Review:This seems more like someone blogging about how they used NLP and very little about NLP itself. I'm sure that there are better books on NLP out there. He spends all his time talking about how successful he's been using it and even though I'm half way through the book, I've yet to find anything about how to use it myself. Read more
Review:This book gives an excellent reflection on where one is in th midlife years, what to expect, new focuses and goals one discovers for oneself, and new directions to take which are so different from what one did in their 20's, 30's, and 40's. Excellent book. I highly recommend it. Read more
Review:The best thing to deal with overcoming obstacles, making changes for yourself and moving forward in life is by reading this book to help you get started. Review:Thoroughly enjoyed reading this aloud together (in bed). Lots of apply-able concepts, excellent illustrations from real people. Provides insight & understanding - the keys to getting along! Contrary to the title, its not all about sex - its 100% more about Connecting Well in relationships that are of import to you. I learned that "distancing" from my family is not due to lack of care but due to an overintensity of emotion & reactivity to it & high anxiety because our relationships ar... Read more
Review:If it wasn't for its horribly cheap paper quality, I'd have given a 4 or 5 star review based on its content. It's rough on my fingers every time I turn the page. It not only feels cheap, but also looks cheap. The same review applies for all of her other books, unfortunately - same cheap editor. Read more
Review:The Vortex helps us to consciously create cooperative relationships. It shows us how we have adapted patterns that were programmed by our caregivers and offers us a way to co-create with others. The ultimate aim is to help us realize who we really are - divine beings.

Review:I don't understand how someone wrote that this book is a rip-off of the original book. This book contains all of the original text/book at the end of the revised version for the new Century. I have been comparing the new text to the original text contained at the end of the book, and it is very much the same. It is only revised in a way so that we can understand it due to the change our language over the last 100 years. I would recommend this book to anyone. In fact, I have. Read more
