Feathers from My Nest: A Mother's Reflections

I really enjoyed the honest and inspiring stories in this book. As a mother of young children, she gave examples that will help me make the most of my time with my children. Good mix of real life examples, Scripture, and Biblical principles.

I enjoyed reading the tender sharing of Beth's personal family story. Her love for her family is so evident in this short, sweet, easy read. A definite read for student of Beth Moore's Bible studies.

I have found each chapter to provide moments of "yes, I remember those types of issues". I enjoy the short chapters, I can spend as much time as I want or can finish 1 chapter in a brief amount of time. Thanks, Beth for sharing your story.

I really enjoyed how she wove her stories into lessons :) my husband woke up with me laying next to him because at times I was laughing so hard, or crying and just needed to touch his hand.. it touched my heart having a senior this year and also have girls in the house i can relate to her daughter stories very well..

I loved how simple and yet personal this book was. It made me laugh and cry and most of all pray that God would intervene in my family as he did in Beth Moore's and that I would be obedient to love God in a way that my family sees and can learn from.

This book is from a renouned christian and Bible teacher. I find the book very authentic. She does not paint the picture of being a christian nearly as perfect as Jesus is. She illustrates how God helps her all the time, and that her household is one of loving the Lord, but also portrayed as very human and authentic.

I loved this book! This author taught lessons by telling her personal stories. For me, that always makes it easier and more fun to learn. I like how honest she was. I would for sure recommend this book.
