Review:My review is of the six cassette version. This is definately one of the classics for audio sales training and it has held up over the years because overall it is very good. I spend a lot of time on the road and have listened to pretty much all the programs. Everyone needs to find their own style and there are many other great ideas out there but you will certainly find a very good foundation in these cassettes. One of the things I personally liked about these cassettes is that Brian Tracy sound... Read more
Review:This truly is a great "little instruction" book that we've all been looking for. It's design is classic and well made. It's tidbits are simple, candid and true. I've been buying it for years as a graduation gift and finally just bought one for my 8 year old son... you can never start too early. Read more
Review:"Just In Case You Ever Wonder" by Max Lucado (illustrated by Toni Goffe) is such a sweet children's book! I can't wait to read it to my own children. It's a great way to introduce and remind children why they are special (God created them) and that they are loved immensely by God and their parents no matter what.
Lucado's simple language and measured rhythm makes for a great bedtime or anytime read for children. The illustrations are beautiful and engaging as well. Part of me wished it wa... Read more
Review:i just couldn't get into this book. The nearly daily activities were overwhelming for the tired first trimester. And after that i found other resources and ways to journal for baby and pray for him. A neat idea, but the devotions were shallow and the growth information is the same as all the emails one can subscribe to. Read more

Review:Since the first book in the "If I Run" series didn't end, I bought this second book. Seriously, another non-ending story?! The plot just keeps rehashing the same events of the first book. Another fake ID, or two, more burner phones purchased. NOTHING NEW!! I give up. No more for me! Read more
Review:If you've ever wondered why you see the world and people differently, why you're often misunderstood and discouraged by circumstances and by those closest to you who don't see what you see ... If you've always known you were destined for something special and wondered why it's been such a struggle for so long ... This book is for you! As John Gray courageously shares his journey, as well as the amazing story of King David, you will realize that you are truly in good company! If you take the time... Read more
Review:Thoughtful work. Almost enough to make me an optimist. At some level, I'm one who feels guilt when I come up against this crucible. And when I decide that leaders fell short some frustration is added to the guilt. The Givens gently remind me that neither me nor church leaders will ever be free from error nor expected to be. It is worth it to realize that God loves us enough to give us refuge from the storms we create ourselves. And the Church itself, they remind us, has come to own some of ... Read more
Review:I read a lot of these short stories. Mostly they are about stoic men drinking and either killing other people, getting killed, killing themselves, remembering a death, or being witness to some death of something. Read more
Review:I have read this book several times in the last few weeks, I enjoyed it that much. I am a high school English teacher, as well as an editor. I tend to read very critically, even when I read for pleasure. In reference to the previous comment about misspellings, the only misspelled words I saw were in the slave dialogue. The comma issue, which I noticed as well, is grammatically correct. The author inserted commas according to proper grammar. It is personal preference to add commas for pauses and ... Read more
