my biggest problem is the heroine. No offense to anyone, but the very name annoys me. I really hope that this girl will stand for herself at the end.

So why this rating? Not many books these days cause such emotions in me, even bad, so it is worth to appreciate something that affects you and what you'll remember for a longer time. And at the very end, I really enjoyed it. I don't know how I stand the waiting for the next part. But don’t let this discourage you. I think, it’s worth it!

From the start, this book sucked me in and I could not put it down! This book starts off 10 years from when Dirty Filthy Rich Boys ends. I will say to get the full effect of this story you need to read the prequel. The “Love” Triangle between Sabrina, Weston, and Donavon will completely mess with your mind… and you will love it!
After 10 years Sabrina has grown to be a successful women with a great career, but there is something from her past that has always haunted her. After having a fun time with a blast from her past, she ends up working with Weston.
What happens once she gets to New York…. Lets just say I didn’t see it coming. As the story progressed, you either had a love hate relationship with Donovan… for me, I loved him. I loved his secrets, his mysteriousness, his questionable antics… I loved everything about him and thrived for more information about him.
The chemistry and relationship between Sabrina and Donavan was electric and fiery and made me want more and more of them. Donavon is a dirty dirty man and I loved it! The S*X scenes were beyond HOT…. I needed a cold shower and a drink after that.

Laurelin total give us a twist to her usual stories. I enjoyed this book. Laurelin's writing, as always never disappoints, but she gave me a hell of a ride with this book! I was super frustrated with Donovan and Sabrina at times. Donovan is a complete bad boy ass, and shes just way to forgiving. But as frustrating as these two characters were, I just couldn't put this book down. Aside from being such an ass, Donovan was still hot and intriguing. No wonder Sabrina just couldn't get enough of him. Man, can that man talk some dirty talk.

Its 10 years later from Harvard, and Sabrina is happy and contempt with her life. Until Weston King pops back into her life and offered her a dream job she always wanted. She quickly finds herself back into Donovan Kincaid world. Soon shes sucked up into his world, along the most amazing sex life shes ever had. But soon, it becomes a game between them, of back and forth. She cant get enough of him. Even though hes an ass to her, she still goes back for more.

This book had one of the most intense scenes that I've ever read. Chapter 12. And they weren't even in the same building. Day-um. When you finish a chapter and realize you're breathing heavy and it's a little awkward and you are soooo glad (and yet soooo disappointed) to be alone. Whoa. I'm also a little bummed that 5 Stars is the highest I can give.

So, in summary Sabrina has history with Weston, and with Donovan, but feels like she can handle it when she's offered a job in their company. Sabrina is the type of take-charge heroine that I love to read about. She knows what she wants, and she goes after it, but she's also real with a dash of self-doubt and the ability to communicate what she wants. Donovan is trying to be controlling, and Weston seems like the easy going guy that tries to go with the flow.

I died a little inside when I realized that there will be a second book, and this ends with a bit of a cliffhanger. September better hurry up...

Donovan Kincaid is up there with the likes of Jesse Ward and yes early Hudson Pierce. Laurelin writes a good arrogant cocky tosspot. The type you want to beat with a big stick, then kiss him better.

Some might think the wants and needs of Sabrina are a tad weird considering the early scenes of the book. I didn't. I felt that she was a woman who needed to replace a memory/an experience with something of her choice. Her choice. Her kink. Her way.

Now Weston interests me a lot. Elizabeth interests me a lot. I want more of them please.

And as for Donovan I'm back to liking him again. A bit.

I loved this book, it was epic and I have a major book hangover!

As soon as I read Dirty filthy rich boys I knew this would be a book that would blow my mind and I was right, it was epic.

This book is set 10 years after the prequel novella and Sabrina hasn’t seen Weston King, her college crush or Donovan Kincaid, the man she passionately craved since she left Harvard abruptly. Now she’s a successful career woman and is about to come face to face with her dirty rich men.

It’s hard to write a review without giving spoilers as the story starts going in one direction and then you’re led down a different path so it’s better to go in as blind as possible.

The chemistry between the characters is scorching hot, their chemistry pours from the pages like silk. The story is erotic, mysterious, dark and full of suspense and this book was one of my most anticipated releases this year along with the conclusion, Dirty filthy rich love. I highly recommend this duet.

I fell in love with the story since the prequel. I will be honest and say this book has two of the most frustrating characters ever! I wanted to shake Sabrina for giving in to Donovan and I waited to punch Donovan because his actions did not go hand in hand with this words.
What happens when Sabrina ends up working for the one man that she cannot forget? The man who took her virginity years ago? The man that keeps pushing her to his best friend?
Donovan has secrets, secrets he is not willing to share with Sabrina. Their relationship is supposedly a no strings attached affair. But what happens when Sabrina starts wanting more?
Donovan is not a man willing to have a relationship. Their affair tests boundaries and has the power to break our heroine's heart.
Excellent writing of two very complicated individuals!!! And that ending!!!! I cannot wait for the next book. I recommend it.

Since I finished Dirty Filthy Rich Boys earlier in the month I have been holding my breath to see what would happen when Sabrina came face to face with Weston for the first time in a decade. And my oh my does Dirty Filthy Rich Men live up to the title!

I was glad to see that Sabrina had grown so much. Yes she was still nervous and a dreamer but she was infinitely more grounded and sure of herself. That is until the man that rocked her world off it's axis is back in her world. Oh that broody and always plotting Donovan. If he wasn't pushing her towards Weston, he was taking her to heights she had never been before. He was such a mystery but there were moments his true character shone though the rough and tough exterior.

I won't lie, Laurelin Pagie frustrated me more than once, heck more than four times while I was reading this one. Sabrina, good on your lady- you have got nerves of steel to deal with everything those men threw at you. But that ending, how all the pieces started to come together had me wishing for more pages. I am so ready for the final part of this duet- I want it, like tomorrow!

What a fabulous read from this amazing author.

I read the novella ahead of this and knew a bit about the characters, but OMG I fell in love with this hot steamy story.

Sabrina lands a job with the filthy boys now filthy men as manager of their marketing team. She has a history with both Weston and Donovan but Donovan has always been the one in her dreams. She takes the job thinking it would be ok because Donovan is across the world in Tokyo. Problem is he is not he is at the office and the first one to welcome her to her new position. The story unravels and what a story it is. I am hooked on all the characters, Weston is not really the nice guy he exudes and Donovan well he is just totally swoon worthy, hot and sexy.

This is a well written, keep you on the edge of your seat book that is emotional and sexually charged. Be prepared to get up close and personal with the Dirty Filthy Rich Men of New York!!! I look forward to the final in this duet. KUDOS to this author!!!

Holy moly Donavon Kincaid and Weston King are seriously hawt, sexy, and cocky Alpha males!

Sabrina is shy and always going unnoticed. She has a major crush on Weston King. Sabrina didn't mean for this to go too far, but she couldn't tear herself away. She catches Weston having sex. She knows this is so wrong, but she can't help but watch. She never thought there would be consequences. Donavan sneaks up on Sabrina and things begin to heat up in this novella. Something tragic has Sabrina putting her life on hold, plus her fantasies about these two Alpha men.

Just as things are setting these pages on fire, it comes to a complete end. What a cliffhanger! I really need more! This novella has complete roller coaster ride in store for you! Laurline knows exactly what to write and how to leave us wanting more. If you like Alpha hot men, adrenaline rushes with a little mystery then this is something you might want to read!!

I loved this book, I will say if you have a phoebe about Rape fantasies then this might not be for you. After finding out that Sabrina's Dad had passed away and had to leave Harvard she completes school and her and her friend go to New York to a conference. seeing who the key note speaker is, she knows she has to talk to him, Weston is sill handsome as he was in school. Sabrina gets the nerve to speak to him and still finding out that sparks can fly after ten years. Would one weekend be enough? wanting more Weston asks her to join his company .
After four months Weston sends an official offer for her to join the company and she accepts. She knows Donovan Kincad is his partner, and works Tokyo, he wasn't supposed to be there. Could she work side by side with the man she fantasizes after all these years? what a complicated game of seduction they are playing. The Sparks between Sabrina and Donovan are so sizzling. Leaving Sabrina wanting so much more, but can she receive that from a man who is so complicated? i found i had a hard to put this book down. i can't wait for the second installment

Dirty Filthy Rich Boys was the precursor to all things Donovan Kincaid and in the first full-length novel in the Dirty series from bestselling author Laurelin Paige, he certainly lived up to every expectation I had of him. If you're looking for Prince Charming, you won't find it here. Donovan dominates and domineers and he makes no apologies for it. He isn't an easy guy to like, what more love, but he certainly made me curious as to his motivations when it comes to his choices and decisions, especially when it comes to Sabrina. Take note that while the sex may be hotter than hell, there's actually a story that goes on here and it's one that's worth paying attention to. Laurelin Paige has once again given readers erotic literature that demands to be read. I'm interested to see how things play out, especially with that teaser of a cliffhanger (gah!). Dirty Filthy Rich Men checks all of the right boxes. Five stars. ♥

5 Crazy Ass Must Read Stars!!!!!

When I read Dirty Filthy Rich Boys, I just knew I was going to love this duet. What I wasn't expecting was to love it even more than I love the Fixed Trilogy. Hudson Pierce has some big shoes to fill but Donovan had no problem busting out of those shoes. Just like with Hudson, we started out with a love/hate thing going. He just irked me with his brusqueness. He was so contradicting that it had my head spinning. Seriously, everything he did to Sabrina, I felt. I bawled like a baby when she bawled. I was crushed when she was crushed. Butterflies would hit me when she got a text. He even wormed his way in just like he did with her. And even had me fanning myself with his "dirty, filthy" words.
I devoured this in one sitting. I was a bit neglectful today. "Housework schmousework" is what I say when a new Laurelin Paige book is sitting so pretty on my kindle. "I had the urge to clean but then I laid down on the couch with the newest Laurelin Paige book until it passed." Hahaha!

Laurelin Paige never ceases to COMPLETELY enthrall me when I read a book of hers. It shouldn't be fair. After reading the first few chapters of this book, I THOUGHT I knew where it was going. And while I was right in some aspects, I was completely wrong in others. I don't know whether to hate or love Donovan. Which automatically means that I love him. Much like Sabrina, he has got me all twisted up with no where to go, and just ready for whatever else he has to dish out. He's wicked. He's brilliant. And he's sexy as sin. With each word I can feel the torture laced in his character and I cannot wait to see how all of this unfolds.

Always, with Laurelin Paige, I know it's not going to play out how I assume, it's going to be better and it's going to have me gasping and slack-jawed for days. That's pretty much how this book left off and I know there's more excitement, eroticism, and mind-melting story to come in the next installment!

Having read the first part of this as a free novella I was totally hooked and desperate to see where this story was going to go.

Laurelin really gets the story going and her characters really challenge you as a reader as you are constantly thinking WTF are they doing and you want to knock some sense into both of them as the story plays out.

I found Sabrina totally annoying, not in a "I don't like her" kinda way but I found she was too submissive towards Donovan and I felt he needed the challenge and push to face his feelings rather than getting his own way al the time. This however was all part of the story and journey and I was totally hooked and couldn't put my kindle down. This book had me hook, line and sinker from the emotional rollercoaster that Sabrina ends up on, to the holy hotness that is the sexy scenes, this book will just sucker you in.

I really loved the Donovan POV at the end as I was desperate to hear his voice and I can't wait to conclude this story because I just loved it.

After reading the Prologue Dirty Filthy Rich Boys I knew this book was going to be so good. The thing is so good is such an understatement to describe Dirty Filthy Rich Men. This book is phenomenal. This book starts 10 years later with Sabrina & Weston meeting at a conference which sets everything in motion. Fate, destiny or maybe somebody pulling the puppet strings? Ultimately Sabrina is offered a job by Weston and hesitantly agrees and moves across the country. What she doesn't expect to find when she gets there is Donovan Kincaid. Sabrina is unsure if he will even remember their encounter but quickly learns that not only he does, he also continues to treat her in the same way and she is unsure if she hates it or is turned on by it! Laurelin then does what she only she can do! The best twisted mind game, hot romance, emotional roller coaster story. And in the end you are just craving for more. More of everything. What happened, why, what will they do? I loved this story and can't wait for more ❤

After reading the prologue, my expectations for this book were set pretty high, and I’m happy to say that I was not disappointed! Dirty Filthy Rich Men is such a wonderfully intense, sensual, and addictive romance. All of the characters were complex and beautifully crafted. The book is almost completely written from the first person perspective of Sabrina, and I found myself feeling like I was right there with her, experiencing the same confusion and push-and-pull feelings towards the sexy, enigmatic Donovan. The chemistry between the two continues to be as smoldering as it was in DFRB and spills over onto the pages in some very steamy scenes. I will say that I would have loved to have had more from Donovan’s perspective, but in the end I felt like Laurelin Paige gave just enough to satisfy her readers and leave them salivating for the next book. Overall, I thought that this was one the most enthralling and amazing books I’ve read in a while, and I can’t wait for Dirty Filthy Rich Love.

Where do I begin? Wow. Dirty Filthy Rich Men is an explosive and extremely sexy read. I loved the characters but at times I wanted to slap Donovan and Sabrina had me wanting to beat my head against a wall.

We pick up ten years after Dirty Filthy Rich Boys let off. Sabrina runs into Weston who ends up offering her a job. Surprised he remembers her, he brings memories up that she has fought for years to forget. Donovan has invaded her dreams all these years, she just can't let him go.

These two characters Donovan and Sabrina are really dysfunctional but you can't help being pulled in by them and falling in love with them. Sabrina has tried everything to get Donovan to realize what they are but he stands firm that they are about sex only. No relationship. Can she convince him she's more?

I absolutely loved this book. This is a duet so keep in mind there is another book coming and I can't freaking wait to read it. I'm really routing for these two.

Dirty Filthy Rich Men starts 10 years after Dirty Filthy Rich Boys ended. Sabrina finds herself facing her past when she has a chance meeting with Weston King at a seminar he is guest speaking at. Sabrina is convinced he doesn't remember her, but when he does, it sets her on a collision course with the one man she wants to forget, Donovan Kincaid.

As always Ms. Paige brings the heat and sexual tension. But, for some reason this story didn't grab me like the lead in novella did. I can't quite put my finger on what I'm dissatisfied with, maybe the back and forth between Donovan and Sabrina seemed a bit immature at times. I also think the big reveal about why Donovan can't pursue a real relationship with Sabrina was lacking. Maybe there is just more than he is willing to reveal at this point in the story, I'm hoping to get all the answers in the next installment. All in all it's a good read and I do want to see what's next for these two. I have a long wait though.

Whoa! Right off the bat, I have to tell you that Sabrina Lind is brave, tough and determined. I don't know that I could put up with everything she did. Donovan Kincaid was a piece of work and had me frustrated from the very beginning. I could totally get his appeal and it seriously turned me on, but the mixed signals he threw out would have driven me crazy and I would have given up early on.

Sabrina proved she's made of stronger stuff than I. She knew what she wanted and so did Donovan and he had no qualms of telling her how it was going to be.

I don't want to give too much away because their story and the push and pull goes much deeper. But this was a TOTALLY hot, erotic and empowering read. Sabrina reached a point where she owned her desires and it showed so much growth from the Sabrina at the beginning of the story. This was really intense and I'm officially on pins and needles until I can get my hands on the rest of their story!!!

DO NOT READ THIS BOOK UNLESS YOU HAVE READ THE NOVELLA. TRUST ME YOU WILL BE LOST.

When we last left the Dirty Filthy Rich Men Sabrina had to go home on an emergency, now she is back along with the two men in her life that has made her make the decisions she has. Westin and Donavan have always had a place in her life. When she attends a session and meet Westin again the sparks will fly. She thinks she's finally laying this to rest, however fate has pushed her into another direction. When she get's a job offer she can't refuse working as a marketing manager for Westin and Donavans company she never see's the window coming. Her heart tells her she wants one man that can settle her desires, however her head knows better. What happens when she realizes that her life in the big city was orchestrated by someone she doesn't want to want? Oh and don't forget about the men who are not innocent what so ever. Loved this story.

If ever there was a book boyfriend who was going to LEGIT drive me to drink, it's Donovan Kincaid. He is the kind of guy you would want to marry, screw AND kill but you'd have a hard time deciding which one you wanted to do first. The man is SO INFURIATING! His hot and cold, back and forth gave me whiplash. His special brand of crazy had me feeling like I was two steps away from a trip to a white padded room. The story is written in Sabrina's POV....until you get to the last chapter! Finally, a clue!
Just when I think I can't love Laurelin Paige any more than I already do, she goes and proves me wrong. She has the unique ability to make me uncomfortable with sensitive subject matter yet has me desperately intrigued at the same time. Dirty Filthy Rich Men will have all your senses on high alert. It's mysterious and intoxicating with a sexual tension so thick, even a chainsaw isn’t going to cut it!

As much as he denies it he does like Sabrina more than just a fling.
As much as she is trying to convince herself she hates Donovan, every time she is near him she can't resist him.
When they are together the sexual chemistry is off the charts. But he made it clear that there could never be more than sex. But who is he trying to convince more? Her or himself?
Be prepared for a panty melting story. Hot hot hot. I just love how Laurelin can captivate you with her characters and her stories. Intrigued I was once again from the first page through to the last. I k ow this story isn't over and I can't wait where this goes. Another 5 star read.

I have read a handful of books by Laurelin Paige and DFRM was by far the most intense and emotional ride that I have been on. Donovan and Weston make me speechless and swoon. Two hot controlling alpha men who are both interested in our Sabrina.

OH MY GAWD the drama had me all over the place. I was happy one minute and then yelling another. I was loving hard on these characters, then hating them. I never had so many emotions that contradict themselves. But at the end of the day, I love DK. I love Weston. I love this duet!

The sexy time scenes were scorching up my screen. My senses were on overload. Laurelin is the queen of Romance! She will give everything you need and more. I can not wait for the second book because the ending left me on edge!

So many lines are crossed in this book that it's so wrong. So wonderfully wrong.

Crossing the line with Donovan will break her. She knows this but it's like fireworks, until he callously walks away every time. He dominates every situation. She likes it and hates that very weakness.

Something changed. She feels it. He knows it. And he runs. As usual. But this is different because there's something there.

Wow, what can I say about this book, it's amazing, Laurelin Paige sure knows how to get your attention with this one. The Dirty Filthy Rich Men are just that. All 3 of these characters went to school together, a tragedy has Sabrina leaving and not coming back she meets up with Weston 10 years later and he offers her her dream job, but that also comes with more Donovan. I have to admit though I was kind of rooting for Weston because the way Donovan treated her was just so bad you just can't wrap your head around it so I hope in the next book we get more of a glimpse into why he the way he is, and Sabrina you just can't understand why she lets him get away with it, she gets so worked up and you think she's gonna stand up for herself and then she just lets it go, I can't wait for the next book I love all of Laurelin's books.

Laurelin Paige has seriously blown me away with Dirty Filthy Rich Men! This book was EVERYTHING! I don't think I have ever felt so frustrated where I wanted to scream and stop reading, but I knew that it was impossible to put down this book. I was glued. I was addicted. I HAD to know what was going to happen.

The men in this book? Jesus. I could tell from reading Dirty Filthy Rich Boys that this book was going to be hot, but I don't think I was quite prepared for it to be SMOKING HOT! One man in particular though.. he had me feeling all sorts of emotions. I'd literally go from wanting to throat punch him, to loving him in a matter of minutes.

This is one of those books that make you so frustrated with the man. Billionaire hunk who, of course is cocky as he'll, refusing to let himself fall in love. Even though he is, he continues to deny deny deny. The woman in question having to go through an emotional rollercoaster with her own feelings as he says "sex only" yet says/does things that contadict that.
The book definitely has the filth factor. ? It has some very powerful and intense scenes. There is a rape element, so may be a trigger for some readers. It reads easily and flows smoothly. There is a cliffhanger ending, but not too drastic. It's written from the woman's POV. Due to the sexual nature, it is meant for mature readers.

I Hated and Loved this deep twisted emotional rollercoaster. Donovan's character is heartless and demeaning throughout the book, but why is he so damn addicting at the same time??? I couldn't get enough of him. At the same time I wanted to slap and shake Sabrina's character and tell her "just move on woman" but I couldn't.....Because I couldn't get enough of their sick relationship. There are so many deep emotions imbedded in both character, their future uncertain. Yet they find solace in one another even though it is in a twisted kind of way! This book isn't a standalone, there is a big cliff hanger at the end!

The ONLY reason why it took me two days to read this book is because of it being Easter weekend. I would have finished the same night, but alas, I had to get up early Saturday and go do Easter things with the Fam. Bam.

Anyway! Paige delivers yet ANOTHER captivating book that had be jumping back and forth between hating Donovan and wanting to love him. I don't know what it is about obsessive girls in Laurelin Paige's world and [messed] up men who rule them, but the stories work and leave me aching for more.

I can't wait to start the second part to this duet, and I kind of wish I waited until the second book was out before reading DFRM so I wouldn't feel so incomplete. I have an obsessive disorder too, Obsessive Reading Disorder (ORB) which doesn't allow me to wait for [anything] when it comes to new releases.

Hands down, 5* and to those who think that Donovan is an abusive narcissist or borderline sociopath... you're probably right, but I don't care because Donovan is hot and has great [intimate] scenes. Besides, the story isn't over. There is still hope for him yet!

OMG this book was amazing. All I can say is I NEED BOOK 2 now. Donovan and Weston are great. Sabrina was made for Donovan. There are times when I wanted to strangle Donovan. Always sending mixed signals to Sabrina. Just when you think he is going to open up to her with his feelings he "shuts the door" So frustrating. But soooooo goooood. What a story. Ending so good. Makes me wish for the Fall when Book 2 is being released. Donovan is so complex. But with good reason. He tells her it is just sex but she can't help but fall for him. He always has an excuse for his good deeds regarding her, but Sabrina is so afraid to hope that maybe he does have feelings for her. He keeps denying it, but as they say actions speak louder than words.

One of the best books I've read!

Laurelin is one of my favourite writer in the whole world and once again, she did not disappoint. Dirty Filthy was exactly that - so dirty and steamy!

Donovan was the kind of character you love but want to strangle at the same time. I know I have the love-hate relationship with this one. He reminded me of boys in kindergarten who will beat you because they actually like you.

And Sabrina- I loved her! Sometimes, there were situations in the book where I would expect her to be a total drama queen and I love that she wasn't. Because come on, who wants that?! S

It was definitely a 5 Stars read! One I would recommend at any point.

Donovan Kincaid should come with a warning. The man is filthy and you will fall in love with him. He is beyond another a****le I've read in a while, maybe ever.

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPLOSIVE , Dark Intense, highly erotic read wish I had read the prequel before this book even so it was so thrilling, twisted and captivating you just couldn't out this book down what a roller coaster ride. I thought I was drawn in with Dirty Filthy Rich Boys, but it was nothing compared to the Dirty Filthy Rich Men. I was already swooning hard for Donovan, but this book just took it to the next level. I fell hard for him, even when I was frustrated with him or frustrated with his behavior. I still couldn't help but love him.

What a crazy exciting roller coaster of a ride this book is. It is a heart pounding, keep you guessing, emotional overload. I could not put it down. I am dying to read more! I absolutely cannot wait to read the next book. I always know that whatever I read from Laurelin Paige, I am going to love and this definitely is right up there with the rest of my favorites of hers.

Captivated. Enthralled. I didn't want it to end, didn't want to let these characters go. That's what this book did to me. It ensnared my heart and head within it's pages and now it doesn't want to let me go. I felt so much for both of these fictional people.. Both so broken, so in need of each other. Laurelin made me feel like I was a part of them, like I was in their story. It was beautifully written and the words/story flowed so well that I didn't want to stop reading. One of my favorite books I've ever read. I'm glad I don't have to wait too much longer for the next one.. I don't think I could wait that long.

When I met Donovan Kincaid I knew I wanted to sit on his face. SERIOUSLY!!!

This book took me on a ride where the man had a past and the woman just wants to love him. But that ending left me wanting more and more.

You know the way I know a book is going to be one I remember, one that I will think about over & over, one that I know I will tell my friends about....when it gives me tingles, good & bad...when I feel my own cheeks burning red with emotion!! This book gave me all those tingles & feels. I have my thoughts about each guy, my thoughts about Sabrina, but the entire story is more than the characters!! It's gut wrenching, an emotional roller coaster, angsty, passionate, and fury inducing...in both a good and bad way!!! I have come to find this is common with Laurelin, and I love every single second of it. My only complaint is that part 2 is so damn far away!!!!!

So it took me a minute to really get into this story, it started out steady and I wasn't totally sure how I felt about the two main characters. They made me so frustrated, especially Donovan, but they were totally intriguing nevertheless.

As the story went on, I never stopped being frustrated with Donovan, but he was equally fascinating, sexy, and alpha-tastic. And he totally made me love him against my will! Ahhhhhh, he was SO GOOD! Addicting even!!!

Just like the rest of this story! Seriously, I loved this book, I loved how it pulled me in and kept me turning pages faster and faster. It was so alluring, y heart didn't stand a chance.

Wow! Be ready to make some time to read this book, it's that compelling that you won't want to put it down. As the first part of a two part series, it deals with Sabrina and the way her past loves and past life has been brought into her present. Her success has caught the eye of a "former" lover that contacted her to come to work for him. New relationships with old lovers. New loves with the same that are now her bosses. The author handles the confusion well, but leaves us with a cliffhanger. Fortunately it shouldn't be long for the final book.

I received an ARC copy in exchange for an honest review. This is the first of a two part duet so know that you are going to have to wait to get the complete story, but I think it will be worth it! I have always been a fan of Laurelin Paige's work, but I feel like she has outdone herself with this book. From the beginning, it was intense and I would switch between wanting to read faster to find out what was going to happen next, to trying to slow down because I wasn't ready for it to end. The chemistry in this book is off the charts and the characters are complex. I don't know how I am going to wait for the next book to come out.

I am so glad I borrowed this book during my library's Hoopla trial. I cannot rave more about this FANTASTIC book. Donovan is broken. Sabrina is trying to find a good boy, but loves her bad boy. No one can turn her on like Donovan. There a lots of very hot scenes in this book, and Sabrina has a weird need to be overcome. Perhaps due to her encounter with Theo in college. I cannot wait to read the second of the duet. I may have to read my TBR out of order to read this soon!!!!

The reviews does not match the tone of this book. This book is very uncomfortable for readers that do not find rape stimulating and captivating to read. It was a jumble of chaos with a side of humiliation. On the good side, I did not notice any grammatical errors. Again, the book was okay. There is definitely room for improvement and character development.

This duet is amazing! Angsty, a bit twisted, dark, emotional and everything I hoped it would be. I was hooked from the page one.

Loved it! My favorite Laurelin Paige book!

Holy hell, Donovan Kincaid! This was completely entertaining, I devoured it. The mystery and intrigue that surrounds Donovan is the biggest attraction for me as I like my heroes to have a little darkness in their closets. His push and pull relationship with Sabrina keeps you guessing the whole way about how this will play out. Donovan can be cruel and confusing, aloof yet perceptive, as he plays puppet master manipulating Weston and Sabrina. By the end this reader was thinking "Weston who?" I need more Donovan ASAP!

I absolutely loved this book and has been added as another must read from Laurelin. Watching Sabrina come into her own and try to understand the magnetic pull she has to Donovan was amazing.

Donovan is pretty high up there on my list of favorite alpha male by Laurelin, she just does them so good! I couldn't put this down and I can't wait to read more about these two and the other characters in this book.

Another fantastic book by Laurelin and I'm excited to see what she comes up with next!

All I can say about this book is... I didn’t want to finish it! I loved it. I wish it would go on forever. So glad there was a second book that I loved just as much as the first. I LOVE Donovan. I love his arrogance and his mind, his honesty... I just loved the whole thing. Laurelin Paige has become on of my favorite authors. I didn’t realize I had read so many of her books. This one will NOT disappoint.

I'm torn. I liked the story but I'm not 100% on Sabrina and Donovan. Dang that dude is kinda a jerk. I guess he has his reasons but dang, give the girl a break, she likes you! I want to say that Sabrina is so needy but you know what, she knows what she wants and why should she settle for less, right? I don't know, hopefully with the next one we'll get more understanding and answers. I really want to be Team Donovan but he's making it really hard to like him. So I'm just sitting over here in Tornville, population 1 for right now.

Omg. A heroine I'm not quite sure I liked much. She chases her dream man, then has the choice of two who aren't really worth her time. The guys are hunks for sure, but tended to use Sabrina, Weston wasn't really truthful and Donavon seemed a little jealous one minute, the next he's treating her like a two bit hooker.
You'll love to hate these men, they're both sexy guys and I was addicted to this story and I couldn't put it down.
It's definitely a must read.

This book is a continuation of DFRB, 10 years later. Dirty Filthy Rich Men has all the appeal of a Laurelin Paige book. Sexy men, a beautiful woman and an explosive relationship. I loved the twist and turn of events throughout the book and the angsty tug at the heart because who doesn't want the HEA to win out in the end but as always we are turned in a different direction with what writers love - a cliffhanger of sorts until the next book.

I read it in one sitting. That book had me at page one. I loved Dirty Filthy Rich Boys and this book is even better.
I give 5 stars and can't wait 'll the next book releases.

It was sick. It was HOT!!! It was intense. I couldn't put the book down. I hated Donovan and loved him at the end. Weston was sexy, but he is a whole other story that I can't wait to read too. Donovan was an arrogant jerk, but he also had redeemable qualities. Sabrina, I don't know what to say about her. She is confused, but I still liked her. I cannot wait to read the conclusion of Donovan and Sabrina. Kudos Laurelin Paige

This book deserves it a 5-star rating and more. A captivating read. The story is full of surprises and twists. The story develops over a ten year period of time. Cliff- hanger, yes but not a devastating one. Laurelin Paige is a must read author. A five star read every time coming from her over and over. I read the book in one sitting because I couldn't wait to read more. Looking forward to book two in the duet.

Amazing story. I was hooked from the beginning. It's dark and full of angst and will have you feeling all sorts of emotions. Sabrina is feisty and independent woman. Donovan and Weston are wickedly sexy alpha men that catches Sabrina's attention. Which man will ultimately capture Sabrina's heart, body and soul? This story is one heck of ride that has left me wanting more. WOW!! Chemistry is explosive and a must read. I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book.

I enjoyed this little story, which acts as an enticing introduction to the series. It certainly achieves its goal in making me want to read on into the first real instalment.

This is a really good book. It is packed with great characters. The storyline is excellent and flows smoothly. I was sucked in from the beginning. Donovan Kincaid and Weston King weren’t just filthy, rich dirty men, they were excellent at getting what they want. They want Sabrina. Do they get her? What happens ? You will have to read the book to find out. No spoilers.... I am voluntarily leaving a review after receiving an advance reader copy of this book.

I both love & hate this book. The chemistry & steamy scenes were hot. I felt like I was on crazy ride with the constant push & pull going on. Donovan & Sabrina are both broken in their own ways but Donovan was such an enigma that at times I was wishing Sabrina would just find someone else & move on. But she's tougher than I thought she'd be in the beginning & I'm anxious to what's next in part 2.

OMG..what the heck did I just put myself through?! Donovan is a sexy, smoldering, total alpha of a man. God did I want to hurt him at times, but his just one of those characters you can't escape! Weston, oh lawd. He is the hot nice guy that makes you swoon. There are so many twists and turns in this story I couldn't put it down. Another amazing story Laurelin Paige has created, you will not be disappointed!

Wow, love him or hate him you can't be indifferent to Donovan. I spent half the time I was reading this book doing both. Sabrina started off being so reserved and shy and ended up being both strong and stubborn. I loved the chemistry between these two and the roller coaster of a journey they were both on. This book is well worth reading.

Let me just say I didn't know whether to yell, scream or throw my kindle because these characters had so much emotional baggage I couldn't put the book down, I was hanging on to every word needing to know what was going to happen. I need the next book....I need to know what happens next between Donovan and Sabrina!

If that name alone doesn't make you want to read this book...the title should! It popped up on my TL one day and I figured I've loved everything else she's written why not? Soooooo worth it! It's hot, and sexy, and hotter, and sexier than even Hudson (Fixed Trilogy) and that's saying a lot! I refer to him as Kincaid...you'll definitely find a name for him too! Well done!

I was excited for this series since I knew it was going to have some VERY bad boys in it and this book did not disappoint. Loved it from beginning to end and I cannot wait to see what happens. These are some sexy men, but Donovan is the hottest of them all and he sure did grab Sabrina's attention.

I wasn’t sure about Donovan when I started the book. But I should have known that Laurelin wouldn’t let me down. Donovan and Sabrina quickly became my newest book obsession-so much so that I read the first book in a few hours and immediately downloaded the second book and binged on it as well! I’m only sad that their story is over.

I LOVED this book, and I'm gutted I didn't realize it was a duet when I started it (my bad). I always wait for the 2nd book before reading the first because the agony of waiting is too severe (plus I hate trying to remember all the plot points).

But, this book was awesome. Hot alpha guy, consensual non-consent, strong female - it's kind of the triple threat of kinky sex.

This book is incredible and intense with Donovan the way he is with demons and his intense games he plays with Sabrina.She is a strong determined woman and knows what she wants.I love all the characters and these two keep you on the edge of your seats just waiting to see who is going to win this one.The writing is fantastic and sucks you right into their world.

Everything Laurelin Paige writes completely sucks me in. I love her hot alpha men! Whew! Donovan and Sabrina's story will suck you in. The writing is so good and it's so easy to get lost in this story of wealth and power. This is a duet so we get the beginning to a great story, but I'm eagerly awaiting the conclusion. Could not put it down!

This is the first book I have read by this author and wow I will be reading more of her books especially book 2 of this series. The first book was wonderful, I was hooked from the start and couldn't put this book down, I can't wait for book 2. It was so well written and so from the heart.

Dirty Filthy Rich Men keeps the crazy relationship between Donovan and Sabrina going. Their relationship is pull/push on his part so much so that Sabrina doesn't know if she is coming or going. All she does know is she can't resist his magnetic pull. I can't wait to see what these two have in store for us next.

This book was everything I wanted and more! I absolutely could not put it down! Once Laurelin gets her hooks in you, she never lets go!

I just finished Dirty Filthy Rich Men by Laurelin Paige. Good lord, I need a drink and the next book, Dirty Filthy Rich Love. This crazy, hot and dysfunctional romance was equally addicting and frustrating. I wanted to pummel both Donovan and Sabrina with their own emotional baggage.

Donovan’s uneven and detached behavior made me dislike him until the final chapter. My head is spinning from the mind blowing ending to this book. Dirty Filthy Rich Men is total Kindle Crack and not to be missed.

I received an ARC copy of this book for an honest review, and it was completely amazing! Everything I've come to expect from Laurelin Paige! My stomche was in knots reading it, torn between Donovan and Weston, angry with Donovan for being a douche.
Then the ending - oh boy. I wanted to cry because I can't wait for September for the second one!

When Sabrina meets Weston again after a decade she ends up spending the weekend with him. Fast forward to 3 months later she ends up accepting a job at his company in New York. But what she doesn't expect to meet is Donovan. Now she has a choice to make. Which one will she choose?

I was lucky enough to get an advance copy (ARC) of Dirty Filthy Rich Men, and I must say, I really, really lucked out. This is the first book I've read by Ms. Paige, and I'm hooked. Donovan and Sabrina are made for each other, but they have a long way to go to get their HEA. I can't wait until part 2 is released to see what Ms. Paige has in store for them. This is the type of book, that I will read over and over again.
