Review:This was the first book I read from Louise Stapely and I was so impressed I bought another! I LOVE this book and all the wonderful exercises she has in this book, unlike anything I have read before. My story is very similar to hers and extremely glad I read her book. You can also sense that, as he rights, he is makin... Read more

Review:Practical is the right word to describe this book: the author eschews trendy clothing, bikes and accessories and advocates just getting on the thing and riding. Lots of valuable info. Stop by his shop in Walnut Creek if you're ever in the area, nice knowledgable people. Read more
