Review:Book was in great quality, however, I do not suggest this for people who are clumsy. I personally have been destroying this book due to the pages being loose leaf. Even though I have it set up in a large binder, I have been ripping pages out left and right by simply leaning on it. Read more
Review:Very interesting to learn how the brain works and to know that we really can change ourselves, even if you're a senior. It's not that hard, but you have to want a different life and you need to do the work. It truly is life changing on so many levels...my life is fun again! Read more
Review:I usually have some kind of rheumatoid arthritis after a viral infection and that cripples me for a few days, but after 24 hours of starting the Abascal diet I really got recovered, at least I'm not taking anti-inflammatory pills anymore. I had to do adjustments because it is really difficult to avoid eating bread or anything from wheat or corn. So far 2 weeks into the diet and still holding. Read more
Review:As usual Bob Grant has created an extremely helpful guide for women everywhere. It's so easy to see how his advice is spot on perfect. In the past I have seen men act just the way he describes. It's great to be able to read a book by a man who obviously understand both men and women in relationships and has the ability to communicate that understanding. Read more

Review:This book is just chocked full of good, useful information. It is the answer book for anyone with hypothyroidism. Almost at the same time I learned about the hypothyroidism, I found out I have lupus also. This book has been a very useful informational guide to see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. A lot of the symptoms overlap, so it is hard to know which is which sometimes. Read more
Review:This book explains the complications around hypothyroidism more clearly than I've ever heard. While I can't afford to have all the tests it suggests, I have been able to make some lifestyle changes that seem to be helping. It feels like Dr. Kharrazian is truly a pioneer in this field and i look forward to other studies that will confirm some of his more subtle discernments and their interventions. Read more
Review:I really enjoyed reading this book on Hashimoto's disease. Not only did it educate me on the disease but it also introduced me to some great ways to help my diet and to become healthier. I myself, do not suffer from Hashimoto's but I do not a few people who do. The book informs you on the disease and offers meal ideas for a paleo diet that will help your symptoms of Hashimoto's. The book offers a 3 day cleanse meal plan and a 31 day paleo meal plan, along with several other extra recipes and... Read more
