Love, love, love this book! Robin Sharma is my new favorite author. Everything about the way he writes speaks to me. If you are building a business or just doing your best to improve your quality of life, I highly recommend this book.

This was a suggestion for me from the store. The title was inspiring, and I had read "The monk who sold his Ferrari" from the same author a while ago, liked it, so I thought this one should be fun reading.

Although the main argument (that you don't need a title to exercise leadership in your professional environment) is well founded, and calls for everyone of us on this planet to do its best in his life so that we end up collectively in a better place, there is one thing that kept creeping into my mind : every business manager or leader would probably want that all their employees to read this book, so that no matter how well (or not) they are paid, no matter what are their job conditions, they will provide their maximum output. I found that a bit disturbing because it is true that being happy in the job you do is probably a lot directly related to oneself's attitude. But on the other hand, it is the owners, the shareholders and to a lesser degree one's managers who will reap the economic rewards of one's good job.

So there's a couple of good learning here and there, and I finished the book with little enthusiasm. If you're really looking into that kind of reflections, I suggest you turn yourself to Covey and his classical 7 habits of highly effective people.

Another fine work from Robin Sharma. Though my favourite till date is the Monk who sold his Ferrari. This one is also consistent to learnings imparted in earlier books by the author. Nevertheless it's a great read and an eye opener

You have to pay undivided attention to the content. Dont discount by thinking - this is nothing but common sense. And you need to put this in practice - small steps daily - Its a way of living - can create good feel good for your all round personality.

I bought this book from the store, thanks to them for supplying it quickly and the best way. If I have to wait the book's translation to Turkish, I must wait alot. The leader who had no title is a game changing book as it says. There are too many new ideas for daily life to be a leader of your self and your life, Thanks the store and Robin Sharma.

Robin Sharma has a way about his written that makes his book stand out. He doesn't just teach you the concept, he tells you a story that illustrates the concept so you don't have to remember specific details, you just remember the story. I'd also recommend Sharma's "The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari". One of the truly amazing leaders of our day and age wrote one amazing book on leadership and happiness in the workplace.

Robin Sharma's books are always inspirational and therefore valuable reading.

I found this particular book a little repetitive. However, the message was good and the author used different avenues to make sure the reader really got the message. Therefore the book is a success.

I found the poor editing a little disturbing, but I'm a grammarian, so what can I say! Others may not care!

This book is inspirational and an easy read. Learning the leadership without a title philosophies through the fictional story and acronyms used throughout the book help me remember them. It is prescriptive which will help most that read it as long as they have an open positive mind. Only people who want to advance in life will truly become leaders so just reading it will not make you a leader. As Tommy, the fictional character, explains that leaders who do the things that failures aren't willing to do, they have discipline to do the things that help them be successful. Applying what you learn from the book is what will help you improve. Highly recommend it to everyone, including leaders that do have a title because I have noticed that leaders today have forgotten their values.
