Review:Just finished reading through this devotional yesterday and I have to say that it's probably the best day by day book I've ever picked up. Thank you, David Paul Tripp for your insights, which always directed me towards Jesus. Read more

Review:What a lovely and timeless book. Anne Morrow Lindbergh enjoys two weeks of solitude on an island off of Florida (I so want to do that.). During her time there, she walked the shoreline and collected various shells. With each shell, she explores a woman’s life in transition--of women trying, and needing, to rediscover their center.
Lindbergh reminds us to slow down. She suggests that women are pulled in so many different directions with ever-widening circles of contact and communication th... Read more
Review:Our small group had many good discussions as we worked to apply the exercises each week. Nothing too ground breaking or mystical, just solid practices like creating margin, slowing down, practicing solitude, and surfacing false narratives about who God is. Read more

Review:This book is very straight forward and practical and anointed. It helped me to understand clearly the why and how to pray more consistently and with expectancy. I was seeking God one day asking Him how can I get to know Him in a more intimate way and the Holy Spirit directed me to the videos and then I decided to purchase the book. I have purchased 10 copies for friends. Read more
Review:Each letter addresses some situation that I am having or have already faced. I find it to be a loving, uplifting way to remember that I am the daughter of a king. I've asked my 7 year old daughter to read them aloud and my boyfriend to read them aloud as well. We were each blessed and enriched by the experience. I would recommend this young women and ne... Review:This book is described as one that "changes lives," which seems like a pretty big claim. Having read this book for probably the fifth time since it was given to me in 2000, I have to agree. It is inspirational, challenging, and something that everyone can benefit from reading. It can be a little metaphysical at parts, but the key message of happiness is what stands out the most. I love this book and will definitely continue reading it whenever I catch myself being anything other than unreasonabl... Read more
Review:This book is excellent, it is easy to understand, very relevant, and contains very profound insight on how to live a devout life. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants help in establishing a God centered life as St Francis De Sales helps make it very clear and obtainable. I use the meditations contained in the book in my own prayer life. I have read this book repeatedly and I have bought it again as a gift for a friend. Read more
Review:The writing flows beautifully. Chapter 3 was memorable. The structure--defining what constitutes a miracle and then the second half of the book marshaling evidences of miracle--is appealing and helpful. Read more
