Review:Cute book, had one for my kids now grown and moved away. One of them requested to 'borrow' it for a relative's nephew having some issues with training. But after looking through it again, I decided I want to keep it (someday we should have grand kids, yes?), so ordered a new one. It was well received by the little one (boy) it was purchased for. Review:Illustrations left a lot to be desired, even with it being a baby book. With the explanation of atoms, neutrons, and protons, he uses the same illustrations, and instead of pointing out what each one is, he only matches the color of the word to the color of it in the drawing. Was just left disappointed all in all, and sent it back, along with the two others we purchased from this author. Great idea, subpar execution. (And it cost me about the price of one of the three books to send them back!!... Read more
Review:I have bought a number of coloring books that has to do with animals. I do enjoy animals and coloring them relaxed me. My grandchildren like to watch and wants me to hang the pictures on their walls. Anyone that likes animals I would say buy the books and let you kids or grandkids post them in areas that could decorate and not destory their walls. You could share the fun. Read more

Review:Get this book. It's great. I wish I had known about it sooner.
Here's good science information for kids and adults too. At 70 I'm enjoying this clearly presented quality content. See page 287 for Greenhouse Gas explanations and learn more about human caused global warming. See Gregor Memdel's work on pee pods and genetics explained as well as species diversity. Talk about values, the values herein reflect what we learn from science about nature's inherent value to humanity and to itself. Yep,... Read more

Review:I first saw this book on vacation in Alaska and loved it! The illustrations are quite vivid and the story is so cute! I have read this to my son everyday since he was born. He loves looking at all of the animals and enjoys when I sing the story. This book will hold his attention longer than any other in his library.
