Review:The book kind of prepares for the meditation which comes at the end. To be honest, the mer-ka-ba meditation is the only thing which makes me really FEEL SAFE when I work with energy healing and souls and other staff. When centred in such a strong field of unconditional love, I simply feel safe and able to do what I am required to do as part of my service on this planet even if some things used to scare me to death not so long ago. Thank you for this tool. I am looking forward to working further ... Read more
Review:another amazing book! an eye opener. It is difficult to "peel the onion" to get to the light but I am sure with practice one day I will get there. I appreaciate Drunvalo's spirit. Another book which should be read by the whole world. Read more

Review:I liked that the main principles of Hermetics were laid out in an organized way. If you are an advanced student of spirituality and understand works like what Neville Giddard wrote about, you can read this and understand how it's all so true. Read more
Review:Great book, well written gives hope for anyone suffering from ANY mental illness. I found myself disturbed and in a funk while reading, but will certainly look further into DBT. I'm not borderline but can totally relate to Kiera's story since I've been to countless therapists and Psychs , numerous hospitalizations, and more meds than I can recall. The stigma surrounding mental illness HAS to be lessened and EQUALLED to any other disease, like cancer or heart disease!!!! I'm fascinated with Budd... Read more
Review:There are some books where you can just sense the depth of the ideas coming off of the pages; this is one of those books. If you've never had exposure to these kinds of ideas before, it's potentially life changing. Highly recommended. Read more
Review:This book is really helpful for all woman who have had bad experiences with men or are young and need to avoid the bad ones! I wish I had read it years ago. The author clearly describes different types of men in an easy way for anyone to understand, not just psychology majors. :-) What I like is the fact that "bad" doesn't just mean that usual "bad boy." She also includes men who are needy, obsessive, manipulative, and insecure, but whom you might normally not see as unhealthy for several months... Read more
Review:For those already familiar with interpersonal communication/dynamics, "How to Be an Adult" is a comprehensive reader. For those "in the midst" of relational change or stress (and who isn't?), author David Richo is a peace-full companion. Read this book--I'm buying more for my friends! Read more
Review:Many years ago, I was widowed - of all my friends, and all the literature I was given at that time, this is the thing that got me thru. Now I give one to any of my friends that suffer great loss. - They all say that this little volume helps immeasurably. - It's not a book to read, but poetry, affirmations, advice, wisdom and understanding to turn to - on any page, when it seems you can't go on. - I can't reccommend it hightly enough.
