Review:For me, this was just an average book. It is the prequel for Practical Magic, on which the movie by the same name was based. I enjoyed it at the time. Review:I have very little to say about Tad Willaims other than he has an astounding imagination and is always a joy to read. This is the second book in the trilogy. I almost gave up after 100 pages or so of the first book. After I stuck with it I realized that the reasons for me not enjoting the first part of this book are the same reasons I loved the rest of the trilogy. Review:I like the Kate Daniels series. There's a lot of blood and fighting, but it's fairly fast moving with interesting characters and decent plots. The authors do a good job.
