Review:I bought this book after seeing Jenny on Oprah. I have always liked Jenny's humor and this book won't let you down. She is very honest in the trials and tribulations she's had in her life and how she's worked her way through some very akward situations. I did laugh out loud at a few parts and finished the book in two days. Jenny has always been open about her life and this book goes back and tells about her growing up as well. If you are looking for a serious, in depth look at it, this isn't... Read more

This creates new frontiers: Stroke victims can rewire their brains using challenging exercises; deaf people can repurpose dormant auditory cortexes for other tasks; and bli... Read more
Review:Follow your bliss and the money will follow.

Nordby's core assumption is not only that every single one is necessarily creative - if not "weird" - but that every individual's creativity is essential - not only for each one of us, but for all of us as humans sharing a world that s... Read more

Review:This book is short as many reviewers point out. However, it is not short on wisdom. In fact, it is loaded with powerful insights, analogies and examples that illustrate universal truths. It also embraces the reality of mystery and paradox. It doesn't try to explain them away and encourages the reader to avoid killing the "alivenss" of the world by putting too many things in boxes (i.e. concepts). Instead, it encourages an attitude of openness, wonder and awe at the miracle of life and seeki... Read more
