Review:Evidenced-based practice is important for any profession to be taken seriously and to be trustworthy. However, this book is not a fun read. I completed most of my class without it and used it sparingly for references. The 5 starts is because the seller sent it promptly, packaged it securely, and most of all described it perfectly. Review:Why was this NOT basic to my medical education- and to the education of every massage therapist, physical therapist, chiropractor, naturopath and osteopath? Knowing this is knowing how to DO NO HARM! We started learning anatomy by learning the bones! That was backwards! Review:A very good book with excellent illustrations, and particularly suitable as an introductory text for undergraduate students in neuroscience. For post-doctoral researchers may not be sufficient and should lead to other books. Read more
Review:First Semester Nursing student. I have got to say this book was great. It explained material better than the instructor. The instructor broke the book into 3 tests within 1 month and I have got to say I am very grateful for the detailed information in this book. I finished with 2 A's(100's) and 1 B (87.) I would highly recommend this book for all first semester nursing students. Read more
