Review:Ms. Sandberg is an accomplished person, do doubt. I read 40-50 books per year, and was attracted to this work because I have four daughters, three of which are out of school and working in professions. I very much want them to be successful. The first five CDs are verbatim to "Lean-in" which is largely a B-M-C manifesto on how the world is wrong for women . . . in other words, no "solutions orientation." Review:I am amazed about the way I feel my soul connected with the author's words while I'm reading this incredible book. It's an indescribable feeling, almost as if the book was written for me. I am the result of emotionally immature parents, and it's been a real struggle for me. Review:The advice in this book is priceless. It really makes a big difference on the job market. I personally did my job documents with Karen and her help was amazing. However, the only reason I give this book 4 stars is because almost all of what it contains is already on the blog, sometimes word for word.
