Review:Great non-fiction book for my son who craves them. This book is about a second grade reading level- lots of non-standard reading vocab for a beginning reader to know- which can't be helped when you're talking about pupae, chrysalis, and other scientific words! Lots of full color pictures and not a horrible amount of words on each page (don't you just cringe when your kid brings you a National Geographic? "Don't skip, mom!")

Review:This has already been donated, didn't last long in our home. Basically, none of the stories are organized within the book so you don't know if you are reading the same story as you turn the page. The stories are not traditional Mother Goose stories I remember from my childhood nor are they really good stories. Not to mention some of the stories are incorrect as other reviewers have mentioned. Review:This book kept my toddler attention. He is able to follow the repetition of the sentences and the sequence of the animals. It is very interactive and he can push the buttons to show the animal sounds that comes next. Very good for preschoolers to develop literacy skills and love for reading later on. Read more

Review:I thought getting kindle version of books would help transition my two year old into a bedtime routine of reason before bed. But it never worked because we always needed the light on and that would keep her up. She uses my kindle all the time so I want to try reading before bed because I won't need the light on. Review:When my granddaughter was 2 days old, we pulled out this book that we had purchased for her. She looked intently at the pages, esp. the fish page and scanned them left to right and up and down for a considerable length of time.
