Review:I HAVE REALLY ENJOYED READING THIS BOOK AND ALSO DOING AN INVENTORY. WHAT WAS HARD FOR ME WAS EXPECTING A "BIG BOOK". BUT THIS BOOK IS WRITTEN FROM A DRUNK'S POINT OF VIEW WHO HAPPENS TO BE A BUDDHIST. HOW VERY INTERESTING IS THAT? ONCE I GOT OVER MY EXPECTATIONS, I LEARNED A GREAT DEAL ABOUT BUDDHISM, THE STEPS FROM ANOTHER'S VIEW, OTHER RELIGIONS AND MY OWN CHARACTER DEFECTS. I HAVE LONG-TERM RECOVERY (EVEN THOUGH I AM ONLY ONE DRINK AWAY FROM THAT SLIP). I STILL GO TO MEETINGS KNOWING I AM CH... Read more
Review:Superstition. Doesn't deserve to be called "book", or at least be described as what it is: fiction.
All made up nonsense which a simple minded person or a child could belive is true. Nearly as toxic for humanity as the bible. Read more
Review:This was indeed many stories about Heaven. Coming from the mouths of babies, who were not able to judge yet, or had not been seen as old enough to be taught anything spiritual, how can anybody not believe it? I found it truly comforting. Read more
Review:Why twenty words are required simply to say
IT IS WHAT IT IS. so now I have to type seven more words so I can post the message that could have be done in five words. That's all folks. Lunie tooons Read more
Review:In a round about way Hawkins implies that if God (Truth) were to speak, this is what it would have to say about all the things he has calibrated. Hummmmm...I say Hawkins calibrations are measurements from his own life filter, from his own perspective and are a reflection of his own self-expression and the life he has lived.
Let's say you use the muscle testing technique to test the level of truth of the furniture in your house. Your sofa calibrates at 220 and your dining room chair at 300... Read more
Review:"The International College of Applied Kinesiology and its current and past two presidents, John Diamond and applied kinesiologists in general, as well as scientists and scientific skeptics, do not accept as workable Hawkins applied kinesiology." -Arjuna Aletheia, Secrets of David R. Review:Danielle MacKinnon has done it again! I opened this book not knowing exactly what to expect but with an open mind because I have long loved Ms. MacKinnon's work, especially in regards to animals. As I started to work through the pages, I had quite a few "a-ha" moments. I chose to work with my current fur-baby, Shiloh. As it became clear exactly what his role in my life is, everything seemed to make so much sense. I am slowly working through all the other critters that have come into my life over... Read more
Review:It is hard to do justice to this spiritual adventure story. Words seem totally inadequate.
That we have depleted and vandalized the Earth's resources in over a few decennia is a well known fact, as we grapple with issues like greenhouse gases and global warming. However, there are other facets of our lovely planet that we haven't yet been made aware of, at a global level. The 'Serpent of Light' is one such. Simply put, it is the Spirit of the Earth. Legend has it that it moves every 13,00... Read more
Review:another amazing book! an eye opener. It is difficult to "peel the onion" to get to the light but I am sure with practice one day I will get there. I appreaciate Drunvalo's spirit. Another book which should be read by the whole world. Read more
Review:Just was not credible. For the most part, regression cases seem to be unreliable and very few statements can be corroborated.
The hypnotist in this case, did try to obtain some evidence but was mostly unsuccessful and his successes were weak. I think the
subject is important but it demands a great deal of preparation on the part of the investigators which was clearly lacking here. Read more
