2016 Edition (College Test Preparation) - Cracking the ACT with 6 Practice Tests

The book is massive and is exactly what my sister was looking for. I even selected no priority shipping so I was expecting it to arrive a week or two out and got it within the same week ordered it. It's perfect.

This book helped me tremendously! Princeton Review goes through great techniques to raise your score, my English score went up by 10 points. I'm sure if I had read the Science and Reading Section in the book my score would have raised significantly as well. Well... at least I know for the next time! This book was a great investment, I recommend this book to all students who don't perform well on tests or who want to practice for College Admission Exams! From now on I will by ALL my review books from Princeton Review no matter if it is for AP, SAT, SAT Subject Tests, or the GRE.

The Princeton Review does a fantastic job of recasting actual ACT problems by taking original questions from old ACT's and changing some of the descriptions and values. This is especially the case in the Math and Science texts. The English tasks have their own peculiarities, including rules that never come up on the ACT (difference between lay and lie, e.g.) and actual errors in their own tests (misplaced modifiers that are not identified as such). Overall, it represents a great way to continue working beyond the trim bounds of the Real ACT Guide.

My daughter increased in every area due to this book.. She has recommended it to every one of her friends and several have bought it and received similar results. If you do not buy this book to help raise your scores, it is your own fault. My daughter went from an overall 21 to 24 and raised her math from 19-23. I cannot say enough great things about the usefulness of this book.

Purchased this for my High School Junior and I love the format - it's an excellent resource and study guide. It also gives you the ability to score each practice test as the actual ACT would be scored. My son just took the ACT for the first time and scored much higher than he did on the PACT last year - I fully believe this book was a major help!!
