Review:I absolutely love this book. it talks about a fun adventure of four girls and the never fairy. I just don't like that it gives you pictures it ruined the fun of imagining the characters yourself. T.T.Y.L. Read more
Review:I bought several books by this offer because my daughter's (age 5) elementary school recommended them on a reading list. My daughter loves them and I really like the subject matter - this one in particular helps her understand that it is great to be able to do things "all by herself" but that she might need a little help sometimes. Review:This book works well for those who are curious and like to be right. It is also a great book to just pick up and read. I gave this book this rating because it suited me perfectly! And I am definitely getting the next book. Read more
Review:The Birchbark House is a very good topic book for people learning about Native Americans. Though it is historical fiction, it shows a daily Native American life very well using the example of a little girl called Omakyas and her siblings. Louise Erdrich is very descriptive in her writing, and I recommend it to readers of any age. Read more

Review:I've mostly enjoyed the "Origami Yoda" series, which mixes a love of Star Wars and odd characters with typical middle school drama (tension between boys and girls, the urge to fit in), but The Secret of the Fortune Wookiee is the first one that felt aa bit uninspired and dull. Review:Another wonderful book by Shannon Hale! My 8 year old struggles with reading, but she started this book and didn't stop until she finished. I love the plot and the beautiful, fun pictures. I shared the book with a friend and her 7 year old son loved it just as much. Read more
Review:I sometimes think that the reading level systems are not equal from publisher to publisher. This book says Preschool -Kindergarten. If your child is an advanced early reader this book may be appropriate. My child is 5 and knows blends and phonograms, but still needs help with this book. There are several advanced phonetic rules and 2 syllable words. I would say this book would be Kindergarten level. If your child loves Frozen, this book will definitely encourage her/his reading. Really go... Read more
Review:Step by step on every detail of the financial statements. On occasion it felt like an example (beautifully done with one page of statements and the opposite page describing the actions being taken for the transaction) had already been covered, but in the end he leaves no stone unturned. If a basics building book is what you're looking for- this is it. Read more
Review:I like the subject matter because my granddaughter is getting close to losing her first teeth. So I am trying to get her prepared w/some books & a tooth fairy pillow. This book's illustrations are just yucky. I am a stickler for the art in children's books. I am an artist, so I am critical when it comes to that part of books. Read more
