Review:All the reviews here give an opinion on whether it is a good read. No one has commented what impact the 15 day plan has had on them. While I have just finished the book and haven't done the formal program, I can say that I have done parts previous to this and haven't noticed any improvements in mental competency. "How to think like Leonardo DeVinci" seems a better plan in this regard. Read more
Review:Some very good information but not very many recipes. Beautiful photos of everything. Some useful text. A nice list of brain healthy foods. For the price there could have been a lot more recipes even if they were raw food recipes. The doctor condones eating mostly vegetarian foods with minimal processing and cooking along with several healthy herbs for seasoning. But the recipes do include fish and poutry and one lamb recipe. With vegetarian options. Would have given it 5 stars if it had been mo... Read more

Review:I highly recommend this book!! I have read all of Dr. Leaf's books and this one is probably my favorite. She beautifully (and scientifically) explains how each of us are uniquely created and we each have a specific purpose in being alive. It's so reassuring to me to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I have a purpose and that I am responsible for finding out and fulfilling that purpose. This book shows me in a practical way how to find out who I really am and how to stay on course. With all th... Read more
Review:Maps of Meaning: The Architecture of Belief by Jordan Peterson is a great prelude to "Saam Medical Meditation's" and "Saam Meditation: The Interpretation of Dreams" - Organ Centered Consciousness. In terms of consciousness what Jordan Peterson and Carl Jung are missing is that consciousness resides in the internal organs. Archetypes are formed and stored in the Spleen which represents the need for children to grow big (through nutrition), to counter the fears and threats that are likely to harm... Read more
Review:This is a new translation (2006) of Freud's Interpretation of Dreams. I hope someone qualified might soon comment on the merits or significance of this new translation. Meanwhile, the Editorial Review information offered for this book comes from an earlier edition of a different translation of Freud's work, FWIW. And the second paragraph in the editorial review prelim is entirely inappropriate--it's for another book altogether.
I give Freud's book (not the translation) a low rating bec... Read more
Review:This is the most landmark work ever written in the field of dream interpretation. That doesn't mean that Freud was necessarily right about everything, but this is the book which provides the "benchmark" for all of the subsequent monographs on dream interpretation which have come since 1900. One could even say that the book was a benchmark for itself as it underwent a great many revisions between 1900-1920 or so. Welcome to modern day psychology: the realm of Sigmund Freud.

Review:A helpful insight into the psychology of dreams for beginners . Only if Freud had lived in times when he could have interacted with the Tibetan Buddhist masters of the Drram yoga :) that would have been a great research he could have done Read more
