Review:Necessary to have for incorporating the video into helpful group discussion. It allows you to write down key words and gives you the quotes and Bible verses used in Warren's presentation. Every member needs one! Read more
Review:The book itself is great, but the kindle version doesn't come with the video content that's supposed to come with the book. I'm being given assignments that involve these videos. I thought I was prepared and now I see I'm not. It's Embarrassing. I'm in a no-excuses type of teaching program. I assumed that the video content was going to come with the e-book somehow. Figured it would be linked. But I got nothing. I paid full textbook price for an e-book that doesn't even have the necessary softwar... Read more
Review:Todd puts it simply. The teacher sets the agenda. If they care the classroom will be a place of caring. This gives us permission to care and justifies what educators feel in their hearts. This book is very easy to read and full of take home or take to the classroom advice. Read more
Review:The book shipped so fast and in great condition! It even came with the text disk which I didn't expect so it was a nice bonus. The pages are not torn or written on, I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Read more
Review:This book answered all my questions in an easy-to-relate to way, and I now have the information and inspiration to move forward with my conversion. The perfect book for those who keep being drawn to a faith they have been misled about before. Thank you! Read more
Review:I really enjoyed this book reading this as fully follower in Christ who is not married yet. But one day dreams to be one day. I Did find this book very helpful and insightful and realized that the choices are preventing me from having the mate I desire when my main focus is seeking God first as my one and we will provide the two on his timing. I love how Pastor Craig Groeschel and his wife Amy open up and are able to share their personal stories of there marriage and that they have problems jus... Read more
Review:Very repetitive. Very very repetitive. Seems like they took a 2.5 hour speaking session she gave at a conference and tried to break it down into 5 lessons. Not useful to me at this time, but I could see how others could maybe benefit in different life situations. Most of her stuff is really good this just wasn't quite what she normally produces. Review:I feel like the author was deflecting quite a bit when it comes to deeper questions. Honestly, at some points I just got to the end of the chapter and went, okay..? As a person who isn't committed to any sort of faith, but is still searching for some sort of spiritual truth, I feel like I can review this book without to much bias. Craig is very well known for debating many scientists/atheists on YouTube (at least that's where I found him). So this book is set up in a way of debating someone in e... Read more
Review:The women I'm teaching are really enjoying this practical teaching by women for women. I would highly recommend it for any group of women who want to experience real women's stories and be transformed by their stories. Read more
Review:This is a good book for teaching our children about how our bodies work and how God designed a man and a women's body to fit together. They put an age on it of 4-8. I read it with my almost 10 year old son, he thought his heart would beat out of his chest. There is not a chance that I would read this to my 4-8 year old. I felt it was too mature for what they could understand and is more information than I want them to know at their age. For me, it was pushing it for my almost 10 year old. ... Read more
