Once Taken (a Riley Paige Mystery--Book #2)
Once Taken (a Riley Paige Mystery--Book #2)

Review:This is the second installment in the series and I am not sold on continuing it. The main character, Agent Riley Paige lacks depth for me and I just don't see what is so special about her abilities as an FBI agent for the BAU. She is known for her ability to "get inside" the serial killer's mind. She is a behavioral analyst; isn't that what the agents in the BAU are known for? Nothing stands out for me that separates her from her team. She is emotionally and mentally unstable, yet she is made th... Read more

Free to Kill (Katie Freeman Mysteries Book 1)

Review:The ending felt a little rushed and I wish there would have been more clues to help lead us to a conclusion. Also wish there was more tie in with the epilogue. I’d love to have a book on Katie’s background. Read more

All Eyes on Me (A Miranda and Parker Mystery Book 1)
All Eyes on Me (A Miranda and Parker Mystery Book 1)

Review:I just loved the Miranda Rights Mystery Series and was glad to hear Ms Lanier continued the series with Miranda and Parker as consultants. However I must say I was a little disappointed in this first book. Missed the other characters and how intense everything was. The book was a little predictable and I had figured the killer out early.. I do however love to read about Miranda's adventures. So please keep them coming. Read more

Review:Had an opportunity to read "Bridge to Treachery" by same author this past January and found it to be very entertaining. Of that one I wrote "Gripping conspiracy/political thriller about a former army ranger blackmailed into a terrorist operation. I liked the way this author wrote such as this passage "Losing respect is hard...Getting it, man; that's even harder" tho my favorite one that still tickles me would have to be "He was ambitious; she was vigorous. And in two and a half years, they manag... Read more

Review:Patterson has written a number of excellent books - but this is the best. A very suspenseful story line and yet it moves with a complicated
story line that has been well developed. Look forward to the next "Private" book. Read more

Review:The writing is excellent.....that's why I bought it. BUT it came from the UK and was one of those European productions that fall apart when cracked open to read. Don't order any books from the UK......They are trash.. Read more
