Review:I finished it, but the writing wasn't awesome, and the plot just kind of plodded along. The characters weren't very interesting to me. It wasn't particularly exciting, and I didn't learn anything about Mr. Churchill or the time period. I don't feel attached to the protagonist or her love interest. Review:Maggie Hope is now in Paris, following her last-minute flight at the end of the previous book. She is searching for an agent who may be in trouble and her half-sister, who has escaped Nazi Germany and may be in Paris. As usual, Maggie meets many headline names and is involved in real events.
