The House on Foster Hill
The House on Foster Hill

Review:Really enjoyed this book. I read it on a 5 hour flight and couldn't put it down. I seriously loved finding a book that was well written, but was also clean enough for my 13 yr old to read it as she also likes mystery type books. It's hard to find mystery/murder/thriller books that are free of sex/language. I will be following this author and reading more of her books for sure! Read more

Review:I must first confess, that I have never read Jane Austen's Persuasion. When I realized the novel was based on this well loved novel I was excited to give it a go. But when I saw some negative reviews for this book I was nervous to pick it up. However, maybe because I had never read Jane's original novel, I really loved this book! I thought it was delightful and heartwarming. The characters felt realistic and I was invested in Anne's story. I can understand that some may not like this sort ... Read more

The Mating Game: Big Bad Wolf
The Mating Game: Big Bad Wolf

Review:Far too many inconsistencies for a book this short. A couple of typos made for some awkward sentences as well. With corrections, and some more fleshing out, this could be a three or four star. Take that as you will. Read more

Fair Game (Alpha and Omega)
Fair Game (Alpha and Omega)

Review:Once again, I had an action filled Patricia Briggs book that I couldn't put down. The only reason I gave a 4 is there were a few characters I would have love to know more about. But other than that. I loved it!! Read more

Born Wicked: 1
Born Wicked: 1

Review:I received this book in a goodreads giveaway, it's been sitting on the shelf for the last month since I had a few books to read before it. I feel like it's been teasing me, because it's been on my TBR list since before it came out and I've been dying to read it. The Cover is beautiful to look at, and something I love about real books vs. my kindle. I think it's because I'm a sucker for a pretty cover and it leads to a lot of my book purchases and choices to read.

The focus's around the li... Read more

Succubus Shadows: Urban Fantasy (Georgina Kincaid)
Succubus Shadows: Urban Fantasy (Georgina Kincaid)

Review:I find this book disappointing and repetitive. When Georgina was caught in the dream world, the book recounted the previous men she had been with. During those chapters, it seemed like the same story being told over and over again. They are different places, different characters, and different times, but same old story. I also find in those chapters, there are way to many romantic scenes. I felt they were placed in there because the story had trouble standing on its own. While once a while, a ... Read more
