I cant imagine going through life as a woman without having read this book. I have read this book over and over again and I have given it out to my girlfriends as birthday gifts. Every woman just has to have it on their shelf-next to the bible.

TDJakes is a fan favorite but let me introduce you to a best selling novel that was highly recommended to our book club. It's called "WAITING TO EXIT HELL." This book is a real-to-life novel. It has taught me the value and virtue of a committed relationship with God and the love that he truly has for mankind. "Waiting to Exit Hell" ultimately became our bi-annual book of the year. This book was hard to put down. I almost got written up at work for taking a longer lunch period because I was so into this novel that I forgot all about the time. That just goes to show you how good this book is.

I purchased this book about four years ago, have read it at least ten times and learn a little bit more with each read. TD Jakes is without a doubt a vessel being used by God. This book is for single and married women of all races.

Everything you need to know is written in the first three chapters. A potentially good self-help book if that is where you are in your life. However, the author repeats himself quite often. For example, how many times does he use the twisted tree scenario?

This book is very inspiring for married women and also for single women. Reading this book as a young single woman has taught me to embrace my Lord and to wait on my Lover. I truly believe that a woman has to be trained to become a lady. This book is a good resource(after the Holy Bible)to prepare Women for the Princes God will present them to. If you haven't read this book you're missing out on a real blessing!

The author seemed to know all of the questions women have asked over the years. I personally feel the book gave me so much help with problems I am having in my relationship now.
I now know what God wants the woman to do and what he wants the man to do in a healthy relationship. Thank you for all of the help Rev. Jakes, you are sent by God to help the weak woman of the world.

Really? I do not believe Jakes wrote this. It is loosely based on some original sermons and masterfully crafted by a writer or team of writers in order to use his name as a brand. His original books are, by far, still the best.
