It’s been awhile since I’ve read Mariah Stewart and her Chesapeake Diaries Series. In fact, the last book I read was book six, The Long Way Home. In my mind, I was a little afraid to miss two books in the series. I didn’t know if what I missed was going to factor into book nine. Every time I read a book written by Sawyer Bennett, I'm surprised (and shouldn't be anymore) at how much I love her writing style. It's like she gets better and better with every book, and even if I have other things to do, I can't seem to help devouring her books when they land on my kindle?

Review:The story line has been told before....rich, handsome, arrogant man changes his ways when he finds the love of his life. The sex scenes go on and on and on and on and really don't add anything to the story with its redundancy. It's almost as if the author ran out of things to write about. Read more

Review:Punching and Kissing by Helena Newbury (Author)

Review:I received an advance copy and am leaving a review by my own choice. I really liked this book a lot. Each chapter is told from one of the two characters points of view. We have Marshal the town outcast trying to work out some demons from his past while raising his daughter. Then there is Sadie who is trying to get back out into life after leaving school to help with her mom.
