Review:This is a book that is not for everyone. This is as true as the fact that Tim Grover's teachings and program are not for every athlete. However, if you are now doing well but want to raise your game or business to another level, you cannot lose reading this book. I recently finished the book and have started reading it again. It is all about getting yourself into a zone of focus and determination to be the best you can be. If you are doing well but know that you have room to improve and grow, Ti... Read more

Review:Interesting book, nice supplement for Masters athletes. If you are new to training or "Friel-speak" you should pick up one of Joe's Training Bibles in your discipline, as many of topics he discusses assume you are familiar with his system. Read more
Review:My boyfriend is in love with this book. He doesn't use any gym equipment and is solely reliant on his own self to do strength training. He had studied other books in the past but he said that he learned lots from this book in regards to muscles targeted and areas he was unknowingly neglecting. Read more
Review:I was extremely frustrated after losing all of my games in a tournament and was at the point of thinking that perhaps I just wasn't good enough - what made the agony worse is that I knew I was good enough but somehow it just didn't show at all during the tournament. This book made me realize that the problem is not with my skills but in the way that I think. I felt like the first section of the book read my mind - the conversations in my head, the judgments I made about my skills, etc. Later on,... Read more
Review:Fantastic book. The first chapter was a bit slow, but once it began rolling it never stopped. If you have read developmental books like this in the past, you'll find no new concepts, but you will find a great delivery and awesome messages. This book is mixed with powerful steps to achieve any goal with first hand stories told by the athletes who achieved them. Parents, coaches, athletes, non-athletes.... Anyone can benefit from reading this book. Read more
Review:Many concepts that hit home on how golfers think themselves into bad golf. I particularly liked the summary at the end - rules of how to think and how not to think on the course. A bit too long on personal history. Read more
