Review:A dear story which did contain some slow spots, but balanced with characters that spark compassion and keep the reader wanting to see what happens next. Some readers will see what is going on sooner than others . An interesting and thoughtful read. Read more
Review:I have enjoyed reading Wally Lamb's other books, but this one was a slow read for me. A very long book with excerpts about the main character's ancestors, which did not hold my interest. I do enjoy the author's writing style, so I kept reading. I finished it, but it took nearly 2 months to get the job done. Unusual for an avid reader like me. Read more
Review:My mother passed away last July. She had a profound love for Monarch Butterflies. At her funeral we let Monarch Butterflies fly out of boxes. They flew around the casket and to mother's gravesite. My sister gifted me with this book. I found it so heartwarming and brought back so many great memories of my mother's love for Monarchs Read more
Review:I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
This is a well-written story, it's quick to read and does end on a cliffhanger. Police officer Sonny teams up with innocent librarian Niki when he's checking into his father's legal case, but this couple uncover more than just the chemistry between them. We have action and drama, corrupt cops and a wonderful romance blooming between this really likable characters. Can't wait for the next book. Read more
Review:So basically every new book that this author comes out becomes my favorite! I’m sure the next one will be my new favorite but for right now, this one takes the cakes. I grew up around airplanes so anytime a book has airplanes involved, I’m hooked! Then you mix in Cole, Jessica, and little Max and I was glued to my iPad. I really want more for their story and I’m sad it has to end. Maybe Tanner can get a story?? Would love to read about him getting a HEA!
Anyways, go buy this book- I did and I... Read more
Review:A page turner from beginning to end. The main character is flawed in many ways. Neve is one of those people who is terribly disorganized and continuously getting herself in fixes. She is given the deed to a small cottage by a woman she does not know, and from that moment there is non-stop action. If you are looking for a good mystery, this book is for you! Read more
Review:O.M.G. Lachlan Mount and Kiera Kilgore are freaking HOT!! This story is a little different for author Meghan March, but WOW, it is so good!
The power struggle, anger, fear and sexy as hell moments between Mount and Kiera are fantastic. Mount is a commanding force to be reckoned with. Kiera is no weakling. She's stubborn and fiery. So when they interact in any way, expect explosive moments. But, dang that twist! I did not see that coming at all. I cannot wait for Defiant Queen! Well done Meg... Read more
Review:Oh my things certainly are complicated. Some might say that not everyone has the right part but Ashley Jade makes it work. Preston and Kit are a force to be reckoned with. Poor Kit she’s got so much pressure how can she make the right decision and Preston can be such a cocky jerk yet the perfect balance for Kit. This story just keeps getting better and better. I can’t wait to see what’s next yet I’m sad it’s going to end. It’s almost like the perfect soap opera Read more
Review:I don't usually read romance novels, but I decided to give this one a chance. While I felt like it started off slow, about a quarter of the way through it I realized my night would be spent reading. The story is convincingly real, which I think was why I found myself unable to put it down until it was finished. I look forward to the next novel. Read more
Review:What a beautifully crafted and well told story from start to finish. Renee Carlino, your writing is genius and an inspiration to those of us who feel the need to put our stories to paper. Each character comes to life so completely and perfectly, well done! I was laughing and sobbing in equal parts as I rode the rollercoaster of this story. Thank you! Read more
